若於聖天法大欲開靈驗者。先造立天地盤。則天盤長三寸又四寸。地盤長方七寸。以有乳木及香木。一日之內造之。天地共以白木作之。造畫時不可見下劣之人。必必精進潔齋。以吉日為之。依通法擇日。合耳一頭天盤圓作。觀東方安葉上唵字。即變成日王歡喜天。頭上在日輪于俗形而有瞋相。面容赤色。右手持吠琉璃收胸上。左手持獨股收左腰。摧壞部主名無憂大將。被七阿僧祇眷屬圍繞。居青石上。

南方葉上觀爾字。即變為愛王歡喜天。似法師形。及其鼻胸下如面目矢。右手持團餅安結跏上。左手持蘿富根舉左肩間。野幹部主名象頭大將。十八俱胝被眷屬圍繞。居赤石上。

西方葉上觀頡哩字。即變為月愛歡喜天。其形美女也。頭有花鬘。右手持寶鏡。左手支頰。以寶篋為□足。端正殊妙色。一牙部主名嚴髻大將。一百四千俱胝眷屬被圍繞。座虎皮上。

北方葉上觀忙字。即變議特歡喜天。其形青色如憍尸迦天。左右手各作刀印。收各方腰。龍象部主名頂行大將。一俱胝那臾多眷屬圍繞踞黑石。

If one wishes to unlock the spiritual efficacy of the sacred Gaṇapati ritual, one must first construct the celestial and terrestrial mandalas. The celestial mandala should measure three and four inches in length, while the terrestrial mandala should be rectangular, measuring seven inches in length. These should be crafted from milky wood and fragrant wood within a single day. Both mandalas should be made of white wood. During the creation of the images, they must not be seen by inferior individuals. One must be diligent in purification and fasting, selecting an auspicious day according to common methods. The celestial mandala should be round at one end. On the eastern leaf, visualize the syllable Om, which immediately transforms into Sūrya-kāma-deva (Sun-desire-deva). He has a sun disc on his head, appears in a common form with an angry expression, and has a red face. His right hand holds a Vairocana (crystal) against his chest, and his left hand holds a vajra (single-pronged thunderbolt) at his left waist. The chief of the destroying faction is named Aśoka-senāpati (Sorrowless General), surrounded by seven Asaṃkhya (innumerable) retinue, residing on a blue stone.

On the southern leaf, visualize the syllable īr, which immediately transforms into Kāma-deva (Desire-deva). He resembles a Dharma master, with his nose and below his chest like an arrow of the face. His right hand holds a round cake placed on his lotus-positioned legs, and his left hand holds a radish root raised near his left shoulder. The chief of the wilderness faction is named Gajendra-senāpati (Elephant-headed General), surrounded by eighteen Koṭi (ten million) retinue, residing on a red stone.

On the western leaf, visualize the syllable hrīḥ, which immediately transforms into Candra-kāma-deva (Moon-desire-deva). His form is that of a beautiful woman, with a garland of flowers on her head. Her right hand holds a precious mirror, and her left hand supports her cheek. She uses a jeweled box as her footrest, and her appearance is exceptionally beautiful. The chief of the single-tusk faction is named Mukuta-senāpati (Crown-haired General), surrounded by one hundred and forty thousand Koṭi (ten million) retinue, seated on a tiger skin.

On the northern leaf, visualize the syllable maṃ, which immediately transforms into Vitarka-kāma-deva (Thought-desire-deva). His form is blue, like Kauśika-deva (Indra). His left and right hands each make a sword mudra, placed at his waist. The chief of the dragon-elephant faction is named Śīrṣa-gāmin-senāpati (Head-walking General), surrounded by one Koṭi Niyuta (ten million x 10^5) retinue, seated on a black stone.

【English Translation】 English version: Agni Deva (Fire God). Place Yama Deva (God of Death) in the south. Place Rakshasa Deva (Guardian deity of Rakshasas) in the southwest. Place Varuna Deva (God of Water) in the west. Place Vayu Deva (God of Wind) in the northwest. Place Vaishravana Deva (Guardian of the North) in the north. Place Maheshvara Deva (Another name for Shiva) in the northeast. Place the Twenty-Eight Constellations and Thirty-Six Animals. Establish them in this order. The Four Heavens of the Celestial Disk are one entity, not different entities. If there is a space in the middle, placing Dopa Deva (Meaning unclear) is not an obstacle.

Om Bha-ka-ra (Two combined) Thirty thousand retinue from the Ganges sands protect self and others. Pray, pray, decide quickly, quickly, as the law commands.

Next is the summoning mudra for the Earthly Disk assembly and others. Make the Tejas-ra-shi mudra: Cross the two little fingers and two ring fingers inside the palm and raise them. 【English Translation】 English version For abdominal and head ailments, one should pray to Surya (Sun God) combined with Yama (Lord of Death). To successfully conduct debates and reach resolutions, one should pray to Surya combined with Maheśvara (Shiva), and invoke the twenty-eight constellations. To accomplish public or private affairs and ensure the successful completion of sacred matters, one should pray to Kāmadeva (God of Love) combined with Indra (King of Gods). To obtain a bountiful harvest and a good year, one should pray to the deity associated with discussion combined with Indra. To ensure peace within the household, one should pray to Kāmadeva combined with Vaiśravaṇa (God of Wealth). To quell disputes and gossiping, one should pray to Kāmadeva combined with Īśvara (The Lord). To stop strange occurrences and bad dreams, one should pray to Surya combined with Yama. To ensure the swift return of dispatched messengers, one should pray to the deity associated with discussion combined with Vayu (Wind God), causing them to return quickly. By performing these prayers individually and according to the proper ritual, the desired outcomes will surely be achieved. Recite the fundamental mantra and mudra at the appropriate time (as mentioned before). Next, form the protective mudras of the three families, following the various common mudras. The All-Encompassing Hook Mudra: Bind the hands inward and place them above the head, then scatter them. The mantra is: Om Sara Sara, may heaven and earth be entirely bound, bind, bind, hum, hum, phat. Next, form the corresponding mudra, the immovable '謁哦' mudra. The mantra is: Hum Hum, Kili Kili, Hum Phat, Svaha. Next is the ten directions boundary mudra, the earth-binding square wall, the sky-binding mudra, and so on. The mantras are also the same (as mentioned before). Next, align with the thread. The mantra is: Om Kili Kili Hum This Dharma was transmitted by the Heavenly French at Bodhi Temple. Its methods are not many, and people at the time called it the efficacious Dharma.
