如是我聞一時薄伽梵住如來境眾寶道場。諸佛所都諸佛所樂。智無疑滯菩薩妙宮。具諸微妙種種嚴飾常演法音大功德殿。與無央數大菩薩俱。皆是如來法身真子。從諸佛土而來集會。無量天人阿素洛等。應真大眾前後圍繞。

爾時世尊告諸菩薩摩訶薩言。善男子有陀羅尼名諸佛心。殑伽沙等諸佛同說。能遍饒益諸怖畏者。若有至心受持讀誦。超百千劫生死劇苦。定於無上正等菩提。能速修行永無退轉。乃至無上正等菩提。終不枉生無佛世界。恒善悟解諸陀羅尼。常見如來親近供養。恒憶宿命深信因果。能使現世人非人等怨害皆除。疾病不侵無有中夭。諸惡魔事皆悉殄滅。所有惡業無不消除。一切魔軍驚怖退散。善男子此陀羅尼文字章句。是一切佛共所稱揚。即是諸佛文字章句。汝應諦聽陀羅尼曰。

如是我聞，一時，薄伽梵（Bhagavan，世尊）住在如來境界的眾寶道場，那是諸佛所居住、諸佛所喜樂的地方，是智慧無疑滯的菩薩的精妙宮殿。道場具備各種微妙的莊嚴，常演說法音，是一座大功德殿。與無量無數的大菩薩們在一起，他們都是如來法身的真子，從各佛土而來。還有無量的天人、阿修羅等等，應真的大眾前後圍繞。

這時，世尊告訴諸位菩薩摩訶薩說：『善男子，有一種陀羅尼，名為《諸佛心》，如殑伽沙（Ganga，恒河）一樣多的諸佛共同宣說。能夠普遍饒益那些有怖畏的人。如果有人至心受持讀誦，就能超越百千劫的生死大苦，必定證得無上正等菩提，能夠迅速修行，永遠不會退轉，乃至證得無上正等菩提。終究不會枉然出生在沒有佛的世界，恒常能夠很好地領悟各種陀羅尼，常見如來，親近供養，恒常憶起宿命，深信因果。能夠使現世的人和非人等怨害都消除，疾病不侵擾，沒有中途夭折，各種惡魔之事都全部消滅，所有惡業沒有不消除的，一切魔軍驚慌恐懼，退散逃離。善男子，這部陀羅尼的文字章句，是一切佛共同稱揚的，就是諸佛的文字章句。你們應當仔細聽好。』陀羅尼曰：

【English Translation】 English version The Dhāraṇī Sutra of the Hearts of All Buddhas

Translated under Imperial Order by the Tripiṭaka Master Xuanzang of the Great Tang Dynasty

Thus have I heard: At one time, the Bhagavan (Blessed One) dwelt in the jeweled maṇḍala in the realm of the Tathāgata (Thus-Gone One), a place inhabited and delighted in by all Buddhas, a wondrous palace of Bodhisattvas (Enlightenment Beings) free from doubt and hesitation. Adorned with various subtle embellishments, it constantly resounded with the Dharma, a hall of great merit. He was with countless great Bodhisattvas, all true sons of the Dharma-body of the Tathāgata, who had come from various Buddha-lands, and surrounded by a multitude of Arhats (Worthy Ones), including immeasurable gods, humans, asuras (demigods), and others.

At that time, the World-Honored One said to the Bodhisattva-Mahāsattvas (Great Enlightenment Beings): 『Good sons, there is a dhāraṇī (incantation) called 『The Heart of All Buddhas,』 spoken in unison by Buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges (Ganga). It can universally benefit those who are fearful. If there are those who sincerely receive, uphold, recite, and chant it, they will transcend the extreme suffering of birth and death for hundreds of thousands of kalpas (aeons), and will surely attain Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment). They will be able to cultivate quickly without ever regressing, and until they attain Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi, they will never be born in vain in a world without Buddhas. They will always be able to understand all dhāraṇīs well, constantly see the Tathāgata, and draw near to make offerings. They will always remember their past lives and deeply believe in cause and effect. It can cause present-day humans and non-humans to eliminate all grudges and harm, prevent diseases from invading, and prevent premature death. All evil demonic affairs will be completely extinguished, and all evil karma will be eliminated without exception. All demonic armies will be terrified and scattered. Good sons, the words and phrases of this dhāraṇī are praised by all Buddhas together, and are the words and phrases of all Buddhas. You should listen carefully.』 The dhāraṇī says:

躍。各捧天華遙散佛上。兼勸眾魔歸依佛法。

爾時世尊告諸菩薩。吾今愍念一切有情說陀羅尼令脫苦難。宜正憶念宣佈世間。皆令受持獲勝利樂。時諸菩薩及餘眾會。皆大歡喜信受奉行。

這時，世尊告訴諸位菩薩：『我如今憐憫一切有情眾生，宣說陀羅尼，使他們脫離苦難。你們應當正確地憶念，在世間廣為宣揚，使他們都能夠受持，獲得勝利和安樂。』當時，諸位菩薩以及其他的與會大眾，都非常歡喜，信受奉行。

《諸佛心陀羅尼經》

【English Translation】 English version: They leaped, each holding celestial flowers, scattering them from afar upon the Buddha. And they exhorted all the demons to take refuge in the Buddha's teachings (Dharma).

At that time, the World Honored One (世尊, Shìzūn) told all the Bodhisattvas (菩薩, Púsà): 'I now, out of compassion for all sentient beings (有情, Yǒuqíng), speak this Dharani (陀羅尼, Tuóluóní) to liberate them from suffering. You should rightly remember it and proclaim it in the world, so that all may receive and uphold it, and obtain victory and happiness.' At that time, all the Bodhisattvas and the rest of the assembly were greatly rejoiced, believed, accepted, and practiced it respectfully.
