爾時薄伽梵 與諸大菩薩 在須彌山頂 為諸有情等 演說如意輪 修行秘密法 佛言此蓮華 摩尼如意輪 金剛王如來 具無量無邊 大不思議行 威德最勝力 降伏一切魔 眾惡不能入 汝等應善聽 我今廣分別 於後末世中 若有求法者 先禮阿阇梨 受三種灌頂 先聽受諸法 令根性純熟 啟白阿阇梨 次第方傳受 如意輪心法 弟子受法竟 當發志誠心 香華及燈明 涂香飲食等 先供養諸佛 如法供養已 口中含于寶 想告求諸佛 愿於此法門 獲得速成就 即結輪壇印 二羽先旋舞 後背交十度 旋轉至頂散 由結此印已 遍通一切壇 悉能入密言 輪壇真言曰

【English Translation】 English version The Ritual for the Practice and Contemplation of the Cintamani-cakra-padma-hrdaya-tathāgata Sutra Spoken by the Buddha
Translated by Tripitaka Master Ci Xian from Magadha in Central India of the Great Khitan Kingdom of the Song Dynasty
At that time, the Bhagavan (World-Honored One) and all the great Bodhisattvas Were on the summit of Mount Sumeru, for all sentient beings Expounding the secret Dharma of the Cintamani-cakra (Wish-Fulfilling Wheel) practice. The Buddha said, 'This Padma (Lotus), Mani-cintamani-cakra (Jewel Wish-Fulfilling Wheel) Vajra-rāja-tathāgata (Diamond King Thus Come One), possesses immeasurable and boundless Great inconceivable deeds, supreme power and virtue, Subdues all demons, evil cannot enter. You should listen carefully, I will now explain in detail. In the future, in the latter days, if there are those who seek the Dharma, First pay respects to the Acharya (Teacher), receive the three initiations. First listen to and receive all the Dharmas, so that the roots are pure and mature. Inform the Acharya, then transmit and receive in order, The Cintamani-cakra heart Dharma, after the disciple receives the Dharma, Should generate a sincere heart, with incense, flowers, and lamps, Fragrant oils, food, etc., first offer to all the Buddhas. After offering according to the Dharma, hold a jewel in the mouth, Think and request all the Buddhas, wishing for this Dharma gate To quickly attain accomplishment, then form the wheel mandala mudra. First the two hands whirl and dance, then the backs cross ten times, Rotating to the top and scattering, by forming this mudra, Universally connecting all mandalas, able to enter the secret words. The wheel mandala mantra says:

Next form the Samaya (Vow), the secret lotus mudra, The two hands are joined together, the progress, strength, meditation, and wisdom degrees, Bent like a lotus just opening, called the Cintamani-cakra. The lotus samadhi mudra, the samadhi mantra says:

Form the Samaya mudra and recite this mantra. Consecrate the nine positions on your body: the top of your head, the five directions, and the four corners. Then, consecrate the six senses, as well as both knees, and scatter the mudra from your forehead. Next, form the summoning mudra. Make vajra fists with both hands. Cross the ring and index fingers behind the back and hook them together. Press the middle and little fingers onto the ring and thumb fingers. Move the index fingers up and down to summon all the holy beings. After summoning, perform a whirling dance. Join both hands together like a lotus flower. The summoning mantra is as follows:

After reciting this mantra, before performing the ritual, first enter the river. Take the mud from in front of you and to your right, and place it in your left hand. Mold it into the shape of your own body. With your hand, circle it around your own body three times in front of you. You should look at it with your eyes, and visualize your body, speech, and mind karma, as well as the six defilements, entering into that mud body. Then, go to a hidden place, perform the ritual, and throw it away. With your own two hands, in a hidden place, wash yourself with water nine times. Then use soap nuts.

Use both hands to scoop water, visualizing bathing the Buddha (Buddha) and all the Bodhisattvas (Bodhisattvas), as well as the Dharma Acharya (Dharma Acharya, a teacher who transmits the norms of the Dharma). Offer the water three times, then scoop water again with both hands. Use the right thumb to pour the water from the palm. Bathe your parents, and should wash them nine times. 接下來觀想寶樓閣,層層階級都嚴飾, 四面安放四門,設定種種瓔珞(裝飾品), 以及七寶蓋,安放在樓閣中, 再用摩尼珠(如意寶珠),砌成窗戶。 接著用雜寶珠,貫穿懸掛在四周, 如上各種寶物,都放出種種光芒, 普遍地供養,十方諸如來(佛), 以及諸菩薩眾,供養真言曰:

運用心意供養完畢,應當在寶樓閣, 先鋪設黃金,上面觀想師子壇(獅子座)。 上面安放寶蓮華,莖葉有須蕊, 花葉具有六種顏色,應當在花葉中, 用百千寶珠,間雜而嚴飾。 在中間的師子壇,外面觀想百千種, 蓮華師子壇,環繞四周。
【English Translation】 English version Purity. The practitioner should next visualize a radiant jeweled pavilion, and then visualize golden lotus flowers. Visualize the lotus flowers to be wide and expansive, with all four sides level and upright, visualize the foundation of the jeweled pavilion being completed.
The mantra says:
Om(1) Ajala dilei(2) Svaha(3)
The practitioner should next visualize the four sides of the pavilion's foundation, and then visualize the ocean, its water transforming into milk. The mantra for the ocean of milk says:
Om(1) Vimalu nadi(2) Hum(3)
Again, visualize within the ocean of milk, atop a golden lotus flower, visualize placing the four corners of the earth, and atop it placing Mount Sumeru (the central mountain in Buddhist cosmology). Make the eight corners square and upright, and atop it visualize the jeweled pavilion, adorned with various jewels. The immovable mantra says:
Om(1) Ajala(2) Hum(3)
Next, visualize the jeweled pavilion, with each level meticulously adorned, placing four gates on the four sides, and arranging various necklaces (ornaments), as well as seven-jeweled canopies, placing them within the pavilion, and then using mani jewels (wish-fulfilling jewels) to construct the windows. Next, use various precious jewels, stringing them together and hanging them all around, like the various jewels mentioned above, all emitting various lights, universally offering them to all the Tathagatas (Buddhas) of the ten directions, as well as all the Bodhisattvas. The offering mantra says:
Namo(1) Sarva tathagatanam(2) Sarva thakham(3) Udagate(4) Spharahime(5) Gagana gam(6) Svaha(7)
Having completed the mental offering, one should, within the jeweled pavilion, first spread gold, and atop it visualize a lion throne (lion seat). Above it, place a jeweled lotus flower, with stems, leaves, filaments, and pistils, the flower leaves possessing six colors, and within the flower leaves, one should, use hundreds of thousands of precious jewels, intermingling and adorning them. In the center of the lion throne, outside, visualize hundreds of thousands of kinds of, lotus flower lion thrones, surrounding all around.

In Sukhavati (極樂世界, the Pure Land of Bliss), with your mind invite the Holy Assembly, as well as the retinue of Avalokiteśvara (觀世音菩薩, the Bodhisattva of Compassion), sincerely and universally invite them to descend into the mandala. You should place various incense, flowers, white whisks, banners, canopies, music, and lamps before the Holy Assembly, go forth to welcome all the Holy Ones, who compassionately descend to attend. Next, visualize washing the feet of the Buddha. The Mantra of Washing Feet says: 'Om (seed syllable 1) pravara (two) sakshara (two combined 3) pratitsa (pronounced with a departing tone 4) svaha (two combined 5)'
Visualize that all the holy beings of the ten directions have finished washing their feet, and offer all offerings equally. Next, form the Mudra of Universal Offering, Equality, and Perfection: On the right hand, the index, middle, and ring fingers are straight and upright. Bend the little finger to press the thumb, and place it on the side of the chest. The left hand is held upward at the heart, visualizing holding the offerings. Use your mind to universally offer to all the Tathagatas and all the holy beings of the ten directions. Form the Mudra of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel: Both hands in Vajra fists, the middle and ring fingers hooked back to back, visualizing the shape of a jewel in the mind. Next, use the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Lotus Heart Jewel Mudra to bless the five places, namely the crown of the head, the forehead, the throat, the heart, and both shoulders. Use the Mudra to bless them. You should visualize these five places as the positions where all the holy beings are placed.

真言供養完畢后,額頭觀想禮拜八身,即觀想頂上的五方佛,以及額頭、口、心等處,應當至誠觀想禮拜,禮佛真言說:

Above the heart, visualize a lotus and a vajra, with the sun and moon wheels placed above. Above that, visualize the essence of Suchness (Tathata), which should be contemplated as still and serene. Within the moon wheel, and then above the moon wheel, visualize again the Cintamani wheel, the Lotus King Tathagata (Lotus King Thus Come One), sitting upright and still. Focus your mind and avoid distractions. You should declare to the holy assembly: 'May you have great compassion and show me the path of skillful means. May the virtuous deeds I perform benefit all sentient beings, enabling them all to attain perfect enlightenment.' Within this light, transform into six Bodhisattvas, each holding offerings, filling the three thousand great thousand worlds, universally offering to all Buddhas, the Bhagavan (Blessed One) of the three times. After the light transformation offering, gather the syllable Hūṃ again, returning it to the moon wheel in the heart. Above the syllable Hūṃ, transform again into a moon wheel mandala, a lotus-seated vajra, like the previous sun and moon wheels, and the previous lion throne mandala, with the same decorations and no differences. The mantra of farewell is recited: 『Om(引一) Cakra(二合)vartin(二合二) Cintamani(三) Gaccha gaccha(四) Svaha(二合) (引五)』 Reciting this mantra of farewell, visualize all the Buddhas and holy assembly returning to their pure lands. After the farewell to the holy assembly, next form the dissolution mudra. The two hands form the precepts and wisdom degrees (hand positions), and the advancing and power fingers (hand positions) are crossed and hooked together. The meditation and wisdom (hand positions) press down on the patience and vow (hand positions), the advancing and power degrees are flicked open twice, visualizing as if opening the gate of the mandala, circling three times to the left to dissolve the boundary.
