摩醯首羅天法要
爾時摩醯首羅天。于天上與諸天女遊戲化樂作諸伎樂。忽然于發中化出一天女。容顏端正伎藝第一。諸天之眾無能過者。而說咒曰。
曩謨郁爾灑摩毗藥(二合)尸佉地毗也(二合)缽啰(二合)缽底(丁以反)野式伽羅者僧(去)林僧(去)林但你也(二合)他濕嚩(二合)諾底兼跋啰么諾哩你吽泮吒(半音)
持誦此咒者。不問凈與不凈。有妻無妻。食五辛酒肉與不食。常誦持者。一切善愿悉得成就。況三業清凈人早成悉地。更有何疑。若有人日沒之時。誦此咒一百八反。即有效驗。
次畫像法 先畫摩醯首羅天像。容顏奇特端正殊妙。從髮際化出一天女。端正第一垂妙瓔珞。兩手絡環釧。左手捧天花。與天王相視喜媚之容。右手向下捻裙之勢。於左膝上坐摩登伽天。
次說手印相。二羽外相叉。左押右成縛。檀惠進力豎禪智申相合禪庾為請召。真言曰。
唵尾跢羅娑(上)柅跛羅摩哩馱抳瞋馱抳瞋馱抳頻馱尼頻馱抳娑嚩(二合)賀
若有人日日受持此印真言。供養摩醯首羅天者。種種得驗。亦每作是印咒。供養一切諸佛。諸佛生歡喜。兼療一切諸病

爾時,摩醯首羅天(Maheśvara,大自在天),在天上與眾天女嬉戲娛樂,演奏各種樂器。忽然從頭髮中化生出一位天女,容貌端莊美麗,技藝天下第一,眾天人都無法勝過她。於是說出咒語:
曩謨郁爾灑摩毗藥(二合)尸佉地毗也(二合)缽啰(二合)缽底(丁以反)野式伽羅者僧(去)林僧(去)林但你也(二合)他濕嚩(二合)諾底兼跋啰么諾哩你吽泮吒(半音)
持誦此咒的人,無論是否清凈,無論有無妻子,無論是否食用五辛酒肉,只要經常誦持,一切美好的願望都能實現。更何況是身口意三業清凈的人,更能早日成就悉地(Siddhi,成就)。這還有什麼可懷疑的呢?如果有人在日落時分,誦此咒一百零八遍,立刻就能見效。
其次是畫像的方法:首先要畫摩醯首羅天像,容貌奇特端正,非常美妙。從髮際化生出一位天女,端莊美麗天下第一,身上垂掛著美妙的瓔珞,兩手戴著手鐲和臂釧,左手捧著天花,與天王相互凝視,面露喜悅嫵媚的容貌。右手向下,做出捻裙子的姿勢,坐在摩登伽天(Matangi,旃陀羅女)的左膝上。
其次是手印的相狀。兩手向外交叉,左手壓在右手上結成縛,檀惠(Dāna-pāramitā,佈施)和進力(Vīrya-pāramitā,精進)二指豎立,禪(Dhyāna,禪定)和智(Prajñā,智慧)二指的指尖相合,禪(Dhyāna,禪定)和庾(指無名指)結成請召印。真言曰:
唵尾跢羅娑(上)柅跛羅摩哩馱抳瞋馱抳瞋馱抳頻馱尼頻馱抳娑嚩(二合)賀
如果有人每日受持此手印和真言,供養摩醯首羅天,就能得到各種各樣的靈驗。也可以常常結此手印,誦此真言,供養一切諸佛,諸佛都會心生歡喜,並且還能治療一切疾病。
【English Translation】 English version Maheśvara Deva Ritual
At that time, Maheśvara Deva (the Great自在天), was playing and enjoying himself with celestial maidens in the heavens, making various kinds of music. Suddenly, a celestial maiden manifested from his hair, with a dignified and beautiful appearance, and her skills were unmatched by anyone among the celestial beings. Then he spoke the mantra:
Namo ulsa ma biyao (two combined) shi qie di bi ye (two combined) bo la (two combined) bo di (ding yi fan) ye shi qie luo zhe seng (qu) lin seng (qu) lin dan ni ye (two combined) ta shi wa (two combined) nuo di jian ba la mo nuo li ni hong pan zha (half sound)
Those who recite this mantra, regardless of whether they are pure or impure, whether they have a wife or not, whether they eat the five pungent spices, wine, and meat or not, if they constantly recite it, all good wishes will be fulfilled. How much more so for those who are pure in body, speech, and mind, they will achieve Siddhi (accomplishment) sooner. What doubt is there? If someone recites this mantra one hundred and eight times at sunset, it will be effective immediately.
Next is the method of drawing the image: First, draw the image of Maheśvara Deva, with a unique and dignified appearance, extremely beautiful. A celestial maiden manifests from his hairline, dignified and beautiful, the best in the world, wearing exquisite necklaces. Both hands wear bracelets and armlets, the left hand holds a celestial flower, and she gazes at the Heavenly King with a joyful and charming expression. The right hand is downward, making a gesture of pinching the skirt, sitting on the left knee of Matangi (旃陀羅女).
Next is the description of the hand mudra. The two hands are crossed outwards, the left hand pressing on the right hand to form a bond, the Dāna-pāramitā (佈施) and Vīrya-pāramitā (精進) fingers are erected, the tips of the Dhyāna (禪定) and Prajñā (智慧) fingers are joined together, the Dhyāna (禪定) and ring finger form the summoning mudra. The mantra is:
Om wei tuo luo suo (upper) ni bo luo mo li tuo ni chen tuo ni chen tuo ni pin tuo ni pin tuo ni suo wa (two combined) he
If someone daily upholds this hand mudra and mantra, and makes offerings to Maheśvara Deva, they will obtain various kinds of miraculous effects. Also, by frequently making this mudra and reciting this mantra, and making offerings to all the Buddhas, all the Buddhas will be delighted, and it can also cure all diseases.
有驗。
若誦滿一千反。令婦人生歡喜。若誦二千反。令一切人生歡喜。若誦三千反。得非人愛樂。誦四千反。一切毗那多羅鬼皆歡喜。誦五千反。一切龍女生歡喜心。乃至誦一萬反。一切天龍藥叉五通神仙皆悉歡喜。若人慾見本身者。取燒死人。殘柴誦咒一百八反招之。即得見本身。又法若能降伏怨家者。取赤土畫其形。書其姓名。以左腳踏之。誦咒一百八反。不論遠近彼人自然來向所降伏。又法若欲令夫婦相愛。畫其形書姓名。準前法踏之。即相愛敬。又法若欲欲得國王大臣一切諸人敬愛者。準前法作之。若療鬼病者。取伽陀木。截作二十一段。咒二十一反。一咒一燒病差。若神病。取阿魏安悉香雄黃青木香苦練葉。各等分搗篩和水為丸。誦咒燒之病即差。若狐媚病。取雄黃安悉香芎藭獨頭萩𡱝角羝羊尿白馬懸蹄驢夜等。各分此八味為朱燒之。薰入鼻孔及涂身上。若欲成結界者。以水咒七反。散灑四方。隨意遠近如法成結界。
摩醯首羅天王法要
此法中摩醯首羅者東北伊舍那天也。

摩醯首羅天王(Mahesvara,濕婆神)法要
此法中的摩醯首羅(Mahesvara)就是東北方的伊舍那天(Isana,方位神)。
【English Translation】 English version It is effective. If one recites it a thousand times, it will cause women to rejoice. If one recites it two thousand times, it will cause all people to rejoice. If one recites it three thousand times, one will be loved by non-humans. If one recites it four thousand times, all Vinatara (a type of ghost) ghosts will rejoice. If one recites it five thousand times, all dragon girls will develop a joyful mind. Even if one recites it ten thousand times, all Devas (gods), Nagas (dragons), Yakshas (a type of spirit), five-penetration immortals will rejoice. If a person wants to see the ghost's true form, take the remaining firewood from a burnt corpse and recite the mantra one hundred and eight times to summon it, and one will be able to see the ghost's true form. Another method: if one wants to subdue an enemy, take red clay and draw their form, write their name, step on it with the left foot, and recite the mantra one hundred and eight times. No matter how far away, that person will naturally come and surrender. Another method: if one wants husband and wife to love each other, draw their forms, write their names, and step on them according to the previous method, and they will love and respect each other. Another method: if one wants to be loved and respected by the king, ministers, and all people, do it according to the previous method. If treating ghost sickness, take Kadamba (a type of tree) wood, cut it into twenty-one pieces, chant the mantra twenty-one times, burning one piece with each chant, and the sickness will be cured. If it is spirit sickness, take Asafoetida (a type of medicine), Benzoin (a type of incense), Realgar (a type of mineral), Aristolochia debilis (a type of medicine), Melia azedarach leaves (a type of plant's leaves), take equal parts of each, pound and sift them, mix with water to make pills, recite the mantra and burn them, and the sickness will be cured. If it is fox spirit sickness, take Realgar, Benzoin, Ligusticum striatum (a type of medicine), Allium macrostemon (a type of plant), ram horn, ram urine, white horse's hanging hoof, donkey dung, take one part of each, burn these eight ingredients together, fumigate the nostrils with the smoke, and apply it to the body. If one wants to create a boundary, chant the mantra over water seven times, sprinkle it in the four directions, as far or near as desired, and a boundary will be created according to the Dharma.
