大週三藏實叉難陀奉 制譯
如是我聞。一時佛在王舍城耆阇崛山。與大比丘眾及大菩薩眾俱。爾時世尊告諸比丘。有陀羅尼名百千印。汝等應當受持。所謂歸命面貌廣大頂出真金光明幢如來。歸命釋迦牟尼如來應正等覺。即說根本陀羅尼曰。

【English Translation】 English version The Hundred Thousand Seals Dhāraṇī Sūtra, One Scroll
Translated under Imperial Order by Tripiṭaka Master Śikṣānanda of the Great Zhou Dynasty
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Buddha was in Rājagṛha (王舍城), at Gṛdhrakūṭa Mountain (耆阇崛山). He was with a large assembly of monks and a large assembly of Bodhisattvas. At that time, the World-Honored One told the monks, 'There is a dhāraṇī called the Hundred Thousand Seals. You should receive and uphold it. It is the one of taking refuge in the Tathāgata (如來) whose face is vast, whose crown emits true golden light, the banner-like Tathāgata, taking refuge in Śākyamuni (釋迦牟尼) Tathāgata, the worthy, the rightly enlightened one.' Then he spoke the root dhāraṇī, saying:
Tadyathā, oṃ (1), bhūmi bhūmi bhūmi bhūmi (2), sarva-tathāgata (3), kṣetra (4), dhara dhara (5), hara hara (6), bhara bhara (7), mahā-bodhicitta (8), curu curu (9), śata-raśmi sañcodite (10), sarva-tathāgata adhiṣṭhāna abhiṣikte (11), guṇa guṇa-vati (12), buddha-guṇa avabhāsi (13), mile mile (14), gagana-tale sarva-tathāgata adhiṣṭhite nirvāsa-tale (15), śama śama praśama praśama (16), sarva-pāpa praśamane (17), sarva-pāpa viśodhane (18), huru huru (19), bodhi-mārga sampraṣṭhite (20), sarva-tathāgata pratiṣṭhita śuddhe svāhā.
This is the root dhāraṇī.
Oṃ (1), sarva-tathāgata vibha kṣite (2), jaya jaya svāhā.
This is the heart mantra of the dhāraṇī.
Oṃ (1), huru huru jaya-mukhe svāhā.
This is the follow-the-heart mantra.

比丘比丘尼優婆塞優婆夷。及余凈信善男子善女人等。能造一塔書寫此百千印陀羅尼置其中者。造此一塔所得功德。如造百千塔功德無異。佛說此經已。彼諸比丘及菩薩眾。天人阿修羅等。聞佛所說皆大歡喜信受奉行。

【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本： 比丘（Bhikkhu，佛教僧侶）、比丘尼（Bhikkhuni，佛教女僧侶）、優婆塞（Upasaka，在家男居士）、優婆夷（Upasika，在家女居士），以及其他具有清凈信仰的善男子、善女人等，如果能夠建造一座佛塔，並在其中書寫此《百千印陀羅尼》，那麼建造這一座佛塔所獲得的功德，與建造百千座佛塔的功德沒有任何差別。佛陀說完這部經后，那些比丘以及菩薩眾、天人、阿修羅（Asura，一種神道生物）等，聽聞佛陀所說，都非常歡喜，信受奉行。
《百千印陀羅尼經》 English version: Bhikkhus (Buddhist monks), Bhikkhunis (Buddhist nuns), Upasakas (lay male followers), Upasikas (lay female followers), and other virtuous men and women with pure faith, if they can build one stupa and write this 'Hundred Thousand Seals Dharani' and place it within, the merit gained from building this one stupa is no different from the merit of building a hundred thousand stupas. After the Buddha spoke this sutra, those Bhikkhus, Bodhisattvas, Devas (gods), Asuras (a type of demigod), and others, hearing what the Buddha had said, were all greatly delighted, believed, accepted, and practiced it.
