爾時釋迦牟尼佛。告金剛手大秘密主菩薩言。汝今當知摩伽陀國庵沒羅聚落北韋提希山。有帝釋巖。而彼巖中有九十九宮。有一俱胝大菩薩眾。並天龍八部諸神仙等安止其中。慈氏菩薩今現在彼入三摩地。名最上莊嚴。從定出已說法教化諸菩薩眾。金剛手此帝釋巖最上殊勝。是諸佛神通變化。非諸小智所能測度。是不可思議相應法門。諸大菩薩居處其中。彼有種種成就相應聖法世間。若有起決定心求趣菩提。于無數劫勤修眾行不怖長時者。方為宣說此帝釋巖諸成就法。又若有人離貪瞋癡及我見相。調伏諸根起凈信心依佛正教者。乃為宣說。若復有人造諸惡業。不生菩提種遠離正法。不信因果譭謗阿阇梨。不孝父母者汝勿為說。是時大秘密主金剛手菩薩。白佛言世尊。如佛所說有大功德。是大方便不以加行。于現生中得見慈氏菩薩。我今樂聞愿佛為說。
爾時佛告大秘密主金剛手菩薩言。我今為汝如實宣說。金剛手若有諸修相應行人。樂欲入彼帝釋巖中。不以加行於現生中求見慈氏菩薩。或復樂求聖劍聖輪如意

【English Translation】 English version: The Buddha Speaks the Secret Accomplishment Ritual of Indra's Rock
Translated by the Tripitaka Master Shi Hu, Great Master of the Transmission of Dharma, Minister Attendant of the Imperial Court, Acting Vice President of the Court of Imperial Sacrifices, under Imperial Decree, from the Western Regions.
At that time, Śākyamuni Buddha told the Vajrapani (Vajra-pāṇi) Great Secret Lord Bodhisattva: 'You should know now that north of the Amra (mango) settlement in the Magadha (ancient Indian kingdom) country, on Mount Videha (name of a kingdom), there is Indra's Rock (Indra-śaila-guhā). In that rock, there are ninety-nine palaces, inhabited by a koti (ten million) of great Bodhisattvas, as well as gods, dragons, and other supernatural beings. Maitreya Bodhisattva (Maitreya Bodhisattva) is currently there in samādhi (meditative absorption), named Supreme Adornment. After emerging from samādhi, he teaches the Dharma and transforms the Bodhisattva assembly. Vajrapani, this Indra's Rock is supremely excellent, a transformation through the supernatural powers of all Buddhas, not to be fathomed by those of small wisdom. It is an inconceivable corresponding Dharma gate, where great Bodhisattvas reside. There are various sacred Dharmas and worldly practices corresponding to accomplishment. If someone initiates a resolute mind, seeks Bodhi (enlightenment), diligently cultivates various practices for countless kalpas (eons), and is not afraid of a long time, then you may expound to them the various accomplishment Dharmas of this Indra's Rock. Furthermore, if someone is free from greed, hatred, and delusion, as well as the appearance of self-view, subdues their senses, generates pure faith, and relies on the Buddha's correct teachings, then you may expound to them. If someone creates various evil karmas, does not generate the seed of Bodhi, is far from the correct Dharma, does not believe in cause and effect, slanders the ācārya (teacher), and is not filial to their parents, you must not speak to them.' At that time, the Great Secret Lord Vajrapani Bodhisattva said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, as the Buddha has said, there is great merit and it is a great expedient, without additional practices, to be able to see Maitreya Bodhisattva in this present life. I now wish to hear, may the Buddha expound it for me.' At that time, the Buddha told the Great Secret Lord Vajrapani Bodhisattva: 'I will now truthfully expound it for you. Vajrapani, if there are practitioners who delight in entering that Indra's Rock, without additional practices, seeking to see Maitreya Bodhisattva in this present life, or delight in seeking the sacred sword, sacred wheel, or wish-fulfilling jewel.'
寶教法。聖藥安繕那藥播耨迦聖莊嚴。具如是等成就法者。其行人先須于阿阇梨所。起信敬心依法傳受。然後求自本尊威神加護。廣大供養諸佛如來。普為眾生作大布施已。行人當面東行十弓量。然後面西復行三十弓量。方入一宮。其狀四方具其窗牖。行人即時于窗牖中。觀見種種樹木。其樹皆是聖藥。復見地居世界宮殿。行人于彼止息少時。去此不遠即見一井。其井深可人半身量。復有鐵索人所執持以為梯級。行人即堅持此索。下行二肘量即至平地。行人當以手捫摸其地。漸次得見一階道。行人履此而下。次見庵沒羅樹。其樹有果狀如尾螺。行人當取一果持以出外而食。食已即得延壽一劫如那羅延天。相好端嚴有大力勢。得聞持具足了諸佛法。若行人不取此果。即復行一百弓量。見大自在天宮。而彼宮前有一大池聖藥充滿。此池以北有大多羅樹。行人即于彼樹。當取一果出外而食。即得延壽一劫。行人若不樂取此果。即于池中取一聖藥。持以出外。凡所觸物皆得成金。行人若復不樂取此聖藥。即于彼天宮四側。取一訶梨勒出外而食。亦得延壽一劫。然後離彼天宮。復于南北見有二道。而彼南路即不得往。當行北路。去此不遠見一銅城。其城高廣。行人當擊彼城門。時有摩登伽女為開其門。入已即見二道。彼左邊道有

【English Translation】 English version Precious Dharma teachings. Holy medicine Anjana medicine (a kind of holy medicine), Panouka holy adornment (a kind of sacred ornament). Those practitioners who possess such accomplished methods must first develop faith and reverence for the Acharya (teacher) and receive the teachings according to the Dharma. Then, they should seek the protection of their own Yidam (personal deity)'s divine power, make extensive offerings to all Buddhas and Tathagatas, and universally perform great acts of charity for all sentient beings. After that, the practitioner should face east and walk ten bows' distance, then face west and walk thirty bows' distance to enter a palace. The palace is square in shape and has windows. The practitioner will immediately see various trees through the windows, all of which are holy medicines. They will also see the palaces of the Earth-dwelling world (the world where beings living on land reside). The practitioner should rest there for a short time. Not far from there, they will see a well, which is about half a person's height in depth. There is also an iron chain held by someone, serving as a ladder. The practitioner should hold onto this chain and descend two cubits to reach level ground. The practitioner should then touch the ground with their hands and gradually see a staircase. The practitioner should step down this staircase and then see an Amra tree (mango tree). The tree has fruits that look like conch shells. The practitioner should take one fruit, take it outside, and eat it. After eating it, they will gain a lifespan of one kalpa (an extremely long unit of time), like Narayana (Vishnu, the Hindu god of preservation), with a dignified and beautiful appearance, great strength, and the ability to hear and remember the Dharma, fully understanding the teachings of all Buddhas. If the practitioner does not take this fruit, they should walk another hundred bows' distance and see the palace of Mahadeva (Shiva's palace). In front of that palace is a large pond filled with holy medicine. To the north of this pond are many Tala trees (palm trees). The practitioner should take one fruit from that tree, take it outside, and eat it, and they will gain a lifespan of one kalpa. If the practitioner does not wish to take this fruit, they should take a holy medicine from the pond, take it outside, and anything they touch will turn into gold. If the practitioner is still unwilling to take this holy medicine, they should take one Haritaki (Haritaki, a medicinal plant) from the four sides of that palace, take it outside, and eat it, and they will also gain a lifespan of one kalpa. Then, leaving that palace, they will see two roads to the north and south. The southern road is not to be taken; they should take the northern road. The traveler walks one Yojana (Yojana, an ancient Indian unit of length, approximately 7-9 miles) along the right path, and at the end of what can be seen, they will see a silver city. That city is tall and wide, and all the doors are locked. There is a hook by the door, shaped like a snake, placed on the side of the door. The traveler should not be afraid when they see it, but take that hook and open the door themselves. After entering, they will first see a sacred sword. If the traveler wants to take it, they should take that sword. Holding the sword, they will become a great Vidyadhara-raja (Vidyadhara-raja, king of magic), and after death, they will be reborn in Tushita Heaven (Tushita Heaven). If they see Panouka (Panouka), the traveler should take it; wearing it, they will be able to travel all over the Four Continents (Four Continents) at sunrise and return to their original place in a short time. If they see Anjana medicine (Anjana medicine), the traveler should take a small amount and put it in their own eyes, and they will be able to see everything in the Three Realms (Three Realms). It is adorned with various kinds of nets. Golden sand is spread on the ground, pure and delightful. Upon the palace, there is a lion throne, high, wide, and beautifully decorated. Maitreya Bodhisattva (Maitreya Bodhisattva, the future Buddha) resides on the throne. Countless Devas, Nagas (Devas, Nagas and other supernatural beings), and various immortals respectfully surround him, listening to the Bodhisattva expounding the wonderful Dharma. At this time, the practitioner arrives there, generating the supreme, great, and rare mind, approaches the Bodhisattva, pays homage, and stands there.
Then, Maitreya Bodhisattva says to the practitioner: 'Welcome, good man.' The practitioner should answer: 'I come well now.' The Bodhisattva says again: 'Excellent, excellent, good man. You are able to generate a courageous and firm mind to come here.' Why? Because the beings of Jambudvipa (Jambudvipa, the world we live in) have firm faith, are able to be diligent and courageous in the Buddha Dharma, and are able to generate a respectful mind towards me. You should know now that if all beings wish to see my body in this life and in future lives, they should generate a sincere mind and recite my fundamental great mantra (fundamental great mantra). Then they will obtain peace and happiness, without various calamities, and thus see my body. The fundamental great mantra is:
Namo Ratna-trayaya. Namo Vairochana-svamine. Tathagataya. Arhate Samyak-sambuddhaya. Tadyatha. Om Maitri Maitra-vabhave. Maitri-kataaya. Smara Smara. Svayam pratijnaya. Sara Sara. Visara Visara. Bodhaya Bodhaya. Bodha-nugate. Maha-bodhi-parivartita-manase Svaha.

有大威力。若諸修瑜伽行者。能發志心持誦此明。是人得見我身決定無疑。
複次慈氏菩薩告行人言。汝今來此何所求耶。或求見我身聽受正法耶。或求種種成就法耶。或復求于南閻浮提有大名稱耶。如汝所求我當施愿。行人答言。菩薩我初發心來入此宮唯為求見菩薩。我今得見心已滿足余非所求。我今住此乃至菩薩當來成正覺時愿我于菩薩所。聽受正法。
爾時金剛手菩薩。聞釋迦牟尼佛說是法已。歡喜信受依教奉行。
佛說帝釋巖秘密成就儀軌
【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本:具有大威力。如果各位修習瑜伽的修行者,能夠發起堅定的心來持誦這個真言,這個人必定無疑能夠見到我的身形。
慈氏菩薩(Maitreya Bodhisattva)再次告訴修行人說:『你現在來到這裡,所求的是什麼呢?是想見到我的身形,聽受正法嗎?還是想求得種種成就之法呢?或者是想在南閻浮提(Jambudvipa,指我們所居住的這個世界)獲得大的名聲呢?無論你所求的是什麼,我都應當施予你願望。』修行人回答說:『菩薩,我最初發心來到這個宮殿,只是爲了求見菩薩。我現在已經得見,內心已經滿足,其他的都不是我所求的。我現在住在這裡,乃至菩薩您將來成就正覺的時候,愿我能在菩薩您那裡,聽受正法。』
當時,金剛手菩薩(Vajrapani Bodhisattva),聽聞釋迦牟尼佛(Sakyamuni Buddha)宣說這個法之後,歡喜信受,依照教導奉行。
佛說帝釋巖秘密成就儀軌
【English Translation】 English version: It possesses great power. If those practitioners who practice yoga can generate a resolute mind to recite this mantra, that person will undoubtedly see my form.
Furthermore, Maitreya Bodhisattva told the practitioner, 'Now that you have come here, what do you seek? Do you seek to see my form and listen to the true Dharma? Or do you seek various methods of accomplishment? Or do you seek great fame in Jambudvipa (the world we live in)? Whatever you seek, I shall grant your wish.' The practitioner replied, 'Bodhisattva, when I first aspired to come to this palace, it was only to seek to see the Bodhisattva. Now that I have seen you, my heart is satisfied, and I seek nothing else. I will stay here until the Bodhisattva attains perfect enlightenment in the future. I wish to be with the Bodhisattva, listening to the true Dharma.'
At that time, Vajrapani Bodhisattva, having heard Sakyamuni Buddha expound this Dharma, rejoiced, believed, and practiced accordingly.
