開府儀同三司特進試鴻臚卿肅國公食邑三千戶賜紫贈司空謚大鑒正號大廣智大興善寺三藏沙門不空奉 詔譯
我今愍念一切求等覺者。或不知此秘密瑜伽速成佛法。於三大阿僧祇劫忍諸苦行。不至無上菩提。我愍是故。于金剛頂百千頌中。略說毗盧遮那如來自性成就法身金剛界大圓鏡智流出他受用異名金剛王菩薩唸誦儀軌。以三密修行大印等。能令真言行菩薩。速證如來等覺之位。獲得薩婆若智。住大普賢地。于無盡生死界。調伏一切有情。悉令安住無上菩提。而無疲倦。先應簡擇通達金剛頂瑜伽阿阇梨。求受五部灌頂。或持明灌頂。若不解簡擇者則自墜失。既遇真實阿阇梨應生如來出現之想。所有上妙世間資具悉應奉獻。何以故此最上乘法。三世諸佛所共遵承故。於此法中一一咨問。悉令曉悟曼荼羅法畫像法自灌頂法息災等五種秘密四印大印。一印五智成身三密加持秘密供養。皆須通達。若真言行菩薩。當住大菩提心。所作功德迴向等覺果故。大悲利益速得成佛。若異此者。非但不得悉地。是名謗一切佛。決定墮三惡趣。若所為所作皆為菩提利益有情。意所求愿無

【English Translation】 English version I now have compassion for all those who seek perfect enlightenment, who may not understand this secret yoga that quickly accomplishes Buddhahood, and who endure various ascetic practices for three great asaṃkhya-kalpas (incalculable eons), yet fail to attain Anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi (unsurpassed, complete, perfect enlightenment). I have compassion for them, and therefore, from the hundred thousand verses of the Vajraśekhara Sutra (Diamond Peak Sutra), I briefly explain the Nispanna-Dharmakāya (accomplished Dharma body) of Vairocana Tathāgata (the Illuminator, also known as the Great Sun Buddha), which flows from the Ādarśa-jñāna (Great Perfect Mirror Wisdom) of the Vajradhātu (Diamond Realm), and the recitation ritual of Vajraraja Bodhisattva (Diamond King Bodhisattva), another name for his Sambhogakāya (Enjoyment Body). Through the practice of the three secrets (tri-guhya) of body, speech, and mind, along with the Mahāmudrā (great seal) and others, the Mantrayāna Bodhisattva (Tantric practitioner) can quickly attain the enlightenment of the Tathāgata, acquire Sarvajña-jñāna (all-knowing wisdom), and abide in the Samantabhadra-bhūmi (the stage of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva). In the endless realm of birth and death, they can tame all sentient beings, enabling them to dwell in unsurpassed Bodhi (enlightenment) without weariness. First, one should select an Ācārya (teacher) who is well-versed in the Vajraśekhara Yoga Sutra and seek from him the fivefold Abhiṣeka (pañca-abhiṣeka) or Vidyādhara-abhiṣeka (mantra-holder initiation). If one is not skilled in selection, one will fall. Once a true Ācārya is encountered, one should generate the thought that the Tathāgata has appeared in the world and offer all excellent worldly possessions to him. Why? Because this is the supreme vehicle of Dharma, followed by all Buddhas of the past, present, and future. In this Dharma, one should inquire about every detail, ensuring complete understanding, including the method of drawing the Maṇḍala (sacred diagram), the self-initiation method, the five secrets such as pacifying disasters, the four Mudrā-Mahāmudrā (four seals and great seal), Eka-mudrā-pañca-jñāna-siddhi-kāya (one seal accomplishing the five wisdoms body), the three secrets of empowerment, and secret offerings. All these must be thoroughly understood. If the Mantrayāna Bodhisattva abides in the Mahābodhicitta (great mind of enlightenment), dedicating the merits of their actions to the fruit of Anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi, and benefits sentient beings with great compassion, they will quickly attain Buddhahood. If it is otherwise, not only will they fail to attain Siddhi (accomplishment), but they will also be slandering all Buddhas and will certainly fall into the three evil realms (tri-apāya). If all actions are for the sake of Bodhi and for the benefit of sentient beings, then there is no wish that is not fulfilled.
不成就。真言者受法已。應建立道場安置尊像著新凈衣。依瑜伽法四時念誦。乃至二時必不可闕。常與適悅三摩地相應。凡初入道場禮佛長跪。以二手如開敷蓮華。此名凈器界真言印真言曰。
唵啰儒播蘗多(入)薩嚩達莫
不易前印誦凈三業真言。加持四處真言曰(所謂心額唯頂上散即是)。
唵娑嚩(二合)婆嚩輸(輸律反)鐸薩嚩達么娑嚩(二合)婆嚩輸度撼
次即結金剛起印。以二手金剛拳。檀慧互相鉤。進力以頭側相拄。欲結此印。先於二手心舌。觀五智金剛杵。以印三舉。誦此真言警覺盡虛空界一切如來真言曰。
唵嚩日嚧(二合)底瑟姹(二合)
每一舉誦一遍已。即觀諸佛數如恒沙滿虛空界。然後長舒二臂于頂上。金剛合掌長展二足。以身委地。禮東方不動如來。以身奉獻真言曰。
唵薩嚩怛他蘗多布祖(引)缽娑他(二合)曩也(二合)答么(二合)南涅哩也(二合)多夜(引)彌薩嚩怛他蘗多嚩日啰(二合)薩怛嚩(二合)地瑟姹(二合)娑嚩(二合)𤚥吽
作如是念。為欲承事供養一切如來故。我今獻己身。惟愿一切如來哀愍故。又斂二足。以金剛合掌置於心上。以額著地。禮南方寶生如來。以身奉獻真言曰。

【English Translation】 English version: It will not be accomplished. The mantra practitioner, having received the Dharma, should establish a mandala, place the honored image, and wear new and clean clothes. According to the Yoga method, recite four times a day, and at least two times must not be omitted. Always be in accordance with a pleasant Samadhi. Whenever entering the mandala for the first time, prostrate before the Buddha and kneel with both hands in the shape of an open lotus flower. This is called the Pure Vessel Realm Mudra Mantra, the mantra is: Om ra jo bo ga da (enter) sar va dar mo Do not change the previous mudra, recite the Pure Three Karmas Mantra, and bless the four places (namely the heart, forehead, throat, and top of the head), the mantra is: Om sa wa (two combined) ba wa shu (shu lv fan) duo sa wa da ma sa wa (two combined) ba wa shu du hang Next, form the Vajra Rising Mudra. With both hands in Vajra fists, the little finger and wisdom finger hook each other, and the strength finger and the power finger touch each other with their sides. To form this mudra, first visualize the Five Wisdom Vajra Scepters in the palms and on the tongue of both hands. Raise the mudra three times, reciting this mantra to awaken all the Tathagatas in the entire empty space realm, the mantra is: Om wa ri lu (two combined) di se cha (two combined) Recite once for each raise. Then visualize that the number of Buddhas is like the sands of the Ganges, filling the empty space realm. Then stretch out both arms above the head, join the palms in Vajra, extend both feet, and prostrate the body on the ground. Bow to Akshobhya (Immovable Tathagata) in the east, offering the body, the mantra is: Om sar va ta ta ga da bu zu (extended) bo sa ta (two combined) nang ya (two combined) da ma (two combined) nan nie li ya (two combined) da ya (extended) mi sar va ta ta ga da wa ri la (two combined) sa da wa (two combined) di se cha (two combined) sa wa (two combined) ang hum Think like this: In order to serve and make offerings to all Tathagatas, I now offer my body. May all Tathagatas have compassion on me. Then gather the feet, place the Vajra joined palms on the heart, and touch the ground with the forehead. Bow to Ratnasambhava (Jewel-Born Tathagata) in the south, offering the body, the mantra is: Om sar va ta ta ga da bu re

作如是念。為欲供養一切如來求請灌頂。我今奉獻己身。愿一切如來以金剛寶與我灌頂。又以合掌置於頂上。以口著地。禮西方無量壽如來。以身奉獻真言曰。

次隨喜勸請 迴向及發願 然後半跏坐 二手金剛拳 置於二膝上 心舌

作如是念:我今為供養一切如來作事業故,奉獻己身。愿一切如來為我作金剛事業。次以右膝著地,結金剛持印,以印置於頂上,想普禮一切如來及菩薩足。左覆右仰,大小指互相鉤,是為持印真言曰:

次隨喜勸請,迴向及發願,然後半跏坐,二手金剛拳,置於二膝上,心舌
【English Translation】 English version Bhisheka Yatmanam Niryatāyāmi: Offering of empowerment, dedicating oneself. Sarva Tathāgata Vajra Ratna Abhisincha Svaha: May all Tathagatas empower me with the Vajra Jewel.
Think thus: Desiring to make offerings to all Tathagatas and requesting empowerment, I now dedicate myself, wishing that all Tathagatas empower me with the Vajra Jewel. Then, with palms joined together placed on the crown of the head, with the mouth touching the ground, prostrate to Amitabha Buddha (the Buddha of Immeasurable Life) in the West, and offer the body with the mantra:
Om Sarva Tathāgata Puja Prasarana Yatmanam Niryatāyāmi: Offering the self for the propagation of offerings to all Tathagatas. Sarva Tathāgata Vajra Dharma Pravartaya: May all Tathagatas turn the Vajra Dharma wheel for me. Hum Hrih
Think thus: Now, for the sake of extensively offering to all Tathagatas, I dedicate myself. May all Tathagatas turn the Vajra Dharma wheel for me. Then, with the Vajra palms joined together placed on the heart, with the crown of the head touching the ground, prostrate to Amoghasiddhi Buddha (the Buddha of Unfailing Success) in the North, and offer the mantra:
Om Sarva Tathāgata Puja Karmani Atmanam Niryatāyāmi: Offering the self for performing actions of offering to all Tathagatas. Sarva Tathāgata Vajra Karma Kuru: May all Tathagatas perform Vajra actions for me. Hum Ah
Think thus: Now, for the sake of performing actions of offering to all Tathagatas, I dedicate myself. May all Tathagatas perform Vajra actions for me. Next, with the right knee touching the ground, form the Vajradhara Mudra (Vajra Holder Seal), place the seal on the crown of the head, and visualize prostrating to the feet of all Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas. With the left hand covering the right hand, palms facing upwards, and the thumbs interlocked, this is the mantra of the Holder Seal:
Om Vajra Vam
Next, rejoice, exhort, dedicate merit, and make vows. Then, sit in the half-lotus position, with hands in Vajra fists, placed on the two knees, mind and tongue
及二手 吽字騰金光 猶如婆伽梵 住于說法相 身處凈月輪 如敷明鏡坐 光明遍法界 普凈有情界 即以么吒眼 瞻視虛空佛 旋轉視八方 散射金剛焰 結界及辟除 處等金剛城
次住四無量心三摩地。於心月輪中觀羯磨金剛。以大悲心斷一切有情苦。觀羯磨輪周遍法界真言曰。

次運慈心。以羯磨輪遍有情界。與無量樂真言曰。

【English Translation】 English version The syllable 'Hum' emits golden light, like Bhagavan (the Blessed One), residing in the form of teaching the Dharma, situated on a pure moon disc. Seated as if in a bright mirror, the light pervades the entire Dharmadhatu (realm of Dharma), universally purifying the realm of sentient beings, then with a mata eye (a wrathful gaze), Gazing upon the Buddhas in the sky, rotating to view the eight directions, scattering Vajra flames, to create boundaries and dispel obstacles, dwelling in a place like a Vajra city.
Next, abide in the Samadhi (meditative absorption) of the Four Immeasurables. In the moon disc of the heart, visualize Karma-vajra (Action Vajra). With great compassion, cut off the suffering of all sentient beings. Visualize the Karma wheel pervading the Dharmadhatu, reciting the mantra:
Om Maha Karunaya Saphara
Next, cultivate loving-kindness, with the Karma wheel pervading the realm of sentient beings, bestowing immeasurable joy, reciting the mantra:
Om Maha Maitriye Saphara
Next, with joyful mind, operate the Karma wheel, pervading the realm of sentient beings, reciting the mantra:
Om Sarva Shuddha Pramudana Saphara
Next, cultivate equanimity, with the Karma wheel pervading the realm of sentient beings, accomplishing great equanimity, reciting the mantra:
Om Maha Upeksha Saphara
Next, form the Vajra clasped-hands mudra (hand gesture), with the ten fingers of both hands crossed, the right hand pressing on the left, thus completing it. Recite the Vajra clasped-hands mantra:
Om Vajra Jali
Then, with this previous mudra, it becomes the Vajra binding. Recite the Vajra binding mantra:
Om Vajra Bandha
Next, form the heart-opening mudra. First, visualize the syllable 'Trah' on the right breast, and the syllable 'Ah' on the left breast. Visualize these two syllables as door panels. Strike the heart with the previous binding mudra, and pull it open three times, reciting the mantra:
Om Vajra Bandha Trah Ah (recited in a semi-tone)
Next, visualize an eight-petaled lotus one cubit in front. Place the syllable 'Ah' on the lotus, emitting great light like crystal white. Then with the Vajra

次結悅喜三么耶印。如前縛。忍愿入掌交合。地空皆合豎。以此大欲箭。射彼三乘種真言曰。
唵三么耶斛素啰多薩怛鑁(三合)
次結勝三世印。以二手金剛拳。檀慧背相鉤。二風各正直真言曰。

When the practitioner hears the warning, he should observe himself and prostrate before each of the Buddhas, and then say to the Buddhas: 'What is called Bodhicitta?' The Buddhas tell him: 'Observe the seed-syllable (bīja) in your heart, its nature is pure like a pure and full moon.' 【English Translation】 English version: Śabda-bodhisattva (Sound Bodhisattva). In the west gate, place Vam as Gandha-bodhisattva (Scent Bodhisattva). In the north gate, place Hūṃ as Rasa-bodhisattva (Taste Bodhisattva). In the northwest corner of the outer courtyard, place Su as Vasanta-bodhisattva (Spring Bodhisattva). In the northeast corner, place Ra as Varṣa-bodhisattva (Rainy Season Bodhisattva). In the southeast corner, place Da as Śarad-bodhisattva (Autumn Bodhisattva). In the southwest corner, place Satvam as Hemanta-bodhisattva (Winter Bodhisattva). Next, place the syllable Oṃ at the heart of the image. Place the syllable Yaṃ on both sides of this syllable to form the principal deity. Then, form the mudrās (hand gestures) of the hook, rope, lock, and bell to invite the deity.
With both hands, form the vajra-muṣṭi (diamond fist) mudrā, with the earth element (pṛthvī-maṇḍala) in a reversed hooking gesture. The two wind elements (vāyu) are each upright, with the right wind element bent like a hook. Having formed the mudrā, recite the mantra, and beckon three times with the right wind element. Without changing the rope mudrā, hook the two wind elements in opposite directions. This is the vajra-sphoṭa (diamond lock) mudrā, then recite the mantra:

Without changing the previous mudrā, bring the two earth elements (pṛthvī) and two wind elements (vāyu) together. Make them all face each other; this is the vajra-ghaṇṭā (diamond bell) mudrā.

By forming the diamond hook, the principal deity is immediately drawn down. By the diamond rope mudrā, one can attract the holy beings. By the diamond lock mudrā, one can cause them to remain. By forming the diamond bell, one can delight all the holy beings.

Again, form the Three Worlds Supreme Mudra and recite the root mantra once. Rotate the mudra counterclockwise once to dissolve the established boundary. Again, form the initial Samaya Mudra, place it on the top of the head, and recite the Vajra Liberation Mantra, offering the Holy One and his retinue. The mantra is:
『Oṃ Vajra Sattva Mu』 (oṃ wá rì luō sà dá wá mù).
After the offering, again form the Samaya Mudra, recite the mantra to bless the four places, such as the Abhisheka, Armor, and Joy Mudras. After leaving the Mandala, at all times, abide in the Great Bodhicitta. Or constantly hold the Great Mudra, and one will attain complete enlightenment in this life. How much more so will other fruits not be achieved? Only the mind that does not benefit all sentient beings, abandoning Bodhicitta, otherwise, all virtuous wishes sought will be fulfilled.
