Namo Arya Tara Ye (Homage to the Noble Tara)
Homage to Avalokiteshvara, the treasure of great compassion.
Potala's (Potalaka) supreme realm, born from the green Tam (seed syllable) Mother of the Buddhas of the three times, crowned with Amitabha (Infinite Light) I pray that you and your retinue may come.
Adorned with the crowns of gods and asuras (non-gods), respectfully kneeling and holding your lotus feet Mother who delivers from all poverty and suffering, I pay homage to Tara.
Om, I pay homage to the venerable and holy Tara.

Om, I pay homage to Tara, swift and courageous, Tuttare who eliminates all fears, Ture who grants all supreme aims, I praise you, endowed with the syllable Svaha.
Red
Homage to Tara, swift and courageous, whose eye is like a flash of lightning, Whose lotus face is the lord of the three worlds, appearing with perfect beauty from a wondrous lotus.
White
Homage to the mother whose face is like a hundred autumn moons, completely full and radiant, without blemish, Like a thousand stars gathered together at once, her surpassing radiance outshines them all.

【English Translation】 English version Homage to the Uṣṇīṣa (the crown of Buddha's head) Mother of the Tathāgata, the most supreme one, capable of fulfilling boundless practices. Virtues have reached the other shore, without any omission, the supreme power is deeply loved by all the Buddha's sons.
Golden color
Homage to the Tāra Hūṃ syllables, the sound and love fill all space. Moving swiftly, feet traverse the seven worlds, able to hook and gather everything without remainder.
Red color
Homage to the Śakra (Lord Indra), Brahmā (the Creator), Agni (God of Fire) Mother, the wind gods, the self-existent ones, and other deities gather. Bhūtas (ghosts), Vetālas (corpses), Gandharvas (celestial musicians), and other Yakṣas (nature spirits) all offer praise.
Blue color
Homage to Trojata Mother, who utterly destroys the harmful actions of others. Extending the left leg, bending the right, making a stepping gesture, the crown of hair blazing, extremely bright and radiant.
Red color
Homage to Ture Mother, immensely brave, able to destroy the hordes of enemy demons. On the lotus face, frequently frowning, destroying all enemies and adversaries.

Homage to the Mother adorned with the symbols of the Three Jewels, fingers at the heart, displaying a majestic appearance. Adorning herself with the wheel jewel, without any omission, her own self blazing, is the seed of a gathering of light.

【English Translation】 English version Blue Homage to the Mother who protects all lands, who can also summon all the gods, shaking her frowning face with the sound of the syllable 'Hum', liberating all from decay and ruin. Gold Homage to the Mother crowned with the moon, in whose crown appears victorious and wondrous light, Amitabha (Amitabha) appears in her hair knot, constantly emitting light of wondrous jewels. Red Homage to the Mother like the fire at the end of an eon, dwelling in a blazing topknot, universally joyful in a half-lotus posture, able to destroy the wheel of evil enemies. Blue Homage to the Mother who presses the earth with her hand, trampling with her feet to subdue, showing a frowning face and making the sound 'Hum', able to break the seven dangers and completely subdue. White Homage to the Mother of peace and gentleness, the most blissful state of Nirvana (Nirvana) and tranquility, with the life-seed syllable 'Svaha' (Svaha) in accordance, well able to eliminate great disasters. Yellow
Homage to Sara Tianhai Mu (Sara, Heavenly Sea Mother), holding the image of a divine beast in her hand, reciting two '怛啰' (怛啰) to make a sound, able to eliminate all poisons without remainder.
Gold
Homage to the Mother of all Devas, beloved by the Tianjinnaruo (heavenly Kinnaras), with majestic virtue and joy like strong armor, eliminating strife and nightmares.
Yellow
Homage to the Mother of the Sun and Moon, broad and round, whose sight surpasses the light of universal illumination, reciting two '喝啰咄怛哩' (He Luodu Da Li), skillfully removing evil poisons, epidemic diseases, and feverish illnesses.
Blue
Homage to the Mother possessing the three truths, complete with goodness, tranquility, and power, Yacha (Yakshas) seizing and bewitching Weidala (Weidala), Duli (Duli) supremely eliminates disasters.
If a wise person diligently strives, reciting these twenty-one with utmost sincerity, reverently paying homage to the Savior, therefore praising the root mantra. Every morning early and evening, remembering to bestow supreme fearlessness, all sins and karmas are completely eliminated, and one can transcend all evil realms. These quickly attain wisdom, are crowned by seven kotis of Buddhas, enjoy wealth, honor, and longevity in this life, and in the future, proceed towards the position of all Buddhas. Sometimes, if one mistakenly ingests poisonous substances, whether naturally occurring or compounded, remembering the true power of the Holy One, all evil poisons are completely eliminated. Or if one sees others afflicted by ghosts or suffering from feverish illnesses, if one recites this praise two, three, or seven times, all their sufferings will be removed. 【English Translation】 English version May we obtain sons and daughters, and acquire wealth, treasures, and high positions, becoming prosperous. May we be skilled in fulfilling all wishes, with no obstacles able to harm us. O Mother, venerable and sacred Tara (Tara, the Savioress), and all the Buddhas and their disciples in the ten directions and three times, I now wholeheartedly praise and prostrate to you. I offer flowers, incense, lamps, candles, fragrant water, delicious food, music, and other offerings. May all the holy beings joyfully accept these real and mentally created offerings. From beginningless time until now, I confess all the negative deeds of the ten non-virtues and the five heinous crimes, committed due to mental afflictions. I rejoice in all the merits and virtues accumulated by Shravakas (Hearers), Pratyekabuddhas (Solitary Realizers), Bodhisattvas, and even ordinary sentient beings in the three times, without any exception. According to the various wishes of all sentient beings, suitable to their different intellectual capacities, and according to their great, small, and common categories, I urge the turning of the exquisite Dharma wheel. From now until the end of samsara (cyclic existence), I request you to remain in the world and not pass into nirvana (liberation). For all beings in the ocean of suffering, may the Holy Mother (Tara) look upon them with compassionate eyes. May all the merits and virtues I have accumulated now become the cause for unsurpassed Bodhi (enlightenment). May I soon attain the unsurpassed guide and teacher for all beings. O venerable and sacred Mother Tara, with great compassion, quickly purify all obscurations and fulfill the accumulation of merit for me and all beings, and may we attain enlightenment. Until the attainment of unsurpassed Bodhi, may we obtain constant happiness in every lifetime. In all places where I practice Bodhi, may all obstacles, demonic influences, illnesses, and all kinds of premature death, as well as all bad dreams and unfavorable omens, the eight fears, and all harmful events, be quickly and completely eliminated. May all worldly and transcendental goodness and happiness be abundant, and may all beneficial activities increase and flourish, and may we attain natural accomplishment. May our diligent practice of Dharma increase, and may we always see your holy face when we practice your (Tara's) teachings, and may we realize the meaning of emptiness and the Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment), and may it increase like the waxing moon. May I then be born in a pure Buddha assembly, arising from a magnificent lotus flower, and directly behold the Tathagata Amitabha (Amitabha, Infinite Light), receiving my prophecy of enlightenment in his presence.
我從住世所修佛 三世一切佛業母 一面二臂身綠色 愿執優婆花吉祥 佛母體微妙云何 及於眷屬共壽量 境界及於號云何 愿我等皆亦復然 贊祝爾尊微善力 我等隨方所在處 病魔貧爭盡消除 善祥增長祈皆賜

【English Translation】 English version: I prostrate to the Buddha you have cultivated while dwelling in the world, the mother of activity of all Buddhas of the three times. With one face and two arms, your body is green. May you hold the Utpala (blue lotus) and bring auspiciousness. How subtle is the body of the Buddha Mother? And what are the lifespan and retinue? What are your realm and name? May we all be like you. Praising the subtle power of your honorable self, wherever we may be, May sickness, demons, poverty, and strife be eliminated, and may you grant us auspicious increase. I pay homage and make offerings to the mother of the World Honored One. With the accumulated merit I have gathered, May all beings in the world be reborn in the Pure Land of Sukhavati (the Western Paradise). You abandoned the beautiful marks and signs of the body, you abandoned speech surpassing the voice of the Kalavinka (a mythical bird with a beautiful voice), You abandoned the mind surpassing the attainment of Sarvajnana (omniscience), accomplishing the auspicious and virtuous omen of victory.
