Translated by Tripitaka Master Amoghavajra of Daxingshan Temple, holding the title of Duke of Su, with an estate of three thousand households, granted purple robes, posthumously awarded the title of Sikong, with the posthumous name Dajian and the honorary title of Greatly Wise, by imperial decree.

The above thirty-seven deities of the Vajra Realm Great Mandala are all the inner retinue of the Dharma Buddha's direct realization of Bodhi. Vairocana.

南謨盡十方蓮花藏世界海不可說不可說微塵剎土海會中。常住三世平等一切三寶。普為五類諸天世主九際出世父母諸善知識道場施主。盡無餘界有情並愿斷除諸障歸命懺悔　至心懺悔。

無始輪迴諸有中　　身口意業所生罪　如佛菩薩所懺悔　　我今陳懺亦如是

懺悔已至心歸命頂禮大悲毗盧遮那佛　至心隨喜。

又應深發歡喜心　　隨喜一切福智聚　諸佛菩薩行愿中　　金剛三業所生福　緣覺聲聞及有情　　所集善根盡隨喜

隨喜已至心歸命頂禮大悲盧遮那佛　至心勸請。

復觀諸佛坐道樹　　己身各請轉法輪　一切世燈坐道場　　覺眼開敷照三有　所有如來三界主　　臨般無餘涅槃者　我皆勸請令久住　　不捨悲願救世間

勸請已至心歸命頂禮大悲毗盧遮那佛　至心迴向。

懺悔隨喜勸請福　　愿我不失菩提心　諸佛菩薩妙眾中　　常為善友不厭舍　遠離八難生無難　　宿命住智相嚴身　遠離愚迷具悲智　　悉能滿足波羅蜜　富樂豐饒生勝族　　眷屬廣多恒熾盛　四無礙辯十自在　　六通諸禪悉圓滿　如金剛幢及普賢　　愿贊迴向亦如是

迴向發願已至心歸命頂禮大悲毗盧遮那佛。

從無始輪迴的各種生命形式中，我的身、口、意所造作的罪業，如同佛和菩薩所懺悔的那樣，我現在也同樣地陳述懺悔。

懺悔完畢，至誠歸命頂禮大悲毗盧遮那佛（Vairocana Buddha，光明遍照佛）。至誠隨喜。

又應當深深地發起歡喜心，隨喜一切福德和智慧的積聚，諸佛菩薩在修行和願力中所產生的福德，金剛身、口、意三業所生的福德，緣覺、聲聞以及一切有情眾生所積累的善根，我都盡皆隨喜。

隨喜完畢，至誠歸命頂禮大悲盧遮那佛（Rocana Buddha，盧舍那佛）。至誠勸請。

再次觀想諸佛坐在菩提樹下，我以自身勸請他們轉法輪。一切世間的明燈坐在道場中，覺悟的眼睛開放照亮三有（欲界、色界、無色界）。所有作為三界之主的如來，那些將要進入無餘涅槃的佛陀，我都勸請他們長久住世，不要捨棄悲願來救度世間。

勸請完畢，至誠歸命頂禮大悲毗盧遮那佛。至誠迴向。

愿懺悔、隨喜、勸請的福德，使我不失去菩提心。在諸佛菩薩的殊勝大眾中，我常為善友，不被厭棄和舍離。遠離八難（沒有機會修行佛法的八種障礙）而生於沒有障礙之處，擁有宿命智（知道過去世的能力）和莊嚴的身體。遠離愚癡迷惑，具足慈悲和智慧，能夠圓滿一切波羅蜜（paramita，到達彼岸的方法）。富足快樂，出生于殊勝的家族，眷屬眾多且恒常興盛。具備四無礙辯才（四種無礙的辯論能力）和十自在（十種自在的力量），六神通（六種超自然能力）和各種禪定都圓滿具足。如同金剛幢菩薩（Vajradhvaja Bodhisattva）和普賢菩薩（Samantabhadra Bodhisattva）一樣，愿我的讚歎和迴向也像他們一樣。

【English Translation】 English version Mutual Body.

I prostrate and take refuge in the inexhaustible Lotus Treasury World Sea of the ten directions, containing incalculable, unspeakable, and infinitesimal lands, and in the assembly of the sea, the eternally abiding, equal Three Jewels of the three times. Universally for the five classes of celestial world rulers, the parents of the nine realms who have transcended the world, all virtuous advisors, patrons of the Dharma place, and all sentient beings in the boundless realms, I vow to cut off all obstacles and take refuge in repentance. With utmost sincerity, I repent.

From the various forms of life in beginningless samsara, the sins generated by my body, speech, and mind, just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have repented, I now likewise declare and repent.

Having repented, with utmost sincerity, I take refuge and prostrate before the Great Compassionate Vairocana Buddha (光明遍照佛). With utmost sincerity, I rejoice.

Furthermore, one should deeply generate a joyful mind, rejoicing in the accumulation of all merits and wisdom, the merits generated by the practices and vows of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the merits generated by the Vajra body, speech, and mind, and all the roots of goodness accumulated by Pratyekabuddhas, Sravakas, and all sentient beings, I rejoice in all of them.

Having rejoiced, with utmost sincerity, I take refuge and prostrate before the Great Compassionate Rocana Buddha (盧舍那佛). With utmost sincerity, I request.

Again, contemplating the Buddhas sitting under the Bodhi tree, I request them to turn the Dharma wheel. All the lamps of the world sit in the Dharma place, the eyes of enlightenment open and illuminate the three realms (desire realm, form realm, formless realm). All the Tathagatas who are the lords of the three realms, those Buddhas who are about to enter Parinirvana without remainder, I request them to abide in the world for a long time, not abandoning their vows of compassion to save the world.

Having requested, with utmost sincerity, I take refuge and prostrate before the Great Compassionate Vairocana Buddha. With utmost sincerity, I dedicate.

May the merits of repentance, rejoicing, and requesting, prevent me from losing the Bodhi mind. In the excellent assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, may I always be a virtuous friend, not being disliked or abandoned. May I be born in a place free from the eight difficulties (eight obstacles that prevent one from practicing the Dharma), possessing the wisdom of past lives and an adorned body. May I be free from ignorance and delusion, possessing compassion and wisdom, and be able to perfect all the paramitas (到達彼岸的方法). May I be wealthy and happy, born into a noble family, with numerous and constantly flourishing relatives. May I possess the four unimpeded eloquence (四種無礙的辯論能力) and the ten powers of freedom (十種自在的力量), and may the six supernatural powers (六種超自然能力) and various samadhis be perfectly complete. Like Vajradhvaja Bodhisattva (金剛幢菩薩) and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva (普賢菩薩), may my praise and dedication be like theirs.

Having dedicated and made vows, with utmost sincerity, I take refuge and prostrate before the Great Compassionate Vairocana Buddha.

諸法如影像　　清凈無瑕穢　取說不可得　　皆從因業生
