先瑜伽者。常可住本尊觀。行步觀想踐蓮華而住。次至精舍門而彈指。三稱hūṃ 吽。右目觀ma 摩字。左目觀ṭ 吒字。摩日吒月。入戶而顧視。是成五利益。所謂諸佛歡喜(一)去垢(二)光顯(三)辟除(四)結界(五)。
次左手作金剛拳當心。豎風輪。右手亦如是。頂上左右旋轉。指上方及地獄皆誦hūṃ 吽字明。
次三匝禮佛。
次陳懺悔語(我從過去世云云)。
次著座亦禮佛。
次凈三業(虛心合掌加hūṃ 字。三業印四所。並三部被甲等。同結用)。

【English Translation】 English version No. 855 Qinglong Temple Ritual Record
First, the yogi should always abide in the contemplation of the principal deity. While walking, visualize stepping on lotuses. Upon arriving at the gate of the vihara (temple), snap the fingers and chant hūṃ (seed syllable, representing emptiness) three times. Gaze with the right eye at the syllable ma (seed syllable, representing Mahavairocana), and with the left eye at the syllable ṭ (seed syllable, representing Vajrasattva). The syllable ma symbolizes the sun, and the syllable ṭ symbolizes the moon. After entering the gate, look back, which accomplishes five benefits: the joy of all Buddhas (1), the removal of defilements (2), the manifestation of light (3), the averting of evil (4), and the establishment of boundaries (5).
Next, make the vajra fist (thumb inside the four fingers) with the left hand and place it at the heart, raising the wind wheel (index finger). Make the vajra fist with the right hand as well. Rotate them above the head to the left and right, pointing the fingers upwards and downwards, while reciting the hūṃ (seed syllable, representing emptiness) syllable mantra.
Next, prostrate to the Buddha three times.
Next, recite the confession (I, from past lives, etc.).
Next, after taking a seat, also prostrate to the Buddha.
Next, purify the three karmas (body, speech, and mind) (with a sincere mind, join the palms and add the syllable hūṃ (seed syllable, representing emptiness). The three karma seals at four places, along with the three sections of armor, etc., are all used together with mudras).
Next, bless the scented water and sprinkle it for purification (using the trident mudra).
Next, recite the divine portion.
Next, express the aspiration for protection (Respectfully addressing the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, etc., as in the ritual commentary).

【English Translation】 English version Next is the Dharma Wheel Mudra (also known as the Wind Wheel Mudra). Rotate it clockwise three times on the forehead. With this mudra, visualize five places, turning the Dharma wheel throughout the three thousand worlds.
Next is donning the armor (after forming the mudra, visualize the syllable oṃ (唵) at the right wind tip, and the syllable ṭuṃ (砧) at the left wind tip. Wrap it three times upwards to the heart, and also wrap it behind the back. Three times at the navel, once at the right hip, once at the right knee, and the same on the left side. Three times at the navel, three times at the waist and back, once each at the heart, breasts, left and right shoulders, once at the throat, once behind the neck, three times at the forehead, three times behind the head, and make a hair-knot gesture above the left and right ears).

Next, bring the Vajra palms together at the heart and recite the fulfilling mantra (the five-syllable mantra).
Next, establish the vessel world. Visualize the space wheel in the lower realm, its measure being immeasurable. Wind, fire, and water act in sequence (the end of the mudra all facing down).
Next, abide in the meditation mudra and visualize the syllable vi on the earth wheel, forming an ocean. Within the ocean, the syllable hūṃ appears, forming a five-wisdom vajra, and above it, the syllable aḥ appears, forming a karma. On the karma, the syllable hrīḥ appears, forming an eight-petaled lotus. Nanda (Nanda, name of a dragon king) and the other two dragon kings support the lotus on the left and right.
Next, form the Great Ocean Mudra and recite the Great Ocean Mantra (as per the ritual).
Next, form the Vajra Hand Holding Flower Mudra (inner binding of five strands).
Next, recite the Great Mantra King (using the Karma Mudra).

First, visualize the halo, the Great Enlightenment Lion Throne, and the eight petals. On the throne is the Pure Light Moon Wheel. Place the syllable aḥ (long) within it. Transforming into Mahavairocana. Pure, free from all defilements, wonderful color surpassing the three realms etc., with the eight-petaled mandala.
眷屬自圍繞。八葉月輪中有a ā aṃ aḥ 字。變成寶幢開敷華王。阿彌陀鼓音佛。四隅凈月輪中有aṃ a bu vo (暗阿沒瑜)字。變成普賢文殊觀音彌勒。形色莊嚴面貌手印幖幟等皆如儀軌。一一種子一一尊色。一一形相一一三昧耶。如法觀而莫闕。若不堪能者。觀中臺aḥ 字成放金色光。普照三重院。阿字門變成諸尊種子。變成諸色相。如是觀了。此界存十三會。普光凈月輪正受相應身以八曼荼羅眷屬圍繞等者。正明中臺藏也。
次東遍知印名為第二會。北方觀自在是為第三會。南置金剛手所謂第四會。依涅唎底方不動如來使。風方勝三世是為第五會。四方四大護當爲第六會。初門釋迦文正是第七會。第三妙吉祥。應當第八會。南方除蓋障則為第九會。勝方地藏尊謂之第十會。龍方虛空藏第十一會也。蘇悉地眷屬為第十二會。護世威德天名第十三會。次第而分敷(中初)。
次寶冠舉手印(外五置頂額誦加命五種阿)。
次甲冑印。分額每重三歸命。誦kā 迦等二十八字。徐繞向玉枕喉心齊等。如次觀之kā kaṃ kaḥ (等八十四惡剎羅皆用上印)。
