Received the imperial decree to transcribe this Buddha's name and distribute it to all states in the world of the five defilements (five defilements, a Buddhist term referring to the world full of afflictions and suffering in the Dharma-ending Age). If there is a virtuous woman who can sincerely uphold this practice and prostrate according to the number of kalpas mentioned, she can eliminate countless kalpas of sins, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River (Ganges river sand, a metaphor for a very large number). The fine silk and brocade she thinks of will appear in thousands of layers, and the hundred flavors of delicious food she desires will immediately arrive.

【English Translation】 English version: Furthermore, those who can teach others to uphold this rite will surely eliminate eighty-two thousand five hundred [missing] sins, without falsehood. In addition, briefly explaining the inauspicious days of each month, these days are all ten fasting days (ten days of abstinence). On [missing] day, observing the fast and reciting the Buddha's name will prevent falling into the Sword Tree Hell. On the eighth day, Tai [missing] descends; on this day, observing the fast and reciting the Buddha's name will prevent falling into the Iron Plow Hell. On the fourteenth day, the Officer of Destiny descends; on this day, observing the fast and reciting the Buddha's name will prevent falling into the Cauldron of Boiling Water Hell. On the fifteenth day, the Five Paths Great Gods descend; on this day, observing the fast and reciting the Buddha's name will prevent falling into the [missing] Excrement Hell. On the eighteenth day, King Yama descends; on this day, observing the fast and reciting the Buddha's name will prevent falling into the Sawing Hell. On the twenty-ninth day, the Four Heavenly Kings descend; on this day, observing the fast and reciting the Buddha's name will prevent falling into the Mountain of Knives Hell. On the thirtieth day, King Śakra-Brahmā descends; on this day, observing the fast and reciting the Buddha's name will prevent falling into the Iron Wheel Hell. The above ten fasting days are all days when the Great Divine Sons, Divine Youths, and the Examiner of Destiny descend. The seasonal notes say that they descend immediately after noon following the fast. I earnestly request everyone to strive diligently at this time to recite the Buddha's name and cultivate goodness, and be careful not to be recorded for faults and bear sins, for who can save you then? It is occasionally discovered that the True Doctrine is profound and distant, and cannot be attained without accumulating good deeds. The Sea of Suffering is difficult to ascend, and cannot be crossed without a boat. The mouth is like the thousand Buddhas (Buddha) of the Auspicious Aeon, and this sacred transformation is formed, with the Thirty-three Heavens praising the Wheel-Turning King's meritorious deeds. Therefore, Śākyamuni cultivated the Way through six years of hardship, and the youth sacrificed his body to seek the eight words of the four lines. The Buddha's (Buddha) merits are as vast as the sea, and it is lamented that they cannot be exhausted. However, now the host of the fast before the seat respectfully salutes the Buddhas (Buddha) of the ten directions, the Honored Dharma (Dharma), Prajñā (Prajñā), Arhats (Arhat), and the Holy Saṃgha (Saṃgha), that is, [missing] blessings are seen before us, and asks everyone to make vows every year, for the peace of the family, and respectfully set up a fasting altar for offerings. May it be that from now on, the fragrant water of Fragrant Mountain irrigates and washes the body and mind, and the supreme nectar flows within the body, the form is like a precious mountain, unmoving and unshakeable, and life is equal to [missing] Mountain, the transferred spirit dwells permanently in the [missing] realm, that is, Bodhi (Bodhi).

【English Translation】 English version May daily progress in virtuous deeds, high wisdom, blessings, and vows of goodness be as steadfast as Vajra (Diamond, symbolizing indestructibility). May the woman possess beautiful virtues, blooming like a verdant tree. May her demeanor be graceful, shining like a cluster of flowers. Furthermore, with these merits, may the Emperor and Empress's sagely teachings be boundless, firmly seated on the imperial throne, not bound by the transformations of past kings, continuously until old age. Since the advent of the sage, may people from foreign lands eagerly arrive, holding auspicious charts in their hands. May farmers yield to each other on the ridges, and may roads be wide and unobstructed. May the sacred reign be eternally prosperous, extending for myriad generations. May the Three Realms (Desire realm, Form realm, Formless realm) be transformed into pure lands, and may hells be transformed into fragrant cities. May all beings escape the gates of suffering and ascend to the path of enlightenment together. Brahma Sound: How can one attain longevity and an indestructible Vajra body? By what causes and conditions did the Buddha attain such steadfast strength? And how can one, through this scripture, ultimately reach the other shore (Nirvana)? May the Buddha reveal the subtle secrets and widely expound them for all beings. For the Twenty-eight Heavens, Shakra (釋) and Brahma (梵) Kings, and others, we respectfully salute the eternally abiding Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha). For the donors' blessings, wisdom, and adornments, we respectfully salute the eternally abiding Three Jewels. For the beings of the Six Realms (Deities, Humans, Asuras, Animals, Hungry Ghosts, Hell beings) to be free from obstacles and liberated from suffering, we bow to all the virtuous and holy ones. Mantra of Offering Food: The food now offered is presented to all Buddhas above, offered to the virtuous and holy ones in the middle, and extended to all beings in the Dharma realm below. May all be fully satisfied and equally partake of this food. The mind is pure, surpassing everything. We bow and pay homage to the unsurpassed honored one. Mantra of Giving: All actions begin with giving, abandoning attachments, and staying away from stinginess and greed. Therefore, today, the donor has completed the vegetarian feast, fearing that the merits are not complete, and again takes out clean wealth as an offering. May the deceased be reborn in the Western Pure Land, and may the living realize their nature and attain Buddhahood. All Respect: Taking refuge in the Buddha (Buddha), may all beings understand true enlightenment and generate the Bodhi mind (Bodhi mind). Taking refuge in the Dharma (Dharma), may all beings deeply enter the scripture treasury and have wisdom like the sea. The mantra for advancing in attainment and cultivating merit is:
Duo zhi duo Mouliuluo Mouliuluo Apopohe Mouliuluo Piqi chaye suohe. If a person upholds, recites, and cultivates meritorious deeds, this person is a Bodhisattva of the first ground.
Namo Amitabha Buddha (Amitabha Buddha) of the Western Paradise. The Buddha is in the Western Pure Land (Sukhavati). I universally encourage all to be born in one place with one heart. Without asking about nobility or lowliness, all are clearly guided. It is just that ordinary people's karma is not accomplished. First, constantly remember Buddha-recitation. Second, the mind and mouth must be aligned. Third, diligently cultivate the Six Perfections. Fourth, seek fame and name outside of the fruition. If one can accord with the Buddha's intention in this way, the lotus flower in that land will face eastward, and one will go straight there at the time of death. He follows the Buddha in the six realms to save sentient beings and be reborn in the Land of Bliss (Sukhavati). Namo Amitabha Buddha of the Western Paradise. Sentient beings in the six realms cannot be saved. Seeing the Buddha's light, they do not arouse the aspiration for enlightenment. Even when Amitabha Buddha personally calls, they refuse to go. Ox-headed jailers rush to greet their karma. Even the Buddha's rescue is of no avail, and the cauldron of boiling water and charcoal fire becomes even deeper. The Buddha hears this and asks, 'What sins has this person committed?' 'Drinking alcohol, eating meat, and engaging in sexual misconduct.' I universally exhort all in the Dharma assembly to renounce this Jambudvipa (Jambudvipa) body of pus and blood. May we together with all sentient beings be reborn in the Land of Bliss.
Namo Amitabha Buddha of the Western Paradise. Once one enters the true gate, one will never turn back. The mind sits on a jeweled platform. The water of the eight merits is always complete. Lotus flowers surround the Buddha on all four sides. The Buddha emits a ray of light from between his eyebrows, illuminating sentient beings of the lower grades. The flowers open by themselves, desiring to save others in other lands. On bodies of suffering, how dare they obtain two jeweled garments? I universally exhort all in the Dharma assembly to single-mindedly recite the Buddha's name and enter the true gate. May we together with all sentient beings be reborn in the Land of Bliss.
Namo Amitabha Buddha of the Western Paradise. Sitting alone on a golden lotus, he manifests boundless light, encompassing the great path. Suffering sentient beings desire to return to one place together. Diligently cultivate practice and be diligent. Bodhisattvas internally cultivate the ten virtues. Ordinary people externally seek fame and name. The Buddha-dharma is vast and without duality. Foolish people distinguish and practice through numerous gates. Some say that this body is the same as the nature. Others say that the Buddha-nature is sought elsewhere for fame. Such people are not one. They are destined for the three evil paths and the six realms. May we abandon dualistic views and cultivate equality. Western Pure Land.
