爾時世尊。普為一切修出世間最上悉地者。宣說佛母般若波羅蜜多大明觀想法。
彼大明曰。
那謨(引)婆誐嚩帝(引一句)阿哩也(二合)缽啰(二合)倪也(二合引)播(引)啰彌多(引)曳(引二)阿波哩彌多虞拏(引)曳(引三)薄訖底(二合)嚩蹉邏(引)曳(引四)薩哩嚩(二合)怛他(引)誐多倪也(二合引)那波哩布哩多(引)曳(引五)薩埵嚩蹉邏(引)曳(引六)怛寧*也他(引七)唵(引)提(引八)率嚕(二合)底(九)娑蜜哩(三合)底(十)尾惹曳(引十一)莎(引)賀(引十二)
如是大明有大功德。最上最勝不可思議。諸修瑜伽行者。若欲觀想此大明字求悉地法。先當發起大菩提心。然後依法于自心上想凈月輪。于月輪中觀想提字。從臍輪轉於心而住。其字黃色是即般若波羅蜜多菩薩根本心字。如是想已。復想此字即成般若波羅蜜多菩薩。想此菩薩想身真金色有其六臂。相好圓滿種種莊嚴頂戴寶冠。最上二手結說法

這個大明咒是:
那謨(引)婆誐嚩帝(引 一句)阿哩也(二合)缽啰(二合)倪也(二合引)播(引)啰彌多(引)曳(引 二)阿波哩彌多虞拏(引)曳(引 三)薄訖底(二合)嚩蹉邏(引)曳(引 四)薩哩嚩(二合)怛他(引)誐多倪也(二合引)那波哩布哩多(引)曳(引 五)薩埵嚩蹉邏(引)曳(引 六)怛寧*也他(引 七)唵(引)提(引 八)率嚕(二合)底(九)娑蜜哩(三合)底(十)尾惹曳(引 十一)莎(引)賀(引 十二)
如此大明咒具有廣大的功德,是最上最殊勝不可思議的。諸位修習瑜伽的行者,如果想要觀想此大明咒字以求得成就之法,首先應當發起廣大的菩提心。然後依法在自己的心上觀想清凈的月輪。在月輪中觀想「提」字。從臍輪旋轉到心間而安住。這個字是黃色的,這就是般若波羅蜜多菩薩的根本心字。這樣觀想之後,再觀想此字就變成般若波羅蜜多菩薩。觀想此菩薩的身是真金色,有六隻手臂,相貌圓滿美好,有種種莊嚴,頭頂戴著寶冠。最上面的兩隻手結說法

At that time, the World-Honored One, for the sake of universally delivering all those who cultivate the supreme siddhi (accomplishment) of transcending the world, expounded the visualization method of the Great Vidya of the Buddha-Mother Prajnaparamita.
The Great Vidya (Mantra) is:
Namo Bhagavate Arya Prajnaparamitaye Aparimita Gunaye Bhakti Vatsalaye Sarva Tathagata Jñana Paripuritaye Sattva Vatsalaye Tadyatha Om Dhi Shruti Smriti Vijaye Svaha
Such a Great Vidya possesses great merit, being supreme, most victorious, and inconceivable. Those practitioners of Yoga who wish to visualize this Great Vidya syllable to seek the method of accomplishment should first generate the great Bodhi mind. Then, according to the Dharma, visualize a pure moon disc upon their own heart. Within the moon disc, visualize the syllable 'Dhi'. Rotating from the navel chakra, it dwells in the heart. This syllable is yellow in color, and it is the fundamental heart-syllable of the Prajnaparamita Bodhisattva. Having visualized in this way, visualize this syllable transforming into the Prajnaparamita Bodhisattva. Visualize this Bodhisattva with a body of true golden color, possessing six arms, with perfect and complete features, adorned with various ornaments, and wearing a jeweled crown on the head. The uppermost two hands form the teaching mudra.
印。其印以二手作合掌。二中指入掌內指面相合。二大指及二頭指。各各指面相捻。余指不動成印。余手持般若波羅蜜多經。優缽羅華。爍吉帝等。依法觀想如是想已。又復諦想般若波羅蜜多大明。最上甚深從無我生。由如是觀般若波羅蜜多無我生故。即一切法無我平等。以如是平等故。即從般若波羅蜜多。出生無邊諸文字相。文字相者攝一切相諸修瑜伽行者若聞。

當於舌端而作觀想若聞。

複次修瑜伽行者若欲觀想此佛母般若波羅蜜多大明文字應當諦誠于自心上觀想八葉大紅蓮華成曼拏羅於八葉位分佈觀想大明文字是諸文字各于方位不相間雜于蓮華東葉位想安布。

【English Translation】 English version: The Mudra (hand gesture): With both hands make the gesture of joined palms (añjali). Bend the two middle fingers into the palm, with the finger surfaces touching. Press the surfaces of the two thumbs and two index fingers together. Keep the remaining fingers still, and the mudra is complete. In the other hand, hold the Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra, an Utpala (blue lotus) flower, Siddhi (accomplishment), etc. Contemplate according to the Dharma. After contemplating in this way, contemplate carefully the Great Bright Mantra of the Prajñāpāramitā, which is supreme, profound, and arises from non-self. Because of contemplating the non-self nature of the Prajñāpāramitā in this way, one knows that all dharmas are equal in non-self. Because of this equality, countless forms of letters arise from the Prajñāpāramitā. These forms of letters encompass all forms. If practitioners of Yoga hear: oṃ dhīḥ (唵(引) 提(引)) - two syllables They should contemplate it on the crown of their head. If they hear: oṃ ge (唵(引) 詣(引)) - two syllables They should contemplate it on the tip of their tongue. If they hear: oṃ je (唵(引) 𡁠(仁齊切)) - two syllables They should contemplate it on the rims of their two ears. Furthermore, if practitioners of Yoga wish to contemplate the letters of this Great Bright Mantra of the Buddha-Mother Prajñāpāramitā, they should sincerely contemplate a large eight-petaled red lotus flower on their own heart, forming a Maṇḍala (sacred geometric configuration). On the positions of the eight petals, distribute and contemplate the letters of the Great Bright Mantra. These letters are each located in a direction, without intermingling. 【English Translation】 English version Visualization of positions. ṭhi (syllable '底') Visualize the south position. smi (娑蜜哩, a conjunct syllable) Visualize the southwest position. ci (syllable '底') Visualize the west position. vi (syllable '尾') Visualize the northwest position. ja (惹, pronounced 'Ren Zuo Qie', one syllable) Visualize the north position. ye (曳, elongated sound, one syllable) Visualize the northeast position. svā hā (莎, elongated sound; 賀, elongated sound, two syllables) Thus, visualize the great mantra syllables. Once each is properly placed, then according to the Dharma, contemplate the true Dharma gate of these syllables. Or, according to the Dharma, recollect and recite them. Three times a day, according to the Dharma, arrange the altar. Recite 108 times, or 1080 times. If one does this without interruption for one month, six months, or even a year, one will attain the supreme Siddhi Dharma (the Dharma of accomplishment). Furthermore, if one hears, upholds, or recites this, that person will obtain complete retention and attain the Samadhi of emptiness (a state of meditative absorption on emptiness) . Thus, the great mantra of the Buddha-Mother Prajñāpāramitā (the great light of wisdom), is supremely profound and has great merit. Those who practice Yoga should visualize in this way according to the Dharma. The Buddha speaks the Visualization Ritual of the Great Mantra of the Buddha-Mother Prajñāpāramitā.
