如是我聞：

一時，佛在舍衛國，與大芻苾眾俱。是時佛告諸苾芻言：「汝等當知，有剎帝利大灌頂王——已受灌頂得輪王位，威德自在人所尊重——出現世間，其王出時有七寶現。何等為七？所謂輪寶、象寶、馬寶、主藏臣寶、主兵臣寶、摩尼寶、女寶，如是七寶隨王出現。

「何名輪寶？所謂千輻金輪最上殊妙，諸相圓滿有大威力，其金輪寶從空而下住王宮門，是時彼剎帝利大灌頂輪王，見是輪寶出已心大歡喜，即告侍臣言：『汝今速嚴四兵，當出遊幸。』是時侍臣受王命已，即嚴四兵，既嚴整已，即詣王所而白王言：『四兵已嚴，王出遊幸今正是時。』爾時彼剎帝利大灌頂輪王，即從座起整其衣服，出於宮門；彼千輻輪導于王前，從王右手順次而轉。是時彼王游於四海，于少時間即還王宮，以其輪寶功能勝故。諸苾芻！此名剎帝利大灌頂輪王出時第一輪寶出現。

「複次，諸苾芻！彼剎帝利大灌頂輪王出時，復有象寶出現，其相殊妙純白無雜，猶如大龍，七處具足圓滿而住，從於北方乘空而來住王宮門。是時臣寮見是事已，即馭王所，具以其事而白于王。彼大灌頂輪王見是象寶出已，心大歡喜內自思惟：『甚為賢善，最大殊勝，我有所用而必當取。』是時彼王謂諸臣言：『象寶出現，汝等宜應專勤守護備吾所用。』是時侍臣受王命已，于長時中專勤守護，善巧調習，無少損失，備王所用。」

佛告諸苾芻：「往昔有剎帝利大灌頂輪王出世，是時亦有象寶出現，其王于晨朝時乘彼象寶，游於四海即時還宮。汝等當知，像寶有是勝妙功能。諸苾芻！此名大灌頂輪王出時第二象寶出現。

「複次，諸苾芻！大灌頂輪王出時，復有馬寶出現，其數有四，諸分圓滿而各有其上妙色相，所謂青、黃、赤、白，項頸妙好猶如謨啰，行步迅疾而復調善。是四馬寶出現宮門，爾時臣寮見是馬寶希有妙好，即馭王所。彼大灌頂輪王見是四馬寶已，心大歡喜內自思惟：『馬寶出現甚為賢善，我有所用必當如意。』彼大灌頂輪王而復宣言：『汝等諸臣！于長時中當勤守護善巧調習，我有所用而必當取。』是時臣寮受王命已，長時守護備王所用。諸苾芻！往昔有大灌頂輪王出世，是時亦有馬寶出現，其王于晨朝時乘是馬寶，游於四海即復還宮。汝等當知，馬寶有是殊勝功能。諸苾芻！此名大灌頂輪王出時第三馬寶出現。

「複次，諸苾芻！輪王出時復有主藏臣寶出現。是時有大寶藏，堅牢具足大財大富，彼臣所主。時主藏臣，即詣王所作是白言：『有大寶藏，一切殊妙珍寶具足，所謂金等一切寶物；王有所用，我當授王一切如意無少闕失。』是時輪王見是主藏臣寶出已，心大歡喜，又聞其言金等諸寶一切具足獲大如意。時王即謂彼主藏臣寶言：『汝今有如是色相神通威力，能主地中廣大伏藏，金等諸寶一切具足。觀如是事，甚為希有最上賢善，汝善主持，我有所欲汝當供給，余非欲者亦善主持

English version 'The Sutra of the Seven Treasures of the Wheel-Turning King' The Buddha Speaks the Sutra of the Seven Treasures of the Wheel-Turning King Translated by the Tripitaka Master Shi Hu, Minister of the Court of Imperial Sacrifices, Great Master of Dharma Transmission, under Imperial Decree Thus have I heard: At one time, the Buddha was in Shravasti, together with a large assembly of Bhikshus. At that time, the Buddha told the Bhikshus, 'You should know that there appears in the world a Kshatriya Great Consecrated King—one who has received consecration and attained the position of a Wheel-Turning King, with majestic virtue and freedom, respected by all—and when this king appears, seven treasures will appear. What are the seven? They are the Wheel Treasure, the Elephant Treasure, the Horse Treasure, the Minister of the Treasury Treasure, the Minister of the Army Treasure, the Mani Treasure, and the Woman Treasure. These seven treasures appear along with the king.' 'What is called the Wheel Treasure? It is a thousand-spoked golden wheel, most supreme and wonderful, with all its aspects perfect and possessing great power. This golden wheel descends from the sky and stops at the gate of the royal palace. At that time, the Kshatriya Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King, seeing the appearance of the wheel treasure, is greatly delighted and immediately tells his attendants, 'You must quickly prepare the four divisions of the army, for I shall go out on a tour of inspection.' At that time, the attendants, having received the king's command, immediately prepare the four divisions of the army. Once they are ready, they go to the king and report, 'The four divisions of the army are ready, and now is the right time for the king to go out on a tour of inspection.' Then, the Kshatriya Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King rises from his seat, adjusts his clothes, and goes out of the palace gate; the thousand-spoked wheel leads the way before the king, turning clockwise from the king's right hand. At that time, the king tours the four seas and returns to the royal palace in a short time, due to the superior power of the wheel treasure. Bhikshus! This is called the appearance of the first Wheel Treasure when a Kshatriya Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King appears.' 'Furthermore, Bhikshus! When that Kshatriya Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King appears, there also appears an Elephant Treasure, whose appearance is extraordinary, pure white without any mixture, like a great dragon, with its seven parts complete and perfect, coming from the north through the air and stopping at the gate of the royal palace. At that time, the ministers, seeing this event, go to the king and report the matter in detail. The Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King, seeing the appearance of the Elephant Treasure, is greatly delighted and thinks to himself, 'It is truly virtuous and most excellent. If I have any use for it, I will surely take it.' At that time, the king tells his ministers, 'The Elephant Treasure has appeared. You should diligently guard it and prepare it for my use.' At that time, the attendants, having received the king's command, diligently guard it for a long time, skillfully train it, without any loss, and prepare it for the king's use.' The Buddha told the Bhikshus, 'In the past, there was a Kshatriya Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King who appeared in the world, and at that time, an Elephant Treasure also appeared. That king, in the morning, rode the Elephant Treasure, toured the four seas, and immediately returned to the palace. You should know that the Elephant Treasure has such superior power. Bhikshus! This is called the appearance of the second Elephant Treasure when a Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King appears.' 'Furthermore, Bhikshus! When a Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King appears, there also appears a Horse Treasure, of which there are four, each with its parts complete and each with its own supreme and wonderful color, namely blue, yellow, red, and white, with beautiful necks like the 'mora', moving swiftly and being well-trained. These four Horse Treasures appear at the palace gate. At that time, the ministers, seeing the Horse Treasures as rare and wonderful, go to the king and report. The Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King, seeing these four Horse Treasures, is greatly delighted and thinks to himself, 'The appearance of the Horse Treasure is truly virtuous. If I have any use for it, it will surely be as I wish.' The Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King then declares, 'You ministers! You must diligently guard and skillfully train them for a long time. If I have any use for them, I will surely take them.' At that time, the ministers, having received the king's command, guard them for a long time and prepare them for the king's use. Bhikshus! In the past, there was a Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King who appeared in the world, and at that time, a Horse Treasure also appeared. That king, in the morning, rode the Horse Treasure, toured the four seas, and immediately returned to the palace. You should know that the Horse Treasure has such superior power. Bhikshus! This is called the appearance of the third Horse Treasure when a Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King appears.' 'Furthermore, Bhikshus! When a Wheel-Turning King appears, there also appears a Minister of the Treasury Treasure. At that time, there is a great treasury, solid and complete, with great wealth and riches, which is managed by this minister. At that time, the Minister of the Treasury goes to the king and reports, 'There is a great treasury, complete with all kinds of wonderful and precious jewels, such as gold and all other treasures; if the king needs to use them, I will give the king everything as desired, without any shortage.' At that time, the Wheel-Turning King, seeing the appearance of the Minister of the Treasury Treasure, is greatly delighted, and upon hearing that he has all kinds of treasures such as gold, he can obtain great fulfillment. At that time, the king says to the Minister of the Treasury Treasure, 'You now have such appearance, supernatural powers, and might, and you are able to manage the vast hidden treasures underground, complete with all kinds of treasures such as gold. Seeing this, it is truly rare, most excellent and virtuous. You must manage it well. If I need anything, you must provide it. If I do not need it, you must also manage it well.'

。』諸苾芻！汝等當知，此地伏藏，人所不見非人即見，輪王出時有主藏臣而自出現，為王守護一切供給，此名輪王出時第四主藏臣寶出現。

「複次，諸苾芻！輪王出時復有主兵臣寶出現。是時彼臣，有大智略勇猛威德，大力色相一切具足，善御兵眾護王國界不令侵擾。時主兵臣詣于王所，白如是言：『大王當知，我善主兵守護王境，若時非時諸有所作，當如王意無少闕失。』是時彼王見是主兵臣寶出現已，心大歡喜即謂彼言：『汝今有大智略勇猛威德大力色相。若時非時一切能作，善御兵眾，守護國界，甚為賢善。汝當長時親輔於我，諸有所為汝善方便，汝今于王是大守護。』諸苾芻！此名輪王出時第五主兵臣寶出現。

「複次，諸苾芻！輪王出時復有大摩尼寶出現。彼摩尼寶，最上色相妙好殊勝，有大光明圓滿具足，其光廣大普照一切，有大功能。于王宮中若有是寶，而彼夜暗非燈所照，寶出光明自然照曜猶如日光。諸苾芻！往昔有大輪王出世，是時亦有大摩尼寶出現，有大光明。彼王爾時欲驗其能，即敕臣寮速嚴四兵，當於夜分出遊園林。是時臣寮受王命已，即嚴四兵，速詣王所白如是言：『四兵已集，王出遊幸今正是時。』爾時彼王，即以大摩尼寶置旌旗上引導王前，于夜分中出遊園林。其寶光明照一由旬，其王四兵皆悉光明互相映曜，如天光明等無有異。諸苾芻！此名輪王出時第六大摩尼寶出現。

「複次、諸苾芻！輪王出時復有女寶出現，最上色相諸分圓滿妙好第一，諸世間人無有等者，輕妙柔軟如干唧梨，身諸毛孔出諸妙香。譬如盛香寶器，於一切時香氣常在。又復女寶所有出入之息，一一皆如青蓮華香，人所愛樂。如王所行女寶從后，諸有所作適悅自在，性行貞正不受邪染，常出愛語人所樂聞，面有光明人所喜見。諸苾芻！此名輪王出時第七女寶出現。」

佛告諸苾芻：「如是名為輪王出時七寶出現。汝等當知，如來、應供、正等正覺出時，宣說七覺支法。何等為七？所謂念覺支、擇法覺支、精進覺支、喜覺支、輕安覺支、定覺支、舍覺支，如是名為七覺支法。唯除如來、應供、正等正覺出世宣說，如前七寶亦如是，唯除大灌頂輪王出時其寶出現。汝等當知，如來所說七覺支法，令諸眾生如理修行，一切皆得安樂利益，汝等當勤如是修學

『諸位比丘！你們應當知道，在這個地方潛伏著寶藏，那些非人看不見，只有轉輪王出現時，才會有主藏大臣自己出現，為國王守護一切供給，這稱為轉輪王出現時的第四種主藏臣寶出現。 『再者，諸位比丘！轉輪王出現時，還有主兵臣寶出現。那時，這位大臣具有大智慧、謀略、勇猛威德，大力氣和美好的相貌，一切都具備，善於統御軍隊，守護國家邊境，不讓外敵侵擾。當時，主兵大臣來到國王面前，稟告說：『大王應當知道，我善於統領軍隊，守護王境，無論何時需要我做什麼，都會按照大王的意願，不會有絲毫缺失。』當時，國王見到這位主兵臣寶出現后，心中非常高興，就對他說：『你現在有大智慧、謀略、勇猛威德，大力氣和美好的相貌。無論何時需要你做什麼，你都能勝任，善於統御軍隊，守護國界，非常賢能。你應當長久地輔佐我，無論有什麼事情，你都要善於處理，你現在對於國王來說是最大的守護。』諸位比丘！這稱為轉輪王出現時的第五種主兵臣寶出現。 『再者，諸位比丘！轉輪王出現時，還有大摩尼寶出現。這摩尼寶，具有最上等的顏色和美好的相貌，非常殊勝，有巨大的光明，圓滿具足，它的光芒廣大，普照一切，具有巨大的功能。在王宮中，如果有這件寶物，即使在黑暗的夜晚，沒有燈光照明，寶物也會發出光芒，自然照耀，如同日光一樣。諸位比丘！過去有大轉輪王出世，當時也有大摩尼寶出現，具有巨大的光明。那位國王當時想要驗證它的能力，就命令臣僚迅速準備四種軍隊，在夜間出遊園林。當時，臣僚接受國王的命令后，立即準備好四種軍隊，迅速來到國王面前稟告說：『四種軍隊已經集結完畢，大王現在出游正是時候。』當時，國王就把大摩尼寶放在旗幟上，引導在國王前面，在夜間出遊園林。寶物發出的光芒照耀一由旬的範圍，國王的四種軍隊都被光明照耀，互相輝映，如同天上的光明一樣，沒有差別。諸位比丘！這稱為轉輪王出現時的第六種大摩尼寶出現。 『再者，諸位比丘！轉輪王出現時，還有女寶出現，她具有最上等的容貌，各個部分都圓滿美好，是世間第一，世間沒有人可以和她相比，她輕盈柔軟，如同干唧梨一樣，身上的每個毛孔都散發出美妙的香氣。就像盛放香料的寶器一樣，在任何時候都散發著香氣。而且，女寶每次呼吸的氣息，都像青蓮花的香氣一樣，令人喜愛。當國王出行時，女寶跟在後面，無論做什麼都令人感到舒適自在，她的品行貞潔，不受邪染，經常說出令人愛聽的話語，面容有光澤，令人喜悅。諸位比丘！這稱為轉輪王出現時的第七種女寶出現。』 佛陀告訴諸位比丘：『這就是轉輪王出現時的七寶出現。你們應當知道，如來、應供、正等正覺出現時，會宣說七覺支法。哪七種呢？就是念覺支、擇法覺支、精進覺支、喜覺支、輕安覺支、定覺支、舍覺支，這稱為七覺支法。只有如來、應供、正等正覺出世才會宣說，就像前面的七寶一樣，只有大灌頂轉輪王出世時才會出現。你們應當知道，如來說的七覺支法，能讓眾生如理修行，一切都能得到安樂和利益，你們應當勤奮地修學。』

'Monks, you should know that in this place there are hidden treasures, which are unseen by non-humans. Only when a Wheel-Turning King appears, a Chief Treasurer Minister will appear on his own, to guard and provide everything for the king. This is called the fourth appearance of the Chief Treasurer Minister Treasure when a Wheel-Turning King appears.' 'Furthermore, monks, when a Wheel-Turning King appears, there also appears a Chief Military Minister Treasure. At that time, this minister possesses great wisdom, strategy, courage, and majestic virtue, great strength and a beautiful appearance, all fully equipped. He is skilled in commanding troops, guarding the borders of the kingdom, and preventing foreign invasions. At that time, the Chief Military Minister goes to the king and reports: 'Great King, you should know that I am skilled in leading troops and guarding the kingdom. Whenever there is something to be done, I will act according to your will, without any shortcomings.' At that time, the king, seeing the appearance of this Chief Military Minister Treasure, is very happy and says to him: 'You now possess great wisdom, strategy, courage, majestic virtue, great strength, and a beautiful appearance. Whenever there is something to be done, you are capable of it. You are skilled in commanding troops and guarding the borders of the kingdom, which is very virtuous. You should assist me for a long time. Whatever needs to be done, you should handle it skillfully. You are now the greatest protector for the king.' Monks, this is called the fifth appearance of the Chief Military Minister Treasure when a Wheel-Turning King appears.' 'Furthermore, monks, when a Wheel-Turning King appears, there also appears a Great Mani Jewel. This Mani Jewel has the most superior color and a beautiful appearance, it is very extraordinary, has great light, is perfectly complete, its light is vast, illuminating everything, and has great power. In the royal palace, if there is this jewel, even in the dark night, without the light of lamps, the jewel will emit light, naturally illuminating like the sunlight. Monks, in the past, when a Great Wheel-Turning King appeared in the world, there also appeared a Great Mani Jewel, which had great light. That king at that time wanted to test its power, so he ordered his ministers to quickly prepare four kinds of troops and go out to the gardens at night. At that time, the ministers, having received the king's order, immediately prepared the four kinds of troops and quickly came to the king and reported: 'The four kinds of troops have been assembled, it is now the right time for the king to go out.' At that time, the king placed the Great Mani Jewel on the banner, leading the way in front of the king, and went out to the gardens at night. The light emitted by the jewel illuminated a yojana, and the king's four kinds of troops were all illuminated by the light, shining on each other, like the light of the heavens, without any difference. Monks, this is called the sixth appearance of the Great Mani Jewel when a Wheel-Turning King appears.' 'Furthermore, monks, when a Wheel-Turning King appears, there also appears a Woman Treasure. She has the most superior appearance, all parts are perfectly beautiful, she is the first in the world, and no one in the world can compare to her. She is light and soft, like dry cotton, and every pore on her body emits a wonderful fragrance. Like a treasure container filled with incense, she always emits fragrance at all times. Moreover, every breath of the Woman Treasure is like the fragrance of a blue lotus flower, which is loved by people. When the king travels, the Woman Treasure follows behind, and whatever she does is comfortable and free. Her conduct is chaste and she is not tainted by evil. She always speaks loving words that people like to hear, and her face is radiant, which people like to see. Monks, this is called the seventh appearance of the Woman Treasure when a Wheel-Turning King appears.' The Buddha told the monks: 'These are the seven treasures that appear when a Wheel-Turning King appears. You should know that when a Tathagata, an Arhat, a Fully Enlightened One appears, he will proclaim the seven factors of enlightenment. What are the seven? They are the mindfulness enlightenment factor, the investigation of dharma enlightenment factor, the effort enlightenment factor, the joy enlightenment factor, the tranquility enlightenment factor, the concentration enlightenment factor, and the equanimity enlightenment factor. These are called the seven factors of enlightenment. Only a Tathagata, an Arhat, a Fully Enlightened One appearing in the world will proclaim them, just like the previous seven treasures, which only appear when a Great Consecrated Wheel-Turning King appears. You should know that the seven factors of enlightenment spoken by the Tathagata enable all sentient beings to practice according to the Dharma, and all can obtain peace and benefit. You should diligently study and practice them.'
