一切恭敬敬禮常住三寶 是□眾□□□□嚴智香□□□食。愿此香花云變滿十方界供養一切佛化並菩薩 無數聲聞□□受此香花云。以謂光明臺光以無邊界無邊無量作佛是。供養與供敬一切並誦摩訶般若波羅蜜。如來妙色身世間無以等無比不思議。是故今敬禮如來色。無盡智慧亦復然。一切法常住時□□歸敬禮常住三寶嘆佛功德。佛有三十二相八十隨好。號三界度眾生所成佛道。
南無東方須彌燈光明如來十方佛等一切諸佛。

【English Translation】 English version I respectfully prostrate to the eternally abiding Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) with utmost reverence. These are the incense, flowers, lamps, and food offered by the faithful. May these incense and flowers transform into clouds, filling the ten directions, and be offered to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, as well as countless Shravakas (Buddha's disciples). May they all receive these clouds of incense and flowers. The light of this luminous platform is boundless, achieving Buddhahood with immeasurable merits. I offer and revere everything, and recite the Maha Prajna Paramita (Great Wisdom to the Other Shore). The wonderful form of the Tathagata is unparalleled in the world, inconceivable. Therefore, I now respectfully bow to the form of the Tathagata. Infinite wisdom is also like this. All dharmas are eternally abiding, I return and prostrate to the eternally abiding Three Jewels, praising the merits of the Buddha. The Buddha has thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, and is known as the Buddha who delivers sentient beings in the three realms, achieving the Buddha's path. 八部帝主人王師僧父母十方施主及以邊法界眾生。悉愿斷持知障歸命懺悔 至心懺悔。一切業障海皆從望相生。若欲懺悔者。端坐觀實相。眾罪如霜露慧日能消徐。是故應至心勤懺六根罪。懺悔以歸命禮三寶 至心發願 愿我等生生是諸佛世世恒聞解脫者。弘誓平等度眾生。必竟造成無上道。發願以歸命禮三寶。
說偈發願 愿以此功德普及於一切。我等以眾生皆共成佛道。
白眾等聽說黃昏無常偈 西方日以暮。塵勞有微塵。老病死時至。相看不居。唸唸催年足。猶如少水魚。勸諸行道眾。勤學至無畏。
白眾等聽說初夜無常偈。煩惱無底生死海無邊。度苦船未至。云何樂睡眠。睡眠當覺悟。勿令睡覆心。勇猛勤精進菩提道自然。

【English Translation】 English version: May the eight classes of gods and demigods (eight types of supernatural beings in Buddhism), emperors, masters, monks, parents, benefactors from the ten directions, and all sentient beings in the boundless Dharma realms, all wish to sever the obstacles of knowledge and return to and repent. Sincerely repent. All seas of karmic obstacles arise from delusional thoughts. If one wishes to repent, one should sit upright and contemplate the true nature of reality. All sins are like frost and dew, and the sun of wisdom can dissolve them. Therefore, one should sincerely and diligently repent of the sins of the six senses. After repentance, take refuge in and pay homage to the Three Jewels. Sincerely make a vow, wishing that we may be born in the worlds of all Buddhas in life after life, always hearing the Dharma of liberation, vowing to equally liberate all sentient beings with great vows, and ultimately achieve the unsurpassed path. After making the vow, take refuge in and pay homage to the Three Jewels. Reciting a verse to make a vow: May this merit extend to all, and may we and all sentient beings together attain Buddhahood. Tell the assembly, listen to my verse on impermanence at dusk: The sun has set in the west, and the defilements of the world are as fine as dust. The time of old age, sickness, and death arrives, and looking at each other, no one can stay. Each thought urges the passing of years, like a fish with little water. I urge all practitioners to diligently study until fearless. Tell the assembly, listen to my verse on impermanence in the early night: Afflictions have no bottom, and the sea of birth and death has no shore. The boat to cross the sea of suffering has not yet arrived, how can one sleep peacefully? One should awaken when sleeping, and not let sleep cover the mind. Practice bravely and diligently, and the Bodhi path will naturally appear. Homage to Vairocana Buddha (the Buddha of all-illuminating light)! Homage to Locana Buddha (the Reward Body Buddha)! 【English Translation】 English version Beginning: We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) for the boundless sanctification of emperors; We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels for the princes and kings, wishing their blessings extend for myriad generations; We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels for teachers, monks, parents, and virtuous friends; We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels for the complete Six Perfections of the ten-direction benefactors; We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels for all suffering beings, wishing they all be free from suffering; We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels for the officials, wishing their positions be forever secure; We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels for the peace of the nation and the constant turning of the Dharma wheel; We respectfully salute the ever-abiding Three Jewels for all sentient beings in the Dharma realm. Repentance through bowing to the Buddha: With utmost sincerity, we repent for all that is known by the immeasurable Buddhas of the ten directions. Now, I completely reveal and turn away from the three evils. The three combined with three make nine kinds, arising from the three afflictions. Whether in this life or previous lives, all sins are repented. If there is karmic retribution to be received in the three evil realms, may I, in this life, never enter the evil paths. Having received repentance, I take refuge in the Three Jewels. With utmost sincerity, I implore all Tathagatas (another name for Buddha) of the ten directions who are now attaining enlightenment. I request them to turn the Dharma wheel to bring peace and happiness to all beings. If all Buddhas of the ten directions wish to relinquish their lives, I now bow my head and implore them to remain for a long time. I implore them and take refuge in the Three Jewels. With utmost sincerity, I rejoice in all acts of generosity, upholding precepts, practicing meditation, and giving. These arise from body, speech, and mind. Now, all those who study the Three Vehicles (Śrāvakayāna, Pratyekabuddhayāna, and Bodhisattvayāna), those who have attained the One Vehicle (Ekāyana). I rejoice in the immeasurable blessings of humans and devas (gods), and I take refuge in the Three Jewels. With utmost sincerity, I dedicate all the meritorious deeds I have done, combining them to liberate all beings. I dedicate them towards the path of Buddhahood. Sins should be repented in this way, and the merit of rejoicing and imploring is dedicated to Bodhi (enlightenment). I dedicate and take refuge in the Three Jewels. With utmost sincerity, I make this vow: May all beings generate the Bodhi mind (the mind that seeks enlightenment), constantly contemplating all Buddhas of the ten directions. I humbly wish that all beings forever break through all afflictions, clearly seeing the Buddha-nature, like the Buddha of Wonderful Virtue (Mañjuśrī). I make this vow and take refuge in the Three Jewels. Announcing to the assembly, listen to the verse of purity at the dawn hour: If you wish to attain the joy of Nirvana (state of liberation), you should learn the ways of a renunciant (Śrāmaṇa). Clothing and food sustain life, whether coarse or fine. Today, at the dawn hour, be pure, and each remember the six recollections (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, morality, generosity, and devas). With utmost reverence, take refuge in the Buddha, wishing that all beings embody the Great Path and generate the mind of impermanence.

【English Translation】 English version: I take refuge in the Buddha. May all sentient beings deeply enter the sutra treasury and possess wisdom as vast as the ocean. I take refuge in the Dharma. May all sentient beings deeply enter the sutra treasury and possess wisdom as vast as the ocean. I take refuge in the Sangha. May all sentient beings lead the masses harmoniously, encountering no obstacles. May all sentient beings purify their three karmas of body, speech, and mind, and uphold the Buddha's teachings. I pay homage to all virtuous and holy beings.
Written on the 22nd day of the fourth month in the year Yimao, the second year of Xiande (955 AD)
