根本咒曰。
那謨喝啰怛曩怛啰夜也(二)那摩阿唎也(三)婆嚕吉帝說(長引聲)婆啰吔(三)菩提薩埵婆吧(四)摩訶薩埵婆也(五)摩訶迦嚧尼迦吔(六)怛侄他(七)唵(八)斫迦羅(九)靺哩底(二合十)震哆摩尼(十一)摩訶缽特(二合十三)迷嚕嚕底瑟吒(二合十四)缽羅(十五)阿羯贈哩灑吔虎吽(二合十六)泮吒(二合半聲十七)娑(引)嚩訶(十八)
若有善男子善女人持誦此咒。若每日平旦嚼楊枝始唸誦。若誦此咒滿十萬。聖如意輪菩薩現身與所求愿。
凡誦此咒。不簡在家出家飲酒食肉有妻子。但誦此咒必能成就。誦此咒人不須作法。不求宿日。不求持齋。不須洗浴。不須別衣。但讀誦皆悉成就。如經廣說。
根本印。先合掌二中指少屈。二頭指頭相柱。二大指並直豎當心上。誦七返散頂上之。若有召請。二大指來去。由此咒及印契力故。自身即如本尊威神威力。諸大力魔不得便。

那謨喝啰怛曩怛啰夜也(皈命於三寶),那摩阿唎也(皈命于聖者),婆嚕吉帝說(觀自在),婆啰吔(最勝者),菩提薩埵婆吧(菩薩),摩訶薩埵婆也(大菩薩),摩訶迦嚧尼迦吔(大慈悲者),怛侄他(即說咒曰):唵(種子字),斫迦羅(輪),靺哩底(寶珠),震哆摩尼(如意寶珠),摩訶缽特(大蓮花),迷嚕嚕底瑟吒(光明熾盛),缽羅(普遍),阿羯贈哩灑吔(吸引),虎吽(降伏),泮吒(摧破),娑嚩訶(成就)。
若有善男子、善女人持誦此咒,若每日清晨嚼楊枝后開始唸誦,若誦此咒滿十萬遍,聖如意輪菩薩會現身,滿足其所求愿。
凡是誦此咒者,不論是在家或出家,飲酒食肉或有妻子,只要誦此咒必定能夠成就。誦此咒的人不需要特別作法,不需選擇吉日,不需持齋,不需洗浴,不需更換衣服,只要讀誦都能夠成就,如經典所廣泛宣說。
根本印:先合掌,二中指稍微彎曲,二頭指指尖相抵,二大指並直豎立於心前。誦咒七遍后在頭頂散開。若有召請,則二大指來回移動。由於此咒及印契的力量,自身即如同本尊具有威神威力,諸大力魔不能得便。
其次是心咒:
烏唵(種子字),缽特摩(蓮花),震多末尼(如意寶珠),啜羅(輪)。
【English Translation】 English version: The Method of Reciting the Cintamanicakra Dharani of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva
Translated under Imperial Order by Tripitaka Master Bao Siwei
The Root Mantra says:
Namo ratna-trayāya (Homage to the Triple Gem), nama ārya (Homage to the Noble), valokite-śvarāya (The one who sees the world's sounds, Avalokitesvara), bodhi-sattvāya (Bodhisattva), mahā-sattvāya (Great Bodhisattva), mahā-kāruṇikāya (Great Compassionate One), tadyathā (Thus it is): om (seed syllable), cakra (wheel), varti (jewel), cintāmaṇi (wish-fulfilling jewel), mahā-padme (great lotus), ruru tiṣṭha (shine brightly), pra (everywhere), ākarṣāya (attract), hūṃ (subdue), phaṭ (destroy), svāhā (accomplishment).
If there are good men or good women who uphold and recite this mantra, if they chew a willow branch every morning and then begin reciting, if they recite this mantra one hundred thousand times, the Holy Cintamanicakra Bodhisattva will appear and grant their wishes.
All who recite this mantra, whether they are laypeople or renunciants, whether they drink wine and eat meat or have spouses, as long as they recite this mantra, they will surely achieve success. Those who recite this mantra do not need to perform special rituals, do not need to seek auspicious days, do not need to observe fasting, do not need to bathe, do not need to change clothes, but by simply reciting, all will be accomplished, as extensively explained in the scriptures.
The Root Mudra: First, bring the palms together, slightly bend the two middle fingers, touch the tips of the two index fingers together, and keep the two thumbs straight and upright in front of the heart. Recite the mantra seven times and then scatter (the mudra) over the crown of the head. If there is an invocation, move the two thumbs back and forth. By the power of this mantra and mudra, one's own body will be like the honored one, possessing divine power and strength, and all powerful demons will not be able to take advantage.
Next is the Heart Mantra:

Bend each section without touching the tip of the index finger, moving back and forth. The mantra is:

Hayagriva (馬頭觀音) Great Dharmakaya Mudra: Cross the three fingers below the index fingers outwards with both hands. Each fingertip touches the back of the hand and join the palms. Join the two little fingers together and stand them upright. Join the two thumbs together and bend the angry thumbs, moving back and forth. The mantra is:

凡上根中根下根唸誦具經列。此法不出唸誦法竟。
誦此咒諸智者得大安樂。貨食必定成就。富貴資具無不豐足。凡三世諸佛出世皆說此咒。此咒密不得妄說時露驗皆散去。是故妄不可傳。但阿阇梨可得。若非爾傳。自他共墮三途。不簡凈不凈唸誦具如上列。若於女人懷中。但讀誦必成大驗。唸誦之時當憶聖如意輪菩薩形相永作依怙。若男若女人繫念誦此咒。應以後夜亦晨朝未食之時應誦。若千若百八遍隨意多少。亦勿增減。誦十三千遍。得見一切諸佛菩薩大悲本尊。此咒一切咒之中最尊最上。唸誦一遍其功德甚多。何況每日誦。其

無論是上根、中根還是下根之人,唸誦都應按照經典所列。此法不在念誦法之後結束。
誦唸此咒,有智慧的人能獲得大安樂。所求的食物必定成就,財富資具無不豐足。凡是三世諸佛出世都會說此咒。此咒秘密,不可隨意妄說,時常顯露靈驗都會散去。因此不可隨意傳授。只能傳給阿阇梨(Acharya,導師)。如果不是這樣傳授,自己和他人都會一同墮入三途。不分清凈與否,唸誦都應如上所列。如果在女人懷中,只要讀誦,必定成就大靈驗。唸誦之時,應當憶念聖如意輪菩薩(Cintamanicakra,如意輪觀音)的形相,永遠作為依靠。無論是男人還是女人,繫念誦此咒,應當在后夜或早晨未食之時誦唸。可以誦唸一千遍或一百零八遍,隨意多少,也不要隨意增減。誦唸一萬三千遍,就能見到一切諸佛菩薩和大悲本尊。此咒在一切咒語之中最為尊貴和至上。唸誦一遍,其功德甚多,何況每日誦唸呢?
【English Translation】 English version: (1) Om amrita-udbhava hum phat svaha (阿密唎都知(二合)婆(去音)嗚𤙖(去音)莎訶: Purification, nectar-born, hum phat svaha).
Next, to create a boundary, use the Hayagriva (馬頭觀音) mudra (印) to perform the boundary clearing. Bring both hands together in prayer, bend the two index fingers and two ring fingers into the palms, with the backs of the fingers touching each other. Slightly bend both thumbs, without touching the index fingers. Then recite the Hayagriva mantra:
Om amrita-udbhava hum phat svaha (唵阿密㗚(二合)妒納婆(二合)吽發吒娑嚩(二合)訶: Purification, nectar-born, hum phat svaha).
Recite three times, then rotate the mudra three times to the left, clearing away all demons, causing them to retreat on their own. Rotate the mudra three times to the right, thus forming a firm and great boundary.
The above is the method for self-protection, and the Vajravidarana (毗俱胝) mudra can also be used for earth-binding.
Avalokiteśvara (觀世音菩薩) Vajravidarana Earth-Binding Method:
Cross the left and right middle fingers and fingers below in reverse, with the right palm pressing on the left in the palm center. The backs of the fingers should be close to the palms. Keep the two thumbs aligned and upright. Bend the two index fingers so that the nails touch back to back. Use the two thumbs to press the earth-binding mantra.
Om bei yi duo zhi hum (唵(一)倍移跢知(一)嗚𤙖: Om, Vajravidarana, hum).
Whether one is of superior, intermediate, or inferior capacity, recitation should be done according to the scriptures. This method does not end after the recitation method is completed.
By reciting this mantra, the wise will attain great joy. The desired food will surely be obtained, and wealth and resources will be abundant. All Buddhas (佛) of the three times (三世) speak this mantra when they appear in the world. This mantra is secret and should not be spoken carelessly; revealing its efficacy will cause it to dissipate. Therefore, it should not be transmitted casually, but only to an Acharya (阿阇梨, teacher). If it is transmitted otherwise, both the giver and receiver will fall into the three lower realms (三途). Regardless of purity or impurity, recitation should be done as listed above. If one recites while in the embrace of a woman, great efficacy will surely be achieved. During recitation, one should remember the form of the Holy Cintamanicakra (聖如意輪菩薩, Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Avalokiteśvara) Bodhisattva (菩薩) and always rely on it. Whether male or female, if one focuses on reciting this mantra, it should be recited in the late night or early morning before eating. One can recite a thousand times or one hundred and eight times, as much or as little as one wishes, and should not arbitrarily increase or decrease the number. By reciting thirteen thousand times, one will see all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the great compassionate original deity. This mantra is the most venerable and supreme among all mantras. Reciting it once has great merit, let alone reciting it daily.

諸尊法依修兩界只行者心也。但金剛界五相成身五處我為蓮花身者如意輪也。誠雖舉五部中其一類擇云蓮花身可有其意歟。仍金剛智三藏如意輪儀軌依金剛界故。行人可向西(云云)縱依金剛界不可作大法。如此別法者可修三摩地法。依胎藏時者修隨行法。但于別處獨身被修行者以金剛界唱禮五悔依十八道令修業之。十八道是妙成就之軌也。不知案內世人輕之尤笑。仍不空三藏儀軌依十八道也(自可密之)至本尊印處者一切法先結大日印誦五字真言。其次結當時本尊印者也。是則先住大

【English Translation】 English version The merit is inconceivable. If one recites it a hundred thousand times, then everything in both the mundane and supramundane realms will be accomplished. Whatever one seeks in this life, such as wealth, treasures, grains, rice, and fruits, will be accomplished at will. If one desires to be loved and cherished by everyone, that too will be accomplished. One can also recite it a thousand times daily, and in this very lifetime, with one's physical body, one can enter the first Bhumi (stage of Bodhisattva), and everything will be harmonized. One will quickly encounter all the Buddhas and Tathagatas, and swiftly attain the Threefold Bodhi (Sān Pútí, Three kinds of Enlightenment: Right Enlightenment, Self-Enlightenment, and Complete Enlightenment). Regarding the method of making an image: If there are sentient beings who recite this mantra, they should make an image. Absolutely no glue should be added to the colors used for the image; only the juice of olibanum should be used as glue. The person making the image should observe the Eight Precepts. The form of the Bodhisattva should be made in a contemplative posture, with six arms. The upper left arm should be in the gesture of holding a golden wheel, the middle arm should hold a lotus flower, and the lower arm should be pressing on a mountain. The right arm should be in a contemplative pose, the middle arm should hold a Cintamani jewel (Rúyì zhū, wish-fulfilling jewel), and the lower arm should hold prayer beads. The right foot should be seated on a thirty-two-petaled lotus flower, and there should be a transformation Buddha on the crown of the head, with perfect marks and riding on a moon disc, its majestic light shining like the light in the moon. Also, on the right side, draw an image of the Hayagriva Wrathful Vidyaraja (Mǎtóu fènnù dà míngwáng, Horse-Headed Wrathful Bright King), with blazing majestic light, perfect marks, and upper teeth hanging down. The Ritual and Recitation Guide for the Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva Cintamani Chakra Dharani The Dharma of all deities depends on the mind of the practitioner who cultivates both the Vajradhatu (Jīngāng jiè, Diamond Realm) and Garbhadhatu (Tāizàng jiè, Womb Realm). However, the five aspects of becoming a body in the Vajradhatu, where 'I' am a lotus body in five places, refers to the Cintamani Chakra (Rúyì lún, Wish-Fulfilling Wheel). Indeed, although one category from the five divisions is mentioned, choosing to say it is a lotus body may have its intention. Therefore, the Cintamani Chakra ritual guide of Vajrabodhi Tripitaka (Jīngāng zhì sānzàng, Vajrabodhi) is based on the Vajradhatu, so practitioners can face west (etc.). Even if based on the Vajradhatu, one should not perform great Dharma. For such special Dharma, one can cultivate Samadhi Dharma (Sānmó dì fǎ, Samadhi). When based on the Garbhadhatu, one should cultivate the accompanying practices. However, those who practice alone in other places should chant the Five Repentances according to the Vajradhatu and cultivate karma according to the Eighteen Paths. The Eighteen Paths are the rules for wonderful accomplishment. Those who do not know the inside story despise and even laugh at it. Therefore, the ritual guide of Amoghavajra Tripitaka (Bùkōng sānzàng, Amoghavajra) is based on the Eighteen Paths (can be done secretly). When it comes to the Mudra of the principal deity, for all Dharmas, first form the Mahavairocana Mudra (Dà rì yìn, Mahavairocana Mudra) and recite the Five-Syllable True Word. Then form the Mudra of the principal deity at that time. This is to first abide in the great.
日法界宮。隨檀越樂欲起大悲誓願。出堂時本尊變化身成就施主心願之意也。是大秘密口傳也。護摩時被用心咒。所謂。

【English Translation】 English version In the Dharmadhatu Palace, according to the desires and wishes of the danapati (donor), the great compassionate vow is initiated. When leaving the hall, the transformed body of the principal deity fulfills the wishes of the donor. This is a great secret oral transmission. During homa (fire ritual), the mantra is recited with focused intention, namely: Om [口*跛] Namo Chintamani Jvala Hum Jvalakamala (This is the Cintamani Chakra) When the principal deity faces the king, all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Vajras can rely on this for pacifying disasters and other practices.
