佛說咒時氣病經
南無佛南無法南無比丘僧。南無過去七佛南無現在諸佛南無未來諸佛。南無諸佛弟子。令我所咒即從如願。
阿佉尼尼佉尼阿佉耶尼佉尼阿毗羅慢多利波池尼波提梨
南無佛南無法南無比丘僧。南無過去七佛南無現在諸佛南無未來諸佛。南無諸佛弟子南無諸師南無諸師弟子。令我所咒即從如願。若人得時氣病。結縷七過咒之。並書此上鬼神名字。若紙槐皮上。繫著縷頭。讀是咒時。當齋戒清凈澡漱燒香。正心乃說之。

皈命于佛，皈命於法，皈命于比丘僧。皈命於過去七佛，皈命于現在諸佛，皈命于未來諸佛。皈命于諸佛弟子，皈命于諸師，皈命于諸師弟子。令我所咒，立即如願。若有人得了時氣病（因季節變化引起的疾病），用線纏繞七圈並誦咒。並將上面這些鬼神的名字寫在紙上或槐樹皮上，繫在纏繞的線頭上。讀這個咒語時，應當齋戒清凈，沐浴漱口，焚香，以端正的心念誦。

【English Translation】 English version The Buddha Speaks of the Incantation for Seasonal Epidemics Sutra
Namo Buddha, Namo Dharma, Namo Bhikshu Sangha. Namo past seven Buddhas, Namo present Buddhas, Namo future Buddhas. Namo all disciples of the Buddhas. May my incantation be fulfilled immediately as desired.
Akhanini Khakhani Akhayani Khakhani Abhilaman Dolibochini Bodhili
Namo Buddha, Namo Dharma, Namo Bhikshu Sangha. Namo past seven Buddhas, Namo present Buddhas, Namo future Buddhas. Namo all disciples of the Buddhas, Namo all teachers, Namo all disciples of the teachers. May my incantation be fulfilled immediately as desired. If a person contracts a seasonal epidemic (disease caused by seasonal changes), wrap a thread around seven times and chant this mantra. Also, write the names of the aforementioned ghosts and spirits on paper or elm bark, and tie it to the end of the wrapped thread. When reciting this mantra, one should fast and be pure, bathe and rinse the mouth, burn incense, and recite it with a righteous mind.
