歸命禮敬普賢(Samantabhadra),金剛蓮花手(Vajra-padma-pani)。 爲了宣說修習瑜伽(Yoga)的方法,首先應當禮敬三寶(Triratna)。 長跪合起蓮花掌,心中觀想面對聖眾。 陳述罪過,隨喜功德。 其次觀想一切法,遠離塵垢。 應當誦持此真言,使器世間皆得清凈。
凈地真言曰:
唵 啰儒(引)波誐哆(引入)薩嚩達摩(引入聲呼)
其次應當清凈身、口、意三業,觀想法的本性清凈。 誦持此真言,使三業皆得清凈。
凈身真言曰:
娑嚩(二合)婆(引)嚩秫馱(引入)薩嚩達摩(引入)
由於此真言的緣故,其身成為法的器皿。 于虛空中觀想佛,遍滿如胡麻。 於是誦持遍照明真言,清晰地見到諸佛。
觀佛真言曰:
欠 嚩日啰(二合)馱睹
於心中觀想吽(hūṃ)字,變成五股金剛杵(vajra)。 應當觀想遍身中,所有微塵數。 皆化為金剛薩埵(Vajrasattva),金剛掌舒展手臂。 全身委地禮拜,捨身遍滿法界。 奉獻阿閦(Akshobhya)尊,盡心禮敬事奉諸佛。

【English Translation】 English version The Vajratop Padma Section Heart Recitation Ritual - One Scroll
Translated by the Tripitaka Master Amoghavajra (Bukong), Great Guangzhi of the Daxingshan Temple, who was granted the title of Grand Master of the Three Departments, Special Advanced Official of the Honglu Temple, Duke of Su of the State, with a fief of 3,000 households, bestowed with purple robes, posthumously awarded the title of Sikong, and posthumously named Dajian, under imperial decree.
I prostrate to Samantabhadra (Universal Worthy), Vajra-padma-pani (Vajra Lotus Hand). To explain the method of practicing Yoga, one should first pay homage to the Triratna (Three Jewels). Kneel with lotus palms together, mentally visualizing facing the holy assembly. Confess transgressions and rejoice in merits. Next, contemplate all dharmas, free from defilement. One should recite this mantra to purify all realms.
The Land Purification Mantra says:
Om Rulu (long ā) Bojia Duo (entering sound) Sarva Dharma (entering sound)
Next, one should purify the three karmas (body, speech, and mind), contemplating the original purity of the Dharma. Recite this mantra to purify all three karmas.
The Body Purification Mantra says:
Svāhā (two combined) Bhāva (long ā) Śuddha (entering sound) Sarva Dharma (entering sound)
Due to this mantra, the body becomes a vessel of the Dharma. Visualize Buddha in the sky, as numerous as sesame seeds. Then recite the all-illuminating mantra, clearly seeing all Buddhas.
The Buddha Visualization Mantra says:
Kham Vajra (two combined) Dhatu
Visualize the syllable Hūṃ in the heart, transforming into a five-pronged vajra (thunderbolt scepter). One should visualize throughout the body, all the numberless dust motes. Transforming into Vajrasattva (Diamond Being), with vajra palms extending arms. Prostrate the whole body to the ground, dedicating the body to pervade the Dharmadhatu. Offering to Akshobhya (Immovable) Buddha, wholeheartedly paying homage and serving all Buddhas.
The mantra says:

【English Translation】 English version Ye-tat-ma-nam-ni-ri-ya-ta-ya-mi-sarva-tathagata-vajra-sattva-adhisthana-svaha-hum.
Next, visualize the syllable 'Tram' (two combined) on the forehead as a Vajra Jewel. Visualize the body as a jewel form, with countless particles within the body transforming into Vajra Treasury. Prostrate the entire body with the forehead. With Vajra palms at the heart, offer to Ratnasambhava (寶生尊). Visualize in boundless lands, wearing the Five Buddha Crown, and consecrate the crowns of all Buddhas.
The mantra is:
Om Sarva Tathagata Puja Abhisheka Ya Tatma Niryatayama Sarva Tathagata Vajra Ratna Abhisincha Hum Tram (two combined).
Visualize 'Hrih' at the mouth, then visualize an eight-petaled lotus. Visualize the body as a lotus flower, with countless particles within the body transforming into Vajra Dharma. Prostrate the entire body with the mouth. With Vajra palms at the crown of the head, offer to Amitabha (無量壽). Visualize pervading all Buddha assemblies, and request the turning of the Dharma wheel.
The mantra is:
Om Sarva Tathagata Puja Pravarthana Ya Tatma Niryatayama Sarva Tathagata Vajra Dharma Pravarthana Ye Hum Hrih (two combined).
Visualize the syllable 'Ah' at the crown of the head, transforming into Karma Vajra. Visualize the body as Universal Vajra, with countless particles within the body all transforming into Vajra Karma. Prostrate the entire body with the crown of the head.
當心金剛掌 奉獻不空尊 想于普集會 觀金剛業身 而作大供養

歸命十方正等覺 最勝妙法菩薩眾 以身口意清凈業 慇勤合掌恭敬禮 無始輪迴諸有中 身口意業所生罪 如佛菩薩所懺悔 我今陳懺亦如是 諸佛菩薩行愿中 金剛三業所生福 緣覺聲聞及有情 所集善根盡隨喜 一切世燈坐道場 覺眼開敷照三有 我今䠒跪先勸請 轉于無上妙法輪 所有如來三界主 臨般無餘涅槃者 我皆勸請令久住 不捨悲願救世間 懺悔隨喜勸請福 愿我不失菩提心 諸佛菩薩妙眾中 常為善友不厭舍 離於八難生無難 宿命住智相嚴身 遠離愚迷具悲智 悉能滿足波羅蜜 富樂豐饒生

歸命於十方正等覺,最殊勝的妙法和菩薩眾。 以身口意清凈的業,慇勤合掌恭敬禮拜。 從無始輪迴的諸有之中,身口意業所產生的罪過,如同佛菩薩所懺悔的那樣,我今也同樣陳述懺悔。 諸佛菩薩的行愿之中,金剛三業所產生的福德,緣覺、聲聞以及有情眾生所積聚的善根,我都盡皆隨喜。 一切世間的明燈安坐于道場,覺悟之眼開放照亮三有(三界),我今跪拜,首先勸請,轉于無上妙法輪。 所有如來,三界之主,將要進入無餘涅槃者,我都勸請他們長久住世,不捨棄悲願救度世間。 懺悔、隨喜、勸請的福德,愿我不失去菩提心。 在諸佛菩薩的妙好大眾之中,常為善友而不厭倦捨棄。 遠離八難,生於沒有苦難之處,具有宿命智,以莊嚴的相好裝飾自身。 遠離愚癡迷惑,具足悲智,完全能夠滿足波羅蜜(paramita,到彼岸)。 富足快樂,豐饒地生活。
【English Translation】 English version Be mindful of the Vajra Hand, offer it to Amoghavajra (the Infallible Hook). Visualize before Samantabhadra (Universal Worthy), contemplate the Vajra Karma Body, and make vast offerings.
The mantra says:
Om Sarva Tathagata Puja Karmani Atmanam Niryatami Sarva Tathagata Vajra Karma Kuru Hum Ah Ah Ah
Next, form the Great Mudra of Vajradhara (Diamond Holder): the Zen and Wisdom fingers interlock in opposite directions, the right knee touches the ground, and place the mudra on the crown of the head, visualizing and bowing to the feet of the Tathagata (Thus Come One) one by one. Extend the fingers from the crown of the head like a hanging sash, rotate from the heart like a dancing posture, and place the Vajra palms together on the crown of the head.
The mantra says:
Om Sarva Tathagata Kaya Vak Citta Vajra Vandanam Karomi Om Vajra Trut
Take refuge in the perfectly enlightened ones of the ten directions, the most supreme and wonderful Dharma, and the Bodhisattva assembly. With the pure karma of body, speech, and mind, earnestly join palms and respectfully bow. From the beginningless cycle of rebirth in all realms of existence, the sins arising from the karma of body, speech, and mind, just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have repented, I now also confess and repent in the same way. Among the vows and practices of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the merits arising from the Vajra three karmas, the roots of goodness accumulated by Pratyekabuddhas (Solitary Realizers), Sravakas (Hearers), and sentient beings, I rejoice in all of them. All the lamps of the world sit in the Bodhimanda (enlightenment place), the eyes of enlightenment open and illuminate the three realms (triloka), I now kneel and prostrate, first requesting, to turn the unsurpassed wonderful Dharma wheel. All the Tathagatas, lords of the three realms, who are about to enter Parinirvana (complete nirvana) without remainder, I urge them to abide in the world for a long time, not abandoning their compassionate vows to save the world. The merits of repentance, rejoicing, and supplication, may I not lose the Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment). Among the wonderful assembly of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may I always be a good friend without being weary of abandoning. May I be free from the eight adversities and be born in a place without suffering, possessing the wisdom of past lives, adorning myself with dignified marks. May I be far from ignorance and delusion, possessing both compassion and wisdom, and be able to fully satisfy the paramitas (perfections). May I be born into wealth, happiness, and abundance.
勝族 眷屬廣多恒熾盛 四無礙辯十自在 六通諸禪悉圓滿 如金剛幢及普賢 愿贊迴向亦如是
行者廣大愿 次應發勝心 愿一切有情 如來所稱讚 世間出世間 速成勝悉地

【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本 勝族(殊勝的種族),眷屬眾多且恒常興盛, 具備四無礙辯才、十自在力,六神通和各種禪定都圓滿具足。 如同金剛幢菩薩和普賢菩薩一樣,愿我的讚頌和迴向也如此。
修行者應發起廣大的誓願,其次應當發起殊勝的菩提心。 愿一切有情眾生,都能如諸佛如來所稱讚的那樣, 在世間和出世間法上,迅速成就殊勝的悉地(成就)。
真言曰:
'唵 薩嚩 怛他誐多 商斯哆 薩嚩 薩埵喃 薩嚩 悉馱藥 三波你演 耽 怛他誐多 室者 地底瑟姹 耽'
將『么吒』二字觀想為雙眼,應觀想為日月。 雙手結金剛拳印,各自安放在腰側。 遍視虛空中的諸佛,令諸佛都歡喜。 所有香、花等,以及其他的供養器具, 因此目光的瞻視,去除垢染,成就清凈, 辟除障礙,成就結界。
真言曰:
'唵 嚩日啰 涅哩瑟致 么吒'
福智二手合掌,十度(十指)的初節相互交叉。 這稱為金剛掌印,是一切手印之首。

【English Translation】 English version The victorious lineage, with a vast and ever-flourishing retinue, Endowed with the four unimpeded eloquence, the ten powers of mastery, and complete with the six supernormal knowledges and all forms of Dhyana (meditation). Just like Vajradhvaja (Vajra Banner) Bodhisattva and Samantabhadra (Universal Virtue) Bodhisattva, may my praises and dedications be the same.
The practitioner should generate a vast aspiration, and then generate the supreme Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment). May all sentient beings, as praised by the Buddhas, quickly attain supreme Siddhi (accomplishment) in both worldly and supramundane dharmas.
The mantra is:
'Om Sarva Tathagata Shamsita Sarva Sattvanam Sarva Siddhayah Sampadayantam Tathagata Sthya Adhishthantam'
Visualize the two syllables 'Mata' as the eyes, and they should be visualized as the sun and moon. Hands form the Vajra fist mudra, each placed on the side of the waist. Look upon all the Buddhas in the sky, causing all the Buddhas to rejoice. All incense, flowers, and other offerings, Through the sight of these eyes, impurities are removed, and purity is achieved, Obstacles are warded off, and a boundary is established.
The mantra is:
'Om Vajra Drishti Mata'
The two hands of merit and wisdom are joined, with the first segments of the ten fingers crossed. This is called the Vajra Palm mudra, the head of all mudras.
The mantra is:
'Om Vajralani Jari'
With that Vajra Palm mudra, the ten fingers are formed into a fist. This is called the Vajra Bandha (bond) mudra, which can untie the bonds of afflictions.
The mantra is:
'Om Vajra Bandha'
With the Vajra Bandha mudra, one can purify the eighth consciousness (Alaya-vijnana), And also remove the seeds of defilement. Visualize the two syllables 'Trah Trah', Placed on the two breasts, hands form the Vajra Bandha mudra, Then pull them open outwards like opening door panels.
The mantra is:
'Vajra Bandha Trah Trah'
With the Vajra Bandha mudra, the Jnana (wisdom) and Dhyana (meditation) fingers are bent into the palms, The Dana (generosity), Hui (wisdom), Jie (discipline), and Fang (skillful means) fingers are opened.

即以前印相 進力拄禪智 以附於心門 無漏智堅固

【English Translation】 English version Desiring to summon the undefiled wisdom, to enter into the ālaya-vijñāna (storehouse consciousness).

'Vajra (vajra, diamond) veśa (veśa, enter) ah'
That is, using the previous mudrā (hand gesture), using the middle fingers to support the ring and little fingers, attaching it to the heart chakra, making the undefiled wisdom firm.

'Vajra (vajra, diamond) muṣṭi (muṣṭi, fist) vaṃ (vaṃ)'

In the Alaya-vijñana (storehouse consciousness), opposing the seeds of Bodhi (enlightenment), next, form the Dharmachakra mudra (wheel of Dharma mudra), destroy that wheel of aversion. Visualize yourself transforming into Trailokyavijaya (the conqueror of the three worlds). Effortfully recite the mantra aloud, and generate compassion in your heart. Clap the ring and middle fingers three times, destroying the sins of all sentient beings, and averting all three evil paths.

Visualize all sentient beings, with the majesty of the Tathagata (Thus Come One) appearing above the moon. Having observed thus, one does not see the body and mind, Abiding in stillness, extinction, and equality, attaining ultimate and true wisdom. Then contemplate in the sky, the Buddhas are like sesame seeds, Filling the entire space, imagine the body attaining the ten bhumis (ten stages of a Bodhisattva's practice), Abiding in suchness, the Tathagatas in the sky, Snap their fingers to awaken the practitioner, and say: 'Good son,' 'The state you have realized is one path of purity,' 'The Vajra-like Samadhi (diamond-like concentration), and Sarvajna-jnana (all-knowing wisdom),' 'Have not yet been fully realized, do not take this as final.' 'You should fulfill the vows of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, then you can achieve the most perfect enlightenment (Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi).' The body and mind do not move, in samadhi, pay homage to all Buddhas.

'Om Sarva Tathagata Vandana Kárumi'
The practitioner hears the awakening, after universally prostrating in samadhi, Humbly wishes that all Tathagatas, show me the path I should follow. The Buddhas say in unison: 'You should contemplate your own mind.' Having heard these words, contemplate one's own mind as instructed, Dwelling long in careful observation, one does not see the form of one's own mind. Again, imagine prostrating at the feet of the Buddha, reporting to the Most Honored One: 'I have not seen my own mind, what is the form of this mind?' The Buddhas all say: 'The form of the mind is difficult to measure,' Granting the heart mantra, immediately recite to thoroughly understand the nature of the mind. Contemplate the mind like a moon wheel, as if in a light mist, Carefully observe in accordance with the truth.

The storehouse consciousness (Alaya-vijnana) is originally not defiled, Pure and without flaws or impurities, Because of possessing blessings and wisdom, one's own mind is like a full moon. Again, contemplate thus: what is this mind? The seeds of afflictions and habits, good and evil all arise from the mind. The mind is the Alaya (Alaya-vijnana).

Next, form the Samaya Mudras (vow seals) of the Four Tathagatas, each using their respective mantra to empower the body: Acala (Immovable One) at the heart, Ratnasambhava (Jewel Born) at the forehead, Amitayus (Infinite Life) at the throat, Amoghasiddhi (Unfailing Success) at the crown of the head.

The two hands form the Vajra fists, and extend the force of progress at the heart. The two degrees intertwine, heart, back, navel, and both knees. Navel, waist, heart, both shoulders, throat, neck, forehead, and crown. Each rotates three times, then slowly droops forward and downward. First scatter from Dana (generosity) and Prajna (wisdom), then one can protect everything. The demons of the heavens cannot destroy it.

Next, form the Four Syllable Vidya Mudra, the hand seal like the Trailokyavijaya Mudra. First, extend the index fingers like hooks, then extend the middle fingers and cross them. Half-turn at the navel, and scatter upwards to the mouth. First, extend from the dhyana-wisdom, whirl and dance around the cheeks. Vajra (diamond/thunderbolt) palm on the crown of the head, two fists clad in armor. Advance the power of dhyana-wisdom teeth, two fists come together. 【English Translation】 English version Om Sarva Tathagata Kaya Niryatana Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum – This is the mantra for the vast cloud-ocean mudra of body offering.
Dharma Samaya, and contemplate thus: 'Now, in this very body, I am equal to all Bodhisattvas; observing the true nature of the Dharma, there is no difference in equality.' Having contemplated thus, recite this secret mantra.
Secret mantra: Om Sarva Tathagata Citta Niryatana Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum – This is the mantra for the vast cloud-ocean mudra of mind offering.
Ratna-dhvaja Samaya, one should observe that in the cycle of birth and death, all sentient beings are entangled in suffering. Because of deep compassion, I now act to rescue and protect them, and also protect the Bodhi-citta (the mind of enlightenment), leading those who are not yet liberated to liberation, those who are not yet at peace to peace, and enabling all to attain Nirvana (liberation), and raining down all kinds of treasures, fulfilling all desires. Having contemplated thus, recite this secret mantra.
Secret mantra: Om Sarva Tathagata Maha Vajra Dhrig Bhava Nana Paramita Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hum – This is the mantra for the vast cloud-ocean mudra of Dharma offering.
Next, form the fragrant body mudra, Samaya scented ointment, and contemplate thus: 'May all sentient beings, in their three karmas, be far removed from all unwholesome deeds, and may all wholesome dharmas be fully accomplished.'

【English Translation】 English version He(leading) rojna po(leading) ra mi duo bu re jia san mu na la (two combined) sa fa(two combined) na san mo ye hong.
Having formed the supreme mudra of Vairochana (the all-illuminating Buddha), one should contemplate thus: 'May all sentient beings achieve the five kinds of wisdom, both worldly and transcendental. May their wisdom be universally accomplished, and may they attain true insight, eliminating the wisdom-obstructing afflictions, eloquence, fearlessness, and so on. May the Dharma of the Buddha adorn their minds,' and then recite this mantra.
The secret mantra is:
Om sarva tathagata nouttara(two combined) khe(upper) shani(niye reverse upper) ya varana vasana vinaya maha pra(two combined) jia(and ye reverse) paramita puja megha samudra(two combined) sa fa(two combined) na samaye hum.
Next, one should form the supreme samadhi mudra. The two hands are crossed outwards, with the zen (meditation) and wisdom fingers intertwined. Place them upwards in the lap and contemplate thus: 'Realizing the true nature of the Dharma, which is emptiness, signlessness, and non-action. All dharmas are thus.' Having contemplated, recite the secret mantra.
The secret mantra is:
Om sarva tathagata guhya maha prati(ding yi reverse) patti(ding yi reverse) puja megha samudra(two combined) sa fa(two combined) na samaye hum.
Next, one should join the fingernails together and contemplate thus: 'I now utter speech. May all sentient beings be able to hear it,' and then recite this secret mantra.
The secret mantra is:
Om sarva tathagata va(leading) nir(two combined) yatana puja megha samudra(two combined) sa fa(two combined) na samaye hum.
Having thus extensively performed the Buddha's work, one should then attentively recite the mantra. Surrounded by the assembly and retinue, abiding in the great mirror wisdom of perfect tranquility, one should form the Vajra Samaya (indestructible vow) mudra.

此蓮花百字真言同上金剛百字真言唯改缽娜么及后種子字為[口*頡]唎(二合)也即是二羽捧珠鬘本真言七遍捧珠頂及心真言以加持。

【English Translation】 English version: Then recite the Vajra Hundred Syllable Mantra. Next, recite the Vajrasattva (Diamond Being) Mantra, either three times, five times, or seven times.
Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, saying:
Om Vajrasattva Samaya Manupalaya Vajrasattva Tvenopatistha Dridho Me Bhava Sutoshyo Me Bhava Anurato Me Bhava Suposhyo Me Bhava Sarva Siddhi Me Prayaccha Sarva Karma Su Ca Me Cittan Shriyam Kuru Hum Ha Ha Ha Ha Hoh Bhagavan Sarva Tathagata Vajra Ma Me Munca Vajri Bhava Maha Samaya Sattva Ah
Then, one should hold the rosary and recite the mantra seven times. Again, use the blessing phrase to bless it according to the Dharma. Sit upright according to the ritual, and one should use Vajra speech. One thousand times or one hundred times, recite it at will.
The mantra says:
Om Vajrasattva Ah
Then form the Lotus Samaya Mudra, and after reciting the root mantra seven times, recite the Lotus Hundred Syllable Mantra, either once, three times, or up to seven times.
This Lotus Hundred Syllable Mantra is the same as the Vajra Hundred Syllable Mantra above, except that 'Padma' (Lotus) and the subsequent seed syllable are changed to [口*頡]ri (two combined), which is holding the rosary with both hands, the root mantra seven times, holding the rosary to the crown of the head and the heart mantra to bless it.
The mantra says:
Om Vajra Guhya Japa Samaye Hum
After the rosary has been blessed, abide in Samadhi (absorption) and recite. Do not move the tip of the tongue excessively, and the lips and teeth should be closed. Accomplish the secret teaching of speech, Vajra speech is free from sound. Observe the auspicious marks along the body, and do not omit it at the four times of the day. One hundred thousand times is a limit, and one should exceed this number. Supernatural powers, as well as blessings and wisdom, will manifest in this life.

When the practitioner emerges from Samadhi (Meditation), immediately form the Fundamental Mudra (Root Seal). Recite the Root Mantra seven times, and then perform the eight offerings. Praise with beautiful sounds, and offer Arghya (holy water) and scented water. Use the Trailokya-vijaya Mudra (Seal of Conquering the Three Worlds), rotate it to the left to dissolve the boundary. The mantra says: 『Om Vajra-tusya-hum』 After sending off the Holy Ones, one should form the Mudra (hand gesture) of empowerment. Recite the mantra to bless the four places (of the body), receive the Abhisheka (initiation) and don the armor (symbolic protection). Also perform the finger-seal ritual, like the previous Mudras of the Four Buddhas. Repent and make vows, then rely on a quiet and secluded place.
