修行此出生 無邊門總持 轉目三種業 依三秘密門 所謂三金剛 身印語真言 心住三摩地 由入三平等 善住瑜伽故 自身同本尊 在凡成正覺 斯法最深秘 大日經王說 一生補處等 尚非其境界 況余劣慧人 如獲輪王珠 秘持不妄說 是尊即羯摩 波羅蜜菩薩 由住出生故 示少年女形 顯明大慈母 諸佛住是智 能普現色身 處大菩提心 跏趺蓮臺上 大印威儀等 同不空成就 如來之相狀 定羽金剛拳 當心持蓮華 置般若梵夾 慧羽說法相 揚掌申五輪 忍峰現羯磨 十字金剛輪 首冠五如來 遍身草綠色 復于身支分 安布八字門

修行此出生無邊門總持,轉變眼、耳、意三種業,依靠身、語、意三秘密門,即所謂的三金剛:身印、語真言、心住三摩地,由此進入三平等。因為善於安住于瑜伽,自身等同於本尊,在凡夫位成就正覺,此法最為深奧秘密。《大日經王》所說,即使是一生補處菩薩等,尚且不能達到它的境界,更何況是其餘智慧淺薄之人?如同獲得輪王寶珠,秘密持有而不輕易宣說。此本尊即是羯摩(Karma,業)波羅蜜菩薩(Pāramitā-bodhisattva,到達彼岸的菩薩),由於安住于出生之德,示現少年女子的形象,顯明大慈母的形象,諸佛安住於此智慧,能夠普遍顯現色身,處於廣大的菩提心中。結跏趺坐于蓮花臺上,大印的威儀等,如同不空成就如來(Amoghasiddhi,不空成就佛)的相狀。定印的手掌結金剛拳,在心前持蓮花,放置般若梵篋,慧印的手掌作說法相,揚掌伸展五輪,忍辱峰顯現羯磨(Karma,業),十字金剛輪,頭戴五如來寶冠,遍身草綠色,又在身體的各個部分,安布八字門。
pa(跛)字安住於心,la(攞)字成就毫相,va(嚩)字置於舌端,ja(惹)字置於頭頂,碧色成就頂相,ka(迦)字置於慧掌,緣色成就羯磨(Karma,業),十二緣起行輪,dha(馱)字黃色置於定印掌,成就華和般若篋,śa(奢)字安於觀足,kṣa(乞叉)字置於止足,五字皆皓潔素白,如雪乳、鵝絨、明月,此字成就輪相。
【English Translation】 English version The Ritual of the Dhāraṇī of the Womb of the Limitless Gate Spoken by the Buddha

The mantra is as described in the scripture.
Practicing this Dhāraṇī of the Womb of the Limitless Gate, transforms the three karmas of eye, ear, and mind, relying on the three secret doors of body, speech, and mind, namely the three Vajras: body mudra, speech mantra, and mind abiding in samādhi, thereby entering the three equalities. Because of skillfully abiding in yoga, one's own body becomes identical to the principal deity, achieving perfect enlightenment in the state of an ordinary being. This Dharma is the most profound and secret. As stated in the Mahāvairocana Sūtra King, even those who are destined to become Buddhas in their next life are still beyond its realm, let alone those of inferior wisdom. It is like obtaining the jewel of a Cakravartin (wheel-turning king), secretly holding it and not rashly speaking of it. This deity is Karma Pāramitā-bodhisattva (Bodhisattva of Perfection of Action), because of abiding in the virtue of the Womb, manifesting the form of a young girl, revealing the image of the Great Compassionate Mother. All Buddhas abide in this wisdom, able to universally manifest the physical body, dwelling in the vast Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment). Sitting in the lotus position on a lotus platform, the majesty of the great mudra, etc., is like the appearance of Amoghasiddhi (Buddha of Unfailing Success). The hand in the meditation mudra forms a vajra fist, holding a lotus flower in front of the heart, placing the Prajñā (wisdom) scripture, the hand in the wisdom mudra makes the gesture of expounding the Dharma, raising the palm and extending the five wheels, the peak of forbearance manifests Karma, the ten-character vajra wheel, the head crowned with the five Tathāgatas, the whole body is grass-green, and on the various parts of the body, the eight-syllable doors are arranged.
The syllable pa (跛) abides in the heart, the syllable la (攞) becomes the mark of ūrṇā (a tuft of white hair between the eyebrows of the Buddha), the syllable va (嚩) is placed on the tip of the tongue, the syllable ja (惹) is placed on the head, the turquoise color becomes the mark of the crown, the syllable ka (迦) is placed on the wisdom palm, the color of the edge becomes Karma, the wheel of the twelve links of dependent origination, the syllable dha (馱) in yellow is placed on the palm of the meditation mudra, becoming the flower and the Prajñā scripture, the syllable śa (奢) is placed on the observing foot, the syllable kṣa (乞叉) is placed on the stopping foot, all five syllables are pure white, like snow milk, goose down, and the bright moon, this syllable becomes the mark of the wheel.

【English Translation】 English version Samaya Secret Mudra The empowerment crown mudra is the initial and subsequent sequential method. It is the same as the rituals of all tantras. Eighty kotis (koti: an ancient Indian unit of counting, equivalent to ten million) of Buddhas Surround this venerable one. Furthermore, there are eight Bodhisattvas (Bodhisattva: one who aspires to attain Buddhahood) Residing in the eight directions, as well as eight Yakshas (Yakshas: a type of guardian deity) The four means of conversion and eight offerings are arranged in sequence. Forming a secret Mandala (Mandala: a sacred space, a diagram symbolizing the structure of the universe). Reciting and upholding the true words of the sutra. What is accomplished is according to the original teachings. Practicing all the ritual procedures. The compilation and determination are completed.
