爾時三十三天主摩醯首羅天王。共諸天女眾贊寶藏天王名吒羅佉。有大威德色力無比能於世間行殊勝事。迴天動地傾山覆海。兵戈勝負志意而成。財帛金寶積如山嶽。世間受用。即說咒曰。
唵吒羅佉吒羅佉毗多羅你莎嚩訶
若欲受持此法。先畫一天女形。泥檀法五月五日前七日。吃希粥長齋。意欲去處須凈潔也。凡行此法天女不喚自來。然須思存用表至誠。此法必須五月五日夜受持即果成就。五月五日夜。注想思存換換誦咒一千八遍。不得急。至三更即心昏似睡。天女使諸女來令相試弄。必莫共語。至第二遍。其天女吒羅佉自來相見。其作法人不得赴。便䠒跪合掌頂禮兩拜。即相問之有何所須。其作法人隨口答之。乞好藥長生不死通靈。世間萬事之情。終身奉事。天女意生欲為夫妻。天女聞已甚大歡喜。當夜便與交諸愿如意。若欲作姊妹。於事必須分明勿生狐疑。其壇法二肘半量用牛糞泥地。更以香泥塗地。五色彩畫又五色彩各二尺一寸。在壇內安天女座。酥密乳等果子各一盤。五色花餅各五枚。已雜栗麥燒花隨意供養。其畫像法天女身長二尺五寸。頭作花冠所點花極妙端正

唵 吒羅佉 吒羅佉 毗多羅你 莎嚩訶 (Om Taraka Taraka Vitaraṇi Svāhā)

【English Translation】 English version The Dhāraṇī Method of the Treasure Store Heavenly Woman
At one time, the lord of the Thirty-Three Heavens, Maheśvara (Great自在天), together with a multitude of heavenly women, praised the Treasure Store Heavenly King, whose name is Taraka (吒羅佉). The Treasure Store Heavenly King possesses great power and unparalleled strength, capable of performing various extraordinary deeds in the world, such as revolving the heavens, shaking the earth, overturning mountains, and covering the seas. The victories and defeats of warfare, the fulfillment of intentions, and the accumulation of wealth, gold, and jewels are as high as mountains, for the benefit of the world. Thereupon, Maheśvara spoke the following mantra:
Om Taraka Taraka Vitaraṇi Svāhā
If one wishes to uphold this method, first draw an image of a heavenly woman. Seven days before the fifth day of the fifth month, build an altar with mud, eat thin porridge, and maintain a long fast. The place one wishes to go must be kept clean. Whoever practices this method, the heavenly woman will come of her own accord without being summoned. However, one must contemplate with the mind and use offerings to express sincerity. This method must be upheld on the night of the fifth day of the fifth month in order to achieve success. On the night of the fifth day of the fifth month, focus the mind and contemplate, slowly reciting the mantra one thousand and eight times, without rushing. By the third watch of the night, the mind will become drowsy, as if falling asleep. The heavenly woman will send various heavenly women to test you; be sure not to speak to them. By the second round, the heavenly woman Taraka (吒羅佉) will personally come to see you. The practitioner should not rise, but should kneel, join palms, and bow twice. The heavenly woman will ask what you need. The practitioner should answer spontaneously, requesting good medicine, immortality, spiritual powers, and information about all matters in the world, and vowing to serve the heavenly woman for life. If the heavenly woman develops the desire to become your spouse, she will be very pleased to hear it, and will grant all your wishes that night. If you wish to become sisters with the heavenly woman, you must be clear about this matter and not harbor any doubts. The method of building the altar is to use cow dung to plaster a ground area of two and a half cubits, and then plaster the ground with fragrant mud. Use five colors to paint, each color being two feet and one inch. Place the seat of the heavenly woman inside the altar, and offer plates of ghee, honey, cheese, and various fruits, as well as five flower cakes of five colors each. Mixed chestnuts and wheat, as well as burnt flowers, may be offered as desired. The method of drawing the image is that the heavenly woman's height should be two feet and five inches, with a flower crown on her head, and the flowers depicted should be extremely beautiful and upright.
。身著紫袍金帶烏靴。右手把蓮花。左手把如意寶珠。其天女端正光明。世間畫師無能畫者。必須好手不得論價。應時通靈心神自在。財帛盈溢官位高遷。中一切禍福了達。貴賤男女皆悉歡喜。凡有所動一切鬼神皆來迎待如敬天官。悚懼瞻仰便得無礙。乃至世間好妙藝隨意而成。有惡來相害者。便呼賊各皆得自縛自打。言放即放世間走失死亡如驗。目前萬病舉意持之皆差。又八真言各須清凈沐浴著新凈衣。于佛前形像前各誦三七遍。然後作法。

【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本:身著紫色長袍,繫著金色腰帶,腳穿黑色官靴。右手拿著蓮花,左手拿著如意寶珠。這位天女端莊美麗,世間的畫師都無法描繪出她的神韻。必須是技藝精湛的畫師,且不能計較報酬。應時顯靈,心神自在,能帶來豐厚的財富,官位也能得到提升。世間一切禍福之事都能明瞭通達,無論地位高低、男女老少都會心生歡喜。凡有所行動,一切鬼神都會前來迎接侍奉,如同敬畏天官一般,感到敬畏和仰慕,從而得到庇護,諸事無礙。乃至世間美好的技藝都能隨意成就。如果有惡人前來加害,只需呼喊『賊』,他們就會自行捆綁、自行毆打。說『放』就立刻放開,世間走失或死亡之事,應驗如親眼所見。目前所患的各種疾病,只要意念專注地持誦真言,都能痊癒。還有八個真言,每次持誦前都必須清凈身心,沐浴更衣,穿上乾淨的新衣服,在佛像前或天女像前,每個真言誦唸三七遍(二十一遍),然後依法行事。

【English Translation】 English version: Dressed in a purple robe, with a golden belt and black boots. The right hand holds a lotus flower, and the left hand holds a wish-fulfilling jewel (如意寶珠, Ruyi Baozhu). This heavenly woman (天女, Tiannv) is so dignified and radiant that no worldly painter can capture her essence. A skilled artist is required, regardless of the price. She manifests miraculously in response to prayers, bringing peace of mind, abundant wealth, and promotion in official rank. She understands all the fortunes and misfortunes of the world, and is welcomed by people of all social classes, genders, and ages. Whenever one acts, all ghosts and spirits will come to greet and serve, as if revering a heavenly official (天官, Tianguan), filled with awe and admiration, thus obtaining protection and unobstructed progress. Even worldly skills and arts can be accomplished at will. If evil people come to harm, simply call out 'thief,' and they will bind and beat themselves. Saying 'release' will immediately release them. The whereabouts of lost items or the circumstances of death in the world will be verified as if seen with one's own eyes. All kinds of illnesses can be cured by focusing the mind and reciting the mantra. There are also eight true words (真言, Zhenyan), each of which must be recited after purifying the body and mind, bathing and changing into clean new clothes, and reciting each mantra three times seven times (twenty-one times) before the image of the Buddha or the heavenly woman, and then performing the ritual.
