如是我聞。一時婆伽梵在金剛場。爾時如來神力如持。金剛手身成金剛已。即日入金剛三摩地。是時金剛手。承佛神力及一切如來諸菩薩等加持力故。金剛忿怒說此最妙金剛心陀羅尼。無斷無壞諦實堅固。無有能礙亦無怯退。一切眾生皆令怕怖。能與眾生摧伏煩惱。斷諸明咒鎮諸明咒。及摧諸行能破他行。摧折諸魔解諸魔執。句攝一切諸部多眾。復令一切諸修明咒。未成就者令得成就。既成就者不令唐捐。所有希愿皆使如意。亦能祐護一切眾生息災增益。復能禁止迷悶諸惡有情。皆是陀羅尼神咒之力。金剛手承佛神力即說咒曰。

如是我聞。一時，婆伽梵（Bhagavan，世尊）在金剛場。當時，如來以神通力加持，金剛手（Vajrapani）菩薩身成就金剛之身。當日，金剛手菩薩進入金剛三摩地（Vajra-samadhi，金剛禪定）。這時，金剛手菩薩承蒙佛的神力以及一切如來、諸菩薩的加持力，以金剛忿怒之相宣說了這最妙的金剛心陀羅尼（Vajra-hrdaya-dharani）。此陀羅尼無斷無壞，真實堅固，沒有任何事物能夠阻礙，也沒有任何事物能夠使之怯退。它能使一切眾生感到畏懼，能夠幫助眾生摧伏煩惱，斷除各種明咒（mantra），鎮壓各種明咒，摧毀各種邪行，破除他人之邪行，摧折各種魔障，解除各種魔之執念，能夠拘攝一切諸部多（bhuta，鬼神）眾。又能使一切修持明咒者，未成就者得以成就，已成就者不使其功德唐捐，所有希求願望皆能如意。也能佑護一切眾生，息滅災難，增益福報。還能禁止迷惑昏昧的各種惡劣有情。這一切都是陀羅尼神咒的力量。金剛手菩薩承蒙佛的神力，隨即宣說了咒語：

【English Translation】 English version The Sutra of the Diamond Dharani for Destroying Appearances, Spoken by the Buddha
Translated by the Tripitaka Master Sharaba, Grand Master of the Glourious Lu, Great Minister of Instruction, by Imperial Decree
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan (Bhagavan, World Honored One) was in the Diamond Field. At that time, the Tathagata (Tathagata) empowered Vajrapani (Vajrapani) Bodhisattva with his divine power, and Vajrapani's body became a diamond body. On that day, Vajrapani Bodhisattva entered the Vajra-samadhi (Vajra-samadhi, diamond concentration). At this time, Vajrapani Bodhisattva, receiving the Buddha's divine power and the empowerment of all the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas, in his wrathful diamond form, spoke this most wonderful Diamond Heart Dharani (Vajra-hrdaya-dharani). This dharani is without cessation or destruction, truly solid and firm, and nothing can hinder it, nor can anything cause it to retreat. It can cause all beings to feel fear, it can help beings to subdue afflictions, cut off all mantras, suppress all mantras, destroy all evil practices, break others' evil practices, crush all demonic obstacles, release all demonic attachments, and can restrain all the multitudes of bhutas (bhuta, spirits). It can also enable all those who practice mantras, those who have not achieved success to achieve it, and those who have already achieved success to not have their merits wasted, and all their hopes and wishes can be fulfilled as desired. It can also protect all beings, pacify disasters, and increase blessings. It can also restrain confused and deluded evil sentient beings. All of this is the power of the dharani mantra. Vajrapani Bodhisattva, receiving the Buddha's divine power, then spoke the mantra:

All sins and karmas are purified, and all sufferings are completely removed. This is the root of all scriptures, possessing the dignified and excellent attributes of merit. For those sentient beings, whether they have physical defects, are nearing the end of their lives, or encounter unexpected disasters, Or if they are living in poverty, lacking resources, or even abandoned by the gods, If relatives and friends turn against them, offending the Brahmins, Being disturbed, the family is not harmonious, wealth is lacking, and the mind is troubled, Sorrow and grief, being forced by suffering, encountering disasters, poverty and hardship, Being cursed by evil stars and malicious spells, being harmed by various demons, Being worried because of pregnancy, dreaming of inauspicious things, Through bathing, everything will become pure, and one should listen to this most supreme scripture. If someone has a pure and kind heart, wears clean and tidy clothes, Follows the Buddha's profound teachings, and upholds this scripture, By the power of this scripture, these sentient beings, All diseases and sufferings will be completely eliminated. Blessings and longevity will increase, and one will be far away from all sins and defilements. One can use pearls, mustard seeds, incense, vines, flawless treasures, sandalwood, Jade, vajra, flowers, Jambudvipa's pure water and golden vase, Or use a silver vase, tied with clean ribbons, filled with clean water. Recite twenty-one times, or recite one hundred and eight times. This Vajra mantra that can destroy all evil signs, the king should also often bathe and recite.
