凈三業真言

唵秫弟(引)䅶戍(引)馱曩(引)野娑嚩(二合引)賀(引)

二羽蓮花合掌。誦前真言七遍。加持身心三業。妄念諸過悉皆清凈。

次結普禮一切如來印。右膝著地。二羽左覆右。仰背相著。以二信二惠反相叉安於頂上。口誦彼真言。身住此儀相。心想自身滿於法界。二佛菩薩前有己身。至誠作禮真言。

唵嚩日啰(二合)尾(微次反短聲)多(半音)

如是以三業齊運。禮觀一切聖眾及曼茶羅本尊像已。即結加趺坐或半加坐。澄定身心。結佛部三昧耶印。二羽芙蓉合掌。開手如掬物勢。以二定輔於二念上節文側。二惠捻二定下第一文即成。即唸佛部三昧耶真言。

【English Translation】 English version The Vajra Kumāra Dhāraṇī Sūtra

Purifying the Three Karmas Mantra

Oṃ śuddhe ava śodhana ya svāhā

Join the palms in the lotus position. Recite the preceding mantra seven times. Bless the three karmas of body, speech, and mind, so that all delusions and faults are completely purified.

Next, form the mudra of universal prostration to all Tathāgatas. Place the right knee on the ground. Cover the right hand with the left hand, with the backs of the hands facing each other. Cross the two index fingers and two little fingers in reverse and place them on the top of the head. Recite the mantra. Maintain this posture. Visualize oneself filling the entire Dharma realm. In front of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is one's own body. Make prostrations with utmost sincerity, reciting the mantra.

Oṃ vajra vi ta

In this way, operate the three karmas in unison. After bowing and visualizing all the holy assembly and the principal deity images of the maṇḍala, sit in the full lotus position or half lotus position. Calm and settle the body and mind. Form the Samaya mudra of the Buddha family. Join the palms in the lotus position, opening the hands as if to scoop something. Support the sides of the upper joints of the two ring fingers with the two middle fingers. Pinch the first joint below the two middle fingers with the two little fingers to complete the mudra. Then recite the Samaya mantra of the Buddha family.

Oṃ tathāgatodbhava ya svāhā

Place the mudra on the top of the head. Recite the mantra three times. Visualize the mudra as the image of the Buddha. Next, form the Samaya mudra of the Lotus family. Join the palms as before, slightly open. Slightly bend the six fingers in the middle: the two ring fingers, the two index fingers, and the two middle fingers. Keep the tips of the fingers about one inch apart. Keep the two index fingers and two little fingers upright and close together, like the shape of an open lotus flower. Recite the mantra three times. Raise the mudra and place it on the right side of the top of the head, above the right ear. Visualize Avalokiteśvara. The Lotus Samaya mantra says:

次結辟除諸障繫縛毗那夜迦印。二羽十度內相叉以屈二惠入掌。甲相背各捻二念指面。急握拳。心想毗那夜迦。作障難者皆被五繫縛之。辟除真言曰。

【English Translation】 English version 引) ya śva hā (Invocation)

Next, form the Samaya-mudrā of the Vajra family. As before, perform the prostration mudrā and place it on the heart. Recite the mantra three times. Raise the mudrā and place it on the left side of the head, above the left ear, visualizing Vajragarbha Bodhisattva (the Bodhisattva of the Vajra Treasury). The Vajra family Samaya-mantra says:

Om vajrodbhava ya śva hā

Use the protection mudrā. Place the right hand over the left hand, interlock the fingers inside and straighten them. The tips of the two ring fingers touch each other, the two middle fingers are slightly bent, and the backs of the two ring fingers should not touch each other, forming the shape of a three-pronged vajra. The two little fingers are raised straight, and the palms press down on the tops of the two index fingers and two thumbs, thus completing the mudrā. In this scripture, the root mudrā can also be used. Now, using the universal mantra from the Susiddhi Sutra is fine. The protection mantra:

Om sarva dusta va śaṅkara kani kuru dhara raksha raksha mam sva ha

By forming this mudrā and reciting the preceding mantra, bless the five places on your body. First, seal the forehead, then the right shoulder, left shoulder, heart, and throat. These are the five places. By the power of the mantra, bless yourself, as if you are wearing Vajra armor.

Next, form the Vinayaka-mudrā (Vinayaka: remover of obstacles) for averting all obstacles and binding. Interlock the ten fingers inside, bend the two little fingers into the palms, and the backs of the nails each pinch the faces of the two ring fingers, clenching the fists tightly. Visualize Vinayaka (Vinayaka), so that those who create obstacles are all bound in five ways. The averting mantra says:

Om duna viduna trasaya śu saya sarva vinayaka nam hum phat sva ha

Next, form the Vajra Armor mudrā. It is the same as the previous mudrā, but straighten the two middle fingers and touch their tips together. Use the two little fingers to each pinch the first line below the two middle fingers, thus completing the mudrā. Use the mudrā to bless the five places on your body as before.

次結迎請聖尊印。二羽內相叉直豎。二定頭柱。以二惠向身招之。請尊真言曰。

唵度𩕳婆(去)誐鑁(武點)迦𩕳短嚕(二合引)馱翳醯(引)呬吽(引)撥吒(半音)

不改此印。便誦后真言。迎請聖尊者眷屬真言。

次結都明王忿怒軍吒利印。辟除諸魔恐隨聖眾潛隱在其中。以明王威神搜棟發遣。作障難者唯留聖者及自眷屬。其印以二信右押左內相交。以二進雙屈並押二信交上。以二念直豎頭柱。以二定各微曲。於二念背後不相著。如三股金剛杵形。二惠並豎押二進上即成。隨誦真言。以印空中左旋三匝

【English Translation】 English version: Here. The whole body is naturally covered with Vajra armor, shining brightly. The mantra says: Om hrih (two combined) kani ya mana ha hum (elongated) pat (half sound) svaha (two combined) Next, form the Vajra Wall Mudra. It is the same as the previous Armor Mudra. Open the tips of the two middle fingers, about an inch apart. Open the palms to form a wall shape. The mantra says: Om hrih (two combined) kani no ha no ha paca paca hum pat (half sound) svaha (two combined, elongated) With the mudra above the head, rotate three times clockwise in the air, while reciting the mantra three times. By the power of this blessing, a Vajra wall is formed in all four directions, near or far as desired. The boundaries shine brightly, and all demons dare not approach. Next, form the Mudra of Welcoming the Holy Ones. Cross the two hands inward and raise them straight up. The tips of the two middle fingers touch. Use the two little fingers to beckon towards the body. The mantra for welcoming the retinue of the Holy Ones: Om sapa ri wa (elongated) ra ma (nasal sound) wa haya po (gone) ga bang (wu gan reversed) ka jing kuru (two combined) da sa (gone) ma ya manu sama (two combined) ra svaha (two combined) (elongated) Next, form the Wrathful Kundali Mudra of the Wisdom King. To dispel all demons who might be hiding among the holy assembly. Use the majestic power of the Wisdom King to search and expel them. Leaving only the Holy Ones and their retinue, those who create obstacles are removed. The mudra is formed by crossing the two index fingers inward, with the right pressing on the left. Bend the two thumbs and press them together on top of the crossed index fingers. Raise the two ring fingers straight up, touching at the tips. Slightly bend the two middle fingers, not touching behind the two ring fingers, like the shape of a three-pronged Vajra. Raise the two little fingers and press them on top of the two thumbs. Recite the mantra while rotating the mudra three times counterclockwise in the air.

次獻閼伽香水浴聖尊印。用前迎請印。以二惠各捻二定根下第一文。以印當心。平舒如羸杯形。舉印當額奉獻。若有香水器。即以此印按之。加持三遍或一遍。然後捧而獻之。真言曰。

次結寶山印。以獨股杵印。[戚-小+谷]上節令平如上頂形。以二惠並豎押掌

中諸度上即成。誦寶山真言曰。

唵阿左羅吽(引)

次獻蓮花座印。即以前閼伽印。二惠頭向外開豎。相去半寸許。如蓮花形。真言曰。

唵嚩日羅(二合)尾啰(引)野娑嚩(二合引)賀(引)

次獻五供養先結涂香印。即前獨股杵印。以二惠微屈。捻二定下第一文。相去一寸許即成。涂香真言曰。

【English Translation】 English version: Upon the completion of these merits, recite the Jewel Mountain True Words (Bao Shan Zhen Yan): Om Acala Hum (prolonged) Next, offer the Lotus Seat Mudra. Use the previous Arghya Mudra, with the tips of the two wisdom fingers (little fingers) opened outwards and upright, about half an inch apart, forming a lotus flower shape. The True Words are: Om Vajra Vira Ya Svaha Next, offer the Five Offerings, first forming the Anointing Incense Mudra. Use the previous Single-pronged Vajra Pestle Mudra, slightly bending the two wisdom fingers, pinching the first segment of the two meditation fingers (ring fingers), about an inch apart. The Anointing Incense True Words are: Om Kani Kuru Dha (1) Sarva Sattva Bhayam Kara Raksha Raksha (3) Sarva Hrim Svaha Next, form the Flower Offering Mudra. 次結普供養印。二手合掌。右押左叉交上一節。即是想從此印流出。種種供養。雲海化成七寶宮殿樓閣。衣服飲食上好天樂充滿法界。供養一切聖眾。今略舉一二。若廣說者。一如花嚴經中所說。供養即誦是供真言三遍或七遍。真言曰。

唵阿(上)謨(引)伽么抳缽納么(二合)入嚩(二合)羅缽啰(二合)襪多(上)耶吽(引)

暨如上諸供養已。以右手輪擲金剛杵。誦本真言。于眾聖前。心想如對至尊。作踏舞之勢。仿像金剛薩埵。于如來前。擲弄其杵。因便加持自身五處。左手執取金剛鈴。于額前三度搖振。表以天樂音聲供養聖眾令其悅喜。亦誦本真言。心住薩埵妙三昧地(此上用鈴杵二真言及印。由來師受密傳不戴于文。凡智有限。或傳之不盡。或領受學者不明置有多種。先後著錯不同。今故書之以草前𦿔)修行者又慮恐承事供養之中。或有忘誤疏遺犯三昧耶禁。或有多生宿業罪障由未消除。誦金剛部百字真言。以補前潛滅除諸過。得身心清凈。與法相應。百字真言曰。

誦持燈明真言,真言如下:

『唵 迦抳 你 波 你 簸 野 吽(引) 撥吒(半音) 娑嚩(二合引) 賀(引)』

接下來結普供養印。雙手合掌,右手壓在左手上,交叉于第一節。觀想從此手印中流出種種供養,如雲海般化成七寶宮殿樓閣,衣服飲食和上好的天樂充滿整個法界,供養一切聖眾。現在簡單地舉出一兩種,如果要詳細說明,就如《華嚴經》中所說。供養時誦持供養真言三遍或七遍。真言如下:

『唵 阿(上) 謨(引) 伽 么 抳 缽 納 么(二合) 入 嚩(二合) 羅 缽啰(二合) 襪 多(上) 耶 吽(引)』

在如上這些供養之後,用右手輪轉拋擲金剛杵,誦持本尊真言,在眾聖面前,心中觀想如面對至尊,作出踏舞的姿勢,模仿金剛薩埵(Vajrasattva),在如來(Tathagata)面前,擲弄金剛杵。因此就加持自身五處。左手拿著金剛鈴,在額前搖振三次,表示用天樂音聲供養聖眾,使他們喜悅。也誦持本尊真言,心安住在薩埵(Sattva)的妙三昧地(Samadhi)。(以上使用鈴杵的兩個真言和手印,都是由上師秘密傳授,不記載在文字上。凡是智慧有限的人,或者傳授不完全,或者領受學習的人不明白,導致有多種錯誤。先後順序顛倒錯亂。現在姑且書寫出來,以草稿的形式記錄。)修行者又考慮到在承事供養之中,或許有遺忘疏忽,觸犯三昧耶(Samaya)禁戒,或者有多生累劫的宿業罪障尚未消除,因此誦持金剛部百字真言,以彌補之前的過失,消除各種罪障,得到身心清凈,與法相應。百字真言如下:

『唵 嚩 日 啰(二合) 薩 多 嚩(二合一) 三(去) 摩 野 么(鼻努鼻) 播(引) 攞(勒可反) 野(二) 嚩 日 啰(二合) 薩 多 嚩』 English version:

Recite the Light-Illuminating Mantra, which is:

Next, form the Universal Offering Mudra. Bring the two hands together in prayer, with the right hand pressing on the left, crossing at the first joint. Visualize that from this mudra flows forth all kinds of offerings, transforming like a sea of clouds into seven-jeweled palaces and pavilions, with clothing, food, and excellent celestial music filling the entire Dharma realm, offered to all the holy beings. Now, briefly mention one or two; if you want to explain in detail, it is as described in the Avatamsaka Sutra. While making offerings, recite the Offering Mantra three or seven times. The mantra is:

'Om Amogha Mani Padma Jvala Pra Vartaya Hum (elongated)'

After making the above offerings, rotate and toss the Vajra (thunderbolt scepter) with the right hand, reciting the root mantra. In front of all the holy beings, visualize in your mind as if facing the Supreme One, making a dancing posture, imitating Vajrasattva (Diamond Being), tossing and playing with the Vajra before the Tathagata (Thus Come One). Therefore, bless the five places of your own body. Hold the Vajra bell in the left hand and shake it three times in front of your forehead, representing the offering of celestial music to the holy beings, making them joyful. Also, recite the root mantra, with the mind dwelling in the wonderful Samadhi (state of meditative absorption) of Sattva (being). (The two mantras and mudras of the bell and Vajra above are secretly transmitted by the Guru and not recorded in writing. Those with limited wisdom, or incomplete transmission, or those who receive and learn without understanding, lead to various errors. The order is reversed and confused. Now, I will write it down provisionally, recording it in draft form.) The practitioner also considers that in the service of offerings, there may be omissions or negligence, violating the Samaya (vow) precepts, or there may be accumulated karmic obstacles from many lifetimes that have not yet been eliminated. Therefore, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra of the Vajra family to compensate for previous faults, eliminate all kinds of obstacles, and attain purity of body and mind, corresponding with the Dharma. The Hundred Syllable Mantra is:

'Om Vajrasattva Samaya Manupalaya Vajrasattva'

其印是雙手右手壓在左手上,外側交叉握拳,直立兩個中指使之相合。這叫做三昧耶印(Samaya Mudra,誓言印)。通過結此印,加持身體四個部位——心、額頭、喉嚨、頭頂,並誦持百字真言(Hundred Syllable Mantra),能夠消除無始以來的一切深重罪業,破除四重禁(Four Heavy Prohibitions)、五無間業罪(Five Heinous Offenses)、以及誹謗方等經典的罪過。像這樣的罪業都能完全消除,更何況是無意中犯下的小過失而導致的不清凈呢?接著結本尊印(principal deity mudra),雙手合掌,用左手的無名指放在前面居於下方,右手的無名指放在後面居於上方,按壓左手名指的背部,手指交叉于兩個中指的背後。用兩個食指各自鉤取兩個無名指的指頭,兩個中指併攏豎直,兩個大拇指也併攏豎直,捻住兩個中指的中間關節,兩個小指合攏豎直,這樣就完成了。誦持根本真言(root mantra),用手印加持身體的四個部位。真言是:

The mudra is formed by placing the right hand over the left, with the fingers interlocked externally to form a fist, and the two middle fingers held upright and joined together. This is called the Samaya Mudra (vow mudra). By forming this mudra and applying it to four places on the body—the heart, forehead, throat, and crown of the head—and reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra, one can eliminate all heavy sins accumulated since beginningless time, break the Four Heavy Prohibitions, the Five Heinous Offenses, and the sins of slandering the Vaipulya Sutras. If such sins can be completely eliminated, how much more so the minor transgressions committed unintentionally that cause impurity? Next, form the mudra of the principal deity, with the palms of both hands joined together. Place the left ring finger in front and below, and the right ring finger behind and above, pressing on the back of the left middle finger, with the fingers crossed behind the two middle fingers. Use the two index fingers to hook the tips of the two ring fingers, keep the two middle fingers upright and joined, and the two thumbs also upright and joined, pinching the middle joints of the two middle fingers. Next, form the heart mudra. This is the same as the fundamental mudra, and place it on the heart. Recite the heart mantra once. The mantra says:

『Oṃ』 (Om, the sound of the universe) 『karṇi』 (Karṇi, making bright) 『hūṃ』 (Hūṃ, seed syllable) 『phaṭ』 (Phaṭ, break).

Next, hold the prayer beads in front of the heart, and recite the mind mantra seven times. The mantra says:

Place both hands in front of the heart, hold the beads and recite, sit upright with a solemn expression, contemplate intently, and focus the mind on the majestic and wonderful contemplation of the deity. Just like the image in a mirror reflecting the form, neither the same nor different, pure and without flaws or defilements, externally imagine the majestic light, and internally abide.


慈悲妙觀。愍念六道諸類四生輪迴不息。我今發猛利勇信之心。至誠誦唸神妙章句。心住本尊瑜伽觀智。今我身心既得清凈。回此功德神力加被遍用法界。普濟有情。蒙此加持。皆如我身外。若依本經。更有十五餘道。真言及以印契總合誦習。令便精熟。待至事相應時棟取用之。以備臨事急難。補其不足。亦非常用具。在大經中說。此不重敘。臨事若要。自撿取用之。

【English Translation】 English version: Compassionate and wondrous contemplation, pitying the six realms of beings and the four forms of life endlessly transmigrating. I now generate a fierce and courageous mind of faith, sincerely reciting the divine and wondrous verses. My mind dwells in the Yoga wisdom of contemplation of the Ishtadevata (personal deity). Now that my body and mind have been purified, I dedicate this merit and divine power to pervade the entire Dharma realm, universally saving all sentient beings. May they receive this blessing and be as pure in body and mind as I am. Furthermore, according to this scripture, there are more than fifteen additional mantras (sacred utterances) and mudras (hand gestures), which should be recited and practiced together to become proficient and skilled. When the time is right, they should be used to prepare for emergencies and difficulties, supplementing any deficiencies. These are not commonly used implements; they have been discussed in the major sutras, so I will not repeat them here. If needed, consult and select them yourself when the time comes.

The Ritual of Recitation and Offerings to the Great Wrathful Vajra Kumara (Vajrakumara)

Completed over a period of three years and seven months, written with another's pen, in order to make the Dharma abide long.
