師子戲菩薩、師子奮迅菩薩、師子幡菩薩、師子作菩薩、堅勇精進菩薩、擊金剛慧菩薩。
巍巍十方佛， 堂堂聖中王， 妙相三十二， 眾好八十章， 身出妙光明， 普照諸十方， 愿身自歸命， 稽首諸法王。 巍巍十方佛， 無極大慈悲， 興立諸大誓， 濟度諸群黎， 多聞歡喜者， 功德叵稱載， 愿身自歸命， 稽首諸大哀。 巍巍十方佛， 功德不可量， 慧如無量海， 灌澤諸十方， 其有聞名者， 除咎消諸殃， 歸命大智慧， 稽首正覺王。 巍巍十方佛， 國土甚清凈， 七寶為莊嚴， 妙香栴檀形， 悉純諸菩薩， 亦無二乘名， 唯說不退轉， 般若之道英。 巍巍十方佛， 三世道之珍， 其聞信樂者， 疾成無上真， 游于菩薩道， 堅住不退轉， 所生常見佛， 速值諸世尊。 巍巍十方佛， 三世之導師， 志心懷恭敬， 信樂無狐疑， 所生常端正， 顏容甚光暉， 辯才慧獨遠， 愿禮天人師。 別有四菩薩。

【English Translation】 English version 'The Sutra of the Six Bodhisattvas Who Should Also Recite and Uphold'

Simhanadita Bodhisattva (Lion's Roar Bodhisattva), Simhavikridita Bodhisattva (Lion's Sport Bodhisattva), Simhadhvaja Bodhisattva (Lion Banner Bodhisattva), Simhakritya Bodhisattva (Lion Action Bodhisattva), Dridhaviryaparakrama Bodhisattva (Firm Courage and Diligence Bodhisattva), Vajrabuddhihanana Bodhisattva (Diamond Wisdom Striking Bodhisattva).
Majestic are the Buddhas of the ten directions, dignified is the King among the Holy, Possessing the thirty-two excellent marks, and the eighty kinds of fine qualities, The body emits wondrous light, universally illuminating all ten directions, May I personally take refuge, bowing my head to the Kings of the Dharma. Majestic are the Buddhas of the ten directions, with boundless great compassion, Establishing great vows, to deliver all sentient beings, Those who are learned and rejoice, their merits are immeasurable, May I personally take refuge, bowing my head to the greatly compassionate ones. Majestic are the Buddhas of the ten directions, whose merits are immeasurable, Wisdom like the boundless ocean, irrigating and nourishing all ten directions, Those who hear their names, can eliminate faults and dispel calamities, Taking refuge in great wisdom, bowing my head to the King of Perfect Enlightenment. Majestic are the Buddhas of the ten directions, whose lands are extremely pure, Adorned with the seven treasures, with the wondrous fragrance of sandalwood, All are pure Bodhisattvas, without the names of the Two Vehicles, Only speaking of non-retrogression, the essence of the Prajna path. Majestic are the Buddhas of the ten directions, the treasure of the three times, Those who hear, believe, and rejoice, will quickly achieve unsurpassed truth, Wandering in the Bodhisattva path, firmly dwelling without regression, In every birth, they will always see the Buddha, and quickly meet all the World Honored Ones. Majestic are the Buddhas of the ten directions, the guide of the three times, With sincere and respectful hearts, believing and rejoicing without doubt, In every birth, they will always be upright, with radiant faces, Their eloquence and wisdom are exceedingly profound, may I pay homage to the Teacher of Gods and Humans. There are also four other Bodhisattvas.
此四大士，皆過去十方諸佛之師。此四大士，初始造行之時，發大誓願言：「我當度一切眾生，至其都得涅槃，然後當取佛。」以是故應誦唸誦持，得無量無邊功德至不退轉。譬如三千世界盡虛空滿中紫磨黃金，用之佈施；不如一須臾之間誦唸此四大士名，其所得功德，出過爾所黃金施上千億萬倍。其名曰：
棄陰蓋菩薩、寂根菩薩、慧威菩薩、不離菩薩。

【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本： 這四大菩薩，都是過去十方諸佛的老師。這四大菩薩，最初開始修行的時候，發下宏大的誓願說：『我應當度化一切眾生，直到他們全部證得涅槃，然後我才成佛。』因此，應當誦唸受持他們的名號，可以獲得無量無邊的功德，達到永不退轉的境界。譬如用充滿三千大千世界虛空的紫磨黃金來佈施，也不如一須臾（很短的時間）之間誦唸這四大菩薩的名號，其所獲得的功德，超過用那些黃金佈施所得功德的千億萬倍。他們的名字是： 棄陰蓋菩薩（Qiyingai Pusa，去除五陰之蓋障的菩薩）、寂根菩薩（Jigen Pusa，寂靜諸根的菩薩）、慧威菩薩（Huiwei Pusa，具有智慧威德的菩薩）、不離菩薩（Buli Pusa，永不捨離眾生的菩薩）。 六位菩薩的名號也應當誦持。
【English Translation】 English version: These four great Bodhisattvas are all teachers of the Buddhas of the ten directions in the past. When these four great Bodhisattvas initially began their practice, they made a great vow, saying: 'I shall liberate all sentient beings until they all attain Nirvana, and then I shall become a Buddha.' Therefore, one should recite and uphold their names, and one will obtain immeasurable and boundless merits, reaching the state of non-retrogression. For example, if one were to fill the entire void of the three thousand great thousand worlds with Jambu-river gold and use it for almsgiving, it would not be comparable to reciting the names of these four great Bodhisattvas for even a short moment (ksana); the merits obtained would exceed the merits of giving away that gold by a thousand trillion times. Their names are: Qiyingai Bodhisattva (Qiyingai Pusa, Bodhisattva who removes the cover of the five skandhas), Jigen Bodhisattva (Jigen Pusa, Bodhisattva who has pacified the roots), Huiwei Bodhisattva (Huiwei Pusa, Bodhisattva with wisdom and power), Buli Bodhisattva (Buli Pusa, Bodhisattva who never abandons sentient beings). The names of the six Bodhisattvas should also be recited and upheld.
