唐于闐三藏實叉難陀譯
如是我聞。一時佛在王舍城耆阇崛山中。與大比丘眾及無量菩薩俱。爾時世尊告諸比丘有陀羅尼名百千印。當共受持。誦此咒時。應先歸命金色廣顏光明幢佛。釋迦牟尼佛。即說根本陀羅尼曰。

爾時世尊。復為大眾說心咒曰。

爾時世尊。復更宣說隨心咒曰。

如是我聞。一時，佛在王舍城（Rājagṛha）的耆阇崛山（Gṛdhrakūṭa）中，與眾多大比丘以及無量菩薩在一起。當時，世尊告訴各位比丘，有一種陀羅尼名叫『百千印』，應當共同受持。誦此咒時，應先歸命金色廣顏光明幢佛（Suvarṇavarṇa-vimalaprabhāsa-dhvaja-buddha），釋迦牟尼佛（Śākyamuni-buddha）。即說根本陀羅尼曰：
怛侄他（tadyathā），唵（oṃ），菩提菩提菩提菩提（bodhi bodhi bodhi bodhi），薩婆怛他揭多瞿折啰（sarva-tathāgata-gocara），馱啰馱啰（dhara dhara），訶啰訶啰（hara hara），缽啰呵啰缽啰呵啰（prahara prahara），莫訶菩提質多（mahā-bodhicitta），注盧注盧（curu curu），設多曷審彌珊招地低（śata-raśmi-sañcodite），薩婆怛他揭多地瑟他（sarva-tathāgata-adhiṣṭhāna）阿毗瑟低（abhiṣikte），具儜具那缽底（guṇa-guṇa-pati），勃陀具那婆娑（buddha-guṇa-bhāṣe），蔑囇蔑囇（mire mire），伽伽那怛囇（gagana-tale），薩婆怛他揭多地瑟恥低那婆薩怛囇（sarva-tathāgata-adhiṣṭhite-nabhasa-tale），睒摩睒摩（śama śama），缽啰睒摩缽啰睒摩（praśama praśama），薩婆播波缽啰睒摩寧（sarva-pāpa-praśamani），薩婆播波毗戍達寧（sarva-pāpa-viśodhani），虎盧虎盧菩提末伽三缽啰嘶替低（hulu hulu bodhi-mārga-saṃprasthite），薩婆怛他揭多缽啰底瑟恥多戍提薩婆訶（sarva-tathāgata-pratiṣṭhita-śuddhe svāhā）。
爾時，世尊又為大眾說心咒曰：
唵（oṃ），薩婆怛他揭多吠婆盧吉帝（sarva-tathāgata-vairocite），社耶社耶薩婆訶（jaya jaya svāhā）。
爾時，世尊又更宣說隨心咒曰：
唵（oṃ），虎嚧虎嚧（hulu hulu），[示*上]耶目磎薩婆訶（ye mukhe svāhā）。
【English Translation】 English version The Hundred Thousand Seals Dhāraṇī Sūtra
Translated by Śikṣānanda of Khotan of the Tang Dynasty
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Buddha was in Rājagṛha (王舍城), on Mount Gṛdhrakūṭa (耆阇崛山), together with a large assembly of great Bhikṣus and immeasurable Bodhisattvas. At that time, the World-Honored One told the Bhikṣus that there is a Dhāraṇī called the 『Hundred Thousand Seals,』 which should be received and upheld together. When reciting this mantra, one should first take refuge in the Buddha Golden-Colored Broad Face Light Banner (金色廣顏光明幢佛), Śākyamuni Buddha (釋迦牟尼佛). Then He spoke the root Dhāraṇī, saying:
Tadyathā, Oṃ, bodhi bodhi bodhi bodhi, sarva-tathāgata-gocara, dhara dhara, hara hara, prahara prahara, mahā-bodhicitta, curu curu, śata-raśmi-sañcodite, sarva-tathāgata-adhiṣṭhāna abhiṣikte, guṇa-guṇa-pati, buddha-guṇa-bhāṣe, mire mire, gagana-tale, sarva-tathāgata-adhiṣṭhite-nabhasa-tale, śama śama, praśama praśama, sarva-pāpa-praśamani, sarva-pāpa-viśodhani, hulu hulu bodhi-mārga-saṃprasthite, sarva-tathāgata-pratiṣṭhita-śuddhe svāhā.
At that time, the World-Honored One again spoke the heart mantra for the assembly, saying:
Oṃ, sarva-tathāgata-vairocite, jaya jaya svāhā.
At that time, the World-Honored One further proclaimed the following-heart mantra, saying:
Oṃ, hulu hulu, ye mukhe svāhā.
若有比丘比丘尼優婆塞優婆夷及余凈信善男女等造塔之時。書此陀羅尼句置於塔中。便得具足造百千塔殊勝功德無異。時諸比丘天龍八部一切眾會。聞佛所說歡喜奉行。

【現代漢語翻譯】 現代漢語譯本： 如果任何比丘（bhiksu，男性出家人）、比丘尼（bhiksuni，女性出家人）、優婆塞（upasaka，男居士）、優婆夷（upasika，女居士）以及其他具有清凈信仰的善男子、善女人們，在建造佛塔的時候，將此陀羅尼（dharani，總持，咒語）的語句書寫並放置於塔中，便能夠圓滿具足建造百千佛塔的殊勝功德，沒有差別。當時，各位比丘、天龍八部以及所有與會大眾，聽聞佛陀所說，都歡喜地信受奉行。
《百千印陀羅尼經》
【English Translation】 English version: If there are any bhiksus (monks), bhiksunis (nuns), upasakas (male lay devotees), upasikas (female lay devotees), and other virtuous men and women of pure faith, when building a stupa (tower), if they write this Dharani (mantra) and place it inside the stupa, they will fully attain the supreme merit of building hundreds of thousands of stupas, without any difference. At that time, all the bhiksus, the eight classes of gods and dragons (Naga), and all the assembled multitude, hearing what the Buddha said, joyfully accepted and practiced it.
