灌頂真言：

唵(引)曩莫舍吉野(二合)母曩曳(引)怛他誐哆野(引)啰賀(二合)帝三藐三沒䭾野

誦此真言七遍，以手于頭上灌頂及摩觸遍身，然後息念，志心作佛母般若波羅蜜多菩薩觀行。想此菩薩三面三眼，身真金色，坐吉祥藏師子座，座有千葉金蓮。身有六臂，右邊三臂，第一臂執數珠，第二臂執箭，第三臂作施愿相。左邊三臂，第一臂執經，第二臂執弓，第三臂執如意寶。如是六臂種種莊嚴。于其身上，復放無數百千那由他俱胝光明，遍滿一切世界。復想一切如來及多羅菩薩等一切菩薩，具足相好，莊嚴其身，以諸香花而親供養。如是觀想已，復念心真言：

誦此真言七遍，用手在頭上灌頂並摩觸全身，然後止息雜念，專心觀想佛母般若波羅蜜多菩薩。觀想此菩薩三面三眼，身體呈真金色，坐在吉祥藏獅子座上，座下有千葉金蓮。身體有六臂，右邊三臂，第一臂執數珠，第二臂執箭，第三臂作施愿印。左邊三臂，第一臂執經，第二臂執弓，第三臂執如意寶。如此六臂，種種莊嚴。在其身上，又放出無數百千那由他俱胝光明，遍滿一切世界。再觀想一切如來及多羅菩薩等一切菩薩，具足相好，莊嚴其身，用各種香花親自供養。如此觀想后，再念心真言：

The Sutra of the Buddha's Discourse on the Visualization of the Prajnaparamita Bodhisattva, the Mother of Buddhas

Translated by the Tripitaka Master, Chao San Da Fu, Shi Hong Lu Shao Qing, Ming Jiao Da Shi, Minister Tian Xizai, by Imperial Decree, from the Western Regions

Mantra for Consecration:

Om(引) namo shakya(二合) munaye(引) tathagataya(引) arhate(二合) samyaksambuddhaya

Recite this mantra seven times, use your hand to consecrate the top of your head and touch your whole body, then cease all thoughts and focus your mind on visualizing the Prajnaparamita Bodhisattva, the Mother of Buddhas. Visualize this Bodhisattva with three faces and three eyes, her body is true golden color, sitting on a lion throne of auspicious treasure, with a thousand-petaled golden lotus beneath the throne. She has six arms, the three on the right, the first holding prayer beads, the second holding an arrow, and the third making the gesture of granting wishes. The three on the left, the first holding a sutra, the second holding a bow, and the third holding a wish-fulfilling jewel. Thus, she is adorned with various ornaments on her six arms. From her body, countless hundreds of thousands of nayutas and kotis of light emanate, filling all worlds. Visualize all Tathagatas and all Bodhisattvas such as Tara Bodhisattva, with their bodies adorned with all auspicious marks, offering them various fragrant flowers. After this visualization, recite the heart mantra:

Next, recite the root mantra:

After reciting this mantra, one should then engage in visualization practice. Visualize on the right side of the Buddha Mother Prajnaparamita Bodhisattva, Shakya Muni (Sakya Muni), Dipamkara (Dipamkara, one of the past Buddhas), Amitayus (Amitayus, another name for Amitabha Buddha), the Wisdom-Determined World Honored One, the Light King World Honored One, the Thunder Sound Roar World Honored One, the Golden Flower World Honored One, and the Scattering Flower World Honored One. On the left side of the Bodhisattva, there are Vipasyin (Vipasyin, one of the seven past Buddhas), Krakucchanda (Krakucchanda, one of the seven past Buddhas), Kanakamuni (Kanakamuni, one of the seven past Buddhas), Kasyapa (Kasyapa, one of the seven past Buddhas), and the Jewel Hand World Honored One. In front of the Bodhisattva, there are Vairocana (Vairocana), Ratnasambhava (Ratnasambhava, one of the Five Dhyani Buddhas), Amitabha (Amitabha), Amoghasiddhi (Amoghasiddhi, one of the Five Dhyani Buddhas), and Akshobhya (Akshobhya, one of the Five Dhyani Buddhas). Behind the Bodhisattva, there are the Supreme Lotus World Honored One, the Supreme Jewel World Honored One, the Joyful Auspicious World Honored One, the Lapis Lazuli Light World Honored One, and the Inconceivable Auspicious World Honored One. In front of the Bodhisattva, there are also Avalokitesvara (Avalokitesvara, Guanyin Bodhisattva), Maitreya (Maitreya, the future Buddha), Samantabhadra, Manjusri (Manjusri), the Homage Bodhisattva, the Inconceivable Auspicious Sound Bodhisattva, Vajrapani, the Inexhaustible Intention Bodhisattva, the Eloquence Accumulation Bodhisattva, the Boundless Eloquence Bodhisattva, Akasagarbha, Vimalakirti, the Unrestrained Conduct Bodhisattva, the Dharma-Born Bodhisattva, the Ever-Weeping Bodhisattva, the Moonlight Bodhisattva, the Dharma Cloud Bodhisattva, Ksitigarbha (Ksitigarbha), the Treasure Store Bodhisattva, the Jewel Banner Bodhisattva, and the Sikhi Bodhisattva.

、香象菩薩、金毗羅菩薩，如是等一切菩薩摩訶薩遍滿佛剎。復有顰眉明王等，亦在菩薩前。如是聖眾一一觀想已，復想人間天上殊妙香花珍寶供具，以用供養佛母般若波羅蜜多菩薩，並諸眷屬一切菩薩。作此觀已，是人不久當成正覺。

【English Translation】 English version: The Bodhisattva Xiangxiang (Fragrant Elephant Bodhisattva), the Bodhisattva Jinpiluo (Kumbhira Bodhisattva), and all such Bodhisattva Mahasattvas (great Bodhisattvas) fill the Buddha-lands. There are also the Frowning-Eyebrow Vidyaraja (Frowning-Eyebrow Wisdom King) and others, who are also before the Bodhisattvas. After contemplating all these holy beings one by one, one should then contemplate the various wonderful fragrant flowers, precious jewels, and offerings of the human and heavenly realms, using them to make offerings to the Buddha-Mother Prajnaparamita Bodhisattva (the Mother of the Perfection of Wisdom), and all the Bodhisattvas of her retinue. Having made this contemplation, this person will soon attain perfect enlightenment (Samyak-sambodhi). This is the Sutra on the Contemplation of the Buddha-Mother Prajnaparamita Bodhisattva, spoken by the Buddha.
