菩薩、虛空勝菩薩、寶勝菩薩、高幢勝菩薩、智勝菩薩、高主王菩薩、世主王菩薩、梵主王菩薩、山主王菩薩、不動主王菩薩、尊主王菩薩、妙覺主王菩薩、寂靜音菩薩、無著音菩薩、持聲音菩薩、海潮音菩薩、本願覺音菩薩、道場聲音菩薩、智高覺菩薩、虛空覺菩薩、離垢覺菩薩、無著覺菩薩、覺悟覺菩薩、照三世覺菩薩、寶覺菩薩、廣覺菩薩、普明覺菩薩、照法界理趣覺菩薩,如是等輩而為上首,有十俱胝佛土極微塵數等菩薩摩訶薩,一切皆住不退轉位,皆悉成就空界無量,成就法界無障平等,信解隨業所起異熟,信解隨因所起諸果,如印起印成一切法。平等性智成見諸法,猶如光影及以影像,平等之性成見諸法,同於谷響音聲,表了平等之性;一切已得不可思議解脫勝定,安住健行諸三摩地,安住能引無邊佛身色像;圓滿諸陀羅尼,於一毛孔普能示現一切佛土,於一毛孔普能示現若沒若生出胎出家,方便示行難行苦行,詣菩提座摧伏魔軍成等正覺轉正法輪,最後示現入大涅槃;成就於一結加趺坐,普於十方一切世界能遍滿智,普於十方一切世界一切如來所有眾會現一如來,於一如來所有眾會,普能示現一切如來;於一切法無邊中說皆悉善巧,皆到一切法無邊際。入無邊中種種幻網,普能示現無邊無際劫數有情;

Having accomplished the Wisdom of Equality, they see all dharmas as light and shadows and as reflections. Having accomplished the nature of equality, they see all dharmas as being like echoes in a valley, sounds expressing the nature of equality; all have attained inconceivable liberation and supreme samadhi, abiding in various samadhis such as vigorous walking, abiding in samadhis capable of bringing forth boundless Buddha-bodies and forms; perfecting all dharanis, universally able to manifest all Buddha-lands in a single pore, universally able to manifest birth and death, leaving the home life, conveniently demonstrating difficult and ascetic practices, going to the Bodhi seat to subdue the armies of Mara, attaining perfect enlightenment, turning the wheel of the Dharma, and finally demonstrating entry into Great Nirvana; accomplishing the ability to sit in one full lotus posture, universally able to fill all worlds in the ten directions with wisdom, universally able to manifest one Tathagata in all assemblies of all Tathagatas in all worlds in the ten directions, universally able to manifest all Tathagatas in one Tathagata's assembly; being skillful in speaking about all dharmas in the boundless, all having reached the boundless limit of all dharmas. Entering the various illusionary nets within the boundless, universally able to manifest sentient beings for boundless and limitless kalpas.

【English Translation】 English version In all the worlds, regarding the death, birth, and cycles of transmigration of sentient beings, (the Bodhisattva) manifests the diverse forms of all sentient beings who have already been born. With unobstructed knowledge, (the Bodhisattva) knows their own mind and the minds of others; they are skilled in understanding the thoughts and actions of a single sentient being and the minds of all sentient beings. In a single instant, they skillfully comprehend the wondrous wisdom of the Ten Powers of the Tathagata (Ten Powers of the Buddha). They universally comprehend the unobstructed wisdom of all kalpas (extremely long units of time) traversed in the three times (past, present, and future), and they skillfully manifest the wondrous wisdom of the continuous existence of other sentient beings. In every moment of thought, they skillfully manifest all sentient beings in all directions and worlds. Furthermore, through the thoughts of one sentient being, they completely comprehend all the actions of all sentient beings and skillfully manifest the wisdom of clear seeing. Regarding the speech and sounds uttered by one sentient being, they skillfully comprehend and manifest the wondrous wisdom of the speech and sounds of all sentient beings. Based on one body, they universally and skillfully manifest all the various bodies in all the worlds. Regarding the assemblies of one Tathagata (Buddha), they skillfully comprehend and manifest the teachings and practices of all the assemblies of all Tathagatas. They skillfully comprehend and manifest the teachings and practices of the assemblies of a single Tathagata within all the assemblies of all Tathagatas. They attain all the wondrous Dharanis (mantras), comprehend and uphold skillful and decisive eloquence, and skillfully proclaim the realms and faculties of all sentient beings. With the mind of one sentient being as the object of contemplation, they attain great Bodhi (enlightenment) through ineffable transformation, and they skillfully comprehend the minds of all sentient beings. With a single voice, they universally instruct and teach all the worlds, and they are able to universally understand the diverse inclinations of all sentient beings and illuminate the continuous existence of other sentient beings. They skillfully recall and comprehend the kalpas of past lives of all beings with a single thought, universally manifesting the karmic results and ripened fruits of their actions. According to what is appropriate for each, they enlighten sentient beings, enabling them to see for themselves, and they skillfully adorn all the worlds. They skillfully comprehend all the worlds. Regarding the equal nature of all Buddhas' enlightenment, the Bodhisattva's great vows, self-nature, conduct, and vows, they universally understand and emit the light of the Dharma, skillfully enabling countless worlds to enter into a single atom, and skillfully enabling a single atom to be equal in measure to all the worlds.
巧,於一佛土普能示現一切佛土皆得善巧。內一切海廣大水聚置一毛孔,經法界量世界往來,而不損惱有情之類皆得善巧。令不可說世界所有入于自身,普現一切有情所作皆得善巧。能內無數不可思議不可稱量無有邊際不可宣說小鐵圍山、大鐵圍山及余大山置一毛孔,普經一切世界往來,而不驚怖有情之類皆得善巧。促不可說不可說劫以為一劫,能延一劫為不可說不可說劫,于中普現成壞差別皆得善巧。為所應化諸有情類,普於一切別世界中隨其所宜,或現水災、或現火災、或現風災皆得善巧。以右足指挑擲無數不可思議無量世界,而不損惱諸有情類皆得善巧。一切皆已住法雲地,能持十方所化有情所有廣大災橫憂惱饑饉險難皆得善巧,而不損惱諸餘有情。以神通力能于無佛諸世界中現佛興世。如是無量無邊功德皆悉成就。

復有居士名曰商主,與大眷屬俱,前後圍繞往鷲峰山,詣如來所,頂禮雙足退坐一面,瞻仰世尊目不暫舍,恭敬而住。
瞻波大城有長者子名曰善臂,與八萬四千長者子俱,前後圍繞往鷲峰山,詣如來所,頂禮雙足退坐一面,瞻仰世尊目不暫舍,恭敬而住。
復有摩納縛迦名那羅達多,與五百摩納縛迦俱,前後圍繞往鷲峰山,詣如來所,頂禮雙足退坐一面,瞻仰世尊目不暫舍,恭敬而住。

【English Translation】 English version: The immeasurable and boundless sons of gods (Devaputra) beyond comprehension, each accompanied by countless kotis (a unit of measurement in ancient India, equivalent to ten million) of celestial attendants, surrounded and preceded, went to Mount Grdhrakuta (Vulture Peak Mountain), approached the Tathagata (the Thus-Gone One, an epithet of the Buddha), prostrated themselves at his feet, and each, according to their ability, offered inconceivable and wondrous offerings. Then, they withdrew and sat to one side, gazing upon the Bhagavan (the Blessed One, an epithet of the Buddha) without averting their eyes, abiding in reverence.
At that time, from each pore, each minor mark (anulaksana), and each major mark (laksana) of the Bhagavan, emanated various colored lights, as numerous as the extremely small dust particles (paramanu) in ten Buddha-fields (Buddha-ksetra). Each of these lights illuminated the ten directions, pervading worlds as numerous as kotis of extremely small dust particles in each direction. From each of these worlds, countless kotis of nayutas (a unit of measurement in ancient India, equivalent to one million) of hundreds of thousands of Bodhisattvas (enlightenment beings) were summoned. Each Bodhisattva rode upon a wondrous jeweled platform, surrounded by jeweled pavilions extending a koti of hundreds of yojanas (an ancient Indian unit of distance) in length and breadth, adorned with mani (jewel) gems and jeweled ropes, and embellished with tall banners and canopies. Innumerable, countless, inconceivable kotis of nayutas of hundreds of thousands of celestial maidens surrounded them, preceding and following them to Mount Grdhrakuta, where they approached the Tathagata, prostrated themselves at his feet, and offered clouds of celestial flowers, clouds of jewels, clouds of garments, clouds of firm sandalwood (candana) that moved on their bellies, and clouds of celestial music and songs of praise, scattering them as offerings. Then, they withdrew and sat to one side, gazing upon the Bhagavan without averting their eyes, abiding in reverence.
At that time, in this three-thousand-great-thousand world system (trisahasra-maha-sahasra-lokadhatu), the mighty and majestic Devas (gods), Nagas (dragons), Yaksas (demons), Gandharvas (celestial musicians), Asuras (demigods), Garudas (mythical birds), Kinnaras (celestial musicians, half-human, half-bird), Mahoragas (great serpents), Sakra, Brahma, the world-protectors, humans, non-humans, and the assemblies of Bodhisattvas, stood crowded together, so that there was not even space the size of a hair-tip that was not filled.
At that time, Bhadrapala Bodhisattva, arising from his seat in the assembly, bared one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, and, with palms joined in reverence, said to the Buddha: 'Bhagavan! I wish to ask the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha (the Thus-Gone One, the Worthy One, the Perfectly Enlightened One, three titles of the Buddha) a few questions. I beseech you to grant me permission to answer the questions I ask.' Having spoken these words, the Bhagavan said to Bhadrapala Bodhisattva-Mahasattva (great being): 'Bhadrapala! 【English Translation】 English version The Bodhisattva Mahāsattva(a great Bodhisattva) Sadāparibhūta said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One! By virtue of what, by practicing what, by what rules, by what roots of goodness, by what diligence, by what reliance, by what skillful wisdom, by what wondrous wisdom, by what mindfulness, by what direction, by what guidance, by what holding to truth, by what armor, can the Bodhisattva Mahāsattvas(great Bodhisattvas) be without turning, without retreating, without universally regressing from Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment(the highest, correct, and equal enlightenment), and vigorously advance in Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment? How does the Tathagata(one of the titles of the Buddha) have the practice of blazing diligence? How does the Tathagata have wondrous wisdom? How can one have great wisdom and skillful wisdom? How can one have pure precepts? How can one be mindful, able to not forget the Dharma(Buddhist teachings) that one has heard? How can one generate mindfulness, able to understand all the roots of goodness that one has done in past lives? How can one skillfully know past lives and be able to enlighten other sentient beings? How can one possess the superior ability to awaken the senses? How can one possess auspicious marks, be able to see the Buddha, hear the Dharma, and serve the Sangha(Buddhist monastic community)? How can one dwell in other worlds, universally see the Buddhas in boundless and limitless worlds, hear the Dharma they speak, be able to uphold everything, ultimately understand and be clear, and widely proclaim and reveal it to others? How can one be like a flame, able to burn all roots of unwholesomeness? How can one be like the bright moon, able to realize all bright and pure dharmas? How can one be like Mount Sumeru, able to uphold all superior roots of goodness? How can one be like diamond, extremely firm and enduring, indestructible? How can one be fearless like a mountain peak? How can one have a pure voice, eloquence without obstruction? How can one possess vast learning, analyze all dharmas, and have skillful decision-making? How can one have a kind and pure face, always with a smile, far from frowning? How can one be far from jealousy and stinginess? How can one teach with voice to boundless worlds? How can one place all things of boundless and limitless worlds in one pore, and the sentient beings within cannot know, 'Where have we arrived now,' only those who should be saved can correctly understand? How can one universally appear in the great assembly of all the Tathagatas in the ten directions, mature sentient beings without moving from one's original place? How can one appear in one pore?'
孔,從睹史多天宮處沒、住胎出生、逾城出家、現行苦行、詣菩提座降伏魔軍、成等正覺、轉妙法輪、入大涅槃,現正法住?云何當得一剎那心能遍了知一切有情一切心行?」作是語已。
爾時世尊告賢護菩薩摩訶薩曰:「善哉善哉!賢護!善哉!汝今乃能請問如來如是深義。汝於今者所行之行,為欲利益多眾生故、為欲安樂多眾生故、哀愍世間諸大眾故、為諸天人作大義利得安樂故。汝於今者成就大悲,是故賢護!汝今諦聽極善作意,吾當為汝分別解說。」賢護菩薩摩訶薩言:「如是。世尊!愿樂欲聞。」

【English Translation】 English version: 'Kong', refers to the one who departed from Tushita Heaven (Dusita Heaven), took birth in a womb, left home by crossing the city walls, practiced asceticism, went to the Bodhi seat to subdue the armies of Mara (demons), attained perfect enlightenment, turned the wonderful Dharma wheel, and entered Great Nirvana, manifesting the abiding of the True Dharma. How can one, in a single moment of thought, fully know all the minds and actions of all sentient beings?' Having spoken these words.
At that time, the World Honored One said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Worthy Protector: 'Excellent! Excellent! Worthy Protector! It is excellent that you are now able to ask the Tathagata about such profound meaning. The practice you are now engaged in is for the benefit of many beings, for the sake of the happiness of many beings, out of compassion for all the multitudes in the world, and for the sake of bringing great benefit and happiness to gods and humans. You have now achieved great compassion. Therefore, Worthy Protector! Listen attentively and apply your mind with utmost care, and I will explain it to you in detail.' The Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Worthy Protector, said: 'So it is, World Honored One! I am eager to hear.'

There is a Samadhi (state of meditative absorption) called Stillness-Illumination-Miraculous Transformation, which is practiced by Bodhisattvas and belongs to the realm of the Buddhas. Observe the minds of all sentient beings, know the subtle wisdom of the superior and inferior faculties of sentient beings, be able to correctly observe what is reasonable and what is unreasonable, be able to correctly distinguish all actions, and have the subtle wisdom to realize what is not karma and not its fruition. For various excellent understandings, realize without forgetting, be able to correctly manifest and see various realms and non-one realms, the Vajra-like Samadhi (Samadhi, concentration) has nothing to observe, possessing Brahma-like voice and various Samadhis (Samadhi, concentration) and Samapattis (Samapatti, attainment). For each and every named or unnamed past life event, have the wisdom of recollection, be able to correctly observe the wisdom of pervasive conduct, the wisdom of the time when the outflows are completely exhausted and permanently severed and liberation is attained. Unobstructed divine eye universally and correctly observes, manifesting all forms and magical displays, having the wisdom to equally enter form and formlessness. Understand the component parts of various languages, be able to accordingly realize the Dharani (Dharani, mantra) wisdom. For all forms, images, and echoing sounds, possess the wisdom of equality, be able to expound the Dharma (Dharma, the teachings) appropriately, all sentient beings who hear it rejoice and have the wisdom to transform their faculties, observe the timing and enter actual wisdom. All that is spoken will ultimately not be in vain, be able to fulfill all Paramitas (Paramita, perfections), and have the skillful wisdom to encourage and subdue the afflictions of various sentient beings. Without discrimination towards various behaviors, the subtle wisdom of the unmixed Dharma realm flowing, able to destroy various discriminations.
