如是我聞。一時佛在舍衛國祇樹給孤獨園。時佛告阿難。吾今說大普賢咒。汝當受持。
多擲多 阿咤 那咤 茶彌茶 遮居梨 居梨茶也 居梨茶也拔坻 思提 思陀 婆夢坻
阿難此大普賢咒。遮滅一切兵刃。除一切怨仇。除一切夜叉羅剎復多等畏。除一切不得食下鬼名。
胡摩兜(一)烏奢睺睺胡摩兜(二)阿㝹羯卑胡摩兜(三)破波羅胡摩兜(四)莎呵(五)。
咒水七遍與病人飲之。
腰腳痛鬼名
呼盧兜(一)波吒羅呼盧兜(二)毗魔羅呼盧兜(三)彌梨耆梨卑呼盧兜(四)莎呵(五)。
咒三色縷青黃綠。結作七結。繫腳腕次系髀后繫腰。
頭痛鬼名
胡摩兜摩呵迦吒羅(一)毗摩迦吒羅(二)呼呼羅迦吒羅(三)伊呼迦吒羅(四)伊未迦知迦吒羅(五)莎呵(六)。
七遍咒楊枝打二七下。
闇鈍鬼名
哹吒吒(一)浮律置浮吒吒(二)阿支拏呼吒吒(三)浮律置支呼吒吒(四)伊呼破羅支呼吒吒(五)私蜜兜伊呼支破羅(六)莎呵(七)。

多擲多 阿咤 那咤 茶彌茶 遮居梨 居梨茶也 居梨茶也拔坻 思提 思陀 婆夢坻
阿難，這個大普賢咒，能夠遮滅一切兵刃，消除一切怨仇，消除一切夜叉（Yaksa）、羅剎（Rakshasa）、復多（Putana）等帶來的恐懼，消除一切不得食的下鬼之名。
胡摩兜(一) 烏奢睺睺胡摩兜(二) 阿㝹羯卑胡摩兜(三) 破波羅胡摩兜(四) 莎呵(五)。
將水咒七遍，給病人飲用。
腰腳痛鬼名
呼盧兜(一) 波吒羅呼盧兜(二) 毗魔羅呼盧兜(三) 彌梨耆梨卑呼盧兜(四) 莎呵(五)。
用青、黃、綠三種顏色的線，咒語加持三遍，結成七個結，先繫在腳腕上，然後繫在臀部後面，最後繫在腰上。

The Great Samantabhadra Dharani Sutra Spoken by the Buddha
Name of the translator lost, now appended to the Liang Record
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Buddha was in the Jetavana Anathapindika-arama (祇樹給孤獨園) in Shravasti (舍衛國). At that time, the Buddha told Ananda (阿難): 'I will now speak the Great Samantabhadra Dharani (大普賢咒). You should receive and uphold it.'
『Duo zhi duo, A zha, Na zha, Cha mi cha, Zhe ju li, Ju li cha ye, Ju li cha ye ba di, Si ti, Si tuo, Po meng di.』
Ananda, this Great Samantabhadra Dharani can extinguish all weapons, eliminate all enemies, eliminate all fears from Yakshas (夜叉), Rakshasas (羅剎), Putanas (復多), etc., and eliminate the names of all lower ghosts who cannot eat.
『Hu mo dou (1), Wu she hou hou hu mo dou (2), A nou jie bi hu mo dou (3), Po po luo hu mo dou (4), Svaha (5).』
Chant this mantra over water seven times and give it to the sick person to drink.
Ghost name for lower back and leg pain
『Hu lu dou (1), Po zha luo hu lu dou (2), Pi mo luo hu lu dou (3), Mi li qi li bi hu lu dou (4), Svaha (5).』
Chant over three-colored threads (blue, yellow, green). Tie seven knots. First tie it around the ankle, then behind the hip, and finally around the waist.
Ghost name for headache
『Hu mo dou mo he qie zha luo (1), Pi mo qie zha luo (2), Hu hu luo qie zha luo (3), Yi hu qie zha luo (4), Yi wei qie zhi qie zha luo (5), Svaha (6).』
Chant over a willow branch seven times and strike fourteen times.
Ghost name for dullness
『Fu zha zha (1), Fu lü zhi fu zha zha (2), A zhi na hu zha zha (3), Fu lü zhi zhi hu zha zha (4), Yi hu po luo zhi hu zha zha (5), Si mi dou yi hu zhi po luo (6), Svaha (7).』
Chant twenty-one times, seven
日日三遍。
耳痛鬼名
比膩波(一)阿制置毗膩波(二)呼膩置毗膩波(三)伊呼支膩置膩波(四)耆摩膩毗膩波(五)莎呵(六)。
于月生一日。設使左耳痛南向坐。右耳痛北向坐。東向門病人門內坐咒師門外坐。水亦門外二七遍三𠹀之。
淋鬼名
破波羅(一)浮梨浮梨置破波羅(二)車慕那破波羅(三)呼呼羅車波羅(四)。
熱病鬼神病。方道蠱毒咒術。毗多茶富多那等。善男子善女人所至之處。若行道中若水道中若急難處應念此咒。無有夜叉復多毗舍遮拘槃茶迦吒富多那羅剎毗多茶等畏。又無水火刀杖兵兇毒藥衰害咒術方道一切諸惡人非人等如是諸畏。阿難若有恐怖急難。應誦唸此咒。無能作衰惱者。複次阿難若有受持讀誦此咒。如上天龍鬼神二十八部人非人等。不能越犯此咒。鐵輪金剛輪當爲作苦患。令頭破作七分。四方四維上下若。有於此人起噁心者。悉皆系其毒心令不發起。是善男子善女人。應善讀誦執持奉行。

在每月初一，如果左耳疼痛，就面向南方坐；如果右耳疼痛，就面向北方坐。面向東方，病人在門內坐，咒師在門外坐。用水在門外唸誦十四遍（二七遍），然後吹氣三次。

破波羅(Po Bo Luo)(一) 浮梨浮梨置破波羅(Fu Li Fu Li Zhi Po Bo Luo)(二) 車慕那破波羅(Che Mu Na Po Bo Luo)(三) 呼呼羅車波羅(Hu Hu Luo Che Bo Luo)(四)。
熱病鬼神病。各種方法、蠱毒、咒術。毗多茶(Pitacha)、富多那(Futuo Na)等。善男子、善女人所到的地方，如果在行路中、水道中、或緊急危難之處，應該唸誦此咒。就不會有夜叉(Yasha)、復多(Fuduo)、毗舍遮(Pishe Zha)、拘槃茶(Jupancha)、迦吒富多那(Jia Zha Futuo Na)、羅剎(Luosha)、毗多茶(Pitacha)等的畏懼。也沒有水、火、刀杖、兵器、兇險、毒藥、衰敗、損害、咒術、方法等一切諸惡人、非人等的這些畏懼。阿難(Anan)，如果有恐怖和危難，應該誦唸此咒，沒有誰能製造衰敗和惱害。再次，阿難(Anan)，如果有受持、讀誦此咒的人，如上說的天龍(Tianlong)鬼神、二十八部人非人等，不能違越冒犯此咒。鐵輪金剛輪(Tielun Jingang Lun)會給他們帶來痛苦，使他們的頭破裂成七份。四方四維上下，如果有人對這個人產生噁心，都將束縛他們的毒心，使之不能生起。這些善男子、善女人，應該好好讀誦、執持、奉行。

Names of Earache Ghosts
Bini Bo (1) Azhi Zhi Bini Bo (2) Hu Ni Zhi Bini Bo (3) Yi Hu Zhi Ni Zhi Ni Bo (4) Qi Mo Ni Bini Bo (5) Suo He (6).
On the first day of the month, if the left ear hurts, sit facing south; if the right ear hurts, sit facing north. Facing east, the patient sits inside the door, and the mantra master sits outside the door. Use water to recite fourteen times (two sets of seven times) outside the door, then blow air three times.
Names of Urinary Ghosts
Po Bo Luo (1) Fu Li Fu Li Zhi Po Bo Luo (2) Che Mu Na Po Bo Luo (3) Hu Hu Luo Che Bo Luo (4).
For illnesses caused by feverish ghosts and spirits, various methods, poison spells, and incantations. Pitacha, Futuo Na, etc. Wherever good men and good women go, whether on the road, in waterways, or in times of urgent difficulty, they should recite this mantra. There will be no fear of Yakshas (Yasha), Fuduo, Pishe Zha, Jupancha, Jia Zha Futuo Na, Rakshasas (Luosha), Pitacha, etc. There will also be no fear of water, fire, knives, weapons, violence, poison, decline, harm, spells, methods, and all evil people and non-humans. Anan, if there is terror or urgent difficulty, one should recite this mantra, and no one will be able to cause decline or harm. Furthermore, Anan, if there are those who receive, uphold, read, and recite this mantra, such as the heavenly dragons (Tianlong), ghosts, spirits, the twenty-eight classes of humans and non-humans mentioned above, they cannot violate or offend this mantra. The Iron Wheel Vajra Wheel (Tielun Jingang Lun) will inflict suffering upon them, causing their heads to break into seven pieces. In all directions, if anyone harbors evil intentions towards this person, their poisonous hearts will be bound, preventing them from arising. These good men and good women should diligently read, uphold, and practice it.
