歸命無上覺 及法聖賢眾 大明心真言 無能勝自說
如來應正等覺亦說此明。利益一切眾生。成就一切吉祥事業。消除重罪而無中夭。壽命延長遠離眾病。若有善男子善女人童男童女。於此經中恭敬尊重。所有人及非人懷噁心者。羅剎娑烏娑多(二合)羅迦餓鬼。塞建陀阿缽娑么(二合)啰玉失者(二合)迦么怛啰(二合)部多鬼魅。諸惡之眾所作邪法。咒詛有情生種種界。受飢餓病及一切惡病。瘡癤癰腫疥癩疣贅。如是等苦而不能害。若有宿殃罪業。更相殺害斗訟喧諍。及王法禁系水火賊難。如是諸難逼惱之時。憶念讀誦決定消散。離其災害吉祥安樂。若復有人。或以樺皮繒帛紙上書寫此明。或於余處書寫供養。或戴頂上或戴項上。或臂上手上或帶衣里。或結為鬘戴頭髻中。如是受持永無災難恒得安樂。若常清旦潔凈身心志誠讀誦。若捨命已於七生中得宿命智。身相端嚴恒得快樂。戒行具足。口中常出憂缽羅華香。所言誠諦眾人愛重。復得生於三十三天。於此真言依法想念必得成就。即說陀羅尼曰。

歸命于無上的覺悟者(如來),以及佛法和聖賢僧眾。 大明心真言,是無能勝(佛菩薩名號)自己宣說的。
如來應正等覺也宣說了這個明咒。它能利益一切眾生,成就一切吉祥的事業,消除深重的罪業而不會中途夭折,延長壽命,遠離各種疾病。如果有善男子、善女人、童男、童女,對此經恭敬尊重,那麼所有心懷惡意的人和非人,如羅剎娑(惡鬼),烏娑多羅迦(一種惡鬼),餓鬼,塞建陀(一種鬼神),阿缽娑么啰(癲癇鬼),玉失者迦(偷精氣鬼),么怛啰(食人鬼),部多(鬼),鬼魅,以及各種惡眾所作的邪法,咒詛有情眾生,使他們遭受種種苦難,忍受飢餓疾病以及一切惡病,瘡癤癰腫疥癩疣贅等,都不能加害於他。如果有人有宿世的災殃罪業,導致互相殘殺、爭鬥喧鬧,以及王法禁錮、水火盜賊等災難逼迫時,憶念讀誦此咒,必定能消除災難,遠離災害,獲得吉祥安樂。如果又有人,或者在樺樹皮、絲綢、紙上書寫此明咒,或者在其他地方書寫供養,或者戴在頭頂上,或者戴在脖子上,或者戴在手臂上、手上,或者帶在衣服里,或者結成花鬘戴在頭髻中,這樣受持,永遠沒有災難,恒常得到安樂。如果經常在清晨潔凈身心,至誠讀誦此咒,那麼在捨棄生命之後,七世之中都能獲得宿命智,身相端正莊嚴,恒常得到快樂,戒行圓滿具足,口中常散發出優缽羅華(青蓮花)的香氣,所說的話真實可信,受到眾人愛戴敬重,還能往生到三十三天。對此真言依法想念,必定能獲得成就。現在就宣說陀羅尼咒語:

The Great Victory-Bestowing Heart Dharani Sutra
Translated by Tripiṭaka Dharma Master Fa Tian, Minister of the Honglu Temple and Transmission Master of Imperial Edict, from the Western Heaven
I take refuge in the unsurpassed Awakened One (Tathagata), and the Dharma and the Sangha of noble sages. The Great Heart Mantra is spoken by the Victory-Bestower (a Buddha/Bodhisattva name) himself.
The Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-saṃbuddha also speaks this mantra. It benefits all sentient beings, accomplishes all auspicious endeavors, eliminates heavy sins without premature death, prolongs life, and keeps away from all diseases. If there are good men, good women, boys, or girls who respectfully honor this sutra, then all humans and non-humans with evil intentions, such as Rakshasas (demons), Usatorakas (a type of demon), hungry ghosts, Skandhas (a type of spirit), Apasmara (epilepsy demon), Yukshakas (essence-stealing ghosts), Mataras (man-eating ghosts), Bhutas (ghosts), goblins, and all evil beings who perform evil magic, cursing sentient beings, causing them to suffer various hardships, endure hunger, disease, and all evil illnesses, sores, boils, carbuncles, scabies, warts, and so on, will not be able to harm them. If someone has past life calamities and sins, leading to mutual killing, fighting, and noisy disputes, as well as imprisonment by royal law, and difficulties from water, fire, and thieves, when such calamities and afflictions are pressing, remembering and reciting this mantra will surely dissipate the disasters, stay away from harm, and obtain auspicious peace and happiness. Furthermore, if someone writes this mantra on birch bark, silk, or paper, or writes it elsewhere for offering, or wears it on the top of their head, or around their neck, or on their arm, hand, or inside their clothes, or ties it into a garland and wears it in their hair, by upholding it in this way, they will forever be free from disasters and always obtain peace and happiness. If one constantly cleanses their body and mind in the early morning and sincerely recites this mantra, then after abandoning this life, they will obtain knowledge of past lives in seven lifetimes, have a handsome and dignified appearance, always obtain happiness, have complete precepts and conduct, and their mouth will constantly emit the fragrance of Utpala flowers (blue lotus), their words will be truthful and trustworthy, and they will be loved and respected by all. They will also be reborn in the Trayastrimsa Heaven (Thirty-three Heavens). By contemplating this mantra according to the Dharma, one will surely attain accomplishment. Now, the Dharani mantra is spoken:

Kuru Svastyanam (auspiciousness, happiness). Kuru Mama Dharmakara-sasinah (for me, for the light of Dharma). Svaha (accomplishment, fulfillment).
