窺著地兩手抱昧□□□□□□□□□□恭莫以散亂等閑心一心專□□□□□□□可是輕處若不止誠殷重□□□□□□□降赴亦不攝授啟請亦□□□□□□□□滅卻得輕慢罪當須勤□□□□□□□思冷水如病等良藥醫治而得差□□□弟子某乙等一心歸命十方三世盡虛空界諸佛世尊大慈悲父憐念眾生不捨本願不捨慈悲。如是諸佛以于無量無數大劫廣行一切難自利利他難行苦行。為我等輩舍頭目髓腦血肉身分國城妻子象馬車乘金銀七寶衣被飲食臥具醫藥。來求索者悉皆施與。無有吝惜心生歡喜。勇猛精進修行六度。佈施持戒忍辱精進禪定智慧方便願力諸波羅蜜。十二部經甚深正法。初善中善後善。其義深遠其語功妙。純一無雜具足精白梵行之相。從依諸佛清凈證智同一覺持之所留立。若有眾生受持一四句偈。勝異恒沙身命佈施。十力無畏大悲三念四無所畏四無礙解大慈大悲大喜大舍一切神通一切相好一切功德一切智慧一切萬行悉皆修學。三乘三藏無漏無為五種凈眼六種神通功德智慧已圓滿。以歸成無上正等菩提三十二相八十種好金剛不壞堅固之身法身常身及以化身。三界六道拔濟眾生。眾聖之王天上天下最尊最貴無能過

【English Translation】 English version: There is no one equal to him. He is called the Teacher of Gods and Humans, the Great Compassionate Father. He constantly uses expedient means, immeasurable compassion, joy, and equanimity to deliver all suffering beings, enabling them to attain the lasting peace and happiness of Nirvana. If anyone takes refuge in, reveres, makes offerings to, praises, or extols him; if they hear his name or see his image; if they burn incense, prostrate, circumambulate, or walk the path, the merit generated is immeasurable and boundless, exceeding Mount Sumeru and deeper than the great ocean. He regards all beings as if they were his only child, universally equal, without love or hatred. He creates the causes for beings to transcend the world, and for us disciples, he has great kindness and great benefit. He is our true refuge, true good knowledge, and true field of merit. He is difficult to encounter in hundreds of thousands of kalpas, and difficult to praise completely in hundreds of thousands of kalpas. Today, we deeply feel ashamed, deeply yearn, deeply rejoice, deeply love, deeply cherish and respect, deeply feel fortunate, and deeply feel reverence. May the karmic obstacles possessed by us disciples be extinguished. The One-Versed Mother bows, inquires, and praises. The merits within the bodies of all Buddhas are already complete; how should they be written? All karmic obstacles possessed have already been extinguished. Having completed the bowing and inquiry, we sincerely repent. Now, before all Buddhas and sages, we deeply restrain ourselves, repent of our transgressions, correct past mistakes, and cultivate future good deeds. Sincerely and thoroughly opening our hearts, with intense sorrow, weeping and shedding tears, we sincerely confess and repent. May all light and heavy offenses be extinguished. It is like clothes with much dirt and grime; if you want to wash them clean, put them in alkaline ash, and with one wash, all the dirt and grime will disappear. Then, wash them again with clean water, and you will obtain clean clothes. Repentance is also like this: creating offenses and committing transgressions, repenting and extinguishing the offenses, is to have a body of pure merit. Straighten your body and kneel, with your right knee on the ground, not your left knee. Join your palms at your chest, deeply yearning. Disciples so-and-so, together with the people of the Dharma assembly, with one mind, take refuge in all Buddhas, all great Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas throughout the ten directions, the three periods of time, and the entire empty realm. 【English Translation】 English version: From the beginning until today, I am a common person filled with afflictions. Covered by countless afflictions such as greed, anger, and ignorance, my body, speech, and mind are deluded, and my three karmas are unwholesome. I am filled with greed, anger, jealousy, arrogance, pride, unkindness, injustice, disrespect, and irreverence. Towards my parents, I do not practice kindness and filial piety. In my speech and responses, I glare with angry eyes, causing resentment and suffering, disturbing my parents without realizing it. Or towards my siblings and relatives, my heart lacks respect and I do not practice filial piety. Or towards my neighbors, friends, acquaintances, and those around me, I often encroach upon them, gossip about them, and slander and ridicule them. Or I steal and misuse all the property of the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha), borrow and do not repay, and accumulate debts, committing the ten evils, the five rebellious acts, and the heavy sins of uninterrupted hell. I give rise to great wrong views, denying cause and effect. I destroy pagodas, ruin temples, burn scriptures and images, and slander the Three Vehicles (Śrāvakayāna, Pratyekabuddhayāna, Bodhisattvayāna), saying they are not taught by the Buddha. I obstruct others' practice, bully those above me, and despise those below me. I beat and scold those older and younger, and create various offenses in public and private matters, breaking vows and precepts, cursing and insulting teachers and monks, and slandering and ridiculing the wise and virtuous. I belittle and insult both monastics and laypeople, through the three actions of the body (killing, stealing, sexual misconduct), the four actions of speech (false speech, embellished speech, divisive speech, harsh speech), and the three actions of mind (greed, anger, wrong views). I constantly engage in the ten unwholesome actions, day and night, creating limitless and boundless offenses. Or in gardens and fields, I irrigate and damage and kill insects and ants, swat mosquitoes and gnats, and harm lice and nits. Towards material giving and Dharma giving, I am constantly stingy, not providing for others' needs. Seeing others in suffering, I cannot help them, and do not generate compassion or mercy, but instead feel happy and pleased. Seeing others happy, seeing others surpass me, I do not rejoice with them, but instead feel jealous, and my mind is intolerant, without kindness, without compassion, without shame, and without remorse. My heart harbors cruelty, like tigers and wolves, like Rakshasas (demons). Coming and going in temples, I trample on mud, drink alcohol, and eat meat without satisfaction. And I eat the five pungent roots (garlic, onions, leeks, chives, asafoetida), using leeks and garlic to defile both ordinary people and sages. Or in the marketplace, I greedily seek profit, using light scales and small measures and various means to rob sentient beings, harming honest people. I seek excessively and improperly, taking others' property without realizing it. I kill countless beings, cutting off great compassion; I steal countless times, abandoning others' treasures; I engage in limitless sexual misconduct, defiling pure Brahma conduct; I speak false

【English Translation】 English version: Deceiving all with immeasurable deceit. Greed is boundless, the heart never satisfied. Sowing discord with immeasurable double-tongued speech. Abusing and insulting ordinary people and sages with immeasurable harsh words. Delighting in frivolous talk and mocking the true Dharma with immeasurable embellished speech. Striking and scolding sentient beings with immeasurable anger. Extensively creating all kinds of boundless and limitless sins. Seeing others practicing, performing various good deeds, going to and from temples, bowing to the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha), observing precepts and fasting, reciting scriptures, generating Bodhicitta (the mind of enlightenment), practicing the Bodhisattva path, meditating, cultivating the Way, and performing various meritorious deeds, yet being unable to help them, unable to rejoice in their merits, unable to encourage them, unable to praise them, instead obstructing them, instead generating slander and ridicule, instead teasing each other, destroying the causes for sentient beings to cultivate liberation from the world, causing practitioners to harm sentient beings' eyes of humans and devas, causing them to regress from Bodhicitta, becoming great enemies, becoming evil advisors, pulling each other down, falling into the three evil realms. Enduring the suffering of hell for immeasurable kalpas (eons). Emerging from hell, even if one obtains a human body, one is blind, deaf, mute, with incomplete faculties, or born in remote regions where there is no Buddha Dharma, not knowing propriety, not distinguishing good from evil, like animals, born into families with wrong views, extensively creating all kinds of sins, and falling into hell again. It is difficult to obtain liberation for immeasurable great kalpas. Therefore, today, before the Buddhas of the ten directions, the twelve divisions of scriptures, the great Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas (great Bodhisattvas), Pratyekabuddhas (those who attain enlightenment on their own), Sravakas (disciples who attain enlightenment by hearing the Dharma), Arhats (those who have extinguished all afflictions and attained Nirvana), the Sangha of sages, Sakra (Indra) and Brahma, the Four Heavenly Kings, the Eight Divisions of Dragons and Devas (protective deities of Buddhism), the officials of the underworld and the paths of karma, all the spirits, those with the divine eye who see far, those with the divine ear who hear far, those with the divine mind who know others' thoughts, and all the virtuous sages with supernatural powers, I testify that your disciple, today at this moment, feels deep fear and dread, feels deep aversion and detachment, deeply awakens and realizes, deeply corrects and repents, deeply feels restraint and self-reproach, deeply feels shame, and dares not conceal anything. From now on, I will correct my mistakes, cultivate the future, and never dare to create any more sins. Whether they are many or few, light or heavy, at this moment today, in a single thought, all sins will be completely extinguished.

May the great compassionate ones of the ten directions witness, protect, and remember. I now repent and will not create any more sins. May I and all sentient beings quickly eliminate the ten evils (ten evil deeds), the five rebellious acts (killing one's father, killing one's mother, killing an Arhat, shedding the blood of a Buddha, disrupting the Sangha), the four grave offenses (of a Bhikshu), the perverted slander and defamation of the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha), and the sins of an Icchantika (one who has severed their roots of goodness) from immeasurable kalpas. Furthermore, one should contemplate that such sinful nature arises only from a false and inverted mind, and there is no real existence to be obtained, its essence being empty and still. May I and all sentient beings quickly realize the original nature of the mind and forever extinguish the roots of sin.
