南無歸命頂禮南方海上蒲陀落凈土。正法教主釋迦牟尼如來。觀音本師無量壽如來。觀音本正法明如來。南無千手千眼觀世音菩薩廣大圓滿無礙大悲心大陀羅尼。救苦陀羅尼。延壽陀羅尼。加滅惡趣陀羅尼。破業障陀羅尼滿愿陀羅尼。隨心自在陀羅尼。速超上地陀羅尼。一聞神咒超第八地陀羅尼。四百四病一時消滅陀羅尼。

此觀世音菩薩本身。大須慈悲思勿高聲此神性忽。

Namo (Homage) to the Thousand-Handed, Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva's Great, Complete, Unobstructed Great Compassion Heart Great Dhāraṇī. Suffering-Saving Dhāraṇī. Life-Extending Dhāraṇī. na mo ra tna tra yā ya (一)
This is Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva's own form. Great compassion is needed, think carefully, do not speak loudly, this is a sudden divine nature.
na mo ā ryā (二)
This is the Cintamanicakra (Wish-Fulfilling Wheel) Bodhisattva's own form. Recite this in your heart.
va lo ki te śva rā ya (三)
This is the Bowl-Turning Avalokiteśvara. In the past, reciting this principle transformed Bodhisattvas.

【English Translation】 English version 菩提薩埵婆㖿 (Bodhisattva, ya) (four) This is the Amoghapāśa Bodhisattva. Subduing the heavenly soldiers. 摩訶薩埵婆㖿 (Mahāsattva, ya) (five) This is the cause of the Bodhisattva seed. The mantra itself. 摩訶迦嚧昵迦㖿 (Mahā Kāruṇika, ya) (six) This is Aśvaghoṣa Bodhisattva himself. The Bodhisattva himself holding the Vajra mudra. 唵 (Om) (seven) This is the divine Om. With palms together, listen to the mantra. 薩皤啰罰曳 (Sarva rabhaye) (eight) This is the Four Heavenly Kings themselves. E hṛe (夷醯唎)(21)
This is the king of the Thirty-three Heavens, a deity of Maheśvara (摩醯首羅天王), leading the heavenly soldiers.
Mahā bodhisattva (摩訶菩薩埵)(22)
This is the Bodhisattva who cherishes the original mind, without mixed or distracted thoughts, named Sattva (薩埵).
Sarva Sarva (薩婆薩婆)(23)
This is Gandhahasti Bodhisattva (香積菩薩), commanding the troops of the five directions. Sarva (薩婆) is his attendant, possessing inconceivable power.

這是山海惠菩薩手把金鉤。
svā hā pa ma hā si ddhā ya 娑婆訶(六十，圓滿) 婆摩(蓮花)
【English Translation】 English version i ddhā ya So be it. Siddha-ya (The accomplished one).
This is the gateway to understanding all Dharmas.
svā hā ma hā si ddhā ya svā hā So be it. Maha (Great). Siddha-ya (The accomplished one). So be it.
This is the banner held by the Boddhisattva of Radiant Light.
si ddhā yo ge Siddha-yoge (Accomplished Yoga).
This is the great heavenly Bodhisattva holding a sword or a Bodhisattva holding a water bowl.
śva ka ra ya svā hā Shvaka-ra-ya (White Light). So be it.
This is named Benzoin.
na ra ki ndi svā hā ma ra na ra Nara-kindi (The best among men). So be it. Mara-nara (Destroyer of Mara).
This is the sprinkling water Bodhisattva holding a water bowl.

The two little fingers are upright and joined together (this symbolizes the staff). Within one mudrā, there are four symbols: the conch shell, the lotus flower, the wheel, and the staff.
