我今依忉利天宮會釋迦牟尼如來所說無比力超勝世間出世間真言上上一切佛頂主宰一字頂輪王唸誦儀則。修行者先當入此頂輪王大曼荼羅。得阿阇梨灌頂印可。方受此法。須善明解。然後于清凈處安本尊像。面西稽首禮。受三歸捨身說罪受戒發菩提心隨喜勸請發願迴向已。
應結佛部三昧耶印。以二手內相叉。雙併。豎二大拇指。即成。是名一切如來心印真言曰。

次結蓮華部三昧耶印。準前佛部心印。屈左大拇指入掌。右大指準前直豎即成。是名蓮華部心印真言曰。

次結金剛部三昧耶印。準前佛部心印。屈右大指入掌。直豎左大拇指即成。是名金剛部心印真言曰。

我現在依據忉利天宮(Trayastrimsa Heaven,佛教宇宙觀中位於須彌山頂的天界)釋迦牟尼如來(Sakyamuni Tathagata)所說的,具有無比力量,超勝世間和出世間的真言,是所有佛頂的主宰——一字頂輪王(Ekaksara-usnisacakravartin)的唸誦儀則。修行者首先應當進入此頂輪王大曼荼羅(Mandala,壇城)。得到阿阇梨(Acarya,導師)灌頂(Abhiseka)印可,方可接受此法。必須透徹理解,然後在清凈之處安放本尊像,面向西方稽首禮拜。受三歸依(Trisarana),捨身,懺悔罪業,受戒,發菩提心(Bodhicitta),隨喜,勸請,發願,迴向之後。
應當結佛部三昧耶印(Samaya-mudra)。用兩手在內側相交叉,雙掌併攏,豎起兩個大拇指,這樣就成了。這被稱為一切如來(Tathagata)心印,真言曰:
唵 邇那邇(om arnar)
其次結蓮華部三昧耶印。與前面的佛部心印相同,屈左手大拇指入掌心,右手大拇指如前一樣直豎,這樣就成了。這被稱為蓮華部心印,真言曰:

【English Translation】 English version The Ritual of Reciting the One-Syllable Crown Wheel King
Translated by Tripiṭaka(三藏) Master Śramaṇa(沙門) Bukong(不空), of the Da Guang Zhi(大廣智) Monastery, with the title of Duke Su of the State, granted with purple robe, posthumously awarded as Sikong(司空) with the posthumous title of Dajian(大鑒), and the honorary title of Da Guang Zhi(大廣智), by the imperial order.
I will now, based on what Sakyamuni Tathagata(釋迦牟尼如來) spoke in the Trayastrimsa Heaven(忉利天宮), the mantra with unparalleled power, surpassing both mundane and supramundane realms, the sovereign of all Buddha-crowns – the ritual of reciting the One-Syllable Crown Wheel King(一字頂輪王). The practitioner should first enter this great Mandala(曼荼羅) of the Crown Wheel King. Only after receiving the Abhiseka(灌頂) and approval from the Acarya(阿阇梨) can one receive this Dharma. One must thoroughly understand it, and then place the image of the principal deity in a clean place, bowing to the west. After taking the Three Refuges(三歸依), offering the body, confessing sins, taking vows, generating Bodhicitta(菩提心), rejoicing, requesting, making vows, and dedicating the merits.
One should form the Samaya-mudra(三昧耶印) of the Buddha family. Cross the hands internally, join the palms together, and raise the two thumbs. This is complete. This is called the Mind-seal of all Tathagatas(如來), the mantra says:
Om Arnar(唵 邇那邇)
Next, form the Samaya-mudra of the Lotus family. Similar to the previous Mind-seal of the Buddha family, bend the left thumb into the palm, and raise the right thumb straight as before. This is complete. This is called the Mind-seal of the Lotus family, the mantra says:
Om Arolik(唵 阿嚧力)
Next, form the Samaya-mudra of the Vajra family. Similar to the previous Mind-seal of the Buddha family, bend the right thumb into the palm, and raise the left thumb straight. This is complete. This is called the Mind-seal of the Vajra family, the mantra says:

Next, form the Armor-seal. Cross the hands internally, raise the two middle fingers, each bending the upper joint like a sword shape. Use the two index fingers to support the back of the middle fingers. Use this seal to bless the forehead, right shoulder, left shoulder, heart, and throat five times, each time reciting the mantra:

Next, on Mount Sumeru (Sumeru Mountain, the central mountain in Buddhist cosmology). Visualize a seven-jeweled pavilion. Then form the Blessing Jewel Pavilion Mudra. Bring both hands together in vajra prayer. Cross the left and right ten fingers at the first joint. This is complete, the mantra being:

Next, form the fundamental mudra.
Next, form the great samaya mudra. Bless the principal deity, with hands interlocked inwards. Erect the two middle fingers. Bend the two index fingers behind the middle fingers, like hooks separated by a distance of one barleycorn. Place each thumb below the root of the index finger. Rotate three times clockwise, reciting the mantra:
Om Shankari Maha Samaye Svaha (two syllables)
Next, recite the one hundred and eight names in praise.
When desiring to recite, first accomplish the principal deity with the five limbs, or accomplish the principal deity yoga with the five aspects. Or, in the three places (crown, tongue, heart), visualize the 'Ah' syllable at the crown chakra, accomplishing the principal deity seated on an eight-petaled lotus. On each lotus petal, visualize the seven treasures. Only on the lotus petal directly in front, visualize the Buddha Eye deity. Next, one should hold the beads (this is according to the sutra spoken at the Bodhi Tree site).
Next, holding the beads, bring the palms together and hold the beads. Recite the purification mantra of the beads seven times, the mantra being:
Om Anaboti Virajaye Siddhi Siddharati Svaha (two syllables)
Next, form the bead-holding mudra. With each hand, place the thumb on the nail of the ring finger. Erect the two middle fingers and two little fingers. Bend the two index fingers behind the middle fingers, so that they do not touch each other (like the half-vajra pestle mudra in the Vairochana Sutra).
The mantra is:
Namo Bhagavate Susiddhe Sadhaya Siddharati Svaha (two syllables)
Next, one should purify one's mind and recite according to the Dharma: Hold the beads in front of the heart, focus the mind on the tip of the nose. Pronounce the words and phrases clearly, neither too slow nor too fast. Do not yawn or hiccup, do not cough or spit. Corresponding to defiled thoughts, and the mind dwelling on suffering. Such faults as these will prevent accomplishment.
When reciting, the body and mind must not be weary or fatigued. If tired or weary, one should form the five offering mudras, recite praises, and offer arghya. After reciting, place the beads on the crown of the head.
Next, form the previous tightly sealed mudra and rotate it once to the left.
