我今說無比力超勝世間出世間真言上上。一切佛頂王佛頂輪王唸誦儀則。行者先當清凈。于凈處安本尊像。面西稽首禮。受三歸捨身說罪受戒。發菩提心隨喜勸請發願迴向已。應結佛部三昧耶印。四頂互內交。二輪併合豎。前附於蓋。是名一切如來心印真言曰。

唵(引一)邇那匿(而翼切二)

次結蓮華三昧耶印。即前印。左輪屈入掌中。右輪如前豎。是名蓮華部心印真言曰。

唵(引一)阿嚕力(二)

次結金剛部三昧耶印。即前蓮華部心印。右輪屈入掌中。左輪依前豎。是名金剛部心印真言曰。

次結甲冑印準根本印。屈二蓋拄二光。背印額右肩左肩心喉五處。真言曰。

我今宣說無比殊勝,超越世間與出世間的真言,是真言中的上上之品。這是一切佛頂王、佛頂輪王的唸誦儀則。修行者首先應當保持身心清凈,在乾淨的地方安放本尊像,面向西方稽首禮拜。接受三歸依,捨棄自身,懺悔罪業,受持戒律,發起菩提心,隨喜功德,勸請諸佛住世,發廣大誓願,迴向一切眾生。之後,應當結佛部三昧耶印:兩手四指互相交叉置於內側,兩個中指併攏豎立,指尖向前附於拇指上。這被稱為一切如來心印,真言如下:

其次,結蓮華部三昧耶印。保持之前的印,左手中指屈入掌中,右手中指如前豎立。這被稱為蓮華部心印,真言如下:

【English Translation】 English version The One-Syllable Crown Wheel King Recitation Ritual (Translated according to the Sutra spoken in Trayastrimsa Heaven)

I now speak of the unparalleled and supremely victorious mantra that transcends the mundane and supramundane realms. This is the recitation ritual for all Buddha Crown Kings and Buddha Crown Wheel Kings. The practitioner should first purify themselves, place the image of the principal deity in a clean place, and prostrate facing west. Take refuge in the Three Jewels, renounce the body, confess sins, receive precepts, generate Bodhicitta, rejoice in merits, exhort the Buddhas to remain in the world, make great vows, and dedicate the merits to all sentient beings. After that, one should form the Samaya Mudra of the Buddha family: the four fingers of both hands are crossed and placed inside, the two middle fingers are joined and erected, with the tips attached to the thumbs in front. This is called the Mind Seal of all Tathagatas, and the mantra is:

Om (引一) Nirnaya (而翼切二)

Next, form the Lotus Family Samaya Mudra. Keep the previous mudra, bend the left middle finger into the palm, and keep the right middle finger erect as before. This is called the Mind Seal of the Lotus Family, and the mantra is:

Om (引一) Arulrik (二)

Again, form the Vajra Family Samaya Mudra. Keep the previous Lotus Family Mind Seal, bend the right middle finger into the palm, and keep the left middle finger erect as before. This is called the Mind Seal of the Vajra Family, and the mantra is:

Om (引一) Vajra (二合) Dhrik (二合二)

Again, form the Armor Mudra, similar to the Root Mudra. Bend the two thumbs and press them against the backs of the index fingers. Use this mudra to mark the five places: forehead, right shoulder, left shoulder, heart, and throat. The mantra is:

Next, form the Great Ocean Mudra. Cross the hands inward. Turn the palms upward and open the two wheels. Rotate three times to the right, visualizing the Great Ocean mantra, saying:

Om(1) Vimalodadhi svaha(2)

Next, visualize Mount Sumeru (Sumeru, the central world-mountain) in the Great Ocean. Made of four treasures. Cross the hands inward, clench them tightly into fists, and raise them, saying the mantra:

Om(1) Acala hum(2)

Next, visualize a jeweled pavilion on Mount Sumeru (Sumeru, the central world-mountain). Bless the jeweled pavilion mudra. Seal with both hands in the Vajra palm, saying the mantra:

Namo Samanta Buddhanam (Homage to all Buddhas)(1) Om sarvatra kham(2) Udnaga Tisphu rahi(3) Gagana ksam svaha(4)

Next, form the Buddha Crown Wheel King Mudra. Cross the two palms inward to make fists. Raise the two lights, bending the upper joints like swords. Also raise the two wheels, bending the two covers at two joints. Press them against the two wheels. Seal the five places with the protective mantra, saying:

Next, form the Net Peg Mudra. According to the previous fundamental mudra. Bend the upper joints of the two covers. The backs do not touch. Press with the two wheels respectively. Wave and rotate up and down. This completes the mantra for sealing the upper and lower boundaries, saying:

Next, form the Wall Mudra. According to the previous Fundamental Mudra. Bend the two middle fingers at the two joints to press against each other. Straighten and raise the two ring fingers, attaching them to the middle fingers. Rotate three times to the right to complete. The Vajra Wall Boundary Mantra says (Homage as before):

『Ah mohkhe』 (ah (exclamation), mohkhe (liberation))

Next, form the Chariot Mudra. Cross both hands inward. Extend the two middle fingers with palms facing up. Make the nail sides touch each other. Bend the two ring fingers to press against the base of the middle fingers. Visualize welcoming the principal deity from other world realms. The mantra says:

『Om duru duru hum』 (om (seed syllable), duru duru hum (seed syllable))

Next, form the Welcome Chariot Mudra. According to the Chariot Mudra. Use the two ring fingers to flick the halo. Beckon towards oneself three times. The mantra says:

『Preshaya kariṣāya yaksha visrijaya』 (preshaya kariṣāya (dispatch the executor), yaksha visrijaya (release the yaksha))

Rotating to the left is for warding off, and rotating to the right is for establishing boundaries. The mantra is as follows: Namo Samanta Buddhanam (Homage to all Buddhas universally) Om Truru mantra svaha ha Next, re-form the aforementioned net-peg mudra to establish the upper boundary. Next, form the Asamangini mudra. With hands sideways, the left hand covers the right hand. Firmly hold the two wheels and rotate them once to the right, thus forming a tight seal. 'Namo Samanta Buddhanam (Homage to all Buddhas), Apratihata (Unobstructed), Pratihatasasananam (Commands), Om, Chakra (Wheel), Vartti (Turning), Om Hum.'

Next, form the head mudra. It is the same as the original fundamental mudra. Open the two covers, each erected straight behind the light, so that they do not touch each other, and bend slightly. The mantra is spoken (homage as before):

'Om Chakra Vartti Hum Phat Svaha.'

Next, form the fundamental mudra again.

Next, form the Great Samaya Mudra to bless the principal deity. Cross the hands inward, erect the two lights, and bend the two covers behind the light like hooks, separated by a distance of one barleycorn. Attach the two wheels to the base of each cover, rotating three times to the right. The mantra is spoken:

'Om Samkari (Creating) Maha-samaya Svaha (Great Vow Fulfillment).'

Next, recite the one hundred and eight names of praise.

If you wish to recite, first form the principal deity with the five limbs, or the yoga of the principal deity with the five aspects. Or, in each place (the crown, tongue, and heart), visualize the one-syllable crown wheel, forming the principal deity sitting on an eight-petaled lotus. On each petal, visualize the seven treasures. As with the previous lotus petals, visualize the Buddha Eye deity. Next, one should hold the beads (according to the sutra spoken at the Bodhi place).

Next, hold the beads with palms together, and recite the Clear Bead Mantra seven times. The mantra is spoken:

'Om Anavapti (Without Attainment) Tejo-vijaye (Victory of Light) Siddhi siddharathe Svaha (Accomplishment of Wishes Fulfilled).'

Next, form the bead-holding mudra. With each hand, use the wheel to press the high nail, erect the two lights and two victories, and bend the two covers behind the light so that they do not touch each other (like the half-vajra pestle mudra in the Vairochana Sutra). The mantra is spoken:

'Namo Bhagavate (Homage to the World-Honored One) Susiddhe sadhaya (Perfect Accomplishment, Accomplish) Siddharathe Svaha (Accomplishment of Wishes Fulfilled).'

於十五字。每計于字數。一字一洛叉。乃至三十字。應誦三十洛叉。應作先事法。三十字已上。應誦一萬遍。

【English Translation】 English version: If a mantra has fifteen syllables, then for each syllable, one should recite it one hundred thousand times (Laksha). Even if the mantra has thirty syllables, one should recite it thirty million times (Laksha). One should first perform the preliminary practices (Purvakarma). If the mantra has more than thirty syllables, one should recite it ten thousand times.
