大唐北印度迦濕彌羅國三藏寶思惟于天宮寺譯
如是我聞。一時婆伽婆。在王舍大城耆阇崛山。與諸弟子共會說法。於是娑婆世界主大梵天王。來詣佛所右繞三匝。頂禮佛足合掌向佛。而白佛言唯愿世尊。為利益眾生故。說陀羅尼神咒。令諸人天普得安樂。佛言善哉善哉大梵天王。汝能愍念一切眾生。問此利益之事。汝善思念之吾當為汝分別演說。此隨求即得大自在陀羅尼神咒。能與一切眾生最勝安樂。不為一切夜叉羅剎。及癲癇病餓鬼塞揵陀鬼。諸鬼神等作諸惱害。亦不為寒熱等病之所侵損。所在之處恒常得勝不為鬥戰怨仇之所侵害能摧他敵。厭蠱咒詛不能為害。先業之罪悉得消滅。毒不能害火不能燒。刀不能傷水不能溺。不為雷電霹靂及非時惡風暴雨之所損害。若有受持此神咒者。所在得勝。若能書寫帶在頸者若在臂者。是人能成一切善事最勝清凈。常為諸天龍王之所擁護。又為諸佛菩薩之所憶念。金剛密跡四天大王。及天帝釋大梵天王。毗紐天大自在天。俱摩羅軍眾比那夜迦。大黑天難提雞說天等。晝夜而常隨逐

The Buddha Speaks the Greatly Accomplishing Dharani Sutra of Great Freedom Obtained as Desired
Translated by Tripitaka Baosiyi from Kasmira, North India, of the Great Tang Dynasty at Tiangong Monastery
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan (World Honored One) was in the great city of Rajagrha, at Mount Grdhrakuta (Vulture Peak), together with his disciples, teaching the Dharma. Then, the Great Brahma King (Lord of the Brahma Heaven) , the lord of the Saha world, came to the Buddha's place, circumambulated him three times to the right, prostrated at the Buddha's feet, and, with palms joined, said to the Buddha: 'May the World Honored One, for the benefit of sentient beings, speak the Dharani divine mantra, so that all humans and devas may universally attain peace and happiness.' The Buddha said: 'Excellent, excellent, Great Brahma King! You are able to have compassion for all sentient beings and ask about this beneficial matter. Think well upon it, and I will explain it to you in detail. This Greatly Accomplishing Dharani of Great Freedom Obtained as Desired can give all sentient beings the most supreme peace and happiness. It will not allow any Yakshas (a type of spirit), Rakshasas (a type of demon), epileptic diseases, hungry ghosts, Skanda ghosts (a type of hindering spirit), or other ghosts and spirits to cause any harm. It will also not be harmed by cold or heat-related illnesses. Wherever it is, it will always be victorious and will not be harmed by battles, enemies, or hatred. It can destroy other enemies. Curses and spells cannot harm it. The sins of past karma will all be extinguished. Poison cannot harm it, fire cannot burn it. Knives cannot injure it, water cannot drown it. It will not be harmed by thunder, lightning, untimely evil winds, or torrential rain. If there are those who uphold this divine mantra, they will be victorious wherever they are. If they can write it down and wear it around their neck or on their arm, that person will be able to accomplish all good deeds and be most supremely pure. They will always be protected by all the Devas and Dragon Kings. They will also be remembered by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Vajrapani (a Vajra-bearing spirit), the Four Great Kings (Four Heavenly Kings), as well as Indra (Lord of the Devas), the Great Brahma King (Lord of the Brahma Heaven), Vishnu (a major Hindu deity), Mahesvara (Shiva), Kumara (Skanda), Vinayaka (Ganesha), Mahakala (a wrathful deity), Nandikesvara (Shiva's gate-keeper), and others will constantly follow them day and night.'
擁護持此咒者。又為摩帝揵拏天眾。及余自在諸天神眾亦如是擁護。又為諸魔天眾。及諸眷屬神咒諸神大威德者。所謂鴦俱施神拔折羅神。商羯羅神摩莫雞神。毗俱知神多羅神。摩訶迦羅神度多神。斫羯羅波尼神大力神。長壽天摩訶提毗神。迦羅羯尼神花齒神。摩尼珠髻神金髻神。賓𦽆羅羅器神電鬘神。迦羅羅利神毗俱知神。堅牢地神烏陀計施神。什伐栗多那那神大怒神。執劍神摩尼光神。阇知尼神一阇吒神。佛陀陀羅波利尼神楞雞說神。並余無量諸天神等。彼諸天眾悉來擁護。若此神咒在身手者。鬼子父母摩尼跋陀神。富那跋陀神力天大力天。勝棄尼神俱吒檀底神。功德天大辯天等。恒常隨逐而擁護之。若有女人受持此神咒者。有大勢力常當生男。受持胎時在胎安隱。產生安樂無諸疾病。眾罪消滅必定無疑。以福德力財谷增長。所說教令人皆信受。常為一切之所敬事。應當潔凈若男若女。童男童女持此咒者。當得安樂無諸疾病色相熾盛。圓滿吉祥福德增長。一切咒法皆得成就。帶此咒者雖未入壇。即成入一切壇。與入壇者成同其行。不作惡夢重罪消滅。有起噁心來相向者。不能為害持此咒者。一切樂欲所求皆得。爾時世尊即說咒曰。

【English Translation】 English version: Those who uphold and recite this mantra will be protected by the Mati-khena (name) heavenly host, and other self-existent deities. Furthermore, the hosts of demons, their retinues, the deities of powerful mantras, such as Angkusa (hook-wielding deity), Vajra (diamond deity), Samkara (Shiva), Mamaki (name), Bhrikuti (frowning deity), Tara (savioress), Mahakala (great black deity), Duta (messenger deity), Cakrapani (wheel-bearing deity), the powerful deity, the long-lived deity, Mahadevi (great goddess), Kalakarni (black-eared deity), the flower-toothed deity, Manicudamani (jewel-crested deity), the golden-crested deity, Pindolabharadvaja (Pindola), the electric garland deity, Karalali (name), Bhrikuti (frowning deity), the steadfast earth deity, Uddakisa (name), Sivaratanana (name), the great wrathful deity, the sword-wielding deity, Maniprabha (jewel-light deity), Dakini (sky-goer), Ekajata (single-knotted deity), Buddhatarapalini (Buddha's Tara protector), Langkesvara (name), and countless other deities, all these heavenly hosts will come to protect them. If this mantra is on the body or in the hand, Hariti (demon mother), Manibhadra (virtuous jewel deity), Purnabhadra (full virtuous deity), the powerful deity, Srakini (name), Kutaladanti (name), the goddess of merit, the great goddess of eloquence, etc., will constantly follow and protect them. If a woman receives and holds this mantra, she will have great power and will often give birth to boys. Holding this mantra, the fetus will be safe in the womb, and childbirth will be peaceful and free from illness. All sins will be extinguished without doubt. Through the power of merit, wealth and grain will increase, and her words and teachings will be believed by all. She will always be respected by all. One should be clean, whether male or female, and young boys and girls who hold this mantra will obtain peace and happiness without illness, their appearance will be radiant, they will be perfectly auspicious, and their merit will increase. All mantra practices will be accomplished. One who wears this mantra, even without entering the mandala, is considered to have entered all mandalas, and their actions are the same as those who have entered the mandala. They will not have bad dreams, and their heavy sins will be extinguished. If someone with evil intentions comes to harm them, they will not be able to harm the one who holds this mantra. All joys and desires will be obtained. At that time, the World Honored One spoke the mantra:

Furthermore, O, Great Brahma, if someone carries this mantra, know that the Tathagata (如來) protects this person with supernatural powers. Know that this person is the embodiment of the Tathagata (如來). Know that this person is of Vajra (金剛) body. Know that this person is the Tathagatagarbha (如來藏身). Know that this person is the eye of the Tathagata (如來). Know that this person is clad in Vajra (金剛) armor. Know that this person is a body of light, know that this person is an indestructible body. Know that this person can subdue all enemies. Know that all the sins and obstacles of this person are completely eliminated. Know that this mantra can remove all the sufferings of hell. O, Great Brahma, know that in the past there was a Bhiksu (比丘, monk) with little faith, who violated the precepts of the Tathagata (如來) and committed theft. 【English Translation】 English version: All the gods and deities depicted should have the appearance of young men, with joyful expressions. If someone wishes to carry this divine mantra, they must each follow the original method. If a pregnant woman wears it, she should visualize Mahakala (the Great Black One) in the heart of the mantra, with his face black. If it is to be hung on a tall banner, a tall banner should be erected in a high place, and a flaming pearl should be placed on top of the banner, with this divine mantra placed inside the pearl. All evil obstacles and various diseases and plagues will be eliminated. If there is a drought, visualize a nine-headed dragon in the heart of the mantra. If there is continuous rain, also visualize this dragon, and it should be placed in water containing dragons. The drought will immediately bring rain, and the continuous rain will immediately clear up. If a merchant wears it, visualize the image of a merchant leader in the heart of the mantra, and all the merchants he leads will be safe and happy. If the person holding this mantra wants to wear it themselves, visualize a female deity in the heart of the mantra, and also visualize the stars, sun, and moon within it.
