The Great Dragon King of the East establishes a Vajra (diamond) abode, with a boundary of seven li (Chinese mile).
The Great Dragon King of the South establishes a Vajra abode, with a boundary of seven li.
The Great Dragon King of the West establishes a Vajra abode, with a boundary of seven li.
The Great Dragon King of the North establishes a Vajra abode, with a boundary of seven li.

There are four Gandharva Kings (celestial musicians): Loka Gandharva Raja, Loka Svara Gandharva Raja, Subha Gandharva Raja, Subha Svara Gandharva Raja. Each with several hundred thousand attendants, all come into this chamber, so that my mantra may be fulfilled as desired.
There are four Asura Kings (demi-gods): Bali Asura Raja, Khara-skandha Asura Raja, Vemacitrin Asura Raja, Rāhu Asura Raja. Each with several hundred thousand attendants, all come into this chamber, so that my mantra may be fulfilled as desired. There are four Garuda Kings (mythical birds): Maha-tejas Garuda Raja, Maha-purna Garuda Raja, Maha-kaya Garuda Raja, Yatha-ruci Garuda Raja. Each with several hundred thousand attendants, all come into this chamber, so that my mantra may be fulfilled as desired.
Dipankara Buddha, the Seven-Jeweled Hall in the North, Amitabha Buddha in the West, Bhaisajyaguru in the East. Above are eight Bodhisattvas, below are the Four Heavenly Kings. Mahesvara in the South and all his retinue, Yaksa generals, ghost and spirit kings, listen to me as I now wish to speak this mantra's verses, so that my mantra may be fulfilled as desired.
I announce to all ghosts and spirits, above, below, east, west, south, north, the four intermediate directions, up and down, all come and gather, follow my commands.
Namo Maha-suvarna-mayura-raja-vidya mantra, Maha-prajnaparamita mantra, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva dharani mantra. Up to the heavens without heat, Suddhavasa, Subhakrtsna, Abhasvara, Nirmanarati, Paranirmita-vasavartin, the Heaven of Non-Pride and Joy, Tusita, Yama, Trayastrimsa, Sakra Devendra. Dhritarashtra, Virudhaka, Virupaksha, Vaisravana, and throughout the six kings, the sun and moon, the five planets, the twenty-eight constellations, Hariti, the five classes of officials, Samjna Mahasenapati, Mahesvara, the twenty-eight divisions of great dragon kings, etc., protect the body of (name). Mahabrahma, the Thirty-three Heavens, the Four Guardian Kings of the World, Sahampati Brahma, Sikhi Brahma, Brahma Subha, etc.
。金剛蜜跡摩醯首羅。大金色孔雀王。鳩槃茶王大辯神王。那羅延王韋提希子阿阇世王。山神王樹神王河神王海神王。地神王水神王火神王風神王。夜叉大將羅剎王。滿善寶善車伽羅缽羅曇摩羅。缽羅檀吒羅阿伽蠡等。八大神王吒翅等七大神王。佉佉盧陀等諸大神王。荼羅等六大神王。識叉迦羅等十大神王。仙人鬼大幻持咒王等。皆當擁護(某乙)之身。即說咒曰(已上三紙七行經音指為偽經)。
南無佛南無法南無僧。南無過去七佛等正覺。南無辟支佛南無諸佛南無諸阿羅漢。南無彌勒等一切菩薩。南無諸阿那含南無斯陀含南無須陀洹。南無世間正法者正向者。我禮彼眾已欲行大金色孔雀王咒經。愿如意成吉

爾時佛告阿難。汝持如來大孔雀王咒。擁護(某甲)吉祥比丘。與結界咒使毒不能害。刀仗不能加眾惡悉除愈。若天所為若龍所為。若摩樓多羅所為若加樓羅所為。若乾闥婆所為若緊那羅所為。若摩睺羅伽所為若夜叉羅剎所為。若餓鬼所為若毗舍遮所為。若浮陀所為若鳩槃茶所為。若富單那所為若黑富單那所為。若乾陀所為若溫摩羅所為。若車耶所為若阿缽摩羅所為。若郁多羅伽所為若吉遮所為。若羯摩那所為若佉軀陀所為。若翅蘭那所為若毗多茶所為。若脂摩所為若毗沙迦所為。若非法食若非法坐非法影非法視。非法舉非法越非法觸。若有熱病一日二日。三日四日五日六日七日半月一月一時日發。若有鬼神熱病風病。火病水病作癨亂煩熱。若半身外痛。氣逆胸咳痛咽喉痛。頭耳痛齒痛。心痛脅痛背痛腹痛。腰痛臗痛。陰痛胃痛。肝痛手腳痛。一切支節皆痛。今悉除愈擁護(某甲)之身即說咒曰。

World-Honored One, these Dharani phrases are for the sake of the four assemblies (bhikshus, bhikshunis, upasakas, and upasikas), so that they may obtain peace and be free from all afflictions. Whether it be multitudes of demons, evil ghosts, thieves, water, or fire, or whirlwinds, evil winds, Rakshasa demons, hot diseases, cold diseases, wind diseases, and various other illnesses, decline of family fortunes, unfavorable directions, or sudden attacks by evil beasts, by urgently reciting this mantra, all can be liberated. Now I shall repeat the Dharani mantra:

Go quickly! Go quickly! Quickly return to your original place!
For the Peacock King Mantra altar: Smear the ground with cow dung, scatter seven-colored flowers, erect forty-nine banners, place four knives, four mirrors, one hundred arrows, one bow, seven pitchers filled with liquid, use a black sheep wool rope of sixteen fathoms, prepare twenty-five portions of thin cakes, light seven oil lamps, prepare one container of yogurt, one container of roasted flour paste, one container of rice, one container of thin cakes, one container of pomegranates, and one container of flowers.
