歸命金剛薩埵能說金剛三密門。為修真言行菩薩。不受勤苦安樂相應。以妙方便速疾成就故。我今說之。修行者先應發如是心。我當安樂利益盡無餘有情界。為成就此心故。應以自性成就真言。隨意誦之真言曰。
唵(一)薩嚩瑜誐質多(二)畝怛波(二合)娜野(引)弭(三)
由才發是心誦真言故。斷一切障。獲一切安樂悅意。諸魔眾及難調伏有情。不能阻礙。等同正覺。應受一切世間人天廣大供養。次觀一切法無自性。即名已修菩提心。乃住普賢大菩提心觀。猶如滿月潔白分明又想月輪上。涌成五股跋折羅。光明瑩徹。其跋折羅乃變同金剛薩埵。色若素月具諸嚴飾。首戴五佛寶冠。身佩赤焰處白蓮華上。次以大印及心真言。而作加持。印相右腳押左半跏而坐。二手各結金剛拳。左置胯。右輪擲勢按於心上。身口意金剛。端身正坐誦心真言曰。

The Accomplishment Ritual of Mahasukha Vajrasattva (Vajrasattva) in One Volume (Extracted from the Auspicious Supreme First Teaching King Yoga Sutra)
By Imperial Order, Translated by the Tripiṭaka Master Amoghavajra of Daxingshan Temple, bearing the title Grand Master of Wisdom, holding the positions of Grand Supervisor of the Imperial Observatory, Special Advanced Official of the Ministry of Rites, concurrently serving as Grand General of the Left, Duke of Su of the State, entitled to a fief of three thousand households, bestowed with purple robes, posthumously granted the title Grand Minister of Works, and posthumously named Grand Mentor.
I take refuge in Vajrasattva (Vajrasattva), who can expound the three secret doors of Vajra. For cultivating the Bodhisattva path of mantra practice, one can attain ease and joy without suffering hardships. Therefore, for swift accomplishment through wondrous skillful means, I now speak of it. The practitioner should first generate this thought: 'I shall bring ease and benefit to all sentient beings without exception.' To accomplish this mind, one should recite the self-nature accomplishment mantra at will. The mantra is:
'Oṃ (一) Sarva yoga citta (二) mudra (二合) naya (引) mi (三)'
By merely generating this thought and reciting this mantra, one severs all obstacles and obtains all ease and joy. All demonic hosts and difficult-to-tame sentient beings cannot hinder one, and one becomes equal to perfect enlightenment. One should receive vast offerings from all worldly humans and devas. Next, contemplate that all dharmas are without self-nature, which is called having cultivated the Bodhi mind. Then abide in the contemplation of the Great Bodhi mind of Samantabhadra (Samantabhadra). Like a full moon, pure white and clear, also visualize on the moon disc, a five-pronged vajra (vajra) arises. Its light is bright and clear. This vajra (vajra) then transforms into Vajrasattva (Vajrasattva). Its color is like a white moon, adorned with all ornaments. On the head, it wears a crown adorned with the five Buddhas. The body is adorned with red flames, situated on a white lotus flower. Then, with the great mudra and heart mantra, one performs empowerment. The mudra is with the right foot pressing the left in a half-lotus posture, and the two hands each form the Vajra fist. The left hand is placed on the hip. The right hand is in a wheel-throwing gesture, pressed against the heart. With body, speech, and mind as Vajra, sit upright and recite the heart mantra:

The mantra of Ratnasambhava (Jewel-Born Tathagata) says:

The mantra of Amitabha (Infinite Light Tathagata) says:

The mantra of Amoghasiddhi (Infallible Success Tathagata) says:
Vajra Karma: (Diamond Action).
Next, form the Vajra Garland Mudra. The mudra is made by forming two vajra fists. Make the gesture of tying a garland in front of the forehead and behind the head. Slowly scatter from under the little fingers, like hanging ribbons. The mantra says:

Next, form the Great Bliss Vajra-Amoghasamadhi-Samayamudra-Follow-Heart Seal. The seal is the Vajra-bandha (Vajra-bandha, a hand gesture). Bend the middle fingers into the palms. Extend the thumbs and little fingers and join them together, like a single-pronged vajra (ekatvajra, a single-pronged vajra). Bend the two middle fingers into hook shapes and hook them into your heart. Then, touch the tips of the middle fingers together like a rope, hooking them deeply like a lock. 次說眼印。相當作大適悅金剛。不空適悅警悟印。印相大適悅瞬目微笑面顧視。由此印故速得成就。又作大適悅金剛不空箭印。印相其眼如敷華半開。並笑而視。左手佉吒迦。右手三翻。乃如儀旋舞之。便作擲華勢。由此印加持故如本住。又作大適悅視印。印相大適悅眼觀視。由此大適悅瞻視故。薄福者亦得成就。又作大適悅金剛幢幡印。印相如深心感動容目極動。由此印故速得成就。應現證超勝一切外道。又作禮印。印相如前。感動貌目微動。左手佉吒迦右手作三翻。如前當心旋舞之。後作散華勢。由此印禮敬故一切世間禮敬是人並供養之已前矚視印瞻矚本尊義者。大聖即法界體性智也。今以貪慕心觀之。是即睹圓寂性。皆以羯磨印助之。誦本真言。次以眼視請本尊入身印。印相其眼微開瞤動顧視。想本尊遍入身中。

次說眼印。相當作大適悅金剛。不空適悅警悟印。印相大適悅瞬目微笑面顧視。由此印故速得成就。又作大適悅金剛不空箭印。印相其眼如敷華半開。並笑而視。左手佉吒迦。右手三翻。乃如儀旋舞之。便作擲華勢。由此印加持故如本住。又作大適悅視印。印相大適悅眼觀視。由此大適悅瞻視故。薄福者亦得成就。又作大適悅金剛幢幡印。印相如深心感動容目極動。由此印故速得成就。應現證超勝一切外道。又作禮印。印相如前。感動貌目微動。左手佉吒迦右手作三翻。如前當心旋舞之。後作散華勢。由此印禮敬故一切世間禮敬是人並供養之已前矚視印瞻矚本尊義者。大聖即法界體性智也。今以貪慕心觀之。是即睹圓寂性。皆以羯磨印助之。誦本真言。次以眼視請本尊入身印。印相其眼微開瞤動顧視。想本尊遍入身中。
次作盡身心愛染印印相。謂發如是意。我今盡身心愛染。奉事聖者金剛薩埵。由此印能住一切真實。能通達智自性故。
【English Translation】 English version: 'Appropriate joy. All obtain wish-fulfilling firmness. Furthermore, recite the supreme and true praise, saying:
Mahā Sukha (Great Bliss), Mahā Rāga (Great Passion), Mahā Vajra (Great Diamond), Mahā Dhana (Great Wealth), Mahā Jñāna (Great Knowledge), Mahā Karma (Great Action), Vajrasattva (Diamond Being) hūṃ siddhaya me.
By reciting this praise, one can quickly attain accomplishment.
Next, the eye mudrā is explained. Correspondingly, make the Great Joyful Vajra, the unfailing Joyful Awakening mudrā. The mudrā's appearance is a Great Joyful blinking, smiling face looking around. By this mudrā, one quickly attains accomplishment. Also, make the Great Joyful Vajra unfailing Arrow mudrā. The mudrā's appearance is with eyes like half-opened blooming flowers, looking with a smile. The left hand is in the khataka (a hand gesture), the right hand turns three times, then dances according to the ritual. Then make a flower-throwing gesture. By the blessing of this mudrā, one abides as before. Also, make the Great Joyful Viewing mudrā. The mudrā's appearance is the Great Joyful eye gazing. By this Great Joyful gazing, even those with little merit can attain accomplishment. Also, make the Great Joyful Vajra Banner mudrā. The mudrā's appearance is like deep heartfelt emotion, with extremely moving eyes. By this mudrā, one quickly attains accomplishment. One should manifest evidence surpassing all heretics. Also, make the prostration mudrā. The mudrā's appearance is as before, with moving emotion and slightly moving eyes. The left hand is in the khataka, the right hand makes three turns, dancing as before at the heart. Afterwards, make a flower-scattering gesture. By this mudrā of reverence, all the world reveres this person and makes offerings. The previous gazing mudrā contemplates the meaning of the principal deity. The Great Sage is the Wisdom of the Essence of the Dharmadhatu. Now, contemplating with a longing mind, one beholds the nature of perfect stillness. All are assisted by the karma mudrā. Recite the original mantra. Next, with the eye gaze, invite the principal deity into the body mudrā. The mudrā's appearance is with slightly opened eyes, blinking and looking around. Imagine the principal deity pervading the entire body.
Next, make the mudrā of all-encompassing body and mind love and attachment. The mudrā's appearance is to generate such an intention: 'I now, with all my body and mind love and attachment, serve the holy Vajrasattva.' By this mudrā, one can abide in all truth, and can penetrate the self-nature of wisdom.'

【English Translation】 English version: Vajrasattva (Vajrasattva, the Bodhisattva symbolizing purity) is able to abide in the Dharmadhatu Jnana (Dharmadhatu Jnana, the wisdom of the nature of all things). I now also rely on the convenience of this mudra to be determined to attain this wisdom.
Next, form the Vajra Blazing Sun Samaya Mudra. The formation of the mudra is: both hands deeply crossed inward, slightly clenched into fists, open the eight fingers, making them like flames. Extend the two thumbs, making them join together, like a vajra (Vajra, a Dharma instrument symbolizing indestructibility). Rotate counterclockwise against the sun, visualizing this to ward off difficult-to-tame things. Press down on the ground to form the earth boundary. Rotate clockwise with the sun, arbitrarily setting the distance as the boundary. Wave upwards, visualizing this to form the space boundary. All should recite the mantra, as follows:

Next, with one's own superior understanding, contemplate incense, flower garlands, burning incense, food and drink, clothing, jeweled canopies, banners, fans, beautiful dances, palaces, benefiting and bringing joy to all sentient beings. Rituals, songs, praises, I now transform these, covering the entire space, to make offerings. Recite the Om mantra, as follows:
Om Karomukham Sarva-dharmanam Adyanutpannatvat (Om, the face of compassion; homage to all dharmas; unsurpassed offering of the three jewels)
Due to reciting this mantra, as previously visualized, all the saints receive and enjoy, all are completely sufficient, and are no different from reality. If there are offerings or the like, also bless them with the previous mantra. Then abide in the Great Mudra. Again, with the Vajra Eye, gaze for a long time at the Great Saint Vajrasattva. Do not move the tongue too much, the lips and teeth should close together. Accomplish all the teachings. Vajra speech is without sound. Like the previous Samadhi (Samadhi, a state of meditation), focus and be determined, without doubt. Recitation should enable Vajrasattva to appear before you, pervading the body, immediately becoming the body of the principal deity.
Whenever recitation becomes tiring and you want to stop and rest, you should, with your own superior understanding, contemplate the various offerings mentioned earlier. Recite the Om mantra, and then offer them. Afterwards, recite the One Hundred and Eight Names of Praise, as follows:

Next, form the Vajra-guhya-samaya-mudra (Diamond Secret Samaya Seal). The mudra is the Vajra-bandha (Diamond Binding). The thumb and index finger form a cavity. The right thumb skillfully presses. Consecrate the heart, forehead, throat, and crown with the mantra:
Surata-satatvam (3 combined)
Next, form the Pañca-buddha-abhiṣeka-mudra (Five Buddha Empowerment Seal). The mudra is the Vajra-añjali (Diamond Joined Palms). The middle fingers are joined and bent at the third joint like a sword. The two index fingers each support the third joint of the middle fingers. The two thumbs are crossed like a lotus position. Place it on the crown, then in front of the crown, to the right of the crown, behind the crown, and to the left of the crown. Consecrate it with the Five Buddha mantra, the mantra is:

Having accomplished the self as before, then form the Aṣṭa-pūjā-karma-mudra (Eight Offering Karma Seal). The mudra is to cover and join the two Vajra fists. Throwing upwards is flower offering. Scattering downwards is incense offering. Joining the thumbs is lamp offering. Gradually opening towards both sides of the chest is perfume offering. Covering and joining and turning to the right at the heart is play offering. Like playing, slowly scattering near the mouth is laughter offering. The two fists extend the index fingers. The left arm is like a harp, the right arm makes the gesture of plucking strings is song offering. Rotating and dancing at the heart, empty palms joined above the crown is dance offering.
The Eight Offering mantra is as described in the previous extensive ritual. Having accomplished the self and completed the Eight Offerings according to the Dharma, next contemplate all forms as emptiness. Thus contemplate.

複次觀身色空。即為睹金剛薩埵。如是勝解決定已。目所睹彼彼境自然成空。復當建立一如本尊。彼等垢障清凈。亦想己身為金剛薩埵。以如是瑜伽。乃至行住坐立隨意修習。又當持真言滿十萬遍。末後日通夜唸誦。先行成就。漸次勤加功用。而於現生速證大樂金剛薩埵之智。

【English Translation】 English version: Stop (Vye)! Then, using subtle and delightful language, recite the initial sound according to your ability. This is what is called the syllable 'Ah,' contemplate the true nature of all dharmas, which is inherently unborn and unceasing. Then, one should visualize oneself as Vajrasattva (Vajrasattva, an important deity in Vajrayana). Furthermore, with superior understanding, mentally visualize offerings and other things, and recite the syllable 'Om.' Then, constantly recite the heart mantra. Continue in this way for one month, two months, or six months, and the corresponding state will manifest. Or one may see Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and all kinds of auspicious events. At all times, when seeing delightful things and beautiful objects, one should contemplate emptiness and then re-establish them. After everything has become pure, recite the 'Om' mantra to make offerings to the principal deity.
Furthermore, contemplate the emptiness of one's own body, and this is to see Vajrasattva. After making such a superior determination, the various realms seen by the eyes naturally become empty. Then one should establish everything as being like the principal deity. Those defilements are purified. Also, visualize oneself as Vajrasattva. With such yoga, one should practice at will while walking, standing, sitting, or lying down. Also, one should recite the mantra a full one hundred thousand times. On the last day, recite throughout the night. First accomplish the preliminary practices, then gradually diligently apply effort, and thus in this very life, one will quickly attain the wisdom of great bliss, Vajrasattva.
The Method of Love and Respect: First, in front of oneself, visualize the 'Ah' syllable gate. Forming a pure moon disc. Within the moon disc, visualize the syllable 'Hūṃ,' forming Vajra-raga (Vajra-raga, the deity of love). The body is vermilion in color, emitting red light. The two hands hold arrows. After visualizing clearly, recite the four-syllable mantra, seal the mudra, and draw it into oneself. The four-syllable mantra is:
Yaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ
Then, seal the four places with the mudra: heart, forehead, throat, crown. The mantra is (the mudra is in the extensive sutra):
Oṃ Vajra Rāga Adhiṣṭha Sāra Hūṃ
Carefully visualize oneself as Vajra-raga, with no difference in demeanor or appearance. Then visualize that person one cubit in front. Below the body is a syllable, forming a lotus. See oneself entering that person's body from the lotus opening, pervading their form and limbs, as if putting on clothes. Carefully observe the form above and below, without any difference. Then recite the mantra:

(二合)啰誐啰誐野某乙斛
彼名唸誦諦觀相續不絕滿二七遍。然後見之。所出語言皆是彼人無二無別。結跏端坐入定。想前有一阿字。晃耀光明。便變為月輪。輪中有一吽字。成訖便為金剛鉤菩薩。二手持鉤。便從口入中。便成菩薩。即從心中出一弱字。流入如鬘直至所愛樂人心中。成鉤。如金剛女。想頭如一股杵左手曲成鉤。二身無二想。

【English Translation】 English version: Raga (Greed) Ragaya [Transliteration of Sanskrit, meaning unclear]. Recite that name, with a mind of true observation, continuously and uninterruptedly for two sets of seven times (fourteen times). Then you will see him. The words spoken will be no different from that person. Sit in the lotus position, upright and enter into samadhi (meditative absorption). Visualize the syllable 'Ah' in front, shining with light, and then transforming into a moon disc. Within the moon disc is the syllable 'Hum', which, upon completion, becomes Vajra Hook Bodhisattva. The Bodhisattva holds a hook in both hands, entering the body through one's own mouth, and thus one becomes a Bodhisattva. Then, from the heart, the syllable 'Yah' emanates, flowing like a garland into the heart of the beloved, becoming a hook. Like a Vajra woman, visualize the head as a vajra (ritual implement), the left hand bent into a hook. Visualize the two bodies, oneself and the beloved, as non-dual.
