序品第一
如是我聞。一時佛在雞喇斯山。與無央數菩薩眾俱。爾時觀自在菩薩摩訶薩。從座而起整理衣服。長跪合掌前白佛言。世尊我有大蓮華峰金剛秘密無障礙如意輪陀羅尼明三昧耶。能於一切勝福事業。所求皆得如意成就。如來大慈許我說者。我當承佛神力。廣為饒益一切有情意願故說。世尊是陀羅尼明。有大威神如天意樹。為諸明仙雨大寶雨。所欲皆得等摩尼珠。能滿一切有情一切勝愿。唯希如來慈哀加持。爾時世尊告觀自在菩薩摩訶薩言。善哉善哉汝以大悲。為諸有情故發是問。我已加持聽汝無礙說示如意輪陀羅尼明。
爾時觀自在菩薩摩訶薩。承佛告旨顧及眷屬。即起合掌脩敬頂禮。繞佛三匝還坐本座。以歡喜心。諦觀會眾熙怡微笑。即說根本陀羅尼明曰。

如是我聞。一時,佛在雞喇斯山(Kailasa Mountain)。與無數菩薩眾在一起。當時,觀自在菩薩摩訶薩(Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva)從座位上站起來,整理好衣服,長跪合掌,向前對佛說:『世尊,我有一個大蓮華峰金剛秘密無障礙如意輪陀羅尼明三昧耶(Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī-vidyā-samaya),能於一切殊勝福德事業,所求皆得如意成就。如來大慈,如果允許我說,我當承佛神力,廣為饒益一切有情眾生的意願而說。』世尊,這個陀羅尼明,有大威神力,如天意樹(wish-fulfilling tree),為諸明仙降下大寶雨,所希望的都能得到,等同摩尼寶珠(Mani jewel),能滿足一切有情眾生的一切殊勝願望。唯希望如來慈悲哀憫加持。 當時,世尊告訴觀自在菩薩摩訶薩說:『善哉!善哉!你以大悲心,爲了眾生而發起這個提問。我已經加持你,聽你無礙地說示如意輪陀羅尼明。』

Chapter 1: Introduction
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Buddha was on Mount Kailasa (雞喇斯山). He was with countless Bodhisattvas. At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva (觀自在菩薩摩訶薩) arose from his seat, arranged his robes, knelt down, joined his palms, and said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, I have a Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī-vidyā-samaya (如意輪陀羅尼明三昧耶) of the Great Lotus Peak Vajra Secret Unobstructed, which can achieve all wishes in all auspicious and virtuous undertakings. If the Tathāgata (如來) with great compassion allows me to speak, I will, relying on the Buddha's divine power, extensively speak for the benefit of all sentient beings' wishes.' World Honored One, this Dhāraṇī-vidyā has great power and divinity, like a wish-fulfilling tree (天意樹), raining down great treasures for all the Vidyādharas (明仙), fulfilling all desires, like a Mani jewel (摩尼寶珠), capable of fulfilling all the auspicious wishes of all sentient beings. I only hope that the Tathāgata will compassionately bless me. At that time, the World Honored One said to Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva: 'Excellent! Excellent! You have initiated this question out of great compassion for sentient beings. I have already blessed you, and I allow you to freely speak and reveal the Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī-vidyā.'
At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, receiving the Buddha's command and considering his retinue, immediately arose, joined his palms, respectfully prostrated, circumambulated the Buddha three times, and returned to his seat. With a joyful heart, he carefully observed the assembly, smiling with delight, and then spoke the root Dhāraṇī-vidyā, saying:

The Great Heart Dharani Mantra says:
oṃ padma cintā maṇi (jewel) jvala hūṃ
The Small Heart Dharani Mantra says:
oṃ vara da padme hūṃ
At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, when reciting this dharani mantra, the earth, mountains, and forests shook six times. All the palaces of the heavens, dragon palaces, Yaksha palaces, Rakshasa palaces, Gandharva palaces, Asura palaces, Garuda palaces, Kinnara palaces, and Mahoraga palaces all greatly trembled. All kinds of evil and powerful demon gods, Vinayakas, those who create obstacles, all greatly feared. The palaces of all demons were engulfed in great fire, and the demon kings and their retinues within were filled with great fear. All the vile dragon goddesses, demonesses, Yaksha women, Rakshasa women, Gandharva women, Asura women, Garuda women, Kinnara women, and Mahoraga women were all terrified, confused, and collapsed to the ground. All the hells opened their gates, and all sentient beings suffering from karmic retribution within were liberated, and all were reborn in the heavens to enjoy supreme bliss.
At that time, all the gods each held various kinds of supreme frankincense, sandalwood, aloeswood powder, scented paste, burning incense, wondrous heavenly flowers, jeweled necklaces, hairpins, earrings, bracelets, jeweled canopies, and head

善哉善哉善男子 汝能愍念諸有情 說是如意陀羅尼 拯濟有情大勝益 令信受者銷諸罪 當超三界證菩提 隨方若有修持者 世出世愿皆圓滿
爾時世尊說斯偈已。復告觀自在菩薩摩訶薩言。善男子汝當重為一切有情。說斯神通陀羅尼咒受持法要。令當有情獲大善利。
如意輪陀羅尼經破業障品第二
爾時觀自在菩薩摩訶薩。又白佛言世尊。若有比丘比丘尼優婆塞優婆夷童男童女。於此生身求大功德現報之者。當於晝夜依法精勤。修持此如意輪陀羅尼咒。不假占擇日月吉宿。亦不一日二日斷食。亦不沐浴亦不作壇。著常衣服明水灑凈。如常齋食作成就法。當於晝夜居凈室中面東趺坐。想觀自在身。相好圓滿如日初出。放大光明坐蓮花上。對在目前誦唸不亂。燒沉水香運心供養。恭敬禮拜隨心所辦。香花供獻而不斷絕。六時時別一千八十遍。相續不絕。一一字誦滿三落叉(梵

【English Translation】 English version: The gods in the heavens scattered clothes and all kinds of ornaments in the void, like rain, to offer to the Tathāgata (如來,one of the titles of a Buddha) and the assembled multitude. Various colored clouds arose in the entire void, and within these clouds, countless heavenly music played without being struck, emitting inconceivable harmonious and beautiful sounds to offer to the Tathāgata. Those who saw and heard these scenes could abide in the power of compassion and forbearance. Such miraculous transformations were all due to the divine power of the secret Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī (如意輪陀羅尼咒, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani) of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva (觀自在菩薩摩訶薩, the Great Bodhisattva Who Observes the Sounds of the World). At that time, the World-Honored One emitted a beautiful Brahma sound like that of a Kalaviṅka (迦陵頻伽, a mythical bird with a beautiful voice), and spoke profound and wonderful verses praising Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva: 'Excellent! Excellent! Good man, you are able to have compassion for all sentient beings, and speak this Cintāmaṇi Dhāraṇī, saving sentient beings and giving them great benefits. Let those who believe and accept it eliminate all sins, transcend the Three Realms, and attain Bodhi (菩提, enlightenment). Wherever there are those who cultivate and uphold this Dhāraṇī, their worldly and other-worldly wishes will be fulfilled.' At that time, after the World-Honored One spoke these verses, he again said to Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva: 'Good man, you should again speak for all sentient beings the method of upholding this miraculous Dhāraṇī mantra, so that future sentient beings may obtain great benefits.' Chapter Two on Eradicating Karmic Obstacles from the Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī Sūtra At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva again said to the Buddha: 'World-Honored One, if there are bhikṣus (比丘, monks), bhikṣuṇīs (比丘尼, nuns), upāsakas (優婆塞, male lay devotees), upāsikās (優婆夷, female lay devotees), young boys, or young girls who seek great merit and present rewards in this life, they should diligently cultivate and uphold this Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī mantra day and night according to the Dharma. There is no need to choose auspicious days or constellations, nor to fast for one or two days, nor to bathe, nor to build an altar. Wearing ordinary clothes, purify with clean water, and maintain a vegetarian diet as usual, as a method of accomplishment. They should reside in a clean room day and night, sit cross-legged facing east, visualize the body of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, with perfect features, like the rising sun, emitting great light, sitting on a lotus flower, right before their eyes, reciting without confusion. Burn incense, offer with the mind, respectfully prostrate, and offer incense and flowers to the best of their ability without interruption. Recite one thousand and eighty times every six periods of the day, continuously without interruption. Recite each syllable three lakṣas (落叉, hundred thousands) times.'
云一洛叉唐云十萬)由住瑜伽觀法誦唸。所有過現五無間罪。極惡業障自然消滅。當見種種諸大善夢。當知此則罪滅之相。聖觀自在加被護念。由斯善根百千事業。舉心誦唸一切所為悉得成就。一切諸明神通威力。無能及此如意輪陀羅尼明神通力者。所以者何。是陀羅尼若有能信受持之者。過現造積四重五逆十惡罪障。應墮阿毗地獄之者悉能消滅。若一日二日三日四日。乃至七日熱病風病。癀病痰病蠱毒厭禱。疔瘡疥癩癲癇風癢。頭鼻眼耳唇舌牙齒。咽喉胸脅心腹腰背。手足支節一切疾病。種種災厄魍魎鬼神。由經誦唸皆得除滅。一切藥叉啰剎毗那夜迦。惡神鬼等悉不能害。刀兵水火惡風雷雹。王難賊難怨仇等難不相橫害。一切惡相鮮福之業。惡星變怪皆自消滅。蚖蛇蝮蝎守宮蜘蛛。師子虎狼一切惡獸亦不相害。若有軍陣鬥戰官事諍訟。由明成就皆得解脫。若常五更誦此陀羅尼一千八十遍者。如上諸事皆得解脫自在如意。若能每日六時時別。誦此陀羅尼一千八十遍者。聖觀自在夢覺現身。住是人前告言善男子勿怖。欲求何愿一切施汝。或見阿彌陀佛。或見極樂世界。宮殿樓閣莊嚴之事。或見極樂世界菩薩會眾。或見十方一切諸佛菩薩大眾一切集會。或見聖觀自在所住補陀落山七寶宮殿。或見自身內外清凈。或見國王大
臣恭敬供養。或見自身過世所造一切罪障皆得消滅。當知斯人當捨命后不受胎生。蓮花化生身相端好。著天衣服而自莊飾。生生之處識宿命智乃至菩提。更不墮於三惡道中。恒與一切諸佛菩薩。同一生處住不退地。
如意輪陀羅尼經誦唸法品第三
爾時觀自在菩薩摩訶薩。復白佛言世尊。是秘密如意輪陀羅尼。復有二法。一在世間。二出世間。言世間者。所謂誦唸課法勝愿成就。攝化有情富貴資財。勢力威德皆得成就。言出世間者。所謂福德慧解資糧莊嚴。悲心增長濟苦有情眾人愛敬。斯經秘要當密秘持。無識之人不應宣傳。若證此秘密三昧耶者。當自秘持勿妄宣說。若真成就此陀羅尼最勝法者。當一切處若食不食若凈不凈。一心觀想聖觀自在相好圓滿。如日初出光明晃曜。誦斯陀羅尼無有妄念。常持不間一無過犯。則得聖觀自在現金色身。除諸垢障神力加被。心所求愿皆乞滿足。證諸神通安怛陀那法。多聞持法如意珠法。住年藥法雨寶雨法。見伏藏法入阿修羅窟法。隨意形法種種藥法。杵法瓶法世出世間諸所樂法皆得成辦。若有國王。王后嬪妃。王子公主宰官。婆羅門剎利毗舍首陀比丘若男若女童男童女若諸外道。伏信斯法而受持者。應知時數。若國王誦唸時於七日中。六時各誦一千八十遍。若后嬪妃

《如意輪陀羅尼經》誦唸法品第三

If one sees that all the karmic obstacles created in past lives are eliminated, know that this person, after abandoning this life, will not be born from a womb. Instead, they will be born from a lotus flower, with a perfect and beautiful form, adorned with celestial garments. In every lifetime, they will possess the wisdom of remembering past lives, and eventually attain Bodhi (enlightenment). They will no longer fall into the three evil realms, and will forever be with all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the same place, dwelling in the state of non-retrogression.
Chapter Three: The Method of Reciting the Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī Sūtra
At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva (great being) said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, this secret Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī (wish-fulfilling wheel mantra) also has two aspects: one is worldly, and the other is transcendental. The worldly aspect is that by reciting this Dhāraṇī, one can fulfill supreme wishes, gather and transform sentient beings, and achieve wealth, power, and virtue. The transcendental aspect is that one can accumulate merits and wisdom, adorn oneself with resources, increase compassion, and help suffering sentient beings, gaining love and respect from all. The secret essence of this scripture should be kept secret and not be propagated to the ignorant. If one realizes this secret samaya (vow), one should keep it secret and not reveal it recklessly. If one truly accomplishes this supreme method of the Dhāraṇī, one should, in all places, whether eating or not, whether clean or unclean, single-mindedly visualize the perfect form of Ārya Avalokiteśvara (Noble Avalokiteśvara), like the newly risen sun, shining brightly. Recite this Dhāraṇī without any wandering thoughts, constantly uphold it without interruption, and without any faults, then one will obtain the golden body of Ārya Avalokiteśvara (Noble Avalokiteśvara), eliminate all defilements, receive divine power, and have all wishes fulfilled. One will realize various supernatural powers, such as the antardhāna (invisibility) method, the method of vast learning and retention, the cintāmaṇi (wish-fulfilling jewel) method, the longevity elixir method, the rain of treasures method, the method of seeing hidden treasures, the method of entering the Asura (demi-god) cave, the method of transforming at will, various medicinal methods, the pestle method, the vase method, and all desired worldly and transcendental methods will be accomplished. If there are kings, queens, consorts, princes, princesses, ministers, Brāhmaṇas (priests), Kṣatriyas (warriors), Vaiśyas (merchants), Śūdras (laborers), Bhikṣus (monks), whether men or women, boys or girls, or various heretics, who believe in this method and uphold it, they should know the number of recitations. This (mantra) explains that when one wishes to invite (Buddhas and Bodhisattvas), holding a censer and chanting it seven times can open and manage the checkpoints on the aerial path, eliminate all obstacles, and alert the Holy Avalokiteśvara (Avalokiteśvara) and all the Holy Ones to come and bless and protect.
Invitation Seal No. 17
With both hands, the middle fingers, ring fingers, and little fingers, the right hand pressing on the left, are erected upwards and crossed and hooked. The two index fingers are extended diagonally, with their tips touching. The two thumbs point forward, beckoning and plucking the tips of the two middle fingers. When inviting, first look towards that direction. If you change the two thumbs to pluck outwards, it is called the method of sending the Holy Ones. The mantra of the seal says:

Use this mantra to purify the rosary. Lotus seeds or mani beads should be used. Bathe them with the five pure products of a cow. Recite the mantra seven times for each bead. After stringing and tying them, recite the mantra again one hundred and eight times. Receive and hold it according to the Dharma.
The Twenty-eighth Mudra of the Rosary
Take the rosary with the right hand and place it in the palm. Join the hands together with the palms hollow. Holding the rosary, recite the mantra:
『Om (one) wa su (rising tone) po di (two) shi li (two combined) ye (three) bo te (two combined) mang mang [mouth*li] (four) suo po (two combined) he (extended tone five)』
Recite this mantra over the rosary one thousand and eighty times for purification and acceptance. Each time you take a bead, recite the mantra three times. Place the hands in front of the chest, six inches apart, or in front of the nose. Each of the five fingers of both hands should twist the beads. Twist each bead while reciting the mantra. Cut off all distracting thoughts and concentrate the mind. Visualize the Dharani syllables of Holy Avalokiteśvara (聖觀自在). The halo, body, and mind should be as bright as the sun, without confusion. Recite as much as you can, even up to ten million times. Stop reciting only when the body is extremely tired. Open your eyes and gaze upon Holy Avalokiteśvara (聖觀自在). Join your palms and bow in reverence, praising Holy Avalokiteśvara (聖觀自在) in various ways. When leaving the Mandala, offer incense and water again. Think in this way: What method should I use to liberate all sentient beings from birth and death forever, and to attain Bodhi? If you want to perfect medicine, contemplate Holy Avalokiteśvara (聖觀自在), focus your mind on the medicine, and quickly recite the mantra. Wait for the full moon and the full sun. If the original medicine shows warm smoke and increased light, the medicine is perfected.
The Twenty-ninth Mudra of Dissolving Boundaries
The two ring fingers are hooked together inside the palms, with the right pressing on the left. The two thumbs press on the nails of the two ring fingers. The two middle fingers are erected and their tips touch each other. The two index fingers are attached to the backs of the two middle fingers, touching each other. The two little fingers are erected and touching each other. The mantra of the mudra is:

明者若食觸穢食時。以此明凈牛五凈一百八遍。以茅草攪令相和服之。解其觸穢。即得清凈。一切藥物供養器物。香水香花涂香燒香。飲食然燈磨香吃食。著脫衣服灑水澡浴作凈。皆用小心明明之五遍。威光增澤遣治諸障。
如意輪陀羅尼經壇法品第五

五凈明第三十

此咒語用於清潔不凈之物。如果吃了不潔凈的食物,用此咒加持牛的五種精華(牛的乳、酪、生酥、熟酥、醍醐)一百零八遍,用茅草攪拌均勻后服用,可以解除不凈,恢復清凈。一切藥物、供養器物、香水、香花、涂香、燒香、飲食、燃燈、磨香、吃食、穿脫衣服、灑水、澡浴等,都可用此小心明咒加持五遍,可以增添威光,遣除各種障礙。
如意輪陀羅尼經壇法品第五

The Thirtieth Dhāraṇī of Fivefold Purification

This mantra is for purification. If one eats unclean food, purify cow's five essences (milk, yogurt, raw butter, cooked butter, ghee) with this mantra 108 times, mix it with thatch grass, and consume it to dissolve the impurity and restore purity. All medicines, offering vessels, fragrant water, fragrant flowers, scented paste, incense, food, lamps, ground incense, food, clothing, sprinkling water, bathing, and purification can be empowered with this mantra five times with careful attention, which can increase majesty and eliminate all obstacles.
Chapter Five: Maṇḍala Ritual of the Cintamani-cakra Dhāraṇī Sūtra
At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva (Guānzìzài Púsà mó訶sà, Great Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara) said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, this secret Cintamani-cakra Dhāraṇī (Rúyì lún tuóluóní, Cintamani-cakra Dharani) great mandala (dà màntuóluó, great mandala) mudra samaya (yìn sānm昧yé, mudra samaya) can accomplish three kinds of medicinal practices in the world, causing people to rejoice upon seeing and hearing, and to love and respect each other. One should, during lunar (tàiyīn, moon) and solar (tàiyáng, sun) eclipses, prepare fourteen days (two weeks) in advance in a quiet place, measuring a space of four cubits, five cubits, or eight cubits, according to one's ability. Cultivate the ground according to the Dharma, removing evil soil, tiles, stones, bones, and wood, and build it up smoothly with clean yellow earth. First, smear it with cow dung (瞿摩夷, gū mó yí, gomaya), then smear it with yellow mud, and then smear it with fragrant mud, decorating it meticulously. Divide it into two courtyards, inner and outer. In the center of the inner courtyard, draw a thirty-two-petaled lotus flower in full bloom. On the lotus platform, draw the Holy Avalokiteśvara of Cintamani-cakra (Rúyì lún shèng Guānzìzài Púsà, Holy Avalokiteśvara of Cintamani-cakra), facing west in the lotus position, with a joyful countenance and a golden body. He wears a jeweled crown, and in the crown is a manifested Buddha. The Bodhisattva holds an open lotus flower in his left hand, and on the lotus platform, draw a Cintamani jewel. His right hand makes the gesture of expounding the Dharma. He wears celestial garments, adorned with jeweled earrings, bracelets, and various ornaments of seven treasures, emitting rays of light. On the east side, draw the Perfect Fulfillment Wish-Granting Wisdom King (Yuánmǎn yìyuàn míngwáng). On the left, draw the White-Robed Mother Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva (Báiyī Guānshìyīn mǔ Púsà, White-Robed Mother Avalokiteśvara). 【English Translation】 English version: With love and respect, follow the teachings. If a smoke-like appearance manifests, use it to burn and fumigate clothes and ornaments. Lighting it will grant the attainment of Antardhana (invisibility) siddhi. If a growing appearance manifests, fumigating clothes and adorning oneself with it will increase blessings and longevity. All ghosts and spirits will be afraid and will not harass you. All kinds of diseases, including those caused by goblins, will be eliminated and cured. If a light-like appearance manifests, fumigating clothes and adorning oneself with it will prove the position of a divine immortal with supernatural powers. Kings, princes, queens, consorts, ministers, officials, men, women, young, and old, will be delighted to see you, respect you, make offerings to you, bestow various treasures, and follow and praise you. All calamities, karmic obstacles, the five heinous offenses, and even the sins that should cause one to fall into Avici hell will be extinguished. Due to the accomplishment of the luminous medicine, blessings will increase, and people will not tire of seeing you, obtaining great and supreme wishes, like the sun wheel illuminating everywhere, dispelling the darkness of the world. All matters of viewing and loving will be accomplished. Disasters of water, fire, swords, poison, venom, curses, tigers, wolves, and poisonous insects will not cause harm. Suppose someone is about to be executed; by fumigating and adorning oneself with the medicine, the power of the medicine will cause the knife to break immediately, and one will be liberated. If someone is shackled, chained, and imprisoned, fumigating and adorning oneself with the medicine will lead to liberation. When practitioners of Dharani perform this practice, they should sincerely believe in this method and not harbor doubts. Practicing according to the Dharma will surely not be in vain (this medicine is poisonous, do not take it recklessly).
The Seventh Chapter on Containing Medicines in the Cintamanicakra Dharani Sutra
At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva again said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, this Dharani mantra containing fragrant methods can make all beings in the world respectful and loving. One should equally take dragon brain camphor, musk, turmeric, and ox gall, and use them to anoint the mandala and establish boundaries, reciting the luminous medicine one thousand and eighty times. Then, mix and grind them together, and mix them with rainwater to make pills the size of sesame seeds. Place the pills in a container and place it before the image of Arya-Avalokiteśvara in the mandala, reciting the root Dharani mantra, the Great Heart mantra, and the Small Heart mantra, to perform the accomplishment practice, waiting for the time when the Taiyin (moon) and Taiyang (sun) are full and complete. If the pills show signs of warmth, smoke, growth, and light, then verify that this medicine has been accomplished, and dry it in a secret place in the shade. If a warm appearance manifests, holding it in the mouth and reciting it will attract all people, causing them to respect and praise each other, and all diseases of the mouth will be eliminated and cured, and the breath will become fragrant. 如意輪陀羅尼經眼藥品第八

【English Translation】 English version: Until the end of life, please go to the messenger's place, and be sure not to doubt. This is called the 'As-You-Wish Secret Messenger Method'. Those who use medicine should grind the pills into powder according to the daily dosage, mix them with rock candy, and place them in a silver container. Recite the Great Heart Mantra and Small Heart Mantra one thousand and eighty times each. Holding the pills, each time recite one mantra and touch the Bodhisattva's two feet one hundred and eight times. Place them in a secret and clean place. Each time you want to take them, recite the mantra three times seven times. Hold it in your mouth and silently recite the three mantras one hundred and eight times. All ghosts and spirits that are difficult to subdue will be subdued, driven at will, and quickly accomplished. If you hold it in your mouth or wear it, wherever you go, those who see you will be happy, and there will be no disharmony. It can accomplish all secret and wonderful things. If you enter the royal palace, enter the Sangha, enter the village, or enter the heretical path, secretly hold the medicine in your mouth, silently recite the mantra, absorb good words, and teach each other, then you will obtain all obedience, love each other, and be in the same place. Whatever you think and seek in your heart will be accomplished. You will always receive the love, respect, and offerings of noble people. If you always practice this method according to the Dharma, you should receive various supreme offerings every day. If there are enemies, armies, or disputes, you will gain victory. Because of this cause, the Holy Avalokiteshvara protects you at all times like a beloved child and gives you great freedom. Those who practice this method will receive benefits unless they are insincere.
Chapter Eight: Eye Medicine of the Cintamanicakra Dharani Sutra
At that time, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara said to the Buddha again: 'World Honored One, this Dharani Bright Eye Medicine Method can enable all sentient beings to obtain great victory and wish-fulfilling accomplishment. The Holy Avalokiteshvara can make all their wishes completely fulfilled.' The equal parts of the medicine are: Realgar (Xionghuang), Kakubhanikasha (Tang Dynasty called it Cang Er Zi, burn and take the remaining filtrate, other translations say to take the person of Cang Er Zi), red lotus stamen (Honglian Hua Xu), blue lotus leaf (Qinglian Hua Ye), ox gallstone (Niuhuang), turmeric (Yujinxiang), yellow [woodginger] (Huang [MuJiang], other translations say dried ginger, not detailed), small zhe (Xiaozhe, one says elephant gall, other versions say small cypress), long pepper (Biboba), pepper (Hujiao), sea foam (Haishui Mo). Smear the altar, create a boundary, and recite the mantra one thousand and eighty times. Mix them together and grind them. Also use musk (Shexiang), borneol camphor (Longnao Xiang), naturally occurring rock candy (Zisheng Shimi), each reduced by half of the previous medicine, mix them together and grind them finely. 【English Translation】 English version One should choose the time when the moon waxes and wanes, gradually becoming full and round. When the medicine is warmed, the smoke increases, and the light appears, then the medicine is accomplished. According to the signs of accomplishment, whether superior, middling, or inferior, first, apply the medicine to the feet of Holy Avalokiteśvara (Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of compassion), and generate great compassion towards all sentient beings. One should recite the preceding three mantras one hundred and eight times, and then apply the medicine to the eyes. All cataracts, white spots, eye discharge and tears, red membranes, night blindness, congenital red eyes, wind-induced red eyes, and fleshy growths in the eyes will be eliminated and healed. The second application will eliminate and heal all headaches, or migraines, and various diseases of the mouth, as well as high fevers that occur for one day, two days, three days, or regularly. The third application will eliminate and heal all evil spirit illnesses, ghost illnesses, epilepsy, wind illnesses, and even the various illnesses and afflictions caused by eighty-four thousand kinds of spirits and ghosts. The fourth application will cause all obstructing Vinayakas (Vinayaka, the elephant-headed god) and various demonic spirits to fear and stay away. The fifth application will bring victory in all feuds, disasters, battles, and disputes, and will bestow great power and virtue. The sixth application will eliminate and extinguish all grave sins, the five heinous offenses (five extremely grave sins), those who should fall into Avici Hell, as well as all nightmares and all calamities and strange, inauspicious signs. The seventh application will cause kings, princes, consorts, concubines, ministers, officials, and all men and women to be compliant, to believe in, love, and make offerings. The second set of seven applications will grant great freedom. The third set of seven applications will accumulate merit like a king, and all people will submit, comply, draw near, and make offerings. The fourth set of seven applications will allow one to subdue at will all Yakshas (Yaksa, a type of nature spirit) and Yaksha women, along with their families and retinues, and employ them as servants. The fifth set of seven applications will allow one to freely subdue all Rakshasas (Rakshasa, a demon) and Rakshasa women, all Asuras (Asura, a type of demigod) and Asura women, all dragons and dragon women, and employ them as servants. The sixth set of seven applications will allow one to employ at will all powerful, illusion-creating, flying Rakshasa Yoginis, who manifest in various forms, and they will follow and protect one until Bodhi (Bodhi, enlightenment). The seventh set of seven applications will subdue and bring under one's protection Mahakala (Mahakala, a wrathful deity), the Hariti (Hariti, a demoness who became a protector of children), and the eight classes of gods. The eighth set of seven applications will enable one to see all invisible immortals. The ninth set of seven applications will enable one to see the earth.

English version: Among them, the one who applies the ointment for the seventeenth time can see the palaces of all the immortals and the palaces of the Asuras (Asura, non-heavenly beings, a type of evil spirit), and all the doors will open, and they can see all the comings and goings in the palaces. The one who applies the ointment for the twenty-first time, upon entering the mountains and forests, can see all the medicinal essences manifesting their forms, with radiant and dazzling light. Seeking them can grant longevity and great power, and obtaining wish-fulfilling objects. The one who applies the ointment for the twelfth time can open the palace doors of the mountain deities, and the deities within will welcome the Vidyadhara (Vidyadhara, mantra holder). Entering to seek immortal medicine will grant wish-fulfilling objects. The one who applies the ointment for the thirteenth time can open all the dragon palaces in the sea, and see all the dragon hosts within rejoicing without any obstacles. The one who applies the ointment for the fourteenth time can see all the doors of the palaces of the gods in the desire realm opening. The one who applies the ointment for the fifteenth time, when walking in the darkness of night, can see things as clearly as in daylight. The one who applies the ointment for the sixteenth time can see the edge of the water, the edge of the vajra, the edge of the wind wheel, and the edge of space. The one who applies the ointment for the seventeenth time can see the Heaven of the Four Heavenly Kings (Cāturmahārājika, the first heaven of the desire realm in Buddhism), and can also look down and see the sentient beings suffering in hell, enabling those sentient beings to be liberated. The one who applies the ointment for the eighteenth time has a radiance like the sun, dispelling all darkness. The one who applies the ointment for the twentieth time can see the holy Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva (Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion), and all the wishes they seek will be fulfilled. The one who applies the ointment for the twenty-first time can attain supernatural powers, see the palaces of the gods, freely play, and enter and exit without obstruction. They can also see the assemblies of all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas (Pratyekabuddha, Solitary Buddhas), and Śrāvakas (Śrāvaka, Arhats) in the Buddha-fields (Buddhakṣetra, Buddha lands) of the ten directions, as well as the pure Buddha lands. If one applies the ointment for a year, secretly reciting the Three Vidyās (trayo vidyā, the three knowledges: knowledge of past lives, knowledge of the divine eye, and knowledge of the extinction of outflows), they will attain the pure Five Eyes (pañca cakṣūṃsi, the five types of vision: physical eye, divine eye, wisdom eye, Dharma eye, and Buddha eye). Their merits, blessings, supernatural powers, and strength will increase even more, becoming equal to the gods. Each time when applying the ointment, dip a copper chopstick into the ointment, recite the mantra three times seven times, and apply it to the eyes according to the Dharma. If any sentient beings cultivate this Dharma and seek supreme wishes, they should deeply believe and understand, and not harbor doubts. They should always generate great compassion towards sentient beings, and learn the wisdom of the Buddha. Then they will attain accomplishment, and as mentioned before, all undertakings will surely not be in vain. If the one who performs this Dharma harbors doubts and is not focused, all the Dharmas they perform will not be accomplished. Chapter Nine, Homagama Section, of the Ārya-Maha-ratna-cūḍāmaṇi-dhāraṇī.
【English Translation】 Among all the hidden treasures. The one who applies the ointment for the seventeenth time can see the palaces of all the immortals and the palaces of the Asuras (Asura, non-heavenly beings, a type of evil spirit), and all the doors will open, and they can see all the comings and goings in the palaces. The one who applies the ointment for the seventeenth time, upon entering the mountains and forests, can see all the medicinal essences manifesting their forms, with radiant and dazzling light. Seeking them can grant longevity and great power, and obtaining wish-fulfilling objects. The one who applies the ointment for the twelfth time can open the palace doors of the mountain deities, and the deities within will welcome the Vidyadhara (Vidyadhara, mantra holder). Entering to seek immortal medicine will grant wish-fulfilling objects. The one who applies the ointment for the thirteenth time can open all the dragon palaces in the sea, and see all the dragon hosts within rejoicing without any obstacles. The one who applies the ointment for the fourteenth time can see all the doors of the palaces of the gods in the desire realm opening. The one who applies the ointment for the fifteenth time, when walking in the darkness of night, can see things as clearly as in daylight. The one who applies the ointment for the sixteenth time can see the edge of the water, the edge of the vajra, the edge of the wind wheel, and the edge of space. The one who applies the ointment for the seventeenth time can see the Heaven of the Four Heavenly Kings (Cāturmahārājika, the first heaven of the desire realm in Buddhism), and can also look down and see the sentient beings suffering in hell, enabling those sentient beings to be liberated. The one who applies the ointment for the eighteenth time has a radiance like the sun, dispelling all darkness. The one who applies the ointment for the nineteenth time can see the holy Vajrapāṇi Bodhisattva (Vajrapāṇi, the Bodhisattva holding the vajra), and all the wishes they pray for will be fulfilled. The one who applies the ointment for the twentieth time can see the holy Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva (Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion), and all the wishes they seek will be fulfilled. The one who applies the ointment for the twenty-first time can attain supernatural powers, see the palaces of the gods, freely play, and enter and exit without obstruction. They can also see the assemblies of all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas (Pratyekabuddha, Solitary Buddhas), and Śrāvakas (Śrāvaka, Arhats) in the Buddha-fields (Buddhakṣetra, Buddha lands) of the ten directions, as well as the pure Buddha lands. If one applies the ointment for a year, secretly reciting the Three Vidyās (trayo vidyā, the three knowledges: knowledge of past lives, knowledge of the divine eye, and knowledge of the extinction of outflows), they will attain the pure Five Eyes (pañca cakṣūṃsi, the five types of vision: physical eye, divine eye, wisdom eye, Dharma eye, and Buddha eye). Their merits, blessings, supernatural powers, and strength will increase even more, becoming equal to the gods. 爾時觀自在菩薩摩訶薩。復白佛言世尊。是陀羅尼明護摩法。饒益有情成就一切最勝之法。破諸蓋障止諸怨敵。一切毗那夜迦不相障惱。一切人民見皆歡喜。于清凈處方量三肘凈治塗地。當中圓一肘深半肘穿火爐坑。瞿摩夷黃土泥如法摩拭。白栴檀木長二把半。截之爐中累燒。等分以稻穀花白芥子沉水香和酥蜜乳酪。於五更時護摩一千八十遍。五無間罪一切業障一時消滅。若經七日作護摩者。壽命無夭出諸重罪得身清凈。若二七日作護摩者。福壽增越國王王子輔相人民。見其愛敬如事火天。若三七日作護摩者。三十三天釋提桓因。並諸天眾日月天子。皆來擁護與諸愿滿。四天王神持明仙眾並諸眷屬。皆來擁護與其效驗。執金剛菩薩與大勝愿。聖觀自在當現其身。授加大愿隨意滿足。令世人民皆當敬伏。若天亢旱以白芥子和酥。三日三夜如法護摩則降甘雨。若多霖雨取護摩灰。仰觀空中明一百八遍。上散空中其雨即晴。若災風雹雨卒暴起時。用護摩灰明一百八遍。望向散之風雹即止。若常依法誦唸明者。威德神力而無所畏如那羅延。舍此身後即生西方極樂世界。隨所生處常識宿命。乃至菩提不墮惡道。

【English Translation】 English version: At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva (the great Bodhisattva) again said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, this Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī (the wish-fulfilling wheel mantra) Homa (fire offering) method can benefit sentient beings, accomplish all the most supreme Dharmas, destroy all coverings and obstacles, and stop all enemies. All Vinayakas (obstacle-creating deities) will not come to obstruct and annoy, and all people will be happy to see it.' 'In a clean place, measure a square area of three cubits, clean it and plaster it with mud. In the very center, dig a circular fire pit one cubit wide and half a cubit deep. Smear it with cow dung and yellow soil according to the Dharma. Cut white sandalwood (Santalum album) wood two and a half spans long and pile it in the furnace to burn. Mix equal parts of rice, flowers, white mustard seeds, Aquilaria agallocha (agarwood), ghee, honey, and yogurt. Perform Homa one thousand and eighty times at the fifth watch of the night, and the five heinous crimes and all karmic obstacles will be eliminated at once. If you perform Homa for seven consecutive days, you will avoid premature death, escape all serious sins, and obtain a pure body. If you perform Homa for fourteen consecutive days, your blessings and lifespan will increase and surpass others, and the king, princes, ministers, and people will love and respect you as they love and respect Agni (the god of fire).' 'If you perform Homa for twenty-one consecutive days, Śakra Devānām Indra (Indra, ruler of the Thirty-three Heavens) of the Trayastrimsa heaven, along with all the heavenly hosts, the sun and moon deities, will come to protect you and fulfill all your wishes. The Four Heavenly Kings, the Vidyadhara (mantra-holding) immortals, and their retinues will all come to protect you and grant you various effects. Vajrapāṇi (Vajrapani Bodhisattva, the bodhisattva who wields the vajra) Bodhisattva will grant you great victorious wishes. Arya Avalokiteśvara (Holy Avalokiteśvara) will manifest his body, bestow upon you greater wishes, fulfill them at will, and cause the people of the world to revere and submit to you. If there is a drought, mix white mustard seeds with ghee and perform Homa according to the Dharma for three days and three nights, and sweet rain will fall. If there is excessive rain, take the ashes from the Homa, look up at the sky and recite one hundred and eight times, then scatter them into the air, and the rain will stop. If a disastrous wind or hailstorm suddenly arises, recite one hundred and eight times over the ashes from the Homa and scatter them in the direction of the wind and hail, and the wind and hail will stop. If you constantly recite this Dhāraṇī according to the Dharma, you will possess majestic virtue and divine power, and be fearless like Nārāyaṇa (Vishnu). After abandoning this body, you will be reborn in the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. Wherever you are born, you will always remember your past lives, and until you attain Bodhi, you will not fall into the evil paths.' 'World Honored One, the immeasurable merits of this Cintāmaṇicakra Dhāraṇī are boundless, exceeding the ocean. If a Bhikshu (monk), Bhikshuni (nun), Upasaka (male lay practitioner), Upasika (female lay practitioner), young boy, or young girl can practice according to this Dharma without doubt.'
。書寫讀誦常受持者。心有憶持一切事業。皆盡如意得大威德。時諸四部信男信女皆悉愛敬。持明仙王與諸仙眾冥密守護。加祐福事自然成辦。得大尊貴恭敬供養。一切財寶真珠摩尼。金銀琉璃珂貝璧玉。衣服樂具而皆豐足。獲大福植諸愿滿故。是持明者得斯吉祥如意悉地勿輕泄人。所獲神力永無退失。世尊此如意輪陀羅尼明印明。威神如是甚為希有。或凈不凈能成有情。心寂法海入諸三昧。神道遊戲住佛菩提。以斯因緣我以大悲成熟有情。唯希如來加持覆護。

【English Translation】 English version: Those who write, recite, and constantly uphold this Dharani (mantra), whose minds remember and persist in all endeavors, will have everything accomplished as desired and attain great power and virtue. At this time, all male and female devotees of the four assemblies (bhikshus, bhikshunis, upasakas, and upasikas) will love and respect them. The Vidyadhara King (king of mantra holders) and all the immortals will secretly protect and bless them, and meritorious deeds will naturally be accomplished, gaining great honor, reverence, and offerings. All treasures, such as pearls, manis (wish-fulfilling jewels), gold, silver, lapis lazuli, cowries, jade, and precious stones, as well as clothing and musical instruments, will be abundant. Because they obtain great merit and plant various good wishes, they will be fulfilled. This Vidyadhara (mantra holder) who obtains such auspicious and wish-fulfilling accomplishments should not lightly reveal it to others. The divine power obtained will never be lost. World Honored One, the mantra and mudra (hand gesture) of this Cintamanicakra Dharani (Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani), its divine power is so rare. Whether pure or impure, it can accomplish sentient beings, pacify their minds, enter the ocean of Dharma, enter various samadhis (meditative states), play with divine powers, and abide in the Bodhi (enlightenment) of the Buddha. Because of this cause, I mature sentient beings with great compassion, only hoping that the Tathagata (Buddha) can bless and protect them.
Chapter Ten: Entrustment of the Cintamanicakra Dharani Sutra
At that time, the World Honored One praised Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Mahasattva (great Bodhisattva), saying: 'Excellent, excellent, great compassionate one! You are able to well explain this Cintamanicakra Dharani. This Dharma in Jambudvipa (the world we live in) can benefit and bring happiness, and mature the Bodhi roots of all sentient beings. If there are sentient beings who aspire to recite and uphold this Cintamanicakra Dharani constantly without interruption, then in this life, they will witness the cessation of form (the extinction of form), perfect illumination, and the Samadhi of divine power and wisdom. Not only will they obtain great benefits in this life, but they will also obtain great merit in future lives. Therefore, all the Devas, Nagas, and Eight Classes (Buddhist protectors) should respect and protect them as they would serve the Fire God. I entrust to you those who uphold this mantra, and you should always diligently protect them. Those who recite this mantra will obtain its verification, and seeing you, they will believe. I rejoice in this.'
At that time, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Mahasattva said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, for countless kalpas (eons), with the power of great compassion, I have received the Buddha's teachings and entrusted them to sentient beings, constantly protecting them and giving them efficacy. Only the Buddha knows this. For the sake of sentient beings, I speak this Cintamanicakra Dharani. If those who uphold it recite it according to the prescribed practice, their wishes will be fulfilled, and accomplishment will not be difficult. Relying on the Buddha's divine power, I am able to save suffering sentient beings in this way.' At that time, the Holy Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva
