歸命瑜伽自在王 善住如幻三昧者 普于凈染諸剎海 能示種種隨類身 我依蓮華相應門 開示多羅大悲法 為令修習三昧者 離於二乘無悲定 速具神通波羅蜜 即能頓證如來位 行者應發普賢心 從師具受金剛戒 不顧身命起慈心 乃能堪入解脫輪 應從師受三摩耶 契印密語如經說 敬阿阇梨如佛想 于同學所殷重心 或於山間阿練若 流泉浴池悅意處 山峰石窟迥樹邊 建立壇場如法則 莊嚴精室置本尊 隨力供養一心住 遍觀十方諸佛海 懺悔發願皆如教 為成三業金剛故 當於二手舌心中 吽字想成五智杵 猶是加持能悉地 次應結契名警覺 二手皆作金剛拳 檀慧相鉤豎進力 二度相拄名起印

【English Translation】 English version The Tara Bodhisattva Recitation Method of the Vajrasekhara Sutra, One Volume
Translated by the Tripitaka Master Amoghavajra of Daxingshan Temple, bearing the title Kaifu Yitong Sansi Tejin Shi Hongluqing Su Guogong, with a fief of three thousand households, bestowed with purple robes, posthumously granted the title Sikong, with the posthumous name Dajian, and the honorary title Da Guangzhi, under imperial decree.
Homage to the King of Yoga at Ease, who dwells well in the Samadhi of Illusion, Universally in the pure and defiled Buddha-lands, able to manifest various bodies according to different beings. I rely on the Lotus Flower corresponding gate, to reveal the Tara's great compassion Dharma, To enable those who practice Samadhi, to be free from the non-compassionate meditation of the Two Vehicles, Quickly attain the supernatural powers Paramita, and immediately realize the Tathagata's position. The practitioner should generate the Samantabhadra's mind, receive the Vajra precepts from the teacher, Disregarding body and life, generate a compassionate heart, and then be able to enter the wheel of liberation. Should receive the Samaya from the teacher, the mudra and mantra as the sutra says, Respect the Acharya as the Buddha, and have deep respect for fellow practitioners. Or in the mountains Aranya, by flowing springs and pleasant bathing ponds, By mountain peaks, stone caves, and secluded trees, establish the mandala according to the rules, Adorn the pure chamber and place the principal deity, offer according to your ability and dwell with one mind. Universally contemplate the seas of Buddhas in the ten directions, repent and make vows as taught, To accomplish the Vajra of the three karmas, in the two hands, tongue, and heart, Visualize the Hum syllable as the five wisdom pestles, which is still the empowerment that can accomplish Siddhi. Next, one should form the mudra called 'Awakening', both hands making Vajra fists, The thumb and wisdom finger hooking each other, the middle and ring fingers erect, the two degrees touching each other, called the 'Rising Mudra'.

Next, one should respectfully prostrate to Akshobhya, sacrificing the body to seek non-retrogression, Vajra palms together above the head, the whole body touching the ground with heartfelt reverence.

【English Translation】 English version Vata tha(followed by a long vowel) niye ga(two) bu ru bo sa ta na ye(followed by a long vowel) da ma(two combined) nan(three) ni ri ye(two combined) ta ya mi(four) sa wa ta tha(followed by a long vowel) ga ta(five) wa ri la(two combined) sa ta wa(two combined six) di se ta(two combined seven) sa wa(two combined eight) om(followed by a long vowel) I dedicate myself to the night of the offering ritual of all Tathagatas (Tathagata), (wishing to) receive the empowerment of Vajrasattva (Vajrasattva), everything (accomplished). Next, I prostrate to the Lord Ratnasambhava of the South, sacrificing myself to request the position of initiation. I place the Vajra palms together at my heart and prostrate with my forehead to the ground with sincere reverence. Reverence to Ratnasambhava (Ratnasambhava) of the South, I abandon myself, praying to obtain the position of initiation, hands forming the Vajra Mudra placed before the heart, with forehead touching the ground, reverently prostrating. The mantra says: Om(one) Sarva Tathagata(two) Puja Abhisheka(followed by a long vowel) ya Atmanam(three) Niryatayami(four) Sarva Tathagata(five) Vajra Ratna(two combined) Abhisincha Om(followed by a long vowel) I dedicate myself to the offering and initiation of all Tathagatas, all Tathagatas, Vajra Jewel (Ratna), please initiate me. 其次以成就妙真言加持,普遍希望眾生一同獲得悉地(siddhi,成就)。 一切如來都稱讚此法,愿此加持迅速成就。

其次應當結跏趺坐,端正身姿,清凈身、口、意三業,使其清凈。 因為諸法本性清凈的緣故,愿令自己和他人都沒有垢染。

'唵 (1) 娑嚩(二合)婆嚩戍馱 (2) 薩嚩 達么 娑嚩(二合)婆嚩 戌度唅'
其次結蓮華三昧耶印,十指交叉緊固縛住。 忍辱和愿度二指豎立合併,如同蓮花葉,觀想自身如同多啰尊(Tara,度母)。

'唵 (1) 嚩日啰(二合二)缽娜么(二合三)三么那 (4) 薩怛鑁(二合五)'
其次結極喜三昧印,禪定和智慧二羽緊固縛住。 忍辱和愿度二指在中間交合,佈施、智慧、禪定、智識四指豎立相靠。

'唵 (1) 三么耶 縠(引二)素嚩多 (3) 薩怛鑁(三合四)'
其次應當開心,進入佛的智慧,以『怛啰吒』加持雙乳。 結金剛縛印於心前,三次掣開,如同開啟扇子。

'唵 (1) 嚩日啰(二合)滿馱 (2) 怛啰(二合)吒 (3)'
其次觀想蓮花臺上的阿字門,用兩點莊嚴,成就寂靜。
【English Translation】 English version Then, form the mudra and prostrate with the 'Universal Adoration' mudra. The fingers of Dhyana (meditation), Prajna (wisdom), Dana (generosity), and Jnana (knowledge) are crossed in reverse, with the right knee on the ground and placed on top of the head.
The mantra says:
'Om Vajra (two combined) vi (entering vi, reversed)'
Next, empower with the 'Accomplishment of Wonderful True Mantra', universally wishing all beings to attain siddhi (accomplishment) together. All Tathagatas (如來) praise this Dharma (法), may this empowerment quickly be accomplished.
The mantra says:
'Om (1) Sarva Tathagata Sangsita (2) Sarva Sattvanam (three combined) (3) Sarva Siddhayah (4) Samapadhyantam (5) Tathagata Sista Adhistitam (two combined) tam (6)'
Next, one should sit in the lotus position, straighten the body, purify the three karmas (身口意) to make them pure. Because the inherent nature of all dharmas (諸法) is pure, may oneself and others be free from defilement.
The mantra says:
'Om (1) Svabhava Suddha (2) Sarva Dharma Svabhava Suddho Ham'
Next, form the Lotus Samaya Mudra, with the ten fingers crossed and firmly bound. The fingers of Kshanti (patience) and Pranidhana (vow) are joined upright like lotus petals, visualizing the body as Tara (度母).
The mantra says:
'Om (1) Vajra (two combined, two) Padma (two combined, three) Samaya (4) Satvam (two combined, five)'
Next, form the 'Supreme Joy Samadhi Mudra', with the two hands of Dhyana (meditation) and Prajna (wisdom) firmly bound. The fingers of Kshanti (patience) and Pranidhana (vow) are crossed in the middle, with the fingers of Dana (generosity), Prajna (wisdom), Dhyana (meditation), and Jnana (knowledge) standing upright and touching each other.
The mantra says:
'Om (1) Samaya Hoom (elongated, two) Suvrata (3) Satvam (three combined, four)'
Next, one should open the heart and enter the wisdom of the Buddha, empowering the two breasts with 'Tarat'. Form the Vajra (金剛) bond in front of the heart, and pull it open three times, like opening a fan.
The mantra says:
'Om (1) Vajra Bandha (2) Tarat (3)'
Next, visualize the 'Ah' syllable (阿字) on the lotus platform, adorned with two dots, achieving quiescence.

次結密合金剛拳 以此加持使堅固 入印進力住禪智 故能堅持不退失

【English Translation】 English version Wisdom The wisdom of Chan is bent into the vajra (diamond) bond, the seed syllable '召' flows into the heart. The mantra says: Om(om)(seed syllable) Vajra(vajra)(diamond) Vesha(vesha)(enter) Ah(ah)(seed syllable) Next, form the secret vajra fist, use this to bless and make it firm. Enter the mudra, advance with strength, abide in Chan wisdom, therefore able to persevere without falling back. The mantra says: Om(om)(seed syllable) Vajra(vajra)(diamond) Musti(musti)(fist) Hum(hum)(seed syllable) Next, form the lotus demon-subduing mudra, use this to purify all obstacles and difficulties. Should use the vajra joined palms posture, advance strength like teeth, erect Chan wisdom. Internally abide in loving-kindness, outwardly manifest wrath, rotate three times to the right to form the boundary. The empty realm, the dust body, the sea of all Buddhas, awaken and cause to observe the true heart. The mantra says: Om(om)(seed syllable) Citta Prati(citta prati)(mind towards) Vedam Karomi(vedam karomi)(I awaken) Then contemplate the 'Ah' syllable as the moon disc, again use the mantra to make it clear. The mantra says: Om(om)(seed syllable) Bodhicitta(bodhicitta)(bodhi mind) Utpada(utpada)(arising) Nayami(nayami)(guide) Because the original nature of one's own mind is pure, should wonderfully observe the vajra lotus. The mantra says: Om(om)(seed syllable) Tistha(tistha)(abide) Padma(padma)(lotus) In order to accomplish the pure one aspect, gradually cause it to open and bloom, the same as the Dharma realm. Then attain the great compassion samadhi, able to universally purify the realm of sentient beings.

Scatter the celestial garment hanging down in front with the Dana-Prajna mudra, which can then be firm and unshakeable. One should clap the two hands three times; this is called the ritual of the Lotus Joy Mudra.
