若欲入向道場者。先澡浴清凈。以真言手印。灑凈所換之衣。次以真言加持其衣而著。真言曰。

唵微莽羅莎縛賀

次即衣著。真言曰。

唵缽哩嚩羅多嚩曰里尼吽

次飲水灑凈。真言曰。

唵摩訶入嚩羅吽

次入向道場時。不起貪慾瞋恚等。專念本尊而住(住自他本清凈。步步想踐連華往)次至道場門外灑凈(云云)。

次香水灑身。以後稱吽字三聲。然後道場並觀想聖眾。遍滿道場。如影重之。不相妨礙。次入道場已。面向于本尊。合掌作禮。禮三部尊。及本尊已。舉頭諦觀佛菩薩金剛像也。向佛陳說三世宿愆惡障。重懺本尊所。亦如是懺禮。偈曰。

我從過去世  流轉于生死  今對大聖尊  盡心而懺悔  如先佛所懺  我今亦如是  愿承加持力  眾生悉清凈  以此大愿故  自他獲無垢

次香水凈三業。真言曰。

A Complete Yakushi (Bhaisajyaguru) Ritual

If you wish to enter the Mandala (Daochang), first bathe and purify yourself. Use a mantra and mudra (hand seal) to purify the clothes you are changing into. Then, empower the clothes with a mantra and put them on. The mantra is:

Om Vimala Svaha

Next, put on the clothes. The mantra is:

Om Pari Varata Vajra Rini Hum

Next, drink water for purification. The mantra is:

Om Maha Jvala Hum

Next, when entering the Mandala, do not give rise to greed, hatred, or other defilements. Focus solely on the principal deity (Benzun) and abide (abide in the purity of oneself and the principal deity; visualize stepping on lotuses with each step). Next, purify the area outside the Mandala gate (as described in the ritual).

Next, sprinkle fragrant water on the body, and then recite the syllable 'Hum' three times. Then, visualize the Mandala and the assembly of holy beings filling the Mandala, like overlapping shadows, without obstructing each other. After entering the Mandala, face the principal deity, join your palms in reverence, and pay homage to the Three Families (Tribhaga) and the principal deity. Then, raise your head and carefully observe the images of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Vajras. Confess to the Buddha the transgressions and karmic obstacles accumulated over the three lifetimes. Repent and prostrate before the principal deity in the same way. The verse says:

From past lives, I have transmigrated in samsara, Now, before the Great Sage, I wholeheartedly repent. As the Buddhas of the past have repented, So do I now. May I receive the power of blessings, And may all beings be purified. By this great vow, May self and others attain freedom from defilement.

Next, purify the three karmas (body, speech, and mind) with fragrant water. The mantra is:

Om Sarva Bhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Sarva Bhava

Shuddho Ham Next, stabilize the mind and perform the Samaya (vow) of the Three Families. The mantra is:

Na Mou Po-qie-fa-du Wu-se-ni-sha-ye Om Lu-lu Suo-pu-lu Ruo-wa-luo-di Se-tuo Xi-tu-lu Zhe-ni Sa-er-wa-luo-ta Suo-da-ni Suo-ha.

Therefore, the practitioner should cultivate this practice with unwavering faith, making offerings with their mind, reciting the mantra, and forming hand mudras.
