文殊菩薩獻佛陀羅尼名烏蘇吒(此云滅淫慾卻我慢)
時佛敕阿難。為未來沒苦眾生。廣宣流佈。時文殊菩薩先說偈言。
一切眾生類 回沒淫鬼界 無能覺之者 唯我能救拔 永斷生死本 普處寂滅樂
即說陀羅尼曰。
句利句利帝那憂拙憂拙帝那度呼度呼帝那究吒究吒帝那若蜜都若蜜都帝那究吒呼究吒呼帝那憂守憂守帝那耶蜜若耶蜜若帝那度呼吒究吒多薩嚩(二合)訶
右誦咒三遍。結縷作七結繫腳。是咒能令諸失心者。還得正念。滅淫慾火除我慢結。三毒垢儘自然清涼。若有精神。沈在無明重淵之下。久溺生死不得出要。嗚呼深可傷。若人心得醒悟極自厭污。此是凡夫愚下鬼神畜生之所行處。非梵行所宜。非聖人所愿。如此之人方可受與此陀羅尼。勿傳矯俗疑謗少信。縱持無驗即轉退墮。若至誠誦者慾火漸盡。結使滅已心得解脫。心解脫已則得道果。是則神力功用誠諦不虛。行此法者斷酒五辛血食。男子唯用九九八十一日。女子唯用七七四十九日。晝夜六時勤心讀誦。燒沉水白檀香散花。供養十方諸佛。晝三夜三慎勿廢忘。日數未滿余時之中。獨處山窟精舍

如是我聞，一時佛陀敕令阿難，爲了未來沉溺於苦難的眾生，廣泛宣揚流佈此陀羅尼。當時，文殊菩薩首先說了偈語：
『一切眾生都沉溺於淫慾的境界， 沒有人能夠覺醒，只有我能夠救拔他們， 永遠斷除生死的根本，普遍處於寂靜涅槃的快樂。』
隨即宣說了陀羅尼咒語：
『句利句利帝那 憂拙憂拙帝那 度呼度呼帝那 究吒究吒帝那 若蜜都若蜜都帝那 究吒呼究吒呼帝那 憂守憂守帝那 耶蜜若耶蜜若帝那 度呼吒究吒 多薩嚩（二合）訶』
唸誦此咒三遍，用線打七個結繫在腳上。此咒能夠使失去心智的人，重新獲得正念。滅除淫慾，去除我慢的束縛，使貪嗔癡三毒的污垢消盡，自然清涼。如果有人精神沉溺在無明的深淵之下，長期沉溺於生死輪迴而無法解脫，實在令人悲傷。如果有人內心能夠醒悟，極其厭惡自身的污穢，明白這是凡夫、愚人、鬼神、畜生所行之處，不是清凈梵行所應為，不是聖人所期望的。這樣的人才可以傳授此陀羅尼。不要傳給那些虛偽做作、心懷疑惑誹謗、缺少信心的人，否則即使持誦也不會有效果，反而會退轉墮落。如果至誠誦持此咒，淫慾會逐漸消盡，煩惱結縛消除后，內心就能得到解脫。內心解脫后，就能證得道果。這陀羅尼的神力功用真實不虛。修行此法的人，要斷除酒、五辛（大蒜、蔥、韭菜、薤、興渠）、血食。男子只需用九九八十一天，女子只需用七七四十九天，晝夜六時勤奮讀誦，焚燒沉香、白檀香，散花，供養十方諸佛。白天三次，夜晚三次，切記不要廢棄遺忘。在未滿天數的剩餘時間裡，獨自住在山洞或精舍中。
【English Translation】 English version The Dharani Offered by Manjushri Bodhisattva, Named Usuchata (Usuchata meaning: extinguishing lust and eliminating arrogance)
Thus I have heard, at one time the Buddha instructed Ananda to widely proclaim and disseminate this dharani for the sake of sentient beings in the future who are drowning in suffering. At that time, Manjushri Bodhisattva first spoke the following verse:
'All sentient beings are sinking in the realm of lust, No one is able to awaken; only I can rescue them, Eternally severing the root of birth and death, Universally dwelling in the bliss of tranquil Nirvana.'
Then he spoke the dharani mantra:
'Kuli Kuli Dinate Youzhu Youzhu Dinate Duhu Duhu Dinate Jiuzha Jiuzha Dinate Ruomidu Ruomidu Dinate Jiuzha Hu Jiuzha Hu Dinate Youshou Youshou Dinate Yami Ruoya Yami Ruoya Dinate Duhu Zha Jiuzha Duosapowa (two combined) He'
Recite this mantra three times, and tie seven knots in a thread and bind it to the foot. This mantra can enable those who have lost their minds to regain right mindfulness. It extinguishes lust, eliminates the bonds of arrogance, and causes the defilements of the three poisons (greed, hatred, and delusion) to be exhausted, naturally becoming cool and clear. If someone's spirit is sinking beneath the heavy abyss of ignorance, long drowning in samsara without being able to escape, it is truly lamentable. If someone's mind can awaken, extremely disgusted with their own impurity, understanding that this is the place where ordinary people, fools, ghosts, and animals dwell, not what pure Brahma-conduct should be, not what sages desire, then such a person can be given this dharani. Do not transmit it to those who are hypocritical, harbor doubts and slanders, or lack faith, otherwise even if they recite it, it will have no effect and they will instead regress and fall. If one sincerely recites this mantra, lust will gradually be extinguished, and after the bonds of afflictions are eliminated, the mind will attain liberation. After the mind is liberated, one will attain the fruit of the path. The divine power and function of this dharani are truly real and not false. Those who practice this method must abstain from alcohol, the five pungent spices (garlic, onions, leeks, chives, and asafoetida), and blood-tainted food. Men only need to use ninety-nine eighty-one days, and women only need to use seventy-seven forty-nine days, diligently reciting day and night six times, burning aloeswood and white sandalwood incense, scattering flowers, and making offerings to the Buddhas of the ten directions. Three times during the day and three times during the night, be sure not to abandon or forget. During the remaining time before the number of days is completed, dwell alone in a mountain cave or monastery.
。若聚落(即凈室)四向遠人。當深生欣躍自發慶幸。今我遭遇大聖神力。此身宜至佛身。不懼淪溺。如是凈心念念信向。斷諸惡作轉雜言論離間之語。不念名利。如是日數足已。決定解脫其心泰然無復欲慢。

【English Translation】 English version: If people from afar come to the Sangha (i.e., the pure dwelling) from all four directions, one should deeply rejoice and feel fortunate, spontaneously thinking: 'Now that I have encountered the divine power of the Great Sage, this body should be able to attain Buddhahood, no longer fearing drowning.' Like this, with a pure mind, continuously believe and aspire, cutting off all evil deeds, ceasing miscellaneous and divisive speech, and not thinking of fame and profit. After a sufficient number of days like this, one will surely be liberated, the mind will be peaceful, and there will be no more desire or arrogance. If people from afar arrive at the Sangha (Jing Shi, i.e., the pure dwelling) from all four directions, one should deeply rejoice and feel fortunate, spontaneously celebrating. Now that I have encountered the divine power of the Great Sage, this body should be able to attain Buddhahood, no longer fearing drowning in the sea of suffering. Like this, with a pure mind, continuously believe and aspire, cutting off all evil deeds, ceasing miscellaneous and divisive speech, and not thinking of fame and profit. After a sufficient number of days like this, one will surely be liberated, the mind will be peaceful, and there will be no more desire or arrogance.
