總攝二十五部大曼荼羅尼印。以二手無名指小指。相叉于內。二中指直豎相拄。二頭指屈。附二中指第一節。二母指捻左右手無名指中節。若有召請。二頭指來去。
佛言此咒印能滅十惡五逆一切重罪。成就一切白法。具戒清潔速得菩提。若在家人。縱不斷酒肉妻子。但依我法無不成就。
佛言若求成就先依壇法。不同諸部廣修供養。堀地香泥塗之所建立。以一面凈鏡未曾用者。于佛像前月十五日夜。隨力供養。燒安悉香及清凈水。先當靜心無所思惟。然後結印誦咒。咒鏡一百八遍。以囊

總攝二十五部大曼荼羅尼印。用兩手無名指和小指,在內側交叉。兩個中指直立相靠。兩個食指彎曲,貼靠在中指的第一節。兩個拇指捏住左右手無名指的中間關節。如果有召請,兩個食指來回移動。
佛說:這個咒印能夠滅除十惡、五逆等一切重罪,成就一切善法,持戒清凈的人能夠迅速證得菩提(覺悟)。如果是在家人,即使不斷酒肉、妻子,只要依照我的方法,沒有不成就的。

na maḥ sa pta nāṃ (pronounced with a departing tone) sa mya ksaṃ bu ddhā ko ṭi nāṃ (pronounced with a departing tone) ta dya thā oṃ ca le cu le cā ddhe svā hā
This mudra (hand gesture) encompasses the great mandala (cosmic diagram) of twenty-five sections. Cross the ring fingers and little fingers of both hands inside. Keep the two middle fingers upright and touching each other. Bend the two index fingers and attach them to the first joint of the two middle fingers. Press the two thumbs against the middle joints of the ring fingers of the left and right hands. If there is an invocation, move the two index fingers back and forth.
The Buddha said: This mantra and mudra can extinguish all grave offenses such as the ten evils and five rebellious acts, accomplish all white dharmas (pure deeds), and enable those who uphold the precepts purely to quickly attain Bodhi (enlightenment). If one is a householder, even without abstaining from wine, meat, and spouse, one can achieve success by following my method.
The Buddha said: If one seeks accomplishment, one should first follow the altar method. It differs from other sections that require extensive offerings. Establish the altar by digging the ground and coating it with fragrant mud. Use a clean mirror that has never been used before, in front of a Buddha statue, on the night of the fifteenth day of the month, make offerings according to one's ability, burn benzoin incense, and offer pure water. First, one should quiet the mind and have no thoughts, then form the mudra and recite the mantra. Recite the mantra over the mirror one hundred and eight times, and with a bag
匣盛鏡。常得將隨身。后慾念誦但以此鏡。置於面前結印誦咒。依鏡為壇即得成就。
佛言欲持此咒於十五日夜。清凈澡浴著新凈衣。面向東方半跏正坐。置鏡在前。隨有香華清凈水諸物。先當靜心絕思。然後結印印於心上。誦此咒一百八遍。誦此咒時能使短命眾生還得增壽。加摩羅疾尚得除差。何況余病。若不消差無有是處。
佛言若人一心靜思。誦滿二十萬遍四十六十萬遍。世出世法無不稱遂。
佛言若在家人。平旦清水漱口。未葷血時。面向東方對鏡結印。誦咒一百八遍。如是不斷四十九日。有吉祥事。準提菩薩令二聖者常隨其人。心有所念皆于耳邊一一具說。
佛言短命多病眾生。月十五日夜。燒安悉香誦咒結印一百八遍。魔鬼失心野狐惡病。皆于鏡中現其本身。殺放隨意更再不來。增壽無量。
佛言若人無福德相。求官不遷。對鏡常誦此咒。福德官當能稱遂。
佛言若人慾有所作。先當思惟準提聖者。正念此咒具滿七遍端身。少頃其身自然搖動。即知能遂及以吉慶。若身剛強向前向後。即知不遂必有災難。佛言欲知此法成不成。依法誦咒具滿七日。便於夢中見佛菩薩及以華果。口吐黑物后吃白物。即知成就。
佛言此陀羅尼有大勢力。至心誦持必當自證。能令
【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本 將鏡子放在匣子里,經常隨身攜帶。以後想要念誦時,就將這面鏡子置於面前,結印誦咒。以鏡子為壇場,即可成就。
佛說:想要持誦此咒,在每月十五日的夜晚,清凈地沐浴,穿上新的乾淨衣服,面向東方,半跏趺坐,將鏡子放在面前。隨備香、花、清水等物。首先應當靜心絕慮,然後結印,印在心上。誦此咒一百零八遍。誦此咒時,能使短命的眾生得以增壽,即使是加摩羅疾(一種疾病)也能痊癒,更何況其他的疾病。如果不能痊癒,那是絕不可能的。
佛說:如果有人一心靜思,誦滿二十萬遍、四十六十萬遍,世間和出世間的一切願望沒有不實現的。
佛說:如果是在家人,每天早晨用清水漱口,在未吃葷腥食物之前,面向東方,對著鏡子結印,誦咒一百零八遍。這樣不斷地堅持四十九天,就會有吉祥的事情發生。準提菩薩會派遣兩位聖者經常跟隨這個人,心中所想的事情都會在耳邊一一告知。
佛說:對於短命多病的眾生,在每月十五日的夜晚,焚燒安悉香,誦咒結印一百零八遍。魔鬼失去心智,野狐之類的惡病,都會在鏡中顯現其本身。殺掉或放走,隨你意願,之後便不會再來。可以增壽無量。
佛說:如果有人沒有福德之相,求官不得陞遷,對著鏡子經常誦此咒,福德和官運自然能夠如願。
佛說:如果有人想要做某事,首先應當思惟準提聖者(Cundi),以正念誦此咒,念滿七遍,端正身體。稍等片刻,身體自然搖動,就知道能夠成功,並且會有吉祥。如果身體僵硬,向前或向後傾倒,就知道不能成功,必定會有災難。
佛說:想要知道此法是否能成就,依法誦咒,念滿七天,就會在夢中見到佛菩薩以及鮮花水果,口中吐出黑色的東西,然後吃下白色的東西,就知道已經成就。
佛說:此陀羅尼(dharani)有很大的威力,至誠誦持必定能夠親自驗證。能夠令……
【English Translation】 English version Place the mirror in a box and always carry it with you. Later, when you want to recite, place this mirror in front of you, form the mudra (hand gesture) and recite the mantra. By using the mirror as an altar, you will achieve success.
The Buddha said: If you wish to hold this mantra, on the night of the fifteenth day of the month, purify yourself with a bath, wear new and clean clothes, face east, sit in the half-lotus position, and place the mirror in front of you. Prepare incense, flowers, clean water, and other items as available. First, you should quiet your mind and eliminate thoughts, then form the mudra and place it on your heart. Recite this mantra one hundred and eight times. When reciting this mantra, it can enable short-lived beings to increase their lifespan, and even the disease of Kamala (a type of disease) can be cured, let alone other illnesses. If it cannot be cured, that is absolutely impossible.
The Buddha said: If a person single-mindedly contemplates and recites it two hundred thousand times or four hundred and sixty thousand times, all worldly and otherworldly wishes will be fulfilled.
The Buddha said: If a person is a householder, rinse their mouth with clean water in the morning, before eating meat or blood, face east, form the mudra in front of the mirror, and recite the mantra one hundred and eight times. If they continuously do this for forty-nine days, auspicious events will occur. Cundi Bodhisattva (準提菩薩) will send two sages to always follow that person, and everything they think of will be told to them in their ear.
The Buddha said: For short-lived and sickly beings, on the night of the fifteenth day of the month, burn benzoin incense, recite the mantra, and form the mudra one hundred and eight times. Demons losing their minds, and evil diseases like wild fox sickness, will all appear in their true form in the mirror. Kill them or release them as you wish, and they will not come again. You can increase your lifespan immeasurably.
The Buddha said: If a person lacks the appearance of good fortune and cannot be promoted in their official position, constantly recite this mantra in front of the mirror, and good fortune and official position will naturally be fulfilled.
The Buddha said: If a person wants to do something, they should first contemplate Cundi (準提) the Holy One, recite this mantra with proper mindfulness, recite it fully seven times, and sit upright. After a short while, the body will naturally shake, and you will know that it will be successful and there will be auspiciousness. If the body is stiff and leans forward or backward, you will know that it will not be successful and there will be calamity.
The Buddha said: If you want to know whether this method will be successful, recite the mantra according to the method for seven days, and you will see Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, as well as flowers and fruits, in your dreams, and you will spit out black things and then eat white things, and you will know that you have achieved success.
The Buddha said: This dharani (陀羅尼) has great power, and sincere recitation will surely lead to self-realization. It can enable...
枯樹生華。何況世間果報。若常誦持水火刀兵怨家毒藥皆不能害。若卒為鬼神傷死。結印誦咒七遍。以印印心皆令卻活。舍宅不安鬼神作禍。咒土四塊鎮之即去。
佛言若人六親不和。不相愛念。依法誦咒所向和合。聞名見身皆生歡喜。凡所求無不遂心。況能結齊具戒。一心清凈依法誦持。不轉此身即證菩提有大功力。
佛言若人慾長生。于古塔及深山中。或凈房內依鏡為壇。具滿二四六十萬遍。青蓮華和安悉香燒。于睡夢中夢食仙藥。或授仙方或於鏡中有五色光。光中有藥隨意取食。即得長生。
佛言若依法誦持一心精勤。功力說不可盡。此壇鏡法不得人見。若見即不好不成畢。須密之此法不可說自當證知。隨意所求速得成就受勝妙樂。

【English Translation】 English version: Even a withered tree can bloom again. How much more so the karmic rewards in this world. If one constantly recites and upholds this mantra, disasters from water, fire, weapons, enemies, and poison will not be able to harm them. If one suddenly dies from being harmed by ghosts or spirits, by forming a mudra (結印) and reciting the mantra seven times, pressing the mudra on the heart, they can all be brought back to life. If the dwelling is not peaceful and ghosts or spirits are causing trouble,咒 (zhòu) the earth into four pieces and鎮 (zhèn) them in the four directions of the dwelling, and the ghosts will leave. The Buddha said: If a person's six kinds of relatives (六親) are not harmonious and do not love and care for each other, by reciting this mantra according to the Dharma, harmony will be achieved wherever they go. Hearing their name and seeing their form will bring joy. Whatever they seek, there is nothing that will not be fulfilled. How much more so if one can observe precepts and fast, with a single-minded purity, reciting and upholding this mantra according to the Dharma, they will attain Bodhi (菩提) without changing this body, possessing great merit and power. The Buddha said: If a person desires longevity, in an ancient stupa (古塔) or deep in the mountains, or in a clean room, set up an altar facing a mirror, and recite the mantra two hundred forty thousand, four hundred sixty thousand, or six hundred thousand times. Burn blue lotus flowers (青蓮華) and benzoin incense (安息香). In their dreams, they will dream of eating immortal medicine, or be given an immortal prescription, or there will be five-colored light in the mirror, and in the light there will be medicine; take and eat it at will, and they will obtain longevity. The Buddha said: If one recites and upholds this mantra according to the Dharma, with single-minded diligence, the power of merit is inexhaustible. This method of the altar and mirror must not be seen by others; if it is seen, it will not be good and will not be completed. It must be kept secret. This method cannot be spoken of; one should verify and experience it for oneself. Whatever one seeks, one will quickly attain accomplishment and enjoy supreme and wonderful bliss.
