凡是想要進行課誦、法事、供養,首先要歸命佛,唸誦八大愿。真言如下:

Mañjuśrī Samatā Yoga Secret Contemplation for Enlightenment Sādhana

Translated by Tripiṭaka Master Cixian of Magadha (Magadha), Central India, Great Khitan National Teacher of the Song Dynasty.

Whenever you wish to perform daily recitation, Dharma service, or offering, first take refuge in the Buddha and recite the Eight Great Vows. The mantra is as follows:

Oṃ bodhicittaṃ ca saṃgha ca tri ratna gara manuttara muto cittaṃ karomi ya śānta svā prāpta pra siddhaye nirdeśa sarva pāpānāṃ puṇya nāṃ cānumodanāṃ kṛtvā upavasaṃ carisye mi ārya aṣṭā ṅga upāsita idam velāṃ upānaya yāvat ratriya rāgamī yāvat sūrye atītaṃ tariparā ṇivadha praśyāharaṇāṃ amṛtaṃ hacaryaṃ tanavaka bhinumato pajanāṇa pāṇi vikalasaṇa malavaraṇa karaṇī tiya ghṛtvā nita ārya hamni vi virāpetri rāpi

Upon first entering the maṇḍala, face the Buddha and sit down to contemplate in this way.


身  碎如微塵  返收攝身  如金剛體

真言曰。

唵啰祖波誐哆薩啰嚩達么(二合)

口四業清凈。

唵嚩枳也(二合)秫馱薩嚩達啰么(二合)嚩枳也(二合)秫度唅

心三業清凈。

唵唧哆秫馱薩嚩啰摩(二合)唧哆秫度唅

身三業清凈。

娑嚩(二合)婆嚩秫馱薩嚩達啰么(二合)娑嚩(二合)娑嚩秫度唅

三業清凈已  運心六道中  一切諸眾生

報障業障煩惱等障。悉皆消滅獲得清凈。次想上方佛壇運心供養。又想自手作金剛手。足眼心等亦復如是。以金剛身禮事諸佛。然後又想自手五指。取金剛智五甘露水自灌其頂。洗滌五身十業六塵。想凡夫身都無所有。如凈月輪輪上己身。吽字之形猶如光焰。依月輪住如燈光量念此真言加持七遍。真言曰。

唵冒地唧多母怛跛(二合)那耶弭

復想吽字形。月輪上而住。如大光明聚。想身火星散。良久而復收。真言七遍。

唵素佉么(二合)嚩日啰(二合)

復想月輪上  有小光明住  而誦此真言  應當一七遍

真言曰。

唵底瑟吒(二合)嚩日啰(二合)

小光明不動  想身旋復去  而念此真言  亦應一七遍

真言曰。

口四業清凈。

心三業清凈。

『唵 唧哆 秫馱 薩嚩 啰摩(二合) 唧哆 秫度 唅』

身三業清凈。

『娑嚩(二合) 婆嚩 秫馱 薩嚩 達啰么(二合) 娑嚩(二合) 娑嚩 秫度 唅』

三業清凈后,運心於六道之中, 一切諸眾生,

報障、業障、煩惱等障,悉皆消滅,獲得清凈。接著觀想上方佛壇,運心供養。又觀想自己的手變成金剛手(Vajrapani),足、眼、心等也同樣如此。以金剛身禮敬諸佛。然後又觀想自己的手五指,取金剛智五甘露水自灌其頂,洗滌五身、十業、六塵。觀想凡夫之身都無所有,如清凈的月輪,月輪上有自己的身形,吽(Hum)字的形狀猶如光焰,依月輪而住,如燈光般。念此真言加持七遍。真言曰:

『唵 冒地 唧多 母怛跛(二合) 那耶弭』

再觀想吽(Hum)字形,在月輪上而住,如大光明聚。觀想身體如火星般散開,良久之後又收回。真言七遍。

『唵 素佉么(二合) 嚩日啰(二合)』

再觀想月輪上,有小光明住, 而誦此真言,應當一七遍。

真言曰:

『唵 底瑟吒(二合) 嚩日啰(二合)』

小光明不動,觀想身體旋轉復去, 而念此真言,也應一七遍。

真言曰:

【English Translation】 English version The body shatters into fine dust, then recollects and gathers the body, like a Vajra (diamond) body.

The mantra says:

'Om Rajo Bhagata Sarva Dharma'

Purification of the four karmas of the mouth.

'Om Vagisaya Suddha Sarva Dharma Vagisaya Suddhe Hum'

Purification of the three karmas of the mind.

'Om Citta Suddha Sarva Dharma Citta Suddhe Hum'

Purification of the three karmas of the body.

'Svabhava Suddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Suddhe Hum'

Having purified the three karmas, direct the mind to the six realms, All sentient beings,

Retribution obstacles, karma obstacles, affliction obstacles, etc., are all eliminated, and purity is attained. Next, visualize the Buddha altar above and direct the mind to make offerings. Also, visualize your own hands transforming into Vajrapani (the wielder of the Vajra), and your feet, eyes, and mind likewise. With a Vajra body, pay homage to all the Buddhas. Then, visualize the five fingers of your own hands taking the five ambrosias of Vajra wisdom and pouring them over your head, washing away the five skandhas, the ten karmas, and the six sense objects. Visualize that the ordinary body is completely empty, like a pure moon disc, and on the moon disc is your own form. The shape of the Hum syllable is like a flame, residing on the moon disc like the light of a lamp. Recite this mantra and bless it seven times. The mantra says:

'Om Bodhicitta Utpadayami'

Again, visualize the shape of the Hum syllable, residing on the moon disc, like a great mass of light. Visualize the body scattering like sparks, and after a while, recollect it again. Recite the mantra seven times.

'Om Sukha Vajra'

Again, visualize a small light residing on the moon disc, And recite this mantra, it should be done one to seven times.

The mantra says:

'Om Tistha Vajra'

The small light does not move, visualize the body spinning and returning, And recite this mantra, it should also be done one to seven times.

The mantra says:

復想身而來  念真言七遍

真言曰。

唵(引)僧賀啰嚩日啰(二合)

復想身而入  將成大覺身  念此秘密言  加持一七遍

想小光明住  如同大覺身  誦此陀羅尼  復應一七遍

又復觀自身  為金剛之體  猶如如來身  等同無有異  三誦此真言

唵野多薩嚩怛他誐哆娑怛(二合)佉憾

次應右手執金剛杵。左手執鈴作波羅蜜。菩薩持課杵表佛印。其杵五鈷表如來。鈴表四波羅蜜。菩薩諦想自身作寶生佛。擲杵三遍。次當舞轉作蓮華印。印已頂禮。禮已執杵。指頂口心。誦唵阿(去聲)吽。三種智字。想頂作壇。先想安置頂內蓮華。其蓮八葉。安蓮華已。次臥金剛。其金剛上有日月輪。于日輪上有十二字。月輪之上覆有十六。梵字之母。出生之法。不可得故。于月輪上想安唵字。又觀唵字旋復而去。良久乃來作輪字形。復想一返為毗盧佛。餘四方佛次第安置。悉皆同等四波羅蜜。應念種智而居四隅坐三重座。無其月輪。下至明王。應皆如是。已上九位住第一院。內八菩薩念種智字

【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本 唵(引) 娑頗(二合)啰 嚩日啰(二合)(Om Sphara Vajra): 再次觀想自身,唸誦真言七遍。 真言曰: 唵(引) 僧賀啰 嚩日啰(二合)(Om Samhara Vajra): 再次觀想自身融入,將成就大覺之身。 唸誦此秘密真言,加持一十七遍。 真言曰: 唵(引) 嚩日啰(二合) 尾舍 吽(引)(Om Vajra Visha Hum): 觀想小光明駐留,如同大覺之身。 誦持此陀羅尼,再次應誦一十七遍。 真言曰: 唵(引) 嚩日啰(二合) 怛么 句唅(Om Vajra Atma Kuhum): 又再次觀想自身,成為金剛之體。 猶如如來之身,等同沒有差異。 三次誦持此真言: 唵 野多 薩嚩 怛他誐哆 娑怛(二合) 佉憾(Om Yata Sarva Tathagata Sat Kha Ham): 接下來應右手執金剛杵,左手執鈴,作出波羅蜜(Paramita,意為「到彼岸」)手印。菩薩持課時,杵代表佛的印記。杵的五鈷代表如來。鈴代表四波羅蜜。菩薩仔細觀想自身作為寶生佛(Ratnasambhava)。擲杵三遍。接下來應當舞動旋轉,作出蓮華印。結印后頂禮。頂禮后執杵,指向頂、口、心。誦持唵 阿(去聲) 吽(Om Ah Hum),三種智字。觀想頭頂作為壇城。先觀想安置在頭頂內的蓮華。蓮華有八葉。安置蓮華后,再安臥金剛。金剛上有日月輪。于日輪上有十二字。月輪之上覆有十六個梵字之母。這是出生之法,不可得故。于月輪上觀想安置唵字。又觀想唵字旋轉而去。良久之後再來,作成輪字形。再次觀想一返,成為毗盧佛(Vairocana)。其餘四方佛次第安置。全部都等同四波羅蜜。應唸誦種智字,而居於四隅,坐三重座。沒有月輪。下至明王,應都如此。以上九位住在第一院。內八菩薩唸誦種智字。

【English Translation】 English version Om(Invocation) Sphara Vajra: Again, visualize your body and recite the mantra seven times. The mantra is: Om Samhara Vajra: Again, visualize your body merging, which will lead to the attainment of the body of great enlightenment. Recite this secret mantra and bless it seventeen times. The mantra is: Om Vajra Visha Hum: Visualize a small light residing, like the body of great enlightenment. Chant this Dharani, and again recite it seventeen times. The mantra is: Om Vajra Atma Kuhum: Furthermore, visualize yourself as the Vajra body. Like the body of the Tathagata (Thus Come One), identical without difference. Chant this mantra three times: Om Yata Sarva Tathagata Sat Kha Ham: Next, you should hold the Vajra (diamond scepter) in your right hand and the bell in your left hand, forming the Paramita (Perfection) mudra. When a Bodhisattva (Enlightenment Being) performs the ritual, the Vajra represents the Buddha's seal. The five prongs of the Vajra represent the Tathagata. The bell represents the four Paramitas. The Bodhisattva carefully visualizes themselves as Ratnasambhava (Jewel Born Buddha). Throw the Vajra three times. Next, you should dance and spin, forming the lotus mudra. After forming the mudra, prostrate. After prostrating, hold the Vajra, pointing to the crown of the head, mouth, and heart. Recite Om Ah Hum, the three seed syllables of wisdom. Visualize the crown of the head as a mandala. First, visualize placing the lotus within the crown of the head. The lotus has eight petals. After placing the lotus, then place the reclining Vajra. There are sun and moon discs on the Vajra. There are twelve syllables on the sun disc. Above the moon disc are sixteen seed syllables of the Brahmi script. This is the Dharma of birth, which cannot be obtained. Visualize placing the Om syllable on the moon disc. Also, visualize the Om syllable spinning and going away. After a long time, it returns and forms the shape of a wheel. Visualize it again, transforming into Vairocana (Illuminator Buddha). The other Buddhas of the four directions are placed in order. All are equal to the four Paramitas. You should recite the seed syllables of wisdom and reside in the four corners, sitting on a triple seat. There is no moon disc. Down to the Vidyaraja (Wisdom Kings), it should all be like this. The above nine positions reside in the first court. The inner eight Bodhisattvas recite the seed syllables of wisdom.


。于第二院次第分佈。外十二尊十明王等。亦念種智及其密號。處第三院依位安立。想壇畢已。觀身為佛。即唸佛壇。真言曰。

The outer twelve Vidyarajas (Ten Kings of Light) also recite their respective vidya-mantras (seed knowledge) and secret names. In the third courtyard, they are established according to their positions. After completing the visualization of the mandala, visualize oneself as a Buddha. Then recite the mantra of the Buddha Mandala, as follows: 'Měi tuó wā rì luó (two combined) dá là shì lī (two combined) mǎn nǎng (one) dǐ lī (two combined) wā rì luó (two combined two) bí yě (two combined) pó wěi nǎng (three) ā dǐ sè zhà (two combined) nǎng bō néng (rising tone) mǐ nǐ yǎng (two combined four) jiā lū dòng jiā yě wā rì lī (two combined) nǎng (five) nà shě nà nǐ (two combined) sēng xī tǐ (two combined) duō méi tuó (six) qū biāo (two combined) bàng dǔ (seven) jiā yě wā rì lī (two combined) nǎng (extended eight) ōng sà wā dá tuō yé duō (nine) jiā yě wā rì luó (two combined ten) suō pó (two combined) suō pó dá mó jù hǎn (eleven)' Next, visualize the position of the Dharma Mandala in the mouth. 【English Translation】 English version Placing the palm securely on the ground, Vajrayana practice does not require a specially constructed mandala. Having thus placed the hand seal, one should visualize the shape of the 'Ah' syllable (A, the Sanskrit letter, representing emptiness). Let the 'Ah' syllable reside within the mandala, visualizing the syllable moving back and forth. Above the precious lotus, one should next visualize the 'Hum' syllable (HUM, the seed syllable, representing the wisdom of the Buddha). Let the 'Hum' syllable reside upon the precious vajra, and then visualize the 'Bhrum Om' syllables. Visualize these syllables as a seven-jeweled pavilion, with a triple mandala within. And there are four gates, each gate with a different color. The east gate is white, the south gate is blue, the west gate is yellow, and the north gate is golden. Visualize within the pavilion, there are the sun and moon discs. Then recite 'Om Ah Hum' (OM AH HUM), visualizing them above the moon disc. Further visualize the form of the 'Om' syllable (OM, the seed syllable, representing the body of the Buddha), transforming into the shape of a Buddha wheel. Then visualize the 'Ah' syllable (A), forming a precious lotus. Then visualize the 'Hum' syllable (HUM), forming a wisdom vajra. Then visualize these three syllables, moving back and forth together. Each without distinction, sit peacefully and contemplate carefully. Form the mudra, recite the mantra of the principal deity, and the positions of the respective deities. 然後焚燒⽩芥⼦,熏授法的⼈,⼀切諸煩惱,吒枳啰惹(zhà zhī lǎ rě)王,加持于凈⽔,⽤來灑在弟⼦⾝上,⽽消除各種罪惡,播多攞(bō duō lǎ)真⾔,⽤來加持⽣飯,供養于諸天,龍神⼋部等,此法⾮常秘密,不得隨意宣揚,除非遇到有智慧的⼈,才可以為之宣說。

【English Translation】 English version: Nang: In body, Vimo hite nang: in speech, Kayena: in mind, Vakye: whatever I have done, Mana sakari: all sins, Dang mi dang: I repent, Sarva pampan: I confess, Para (two combined) te ni shaya mi (elongated, two combined).

Then burn white mustard seeds, fumigate the person receiving the Dharma, all the afflictions, Chakri Raja, bless the pure water, and sprinkle it on the disciple's body, to eliminate all sins, Patala mantra, use it to bless uncooked rice, offer it to the devas, nagas, and the eight classes of beings, this Dharma is very secret, do not propagate it casually, unless you meet a wise person, then you can explain it to them.
