一行禪師修述。二十八宿在天左轉。數知人犯觸之位。大唐武德元年起戊寅。至咸通十五年甲午。都得二百五十七年矣。梵天火羅九曜及暗虛二星圖在此。但諸星都所在。看之決定。一生吉兇萬不失一神妙之極云云。
一羅睺蝕神星明曰。
唵啰戶曩阿素(三合)啰邏惹野塞麻舍睹野曩(名位)扇底伽哩莎婆訶
羅睺星以錢供養口決云向丑寅供之。年一十十九二十八三十七四十六五十五六十四七十三八十二九十一併大兇。

行年至此宿者兇。星隱而不見。一名羅睺。一名羅師。一名黃幡。一名火陽。臨人本命。憂官失位。重病相纏。財物破散喪服愁口舌。國王以神不祭至此宿修福攘之。元神錢畫所犯神形供養大吉云云(人命屬大清天。此年百事如意。所求必得。行來出入皆大吉利)。

羅睺星，用錢供養的口訣是面向丑寅方位供養。逢一、十、十九、二十八、三十七、四十六、五十五、六十四、七十三、八十二、九十一歲時，都非常兇險。
行年到此星宿的人會遭遇兇險。此星隱而不見。它一名羅睺（Rāhu），一名羅師，一名黃幡，一名火陽。當它臨到人的本命時，會使人擔憂官位喪失，被重病纏身，財物破散，遭遇喪事，徒增煩惱口舌。國王如果因為祭祀不周而遇到此星，應修福禳解。用元神錢畫出所犯的神形來供養，大吉大利。（人命屬於大清天，此年百事如意，所求必得，出行出入都大吉大利）。

Brahma Horā Nine Luminaries
Composed and narrated by Chan Master Yi Xing. The twenty-eight constellations rotate to the left in the sky, used to calculate the positions that people offend. Starting from the year Wu Yin of the Wude era of the Great Tang Dynasty, up to the year Jia Wu of the Xiantong 15th year, it has been a total of two hundred and fifty-seven years. The Brahma Horā Nine Luminaries and the Dark Void Two Stars diagram are here. Just look carefully at the location of each star to accurately determine the good and bad luck of a lifetime, which is extremely miraculous.
- Rāhu (Eclipse God Star): The mantra for the Eclipse God Star is as follows:
Om Rāhu na Asura raja ya samashatuye (name and position) shanti kari svāhā
The oral instruction for making offerings to Rāhu is to face the direction of Chou (丑, Ox) and Yin (寅, Tiger). When one reaches the ages of 1, 10, 19, 28, 37, 46, 55, 64, 73, 82, and 91, it is extremely ominous.
For those whose year of life reaches this constellation, it is ominous. The star is hidden and not seen. It is also named Rāhu, also named Luo Shi, also named Yellow Banner, also named Fire Yang. When it approaches a person's natal chart, it causes worry about losing official position, being entangled in serious illness, loss of wealth, mourning, sorrow, and disputes. If a king encounters this star due to improper sacrifices, he should cultivate blessings to avert it. Drawing the form of the offending deity with Yuanshen money and making offerings is very auspicious. (A person's life belongs to the Great Pure Heaven. In this year, everything goes as desired, all wishes are fulfilled, and all travels are very auspicious).

Om shushu kara gadha va (twofold) ra va (twofold) la va (twofold) la ra (name/position) shiri soha (twofold) ha
Spring in the Xun (southeast) direction, summer in the Kun (southwest) direction, autumn in the Qian (northwest) direction, winter in the Gen (northeast) direction. Offer a plate of fruit in the late summer month. The oral instruction says the direction is not fixed; in spring, face the Xun direction, and the rest follow in order. The years twenty-one, twenty, twenty-nine, thirty-eight, forty-seven, fifty-six, sixty-five, seventy-four, eighty-three, and ninety-two are all very unlucky.
When the year reaches this constellation, it is the Saturn in the central palace. This star is ninety li in circumference and belongs to the division of the Chu kingdom. This constellation is the most ominous, especially when it is near the palace, obscuring people. This constellation symbolizes chastity, illness, and imprisonment. For a gentleman, encountering this star is a year of great calamity, called Saturn. One should not offend it. Its form is like a Brahmin, wearing a bull's crown, holding a tin staff. To eliminate the misfortune it brings to the king, offer a plate of fruit in the late summer month. One should send money to the original spirit of one's birth year, and draw and worship the form of the offended deity. Wear yellow clothes to ward it off, and one will surely eliminate disasters and increase blessings and longevity. The year of birth belongs to the Red Void Heaven, and everything is unsatisfactory. Men should not be officials, and women should not marry. Avoid the Geng and Xin days in March and September.

If the annual fortune reaches this constellation, this constellation governs the sun and belongs to the sun. The circumference of this constellation is one thousand five hundred li, and it revolves around the sky once a day. If it descends on a person's natal chart, it will bring promotion and increased salary, and there will be happy events. One will often receive guidance from noble people, and the things one does will be successful. The king should offer sacrifices to it with various treasures on the day of the winter solstice, which will be very auspicious. The mantra of this constellation is inconceivable. If the annual fortune reaches this star, this star is also called Southern Fire Mars (Nanfang yinghuo xing), also called Four Profit Star (Si Li Xing), also called Xu Han (Xu Han). The circumference of this star is seventy li, and it belongs to the territory of the Wei Kingdom. If it descends on a person's fate, it will surely cause disputes and illnesses. The divine form is like a heretic, wearing a donkey crown on the head, with four hands holding weapons and blades. The king should offer fire sacrifices to it in the middle month of summer. 行年至此計都亦是隱星。一名豹尾。一名大隱。首隱不見。不見而行無定形。若臨人名。官最多逼塞。求官不遂。務被遷移。官符相纏。多憂疾病。此星兇。國王不祭。

The tail of the eclipse deity dwells in these two constellations from the first month to the end of the year (no variant versions above). According to the Yusi Sutra: Ordinary people only know the seven luminaries, not the obscure stars called Rāhu (羅睺) and Ketu (計都). These stars are in hidden positions and cannot be seen; they cause eclipses when they meet the sun and moon, and are called eclipse deities. Ketu (計都) is the tail of the eclipse deity, also known as Leopard Tail. The star lords guarding Shangxuan, the Ninth Heaven, the North Pole, and the Big Dipper, from kings and nobles to ordinary people, all belong to the jurisdiction of the seven stars of the Big Dipper. One must always respect the Big Dipper, so that one will not encounter unexpected disasters and evil events. Universally helping people in distress can prolong life and eliminate various calamities. Together with one's Ben Ming Yuan Shen (original spirit of natal destiny), sincerely making offerings can fulfill people's destiny and fortune. Disasters, misfortunes, confusion, and blockages are all due to disrespecting the star images and not knowing that one has offended the stars. Walking in darkness, disasters will naturally come. After performing propitiatory rites, great fortune will ensue. The days for worshipping the Ben Ming Yuan Shen are six days a year. As long as it is a sincere Ben Ming day, use good paper to cut money according to the year, use three stacks of tea and fruit, and set up a clean bed. Burn incense and sincerely face the Big Dipper.
