如是我聞。一時佛在伽栗斯山。與大菩薩眾俱。爾時觀世音菩薩摩訶薩。即從座起整衣服。胡跪合掌白佛言。世尊我有大陀羅尼法。名摩訶波頭摩栴檀摩尼心輪。能於一切事所求皆得成就。若如來大慈悲許我說者。我當承佛神力。為饒益一切眾生故說。所以者何。世尊此陀羅尼。有大神力猶如摩尼寶。亦如如意樹能滿一切愿。爾時世尊贊觀世音菩薩言。善哉善哉汝已慈悲故。為眾生能如是問。聽汝無障礙。說此陀羅尼。觀世音菩薩既蒙聽許。即起合掌作禮還本坐處。諦觀眾會具大慈悲。即說咒曰。

【English Translation】 English version The Sutra of the Secret Treasury of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani Divine Mantra

Chapter One: Dharani for Eradicating All Evil Karma
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Buddha was on Mount Ghalis (Gharis Mountain), together with a great assembly of Bodhisattvas. At that time, Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva Mahasattva, arose from his seat, adjusted his robes, knelt with his right knee, and, with palms joined, said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, I have a great Dharani Dharma, named the Maha-padma Chandana Mani Heart Wheel (Mahapadma Chandana Mani Heart Wheel), which can accomplish all desired matters. If the Tathagata, with great compassion, permits me to speak it, I shall, relying on the Buddha's divine power, speak it for the benefit of all sentient beings.' Why is that? World Honored One, this Dharani has great divine power, like a Mani Jewel (Mani Jewel), and like a wish-fulfilling tree, it can fulfill all wishes. At that time, the World Honored One praised Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, saying: 'Excellent, excellent! Because of your compassion, you are able to ask in this way for the sake of sentient beings. I permit you to speak this Dharani without obstruction.' Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, having received the Buddha's permission, arose, joined his palms in reverence, and returned to his original seat. Carefully observing the assembly with great compassion, he then spoke the mantra:

At that time, after Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva (Guānshìyīn Púsà) finished speaking this Cintāmaṇi-cakra Dhāraṇī, the earth shook in six ways. The palaces of the devas (deva), nāgas (nāga), yakṣas (yakṣa), gandharvas (gandharva), asuras (asura), garuḍas (garuḍa), kiṃnaras (kiṃnara), mahoragas (mahoraga), and others all shook. The Māra King (māra) and all the demon hosts were greatly frightened. The Māra King's palace was completely ablaze. The remaining kinds of yakṣas and evil ghosts were all terrified and fell to the ground. All the gates of hell opened, and the sinners were liberated and enjoyed the supreme bliss of the heavens. At that time, the heavens rained jeweled flowers and various jeweled adornments. The music of the devas in the empty sky emitted various sounds, making offerings to the Tathāgata. At that time, the World-Honored One (Bhagavān), using a Brahma-like voice, spoke a verse praising Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Mahāsattva (Guānshìyīn Púsà Mahāsattva), saying:
『Excellent, excellent! You, good man, have compassion for sentient beings, and by speaking this dhāraṇī, you can enable sentient beings to obtain great and supreme benefits.』
At that time, the World-Honored One again told Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, 『Good man, you are able, for the sake of all sentient beings, to speak this Great Supernatural Power King Dhāraṇī Dharma.』 At that time, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva said to the Buddha, 『If there are good men, good women, bhikṣus (bhikṣu), bhikṣuṇīs (bhikṣuṇī), upāsakas (upāsaka), upāsikās (upāsikā), young boys, or young girls who, in this life, wish to seek immediate retribution, they should, day and night, with one mind, diligently and without forgetting, keep this dhāraṇī in mind, and not be selective about whether the time is clean or unclean. If they obtain it through recitation, it will have results. For all matters sought, they should recite it one hundred and eight times, and then hundreds of thousands of matters will be accomplished. There is no other divine mantra that can compare to this Cintāmaṇi-cakra King Dhāraṇī.』 Why is that? Because it can destroy the heavy obstacles of evil karma from the past and present. If one can recite this dhāraṇī, those who should fall into Avīci hell (Avīci hell) will be liberated, and the sins of the five rebellious acts will also be completely eradicated, let alone other evil karma and all kinds of calamities and all diseases. 觀世音菩薩秘密藏一切愛樂法品第二
爾時觀世音菩薩憐愍眾生。復說秘密如意心輪陀羅尼。但有所須皆悉自來財有二種。一者世間財。二者出世間財。世間財者金銀等寶。出世財者福德智慧具二莊嚴。身心悅預眾人愛敬。能救一切眾生苦。慈心增長能與智者。樂具資生利

觀世音菩薩秘密藏一切愛樂法品第二
這時,觀世音菩薩憐憫眾生,又說了秘密如意心輪陀羅尼。只要有所需求,一切都會自然而來。財富有兩種:一是世間財,二是出世間財。世間財是金銀等寶,出世間財是福德智慧,具備二種莊嚴。身心喜悅,眾人愛敬。能救一切眾生苦,慈心增長,能給予智者快樂,資生利益。
【English Translation】 English version: Day after day, whether it be day or night, whether it be illnesses of wind, yellow phlegm, or phlegm-retention, those who recite this Dharani will be completely cured. If afflicted by poisonous spells, curses, boils, scabies, mange, itching, madness due to wind, headaches, and pains in the ears, nose, lips, tongue, teeth, throat, mouth, face, head, chest, ribs, heart, abdomen, waist, back, feet, hands, head, and feet, all will be completely eliminated and healed. All illnesses within the body will be cured. If Yakshas (Yaksa, a type of spirit), Rakshasas (Rakshasa, a type of demon), Vinayakas (Vinayaka, the elephant-headed god, obstacle-maker), demons, and evil spirits are present, they will be unable to harm. One will also not fear weapons, fire, water, evil winds, hail, enemies, robbers, evil kings, and evil thieves; ultimately, they will be unable to harm, and one will not die an untimely death. Furthermore, one will be protected from all evil dreams, vipers, scorpions, geckos, centipedes, spiders, and all evil poisonous beasts, lions, tigers, and wolves. One will be victorious in battles and wars. If there are official matters or disputes, all will be resolved peacefully. If one recites this Dharani once, all the aforementioned matters will be fulfilled as desired. If one recites this Dharani one hundred and eight times daily, one will see Avalokiteśvara (Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion) who will say, 'You good men, do not be afraid. Whatever wishes you desire, I will grant them all to you.' Amitābha (Amitābha, the Buddha of Infinite Light) will personally appear, and one will see the adornments of the Sukhavati (Sukhavati, the Pure Land of Bliss) as described in the scriptures. One will also see the assembly of Bodhisattvas in the Sukhavati. One will also see all the Buddhas of the ten directions. One will also see Mount Potalaka (Potalaka, Avalokiteśvara's abode), the dwelling place of Avalokiteśvara. One will immediately attain purity of body and mind, and will always be respected and venerated by kings, ministers, and high officials, and loved and revered by all. One will not be born from a womb in the place of rebirth, but will be born on a lotus flower, exquisitely adorned. In the place of rebirth, one will always remember past lives. From this day forward until one becomes a Buddha, one will never fall into the evil paths, and will always be born before the Buddha.
Chapter Two: The Secret Treasury of Avalokiteśvara's All-Loving Dharma
At that time, Avalokiteśvara, out of compassion for all beings, spoke the Secret Cintamani-cakra Dharani (Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani). Whatever is needed will come naturally. There are two types of wealth: worldly wealth and transcendental wealth. Worldly wealth is gold, silver, and other treasures; transcendental wealth is merit and wisdom, possessing both adornments. One will have joy in body and mind, and will be loved and respected by all. One will be able to save all beings from suffering, increase compassion, and provide joy and resources for the wise, bringing benefit and growth.
益能加勢力。唯此秘密藏境界。不得向餘人說。若欲得此如意輪陀羅尼我最勝驗者。至心一切時一切處。凈與不凈常應誦持。一無過咎所誦課充。復應稱觀世音菩薩名。及如意輪陀羅尼。並稱彼人名字。或時思念。若王王子妃后公主婆羅門剎利毗舍首陀。若男若女童男童女種種外道。但欲親覲者應稱彼名。每至五更使得課充。若求最勝驗者。或親覲國王於七日中。每至五更誦一千八遍即得相見。若欲見妃后應誦九百遍。若欲見王子誦八百遍。若欲見宮人誦七百遍。若欲見公主誦六百遍。若親覲婆羅門誦五百遍。若親覲剎利誦四百遍。毗舍誦三百遍。比丘比丘尼一百遍。優婆塞優婆夷九十遍。童男童女六十遍。此名親近課法。能成辦一切事。財物奴馬一切樂具有所愛樂者。或在遠處意所求之如風疾至。凡欲為事但得課充其事即成。若欲見觀世音菩薩。誦一千八遍。即見其真身一切成滿。若欲見金剛應誦一萬遍。即現其前憐念其人如父愛子。心所愿事悉能與之。若欲見諸佛及諸大眾。誦一萬三千遍即見。若七日七夜相續誦。凡所持咒神皆悉現前。各各自將已咒功能。施與其人常隨擁護。第七日三千大千世界主。及天帝釋。與諸眷屬俱來皆與其愿。能依如前所說誦課法者。所求之愿皆得滿足。
觀世音陀羅尼和阿伽陀

【English Translation】 English version It can increase power. Only this secret treasury realm should not be spoken to others. If you want to obtain this Cintamani-cakra Dharani (Cintamani-cakra Dharani, Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani) with the most supreme efficacy, you should sincerely, at all times and in all places, whether clean or unclean, constantly recite and uphold it. After completing the recitation without any fault, you should also recite the name of Avalokiteśvara (Avalokiteśvara), as well as the Cintamani-cakra Dharani, and also recite the name of that person, or constantly think of them. Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, again out of compassion for sentient beings, spoke of the method of medicine for love and joy, causing those who see it to generate joyful hearts. After the ingredients are harmonized and carried on the body, one will achieve supreme success, and all wishes will be fulfilled: Bezoar (a precious medicinal material), White Sandalwood (a fragrant wood), Turmeric (a spice), Borneol (a fragrance), Musk (a fragrance), Nutmeg (a spice), Clove (a spice), Kakura (a spice), Lotus (Lotus flower), Blue Lotus (Blue Lotus flower), Gold Leaf (Gold flakes).
Take equal parts of each of the above medicines, and mix them with an equal amount of white honey. Recite the previous mantra one thousand eight hundred times. Chapter Four: Avalokiteśvara's Cintamani (Wish-Fulfilling Wheel) Containing Medicine
Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, out of compassion for sentient beings, again spoke of a mouth-held medicine to cause all to love and rejoice.
Borneol (a fragrance), Musk (a fragrance), Turmeric (a spice), finely grind and mix with Bezoar (a precious medicinal material). Recite each of the above three mantras one thousand eight hundred times, and mix with pure water. Make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Recite the three mantras again, each one hundred eight times. Dry in the shade, do not expose to wind or sun. For each pill, recite the previous three mantras seven times each, then place one pill in the mouth. If speaking with kings, ministers, the masses, or any kind of person, they will immediately generate respect, and will not spare their wealth. Whatever is needed, everyone will be willing to give. Whatever is said, all will believe and accept. Whatever is desired, all will be fulfilled. When placing the medicine in the mouth, one must constantly recite the mantra. The Sixth Chapter on Medicines of the Avalokiteśvara Fire Om Dhāraṇī
Because Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva (the Bodhisattva Who Observes the Sounds of the World) has compassion for all beings, he speaks the auspicious Fire Om Dharma, which can accomplish all things and destroy all afflictions, sins, obstacles, and evil karma. If there are enemies, they can all be subdued. Even if Vinayaka (the elephant-headed god) arises with anger, he will cease on his own and no longer cause harm. All people will develop love and respect. Dig a pit in the ground to make a stove, clearing a space of one cubit square.
