如是我聞:
一時佛在娑竭羅龍宮,與八千大比丘眾、三萬二千菩薩摩訶薩俱。
爾時世尊告龍王言:「一切眾生心想異故,造業亦異,由是故有諸趣輪轉。龍王!汝見此會及大海中,形色種類各別不耶?如是一切,靡不由心造善不善身業、語業、意業所致。而心無色,不可見取,但是虛妄諸法集起,畢竟無主,無我、我所。雖各隨業,所現不同,而實于中無有作者。故一切法皆不思議,自性如幻。智者知已,應修善業,以是所生蘊、處、界等,皆悉端正,見者無厭。
「龍王!汝觀佛身,從百千億福德所生,諸相莊嚴,光明顯曜,蔽諸大眾。設無量億自在梵王,悉不復現;其有瞻仰如來身者,莫不目眩!汝又觀此諸大菩薩,妙色嚴凈,一切皆由修集善業福德而生。又諸天龍八部眾等大威勢者,亦因善業福德所生。今大海中所有眾生,形色粗鄙,或大或小,皆由自心種種想念,作身、語、意諸不善業,是故隨業各自受報。汝今當應如是修學,亦令眾生了達因果,修習善業。汝當於此正見不動,勿復墮在斷、常見中!于諸福田歡喜、敬養,是故汝等

一時,佛在娑竭羅龍宮(Sāgara-nāga-bhavana,海龍王宮殿),與八千大比丘眾、三萬二千菩薩摩訶薩(bodhisattva-mahāsattva,大菩薩)在一起。
這時,世尊告訴龍王說:『一切眾生因為心念想法不同,所造的業也不同,因此才會有在各個趣道(gati,輪迴的道途)中的輪轉。龍王!你看見這次集會以及大海中的眾生,它們的形貌顏色種類各不相同,是嗎?像這樣的一切差別,沒有不是由心所造作的善與不善的身業、語業、意業所導致的。而心本身沒有顏色,無法看見和把握,只不過是虛妄的諸法聚合而生起,畢竟沒有主宰,沒有我,也沒有我所(屬於我的東西)。雖然各自隨著業力,所顯現的果報不同,但實際上其中並沒有作者。所以一切法都是不可思議的,自性就像幻象一樣。有智慧的人明白了這個道理,就應當修習善業,因為由此所產生的五蘊(skandha,構成個體的五種要素:色、受、想、行、識)、十二處(āyatana,感覺的場所)、十八界(dhātu,構成經驗的要素)等等,都會端正美好,看見的人沒有不喜歡的。
『龍王!你看佛的身相,是從百千億的福德所生,各種相好莊嚴,光明明顯照耀,遮蔽了所有大眾。即使有無量億的自在梵王(Īśvara-brahman,擁有自在力的梵天),也全都不能顯現自身的光芒;那些瞻仰如來身相的人,沒有不眼花繚亂的!你再看這些大菩薩,他們的美妙顏色莊嚴清凈,一切都是由於修集善業福德而生。還有諸天、龍(nāga,印度神話中的蛇神)八部眾等等具有大威勢的眾生,也是因為善業福德所生。現在大海中所有的眾生,形貌顏色粗陋鄙俗,或者大或者小,都是由於自己內心的種種想念,造作身、語、意各種不善的業,所以隨著各自的業力而承受果報。你現在應當這樣修學,也要讓眾生明白因果的道理,修習善業。你應當對這個正見堅定不移,不要再墮落在斷見(uccheda-diṣṭi,認為生命死後斷滅的邪見)和常見(śāśvata-diṣṭi,認為存在永恒不變的實體的邪見)之中!對於各種福田(puṇya-kṣetra,指能夠增長福報的場所或對像)要歡喜敬養,所以你們……』
【English Translation】 English version The Sutra of the Ten Wholesome Ways of Action
Translated under Imperial Order by Śikṣānanda of Khotan, of the Great Tang Dynasty
Thus have I heard:
At one time, the Buddha was in the Sāgara-nāga-bhavana (palace of the Dragon King Sāgara), together with eight thousand great Bhikṣus and thirty-two thousand Bodhisattva-mahāsattvas (great Bodhisattvas).
At that time, the World-Honored One said to the Dragon King: 'Because the thoughts and ideas of all sentient beings are different, the karmas they create are also different. Therefore, there is the turning of the wheel in various destinies (gati). Dragon King! Do you see that the forms, colors, and kinds of beings in this assembly and in the great ocean are each different? All these differences are caused by the good and unwholesome actions of body, speech, and mind, which are created by the mind. But the mind itself has no color, cannot be seen or grasped; it is merely the coming together of false dharmas, ultimately without a master, without a self, and without anything belonging to a self. Although each follows its own karma, and the manifestations are different, in reality there is no creator among them. Therefore, all dharmas are inconceivable, and their nature is like an illusion. The wise, knowing this, should cultivate good karma, because the resulting skandhas (aggregates), āyatanas (sense bases), and dhātus (elements) will all be upright and beautiful, and those who see them will never be satiated.
'Dragon King! Observe the body of the Buddha, born from hundreds of thousands of millions of blessings, adorned with all kinds of auspicious marks, its light shining brightly, obscuring all the multitudes. Even countless billions of Īśvara-brahmans (sovereign Brahma kings) would not be able to manifest themselves; those who gaze upon the body of the Tathāgata are invariably dazzled! And observe these great Bodhisattvas, their wondrous colors are adorned and pure, all born from cultivating good karma and merit. And the devas, nāgas (mythical serpent beings), the eight classes of beings, and others with great power, are also born from good karma and merit. Now, all the beings in the great ocean, their forms and colors are coarse and base, some large and some small, all due to the various thoughts in their own minds, creating unwholesome actions of body, speech, and mind. Therefore, they each receive retribution according to their karma. You should now learn and practice in this way, and also enable sentient beings to understand the principle of cause and effect, and cultivate good karma. You should be steadfast in this right view, and no longer fall into the views of annihilation (uccheda-diṣṭi, the view that life ends at death) and permanence (śāśvata-diṣṭi, the view that there is an eternal, unchanging self)! You should rejoice and make offerings to all fields of merit (puṇya-kṣetra, places or objects that generate merit), therefore you...'
亦得人天尊敬、供養。
「龍王!當知菩薩有一法,能斷一切諸惡道苦。何等為一?謂于晝夜,常念、思惟、觀察善法,令諸善法念念增長,不容毫分不善間雜。是即能令諸惡永斷、善法圓滿,常得親近諸佛、菩薩及余聖眾。言善法者,謂人天身、聲聞菩提、獨覺菩提、無上菩提,皆依此法以為根本而得成就,故名善法。此法即是十善業道。何等為十?謂能永離殺生、偷盜、邪行、妄語、兩舌、惡口、綺語、貪慾、瞋恚、邪見。
「龍王!若離殺生,即得成就十離惱法。何等為十?一、于諸眾生普施無畏;二、常于眾生起大慈心;三、永斷一切瞋恚習氣;四、身常無病;五、壽命長遠;六、恒為非人之所守護;七、常無惡夢,寢覺快樂;八、滅除怨結,眾怨自解;九、無惡道怖;十、命終生天;是為十。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,得佛隨心自在壽命。
「複次,龍王!若離偷盜,即得十種可保信法。何等為十?一者、資財盈積,王、賊、水、火,及非愛子,不能散滅;二、多人愛念;三、人不欺負;四、十方讚美;五、不憂損害;六、善名流佈;七、處眾無畏;八、財、命、色、力安樂,辯才具足無缺;九、常懷施意;十、命終生天;是為十。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后

『龍王(Nāga King)!你應該知道菩薩有一種方法,能夠斷除一切惡道的痛苦。這一法是什麼呢?就是日日夜夜,常常唸誦、思惟、觀察善法,使各種善法念念增長,不容許絲毫的不善摻雜其中。這樣就能使一切惡業永遠斷除,善法圓滿成就,常常能夠親近諸佛、菩薩以及其他聖眾。所說的善法,指的是人天之身、聲聞菩提(Śrāvaka-bodhi)、獨覺菩提(Pratyekabuddha-bodhi)、無上菩提(Anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi),都是依靠此法作為根本而得以成就,所以稱為善法。此法就是十善業道。哪十種呢?就是能夠永遠遠離殺生、偷盜、邪淫、妄語、兩舌、惡口、綺語、貪慾、瞋恚、邪見。』

【English Translation】 English version: Also, one will receive the respect and offerings of humans and devas.
'Nāga King! You should know that a Bodhisattva has one dharma that can cut off all the sufferings of the evil paths. What is this one dharma? It is to constantly recite, contemplate, and observe good dharmas day and night, causing all good dharmas to increase moment by moment, not allowing even a hair's breadth of unwholesomeness to be mixed in. This will enable all evil to be permanently cut off, good dharmas to be perfectly fulfilled, and one will always be able to be close to all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and other holy beings. The so-called good dharmas refer to the bodies of humans and devas, Śrāvaka-bodhi, Pratyekabuddha-bodhi, and Anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi, all of which are achieved by relying on this dharma as the root. Therefore, it is called good dharma. This dharma is the Ten Wholesome Karmic Paths. What are the ten? They are the ability to permanently abstain from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, false speech, divisive speech, harsh speech, idle speech, greed, hatred, and wrong views.'
'Nāga King! If one can abstain from killing, one will achieve ten dharmas of being free from affliction. What are the ten? First, one universally bestows fearlessness upon all beings; second, one constantly generates great compassion towards all beings; third, one permanently cuts off all habits of anger; fourth, one's body is always free from illness; fifth, one's lifespan is long; sixth, one is constantly protected by non-humans (amanuṣya); seventh, one constantly has no bad dreams, and one's sleep is peaceful and happy; eighth, one eliminates the knots of resentment, and all resentments are naturally resolved; ninth, one has no fear of the evil paths; tenth, one is reborn in the heavens after death. These are the ten. If one can dedicate these merits towards Anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi, one will obtain the Buddha's freely willed lifespan when one becomes a Buddha in the future.'
'Furthermore, Nāga King! If one can abstain from stealing, one will obtain ten kinds of trustworthy dharmas. What are the ten? First, one's wealth accumulates abundantly, and it cannot be scattered by kings, thieves, water, fire, or unloving children; second, one is loved and cherished by many people; third, one is not deceived or bullied by others; fourth, one is praised in the ten directions; fifth, one does not worry about being harmed; sixth, one's good name spreads far and wide; seventh, one is fearless in the midst of crowds; eighth, one's wealth, life, beauty, strength, and happiness, as well as eloquence, are complete and without lack; ninth, one constantly cherishes the intention to give; tenth, one is reborn in the heavens after death. These are the ten. If one can dedicate these merits towards Anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi, one will
成佛時,得證清凈大菩提智。
「複次,龍王!若離邪行,即得四種智所贊法。何等為四?一、諸根調順;二、永離諠掉;三、世所稱歎;四、妻莫能侵;是為四。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,得佛丈夫隱密藏相。
「複次,龍王!若離妄語,即得八種天所贊法。何等為八?一、口常清凈、優缽華香;二、為諸世間之所信伏;三、發言成證,人天敬愛;四、常以愛語安慰眾生;五、得勝意樂,三業清凈;六、言無誤失,心常歡喜;七、發言尊重,人天奉行;八、智慧殊勝,無能制伏;是為八。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,即得如來真實語。
「複次,龍王!若離兩舌,即得五種不可壞法。何等為五?一、得不壞身,無能害故;二、得不壞眷屬,無能破故;三、得不壞信,順本業故;四、得不壞法行,所修堅固故;五、得不壞善知識,不誑惑故;是為五。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,得正眷屬,諸魔外道不能沮壞。
「複次,龍王!若離惡口,即得成就八種凈業。何等為八?一、言不乖度;二、言皆利益;三、言必契理;四、言詞美妙;五、言可承領;六、言則信用;七、言無可譏;八、言盡愛樂;是為八。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成

『再者,龍王!如果遠離兩舌,就能獲得五種不可破壞的功德。是哪五種呢?第一,獲得不壞之身,沒有人能夠傷害;第二,獲得不壞的眷屬,沒有人能夠破壞;第三,獲得不壞的信心,順應原本的業力;第四,獲得不壞的法行,所修行的法門堅固;第五,獲得不壞的善知識,不會被誑惑。這就是五種功德。如果能將這些功德迴向于阿耨多羅三藐三菩提(Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi,無上正等正覺),將來成佛時,就能獲得正當的眷屬,一切邪魔外道都不能夠阻撓破壞。

【English Translation】 English version Upon attaining Buddhahood, one realizes the pure, great Bodhi wisdom.
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from sexual misconduct, one obtains four qualities praised by wisdom. What are the four? First, the senses are well-controlled; second, one is forever free from agitation and restlessness; third, one is praised by the world; fourth, one's wife cannot be violated. These are the four. If one can dedicate these merits towards Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unexcelled complete enlightenment), upon attaining Buddhahood in the future, one will obtain the hidden, secret mark of a Buddha's virility.'
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from false speech, one obtains eight qualities praised by the devas. What are the eight? First, one's mouth is always pure, emitting the fragrance of Utpala (blue lotus); second, one is trusted and obeyed by all in the world; third, one's words are effective and truthful, revered and loved by humans and devas; fourth, one always comforts beings with loving words; fifth, one obtains supreme joy and purity in body, speech, and mind; sixth, one's words are without error, and one's mind is always joyful; seventh, one's words are respected, and humans and devas follow them; eighth, one's wisdom is supreme, and no one can subdue it. These are the eight. If one can dedicate these merits towards Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unexcelled complete enlightenment), upon attaining Buddhahood in the future, one will obtain the Tathagata's true speech.'
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from divisive speech, one obtains five indestructible qualities. What are the five? First, one obtains an indestructible body, which no one can harm; second, one obtains indestructible retinue, which no one can destroy; third, one obtains indestructible faith, in accordance with one's original karma; fourth, one obtains indestructible Dharma practice, because one's cultivation is firm; fifth, one obtains indestructible good teachers, who do not deceive or confuse. These are the five. If one can dedicate these merits towards Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unexcelled complete enlightenment), upon attaining Buddhahood in the future, one will obtain a righteous retinue, which all demons and heretics cannot obstruct or destroy.'
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from harsh speech, one will accomplish eight kinds of pure karma. What are the eight? First, one's words do not deviate from propriety; second, one's words are always beneficial; third, one's words always accord with truth; fourth, one's words are beautiful and pleasing; fifth, one's words can be accepted and followed; sixth, one's words are trustworthy; seventh, one's words are without fault; eighth, one's words are full of love and joy. These are the eight. If one can dedicate these merits towards Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unexcelled complete enlightenment), upon attaining Buddhahood in the

「複次,龍王!若離綺語,即得成就三種決定。何等為三?一、定為智人所愛;二、定能以智,如實答問;三、定於人天,威德最勝,無有虛妄;是為三。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,即得如來諸所授記,皆不唐捐。
「複次,龍王!若離貪慾,即得成就五種自在。何等為五?一、三業自在,諸根具足故;二、財物自在,一切怨賊不能奪故;三、福德自在,隨心所欲,物皆備故;四、王位自在,珍奇妙物皆奉獻故;五、所獲之物,過本所求百倍殊勝,由於昔時不慳嫉故;是為五。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,三界特尊,皆共敬養。
「複次,龍王!若離瞋恚,即得八種喜悅心法。何等為八?一、無損惱心;二、無瞋恚心;三、無諍訟心;四、柔和質直心;五、得聖者慈心;六、常作利益安眾生心;七、身相端嚴,眾共尊敬;八、以和忍故,速生梵世;是為八。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,得無礙心,觀者無厭。
「複次,龍王!若離邪見,即得成就十功德法。何等為十?一、得真善意樂、真善等侶;二、深信因果,寧殞身命,終不作惡;三、唯歸依佛,非余天等;四、直心正見,永離一切吉兇疑網;五、常生人天,

『再者,龍王!如果遠離貪慾,就能成就五種自在。哪五種呢?一、三業(身、口、意)自在,因為諸根具足的緣故;二、財物自在,一切怨賊都不能夠奪取的緣故;三、福德自在,隨心所欲,一切事物都具備的緣故;四、王位自在,珍奇美妙的物品都來奉獻的緣故;五、所獲得的物品,超過原本所求的百倍殊勝,由於過去不慳吝嫉妒的緣故;這就是五種。如果能夠將這些功德迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提(無上正等正覺)的話,將來成佛時,在三界之中特別尊貴,大家都共同尊敬供養。』
『再者,龍王!如果遠離嗔恚,就能得到八種喜悅的心法。哪八種呢?一、沒有損害惱害他人的心;二、沒有嗔恚的心;三、沒有爭論訴訟的心;四、柔和正直的心;五、得到聖者的慈悲心;六、常常生起利益安樂眾生的心;七、身相端正莊嚴,大眾共同尊敬;八、因為和善忍辱的緣故,迅速往生到梵天世界;這就是八種。如果能夠將這些功德迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提(無上正等正覺)的話,將來成佛時,得到無礙的心,觀看的人沒有厭倦。』
『再者,龍王!如果遠離邪見,就能成就十種功德之法。哪十種呢?一、得到真實的善意樂、真實的善友;二、深深相信因果,寧願失去生命,也終究不做惡事;三、唯一歸依佛陀,不歸依其他天神等等;四、以正直的心和正見,永遠遠離一切吉兇的疑惑;五、常常出生在人天之中,
【English Translation】 At the time of the Buddha, he possessed the pure Brahma voice characteristics of the Tathagata (Buddha).
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from false speech (idle talk), one will achieve three certainties. What are the three? First, one will certainly be loved by the wise; second, one will certainly be able to answer questions truthfully and wisely; third, one will certainly be most supreme in virtue and power among humans and gods, without falsehood; these are the three. If one can dedicate these merits to Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unsurpassed perfect enlightenment), when one becomes a Buddha in the future, all the predictions received from the Tathagata (Buddha) will not be in vain.'
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from greed, one will achieve five kinds of freedom. What are the five? First, freedom of the three karmas (body, speech, and mind), because one's faculties are complete; second, freedom of wealth, because all enemies and thieves cannot steal it; third, freedom of merit, because one's desires are fulfilled and all things are available; fourth, freedom of kingship, because rare and wonderful things are offered; fifth, the things one obtains are a hundred times more excellent than what one originally sought, because one was not stingy or jealous in the past; these are the five. If one can dedicate these merits to Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unsurpassed perfect enlightenment), when one becomes a Buddha in the future, one will be especially honored in the three realms, and all will respectfully make offerings.'
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from anger, one will obtain eight kinds of joyful mental states. What are the eight? First, a mind without harming or afflicting others; second, a mind without anger; third, a mind without disputes or lawsuits; fourth, a gentle and upright mind; fifth, obtaining the compassionate mind of the saints; sixth, constantly generating the mind to benefit and bring peace to all beings; seventh, having a dignified and beautiful appearance, respected by all; eighth, because of patience and forbearance, quickly being born in the Brahma world; these are the eight. If one can dedicate these merits to Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unsurpassed perfect enlightenment), when one becomes a Buddha in the future, one will obtain an unobstructed mind, and those who see will never tire of it.'
'Furthermore, Dragon King! If one abstains from wrong views, one will achieve ten meritorious qualities. What are the ten? 不更惡道;六、無量福慧,轉轉增勝;七、永離邪道,行於聖道;八、不起身見,舍諸惡業;九、住無礙見,十、不墮諸難;是為十。若能迴向阿耨多羅三藐三菩提者,后成佛時,速證一切佛法,成就自在神通。」

If one can dedicate these merits to Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (unsurpassed, complete enlightenment), when one becomes a Buddha in the future, one will quickly attain all the Buddha's teachings and achieve unhindered supernatural powers.』
At that time, the World Honored One further told the Dragon King: 『If there are Bodhisattvas who rely on these virtuous deeds, and during the practice of the path, are able to abstain from killing and practice giving, they will always be rich in wealth and treasures, and no one will be able to seize them; they will have a long life without premature death, and will not be harmed by any enemies or thieves. Abstaining from taking what is not given (stealing) and practicing giving, they will always be rich in wealth and treasures, and no one will be able to seize them; they will be the most supreme and incomparable, and will be able to fully gather the Dharma treasury of all Buddhas. Abstaining from non-brahmacharya (impure conduct) and practicing giving, they will always be rich in wealth and treasures, and no one will be able to seize them; their family will be upright and harmonious, and no one, including their mother and wife, will look at them with lustful thoughts. Abstaining from false speech and practicing giving, they will always be rich in wealth and treasures, and no one will be able to seize them; they will be free from all slander, uphold and maintain the Dharma, and as their vows, what they do will surely succeed. Abstaining from divisive speech and practicing giving, they will always be rich in wealth and treasures, and no one will be able to seize them; their family will be harmonious, with the same aspirations and joy, and there will never be quarrels. Abstaining from harsh speech and practicing giving, they will always be rich in wealth and treasures, and no one will be able to seize them; all assemblies will joyfully turn to them for refuge and rely on them, their words will be trusted and accepted, and no one will disobey or resist them. Abstaining from meaningless speech and practicing giving, they will always be rich in wealth and treasures, and no one will be able to seize them; their words will not be false, people will respect and accept them, and they will be able to skillfully use expedient means to cut off all doubts. 提心。是為大士修菩薩道時,行十善業,以施莊嚴,所獲大利如是。

【English Translation】 English version Tixin (name of a Bodhisattva). This is how great the benefits are that a Bodhisattva obtains when practicing the ten wholesome karmas with generosity as adornment while cultivating the Bodhisattva path.
'Nāga King (護法神)! In short, practicing the ten wholesome paths, with precepts as adornment, can generate all the meanings and benefits of the Buddhadharma and fulfill great vows; with forbearance as adornment, one obtains the perfect voice of the Buddha and possesses all excellent marks; with diligence as adornment, one can destroy the demons' hatred and enter the treasury of the Buddhadharma; with samadhi as adornment, one can generate mindfulness, wisdom, shame, remorse, and ease; with wisdom as adornment, one can cut off all discriminating delusions and false views; with loving-kindness as adornment, one does not generate annoyance or harm towards all sentient beings; with compassion as adornment, one pities all sentient beings and is never weary of abandoning them; with joy as adornment, one has no resentment or jealousy in one's heart when seeing those who cultivate goodness; with equanimity as adornment, one has no love or hatred towards favorable or unfavorable circumstances; with the four means of attraction (佈施、愛語、利行、同事) as adornment, one is always diligent in gathering and transforming all sentient beings; with the mindfulness (身、受、心、法四念處) as adornment, one is skilled in cultivating the four foundations of mindfulness; with right diligence (已生惡令斷滅,未生惡令不生,已生善令增長,未生善令生起) as adornment, one can eliminate all unwholesome dharmas and accomplish all wholesome dharmas; with psychic power (欲、勤、心、觀四神足) as adornment, one always keeps body and mind light, comfortable, and happy; with the five roots (信、精進、念、定、慧) as adornment, one has deep faith and is firm, diligent and unremitting, always without confusion or forgetfulness, peaceful and harmonious, and cuts off all afflictions; with the five powers (信、精進、念、定、慧) as adornment, all hatred is extinguished, and no one can destroy one; with the enlightenment factor (念、擇法、精進、喜、輕安、定、舍七覺支) as adornment, one is always good at awakening to all dharmas; with the right path (八正道) as adornment, one obtains right wisdom that is always present; with calm abiding (奢摩他) as adornment, one can thoroughly cleanse all fetters; with insight (毗婆舍那) as adornment, one can truly know the self-nature of all dharmas; with expedient means as adornment, one quickly achieves and perfects the happiness of conditioned and unconditioned states.'

薩行、一切佛法,咸共依此十善大地而得成就。」
佛說此經已,娑竭羅龍王及諸大眾,一切世間天、人、阿修羅等,皆大歡喜,信受奉行。

【English Translation】 English version: 'The practices of Bodhisattvas and all Buddha-dharmas are all accomplished by relying on this great ground of the Ten Virtuous Deeds.'
After the Buddha finished speaking this Sutra, Sāgara-nāgarāja (Sāgara Dragon King) and all the assembly, including all the Devas, humans, Asuras, and others in the world, were all greatly rejoiced, faithfully accepted, and practiced it.
