爾時那吒太子。手捧戟。以惡眼見四方白佛言。我是北方天王吠室羅摩那羅阇第三王子其第二之孫。我祖父天王。及我那吒同共每日三度。白佛言。我護持佛法。欲攝縛惡人或起不善之心。我晝夜守護國王大臣及百官僚。相與殺害打陵。如是之輩者。我等那吒以金剛杖刺其眼及其心。若為比丘比丘尼優婆塞優婆夷起不善心及殺害心者。亦以金剛棒打其頭。爾時毗沙門孫那吒。白佛言世尊。我為未來諸不善眾生。降伏攝縛皆悉滅散故。亦護持國界故。說自心暴惡真言。唯愿世尊聽許。我說佛言善哉善哉那吒天王。汝為降伏一切國王大臣百寮殺凌者。亦法佛相違者。為降伏故恣汝意說真言曰。

若行者受持此咒者。先須書像。于彩色中並不得和膠。于白㲲上畫一毗沙門神其孫那吒天神七寶莊嚴。左手令執口齒。右手詫腰上令執三戟槊。其神足下作一藥叉女住趺坐。並作青黑色少赤加。

爾時那吒(Nata)太子。手捧戟。以惡眼見四方,對佛說:『我是北方天王吠室羅摩那羅阇(Vaiśravaṇa-rāja)的第三王子,是其第二之孫。我的祖父天王,和我那吒(Nata)共同每日三次,稟告佛:我護持佛法,想要攝伏捆縛那些作惡之人,或生起不善之心的人。我晝夜守護國王大臣以及百官僚屬,如果他們相互殺害侵凌,對於這樣的人,我那吒(Nata)將用金剛杖刺瞎他們的眼睛和心臟。如果有人為比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞(Upāsaka,男居士)、優婆夷(Upāsikā,女居士)生起不善之心以及殺害之心,我也將用金剛棒敲打他們的頭。』 爾時毗沙門(Vaiśravaṇa)的孫子那吒(Nata),對佛說:『世尊,爲了未來那些不善良的眾生,爲了降伏攝縛,使他們全部滅散,也爲了護持國界,我將說出自心的暴惡真言,唯愿世尊允許我說。』 佛說:『善哉善哉,那吒(Nata)天王。你爲了降伏一切國王大臣、百官僚屬中那些殺害侵凌者,以及那些與佛法相違背的人,爲了降伏他們,就隨你的意願說真言吧。』

At that time, Prince Nata (Nata), holding a halberd in his hand and looking at the four directions with fierce eyes, said to the Buddha: 'I am the third prince of the Northern Heavenly King Vaiśravaṇa-rāja (Vaiśravaṇa-rāja), and the grandson of his second son. My grandfather, the Heavenly King, and I, Nata (Nata), together report to the Buddha three times a day: I uphold the Buddha's Dharma and wish to subdue and bind those who commit evil deeds or harbor unkind intentions. Day and night, I guard the kings, ministers, and officials. If they kill and oppress each other, I, Nata (Nata), will use a vajra staff to pierce their eyes and hearts. If anyone harbors unkind or murderous intentions towards Bhikshus, Bhikshunis, Upāsakas (male lay devotees), or Upāsikās (female lay devotees), I will strike their heads with a vajra club.' At that time, Nata (Nata), the grandson of Vaiśravaṇa (Vaiśravaṇa), said to the Buddha: 'World Honored One, for the sake of those unkind beings in the future, to subdue and bind them, causing them to be completely scattered, and also to protect the borders of the country, I will speak the fierce mantra from my heart. I hope the World Honored One will allow me to speak it.' The Buddha said: 'Excellent, excellent, Heavenly King Nata (Nata). You, in order to subdue all those kings, ministers, and officials who kill and oppress, as well as those who go against the Buddha's Dharma, to subdue them, speak the mantra as you wish.'
Oṃ Deśāna Vaiśravaṇa Mahārājāya Yakṣa Adhipataye Namo Bhagavate Matara Badhani Svāhā
If a practitioner upholds this mantra, they must first create an image. Do not mix glue into the colored paints. On white fine cloth, draw an image of the god Vaiśravaṇa (Vaiśravaṇa) and his grandson, the heavenly deity Nata (Nata), adorned with the seven treasures. Have the left hand holding the mouth and teeth (possibly a ritual implement), and the right hand on the hip, holding a three-pronged spear. Under the feet of the deity, draw a Yaksha (Yaksa) woman in a lotus position, with a bluish-black color, slightly reddish.
若誦此咒時。就好地勿使有穢惡。種種花燒香供養。行者上下衣服並須一清。一廁行時當護身。黑月十五夜起首。對像前誦咒滿三十萬遍訖。然後取香泥供養尊像。若相違叛逆國王大臣百寮。有不善之心起者。以松葉護摩。七日之內。嚩日羅底瑟鬃(說云以金剛槌打其頭及心文)。
若有人比丘比丘尼犯者。以苦練木護摩。七日內殄滅。
又法犯國王人有。以佉陀羅木上設都嚧名字書。三角火中數數令出入。口誦上咒心想設都嚧。降伏。
又法富單那。及一切鬼王來伺其便者。以金剛木護摩。不過七日殄滅。又不善怨賊來凌殺時。以心印誦上咒一七遍自殄滅不敢來。
又法欲降伏怨人暴惡之人。以苦練木護摩。又苦木之汁煮出。黃土和作設都嚧形。胸上書姓名七設都嚧。七日之中投火中。數數誦咒作印無疑滅。
又法四輩人。於七珍起不善之心。或不撰父母兄弟姊妹六親眷屬。依法柏木護摩。一切珍財自來。
又法妻子奴婢車乘。及六畜生依法柏木護摩。一切六畜自來。
又欲勝一切諸人及惡怨人。以松木作三戟槊。數數打壇底。其壇底設都嚧之形置三。數數打數數絕。
又法阿修羅窟門。當以三戟槊打。當自口開。
又法以胡粉和塭護摩。領天供四萬人。

【English Translation】 English version If reciting this mantra, one should choose a clean place, avoiding filth and impurity. Offer various flowers and burn incense. The practitioner's clothes, from top to bottom, must be kept clean. When going to the toilet, one should protect oneself. Starting on the fifteenth night of the dark month (the end of the lunar month), recite the mantra in front of the Buddha image, completing thirty thousand repetitions. Then, offer fragrant mud to the honored image. If someone violates or rebels against the king, ministers, or officials, harboring evil intentions, perform homa (hù mó, transliteration of Sanskrit homa, meaning burning offerings) with pine leaves. Within seven days, recite 『Vajra-pratiṣṭha』 (Wà rì luó dǐ sè zōng, meaning Diamond Establishment), (it is said to strike their heads and hearts with a vajra mallet). If anyone, whether a bhikṣu (bǐ qiū, Buddhist monk) or bhikṣuṇī (bǐ qiū ní, Buddhist nun), violates the precepts, perform homa with neem wood, and they will be destroyed within seven days. Another method is, if someone offends the king, write the name of the enemy on khadira wood (qiā tuó luó mù, a type of tree), repeatedly move it in and out of a triangular fire, reciting the above mantra and thinking of the enemy in your mind, you can subdue them. Another method is, if Pūtanā (fù dān nuó, a type of evil spirit) and all the ghost kings come to seek an opportunity to cause trouble, perform homa with vajra wood, and they will be destroyed within seven days. If encountering malicious enemies who come to invade and kill, recite the above mantra seventeen times with the heart seal (a type of mudra), the enemies will naturally disappear and dare not come again. Another method is, if you want to subdue enemies or violent people, perform homa with neem wood. Or boil the juice of neem wood, mix it with yellow soil, and mold it into the shape of the enemy. Write their name on the chest, make seven enemy figures, and throw them into the fire within seven days. Repeatedly recite the mantra and form the mudra, and without a doubt, you can destroy the enemy. Another method is, if the four groups of people (bhikṣu, bhikṣuṇī, upāsaka (yōu pó sāi, lay male devotee), upāsikā (yōu pó yí, lay female devotee)) have evil intentions towards the seven treasures (qī bǎo), or do not support their parents, siblings, and other six relatives, perform homa with cypress wood according to the law, and all precious wealth will naturally come. Another method is, in order to obtain a wife, servants, vehicles, and six kinds of livestock, perform homa with cypress wood according to the law, and all six kinds of livestock will naturally come. If you want to defeat all people and malicious enemies, make a three-pronged spear (sān jǐ shuò) from pine wood, repeatedly strike the bottom of the altar. Place three enemy figures at the bottom of the altar, repeatedly strike them until they are completely broken. Another method is, the entrance to the cave of the asura (ā xiū luó, a type of divine being) should be struck with a three-pronged spear, and the entrance to the cave will naturally open. Another method is, perform homa with a mixture of white powder and salt, and you can receive offerings from forty thousand devas.
必來自國兵敵。及他國兵。一時殄滅。
心印者。二手內縛。二小二空出來去(善惡一切用)。
昔五國大亂。有八個月經月行多法遂無法驗。行此法降伏五國五萬軍自平安故。是名隨軍護法。

【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本:必定會使敵國軍隊以及其他國家的軍隊,在短時間內全部消滅。
心印(Mudra,手印)是:雙手在內相縛,兩個小指和兩個無名指伸出並來回移動(象徵善惡一切作用)。
過去五國發生大亂,有八個月的時間,人們嘗試了許多方法,最終都無法驗證有效。修行此法,降伏了五國五萬軍隊,自身也獲得了平安。因此,此法被稱為隨軍護法。

【English Translation】 English version: Surely, it will cause the enemy's troops and the troops of other countries to be completely annihilated in a short time.
The Heart Mudra (Mudra, hand gesture) is: hands bound inward, with the two little fingers and two ring fingers extended and moving back and forth (symbolizing all actions of good and evil).
In the past, there was a great chaos in five countries. For eight months, people tried many methods, but none could be verified as effective. By practicing this method, the five armies of five countries were subdued, and oneself also obtained peace. Therefore, this method is called 'Following the Army Dharma Protector'.
