如是我聞。一時薄伽梵。住室羅伐城逝多林給孤長者園。與大苾芻眾千二百五十人俱。眾多諸大菩薩摩訶薩。爾時世尊告阿難陀言。阿難陀有陀羅尼。能除世間一切疾病。汝當受持讀誦通利如理作意。即說密言曰。
怛你也(二合)他(一)尾摩黎尾摩黎(二)嚩曩俱枳黎(三)室唎(二合)末底(丁以反四)軍拏黎(五)嫩奴鼻(六)印捺啰(二合)擬𩕳(二合七)母隸娑嚩(二合)訶
佛告阿難陀。此陀羅尼若誦持者。宿食不消癨亂風黃痰癊。患痔瘺淋上氣。嗽虐寒熱頭痛半痛。著鬼魅者悉得除差。我以佛眼觀見彼人。諸天魔梵沙門婆羅門能作障難。除非決定業報盡者。余無能違越作其障難。如來應供正遍知說。一切有情中如來為尊勝。一切法中離欲法尊。一切眾中僧伽為尊。以此誠實言愿我及一切有情。食飲吃啖入腹消化得正安樂。娑嚩(二合引)訶(引)。
爾時世尊說是經已。諸苾芻僧並諸菩薩摩訶薩。一切大眾天龍八部。受持佛語歡喜奉行

佛告訴阿難陀：『這個陀羅尼，如果有人誦持，那麼宿食不消、癨亂、風黃痰癊、患痔瘺、淋、上氣、嗽、瘧、寒熱、頭痛、半頭痛、著鬼魅者，都能夠痊癒。我以佛眼觀察，那些人，諸天、魔、梵、沙門、婆羅門想要製造障礙，除非是決定業報已盡的人，否則沒有人能夠違越而製造障礙。如來應供正遍知說，一切有情中，如來最為尊勝。一切法中，離欲法最為尊勝。一切眾中，僧伽最為尊勝。以此誠實之言，愿我及一切有情，食飲吃啖入腹，消化得正安樂。娑嚩（二合引）訶（引）。』
這時，世尊說完這部經后，諸比丘僧以及諸菩薩摩訶薩，一切大眾、天龍八部，都信受奉行佛的教誨，歡喜地去實行。
【English Translation】 English version The Dhāraṇī Sutra for Eradicating All Diseases
Translated by the Tripiṭaka Master Amoghavajra of the Da Guang Zhi Da Xing Shan Temple, who held the position of Grand Master of the Kaifu Yitong San Si, Special Advanced Official of the Honglu Temple, Duke Su of the State, with a fief of three thousand households, bestowed with purple robes, posthumously awarded the title of Sikong, and posthumously honored with the title of Dajian, with the honorary title of Da Guang Zhi, under imperial decree.
Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan (Bhagavan, World-Honored One) was dwelling in the Jetavana (Jetavana) of Śrāvastī (Śrāvastī), in the garden of Anāthapiṇḍada (Anāthapiṇḍada-ārāma). He was with a great assembly of bhikṣus, twelve hundred and fifty in all. There were also many great Bodhisattvas Mahāsattvas. At that time, the World-Honored One said to Ānanda (Ānanda): 'Ānanda, there is a dhāraṇī (dhāraṇī) that can eradicate all diseases in the world. You should receive, uphold, recite, master, and contemplate it properly.' Then He spoke the secret mantra:
'Tad-yathā (1) Vimala Vimala (2) Vanakukili (3) Śrī (4) Mati (5) Kuṇḍali (6) Nandanubhi (7) Indra Nila Mūle Svāhā'
The Buddha told Ānanda: 'If someone recites and upholds this dhāraṇī, then indigestion, cholera, wind-yellow phlegm, hemorrhoids, fistula, strangury, upward-moving qi, cough, malaria, chills and fever, headache, migraine, and those possessed by ghosts will all be cured. With my Buddha-eye, I see that devas, maras, brahmas, śramaṇas, and brahmins may try to create obstacles for those people, but unless it is someone whose karmic retribution is determined and exhausted, no one can transgress and create obstacles. The Tathāgata, worthy of offerings, perfectly enlightened, has said that among all sentient beings, the Tathāgata is the most venerable and victorious. Among all dharmas, the dharma of detachment is the most venerable. Among all assemblies, the sangha is the most venerable. With these truthful words, may I and all sentient beings, in eating, drinking, and consuming, have proper digestion and obtain peace and happiness. Svāhā.'
At that time, after the World-Honored One finished speaking this sutra, all the bhikṣus, sangha, and all the Bodhisattvas Mahāsattvas, the entire assembly, including the eight classes of gods and dragons, received and upheld the Buddha's words and joyfully practiced them.

（答）此陀羅尼有大功德，能除一切眾生疾病，能令眾生身心安樂，能令眾生壽命延長，能令眾生福德增長，能令眾生遠離一切諸惡鬼神，能令眾生遠離一切諸魔鬼神，能令眾生遠離一切諸病苦。
（問）此陀羅尼應如何受持？
（答）應以清凈心受持，應以慈悲心受持，應以恭敬心受持，應以至誠心受持，應以信心受持，應以精進心受持，應以智慧心受持。
（問）此陀羅尼應如何書寫？
（答）應以清凈紙筆書寫，應以香湯沐浴身心書寫，應于清凈處書寫，應于佛前書寫，應于菩薩前書寫，應于阿羅漢前書寫，應于師僧前書寫。
（問）此陀羅尼應如何供養？
（答）應以香花供養，應以燈明供養，應以飲食供養，應以衣服供養，應以幡蓋供養，應以音樂供養，應以讚歎供養。
（問）此陀羅尼應如何讀誦？
（答）應以清凈心讀誦，應以至誠心讀誦，應以恭敬心讀誦，應以慈悲心讀誦，應以信心讀誦，應以精進心讀誦，應以智慧心讀誦。
（問）此陀羅尼應如何為人解說？
（答）應以慈悲心為人解說，應以平等心為人解說，應以歡喜心為人解說，應以柔軟語為人解說，應以利益語為人解說，應以真實語為人解說。
（問）此陀羅尼若人受持，有何利益？
（答）若人受持此陀羅尼，能除一切疾病，能得身心安樂，能得壽命延長，能得福德增長，能遠離一切諸惡鬼神，能遠離一切諸魔鬼神，能遠離一切諸病苦，能得一切諸佛菩薩護念，能得一切諸天善神擁護，能得一切諸人愛敬。
（問）此陀羅尼若人書寫，有何利益？
（答）若人書寫此陀羅尼，能除一切罪障，能得一切功德，能生一切善根，能滅一切惡業，能得一切諸佛菩薩護念，能得一切諸天善神擁護，能得一切諸人愛敬。
（問）此陀羅尼若人供養，有何利益？
（答）若人供養此陀羅尼，能得一切福報，能生一切善根，能滅一切惡業，能得一切諸佛菩薩護念，能得一切諸天善神擁護，能得一切諸人愛敬。
（問）此陀羅尼若人讀誦，有何利益？
（答）若人讀誦此陀羅尼，能除一切業障，能得一切智慧，能生一切善根，能滅一切惡業，能得一切諸佛菩薩護念，能得一切諸天善神擁護，能得一切諸人愛敬。
（問）此陀羅尼若人為人解說，有何利益？

（問）此陀羅尼應如何結界？
（答）應以香花供養，應以燈明供養，應以飲食供養，應以衣服供養，應以幡蓋供養，應以音樂供養，應以讚歎供養，然後結界。
（問）結界法雲何？
（答）應以五色線結界，應以凈水結界，應以香水結界，應以光明結界，應以咒語結界。
（問）咒語云何？
（答）『南無薄伽伐帝(Namo Bhagavate) 鞞殺社窶嚕(Bhaisajya-guru) 吠琉璃缽喇婆(Vaidurya-prabha) 喝啰阇也(rajaya) 怛他揭多也(tathagataya) 阿啰喝帝(arhate) 三藐三勃陀也(samyaksambuddhaya) 怛侄他(tadyatha) 唵(om) 鞞殺逝(bhaisajye) 鞞殺逝(bhaisajye) 鞞殺社(bhaisajya) 三沒揭帝(samudgate) 莎訶(svaha)』。
（問）此陀羅尼若人持誦，有何驗相？
（答）若人持誦此陀羅尼，夢中見佛菩薩，或見諸天善神，或見光明，或聞妙香，或身心安樂，或疾病消除，或壽命延長，或福德增長，皆是驗相。
（問）此陀羅尼若人臨命終時，應如何救護？
（答）應為彼人讀誦此陀羅尼，應為彼人書寫此陀羅尼，應為彼人供養此陀羅尼，應為彼人解說此陀羅尼，能令彼人離苦得樂，能令彼人往生善道。
（問）此陀羅尼若人已死，應如何救護？
（答）應為彼人讀誦此陀羅尼，應為彼人書寫此陀羅尼，應為彼人供養此陀羅尼，應為彼人解說此陀羅尼，能令彼人罪業消除，能令彼人往生凈土。
（問）此陀羅尼能除一切罪障否？
（答）此陀羅尼有大威力，能除一切罪障，能滅一切惡業，能生一切善根，能令一切眾生離苦得樂，能令一切眾生往生凈土。
（問）此陀羅尼能滿一切愿否？
（答）此陀羅尼有大威力，能滿一切愿，能令一切眾生所求如意，能令一切眾生一切善愿皆得圓滿。
（問）此陀羅尼能令國土安寧否？
（答）此陀羅尼有大威力，能令國土安寧，能令風調雨順，能令五穀豐登，能令人民安樂，能令一切災難皆得消除。
（問）此陀羅尼能護持正法否？
（答）此陀羅尼有大威力，能護持正法，能令正法久住，能令一切眾生皆得解脫。
（問）此陀羅尼能利益一切眾生否？
（答）此陀羅尼有大威力，能利益一切眾生，能令一切眾生離苦得樂，能令一切眾生往生凈土，能令一切眾生速證菩提。
佛說此經已，一切大眾，歡喜奉行。
【English Translation】 English version The Dharani Sutra for Eradicating All Diseases
(Question) What is called the Dharani for Eradicating All Diseases?
(Answer) This dharani can eradicate all diseases of sentient beings and all diseases caused by evil ghosts and spirits. It can also eradicate all diseases caused by demons and evil spirits. It can eradicate all diseases related to wind, bile, phlegm, and stagnation. It can eradicate all diseases related to cold and heat. It can eradicate diseases of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind. It can eradicate headaches, toothaches, abdominal pains, backaches, hand pains, foot pains, and other such ailments. It can eradicate all diseases like scabies, leprosy, sores, and ringworm.
(Question) Where does this dharani come from?
(Answer) This dharani comes from the compassionate hearts of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
(Question) What are the merits of this dharani?
(Answer) This dharani has great merits. It can eradicate all diseases of sentient beings, bring peace and happiness to their bodies and minds, extend their lifespans, increase their blessings and virtues, keep them away from all evil ghosts and spirits, keep them away from all demons and evil spirits, and keep them away from all suffering from diseases.
(Question) How should this dharani be received and upheld?
(Answer) It should be received and upheld with a pure mind, with a compassionate mind, with a respectful mind, with a sincere mind, with a faithful mind, with a diligent mind, and with a wise mind.
(Question) How should this dharani be written?
(Answer) It should be written with clean paper and pen, after bathing the body and mind with fragrant water. It should be written in a clean place, before the Buddha, before the Bodhisattvas, before the Arhats (enlightened disciples of the Buddha), and before the teachers and monks.

(Answer) It should be offered with incense and flowers, with lamps and lights, with food and drink, with clothing, with banners and canopies, with music, and with praise.
(Question) How should this dharani be recited?
(Answer) It should be recited with a pure mind, with a sincere mind, with a respectful mind, with a compassionate mind, with a faithful mind, with a diligent mind, and with a wise mind.
(Question) How should this dharani be explained to others?
(Answer) It should be explained to others with a compassionate mind, with an equanimous mind, with a joyful mind, with gentle words, with beneficial words, and with truthful words.
(Question) If someone receives and upholds this dharani, what are the benefits?
(Answer) If someone receives and upholds this dharani, they can eradicate all diseases, attain peace and happiness in body and mind, extend their lifespan, increase their blessings and virtues, stay away from all evil ghosts and spirits, stay away from all demons and evil spirits, stay away from all suffering from diseases, be protected by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, be guarded by all virtuous gods, and be loved and respected by all people.

It can eradicate all diseases of sentient beings, bring peace and happiness to their bodies and minds, extend their lifespans, increase their blessings and virtues, keep them away from all evil ghosts and spirits, keep them away from all demons and evil spirits, keep them away from all suffering from diseases, fulfill their wishes, and make all their good aspirations come to fruition.
(Question) How should this dharani be used to establish boundaries (結界, jie jie)?
(Answer) Offer incense and flowers, offer lamps and lights, offer food and drink, offer clothing, offer banners and canopies, offer music, offer praise, and then establish boundaries.

(Answer) Establish boundaries with five-colored threads, establish boundaries with clean water, establish boundaries with fragrant water, establish boundaries with light, establish boundaries with mantras.

(Answer) If someone upholds and recites this dharani, they may see Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in dreams, or see virtuous gods, or see light, or smell wonderful fragrances, or experience peace and happiness in body and mind, or have their diseases eliminated, or have their lifespan extended, or have their blessings and virtues increased. All these are signs of its effectiveness.
(Question) If someone is dying, how should they be helped?
(Answer) Recite this dharani for them, write this dharani for them, offer to this dharani for them, explain this dharani for them. This can enable them to leave suffering and attain happiness, and enable them to be reborn in a good realm.
(Question) If someone has already died, how should they be helped?
(Answer) Recite this dharani for them, write this dharani for them, offer to this dharani for them, explain this dharani for them. This can enable them to eliminate their sins, and enable them to be reborn in a pure land.
(Question) Can this dharani eradicate all karmic obstacles?
(Answer) This dharani has great power. It can eradicate all karmic obstacles, extinguish all evil deeds, generate all good roots, enable all sentient beings to leave suffering and attain happiness, and enable all sentient beings to be reborn in a pure land.
(Question) Can this dharani fulfill all wishes?
(Answer) This dharani has great power. It can fulfill all wishes, enable all sentient beings to have their desires fulfilled, and enable all sentient beings to have all their good aspirations come to fruition.
(Question) Can this dharani bring peace to the country?
(Answer) This dharani has great power. It can bring peace to the country, ensure favorable weather, ensure abundant harvests, bring happiness to the people, and eliminate all disasters.
(Question) Can this dharani protect the True Dharma?
(Answer) This dharani has great power. It can protect the True Dharma, enable the True Dharma to abide long, and enable all sentient beings to attain liberation.
(Question) Can this dharani benefit all sentient beings?
(Answer) This dharani has great power. It can benefit all sentient beings, enable all sentient beings to leave suffering and attain happiness, enable all sentient beings to be reborn in a pure land, and enable all sentient beings to quickly attain Bodhi (enlightenment).
After the Buddha spoke this sutra, the entire assembly rejoiced and practiced accordingly.
