若欲作此天法。先須畫像。或用白镴銅木等及花木。若鑄若刻並得。其像形。夫婦二身令相抱立。各長五寸。或七寸皆得。並作象頭人身。造像不得違價。其像成已。當以白月一日。于凈室內。用凈牛糞摩作圓壇。隨意大小。當取一升清細麻油。以凈銅器盛之。用上咒文咒油一百八遍。即暖其油。然後將像放著油中。安置壇內。用凈銅匙銅杓等率油。灌其二像頂身一百八遍。一日之中七遍灌之。平曉四遍日

Translated by Tripitaka Master Amoghavajra (Bukong), Great Xingshan Temple, bestowed with the title of 'Da Guang Zhi' (Great Universal Wisdom), who held the positions of Kaifu Yitong Sansi, Tejin Shi Honglu Qing, Duke of Su of the State, with a fief of three thousand households, granted the purple robe, posthumously awarded the title of Sikong, and posthumously named Dajian, under imperial decree.

If you wish to practice this deva (god) ritual, you must first create an image. You can use white lead, copper, wood, or flowers and trees. Whether casting or carving is acceptable. The image should depict a couple embracing each other, each five or seven inches tall. Both should have elephant heads and human bodies. Do not be stingy with the cost of creating the image. Once the image is completed, on the first day of the white month (the first half of the lunar month), in a clean room, use clean cow dung to create a round altar, any size you like. Take one sheng (a unit of volume) of clear, fine sesame oil and place it in a clean copper vessel. Recite the above mantra over the sesame oil one hundred and eight times, then warm the oil. Then place the image in the oil and place it inside the altar. Use a clean copper spoon or ladle to scoop the oil and pour it over the heads and bodies of the two images one hundred and eight times. Pour it seven times during the day, four times at dawn, and at the time of the sun

咒水護身咒

若欲作法時。先以上咒咒水七遍。用洗口。並更取水咒七遍。用楊柳散灑身上即為護身。然後入持誦室中作法之所。

洗浴咒

唵阿拏婆折唎(二合)婆跛隸拏訶

以上咒咒水七遍當用洗浴。

調和毗那夜迦法

請一切天作帝殊羅施印。以二小指無名指。相叉于掌內。豎二中指指頭

【English Translation】 English version Recite three times, making a total of seven times. Afterward, each day, further empower the old oil with the mantra to anoint the image. Perform this practice for seven days. Then, whatever you wish in your heart will be fulfilled as desired. While anointing the oil, make vows repeatedly. Also, use ghee, honey, and fried flour to make balls, along with radish roots and a cup of wine, as well as 'joyful balls' (sweet dumplings), seasonal fresh flowers, and fruits. Offer these new items separately each day. All good deeds will be accomplished at will, and all calamities will be extinguished. The offered food must be eaten by oneself first to gain strength. Invocation Seal: Hook the two little fingers and two ring fingers together inward. Then, erect and cross the two middle fingers. Next, erect the two index fingers and attach them to the middle fingers. Also, erect the two thumbs and place them near the sides of the index fingers. Move the thumbs back and forth. 大自在天咒曰。

誦咒一百八遍。即心歡喜非但夢中。但覺有魔事即作前法定好。

造像法

其像形端立。像頭人身。左牙出右牙折。面少向左。其鼻向外瘺。有六臂。其左上手把刀。次手把果盤。下手把輪。右上手把棒。次手把索。下手把牙。造此像不得違價。足數付之。若鑄若刻若畫並得。

右此大聖大秘要法。人間希有。實勿傳之宜誡慎也。

唸誦七遍。如果誦咒者夢中驚恐,見到各種畜生或不好的境界等,應當知道是Vighnanayaka王(障礙之主)嗔怒。夢中醒來后,立即慚愧地祈求不要嗔怒。第二天自然會有飲食供養來酬謝。用水在地上摩擦出一個兩肘寬的圓形壇,像盤子那麼大也可以。然後取𩟘餅五顆,蘿蔔根三顆,用火燒熟。如果有花,就放上花,並燒白膠、薰陸等香,安放在壇中。誦咒者在壇的西邊面向東坐,唸誦大自在天咒一百零八遍后,口中說『慚愧,請好好離去』。這樣說完后,將壇中的雜物用盤子盛著,出門向西丟棄,向西北也可以。口中說『薩婆藥叉啰阇(sarva yaksha raja)(一切夜叉之王) 阿藹舍訶娑缽阇伽車(a ayesa hasa pajagaccha)(請來享用) 』。說完后丟棄即可返回。

大自在天咒:

右邊這個大聖的極秘密重要的法,人間很少有,實在不要輕易傳授,應該告誡謹慎。

【English Translation】 English version Mudra: Intertwine the hands. Place both index fingers on the lower half of the first joint of the back of the middle fingers. Thumbs.

Mantra for Inviting and Dismissing:

Om(seed syllable) Shatru(enemy) Paramathaniye(supreme destroyer) Svaha(accomplishment)

Recite seven times. If the mantra reciter is frightened in a dream, seeing various animals or bad realms, know that it is the anger of Vighnanayaka King(Lord of Obstacles). Upon waking from the dream, immediately feel ashamed and beg him not to be angry. The next day, there will naturally be food and drink offered as gratitude. Rub the ground with water to create a circular altar two cubits wide, or as large as a tray. Then take five 𩟘 cakes and three radish roots, and cook them with fire. If there are flowers, place them, and burn white resin, frankincense, and other incense, placing them on the altar. The mantra reciter sits facing east on the west side of the altar, recites the Great自在天咒(Mahadeva Mantra) one hundred and eight times, and then says, 'I am ashamed, please depart peacefully.' After saying this, place the miscellaneous items from the altar in a tray, take them out the door, and discard them to the west, or northwest. Say, 'Sarva Yaksha Raja(all Yaksha Kings) A Ayesa Hasa Pajagaccha(please come and enjoy).' After saying this, discard the items and return.

Great自在天(Mahadeva) Mantra:

Om(seed syllable) Vitarasani(fearless one) Paramardani(supreme crusher) Chindani Chindani(cutter, cutter) Bhindani Bhindani(breaker, breaker) Svaha(accomplishment)

Recite this mantra one hundred and eight times, and the mind will be joyful. Not only in dreams, but whenever you feel that demonic events are happening, follow the previous method, and it will surely be good.

Iconography:

The form of the image is standing upright, with an elephant head and a human body, the left tusk protruding, the right tusk broken, the face slightly turned to the left, and the nose protruding outward. It has six arms. The uppermost left hand holds a sword, the second hand holds a fruit plate, and the lowermost hand holds a wheel. The uppermost right hand holds a staff, the second hand holds a rope, and the lowermost hand holds a tusk. The price for creating this image must not be violated, and the full amount must be paid. Whether it is cast, carved, or painted, all are acceptable.

This extremely secret and important Dharma of the Great Sage is rare in the human world, and should not be easily transmitted. One should be warned to be cautious.
