如是我聞。一時薄伽梵。住迦毗羅衛國。釋迦種族聚落。爾時有一釋種。住車尼摩迦聚落。于佛凈信於法凈信于僧凈信。歸依于佛歸依於法歸依于僧。不疑于佛不疑於法不疑于僧。盡心于佛盡心於法盡心于僧。決定於等覺勝趣。其人眼所見色相而不得見。
爾時乞曬摩迦釋種。憶念如來作如是言。稽首佛世尊智炬陀羅尼能作光明者。歸命善逝大悲者。護念攝受我令我眼清凈。
爾時世尊超越世間耳眼。以天耳聞以天眼見。爾時世尊告阿難陀言。汝往于釋種所。以此陀羅尼明加護令凈其眼。令彼拔濟令彼攝受。令彼長養令彼結界。令彼眼無垢翳得離疾病。廣令流佈四部眾苾芻苾芻尼優婆塞優婆夷及余有情。真言曰。

【English Translation】 English version The Dharani Sutra for Clearing Away All Eye Diseases
Translated by the Tripitaka Master Amoghavajra of Da Guangzhi Da Xing Shan Temple, who held the titles of Grand Master of the Three Departments, Special Advanced Official of the Honglu Court, Duke Su of the State of Guo with a fief of three thousand households, bestowed with purple robes, posthumously granted the title of Minister of Public Works, and posthumously named Dajian.
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan (World Honored One) was dwelling in the Shakya (Shakya) clan settlement in the country of Kapilavastu (Kapilavastu). At that time, there was a Shakya man living in the Cani-mo-ka (Cani-mo-ka) settlement, who had pure faith in the Buddha, pure faith in the Dharma, and pure faith in the Sangha. He took refuge in the Buddha, took refuge in the Dharma, and took refuge in the Sangha. He had no doubt about the Buddha, no doubt about the Dharma, and no doubt about the Sangha. He devoted himself to the Buddha, devoted himself to the Dharma, and devoted himself to the Sangha. He was determined to attain the supreme enlightenment. However, he could not see the forms that his eyes perceived.
At that time, the Shakya man Kshayamaka (Kshayamaka), recalling the Tathagata (Tathagata), spoke thus: 'I bow my head to the Buddha, the World Honored One, the torch of wisdom, the Dharani that can create light. I take refuge in the Sugata (Sugata), the greatly compassionate one. Protect and embrace me, so that my eyes may be clear and pure.'
At that time, the World Honored One, surpassing the ears and eyes of the world, heard with his divine ear and saw with his divine eye. Then, the World Honored One said to Ananda (Ananda): 'Go to that Shakya man and bless him with the light of this Dharani, so that his eyes may be clear. May he be delivered from suffering, may he be embraced, may he grow in goodness, may he be protected by boundaries. May his eyes be free from impurities and diseases. Widely propagate this to the fourfold assembly—Bhikshus (Bhiksu), Bhikshunis (Bhiksuni), Upasakas (Upasaka), Upasikas (Upasika), and other sentient beings.' The mantra is as follows:
'Tad-ya-tha hili mili liji hili khe-tai huyu huyu hu-ya-ma-ning hulu hulu nulu nulu svaha'

Truth of Pratyekabuddha (Solitary Buddha). I, so-and-so, vow to purify my eyes. The Seven Buddhas, the Perfectly Enlightened Ones, have already spoken. I, Sakyamuni (Sage of the Sakyas), worthy of offerings (Arhat), the Perfectly and Fully Enlightened One (Samyaksambuddha), now speak. Whether caused by a deva (god), a naga (serpent), a yaksa (nature spirit), a raksasa (demon), a raksasi (female demon), a pisaci (flesh-eating demon), a kumbhanda (dwarf demon), a kumbhandi (female kumbhanda), a vetala (corpse-possessing spirit), human curses, or brahminical curses, none can defy its power, and all shall be effective. Venerable Ananda, now receive this dharani, take it to the Shakya village, and give it to Kshayamaka.
