「十方三世佛,五眼照世間,三大無不知,明見罪福相。弟子某甲等,從無數劫來,不遇善知識,造作一切罪。破戒犯四重、六重及八重,謗法斷善根,具足一闡提。幸遇諸如來,經法賢聖眾,能除眾罪者,弟子頭面禮。愿諸惡云消,令發無上慧。」懺悔竟,五體作禮。

「十方諸佛始登道場,觀樹經行未轉法輪,無明老死長衰可悲。愿設法藥救諸疾苦,法雨流佈枯槁眾生。得道明瞭十方現在佛、已度有緣者,眾生多懈怠,方便現泥洹。弟子誠心禮,請佛令久住。一切諸菩薩,已發無上意,愿勤加精進,于無佛世界,現成等正覺,普度諸群生。慈哀無過佛,是故至心請。」請佛已竟,頭面作禮。

「歷世懷妒嫉,我慢及恚癡,見人得利如箭射心,聞人得樂如釘入眼。坐此諸罪障,墮落三惡道,常不遇諸佛。今日一心悟,發大隨喜心,十方三世佛,及彼弟子眾,其數無有量。從初發一念,乃至坐道場,四等大布施,清凈持禁戒,定慧及解脫,無量諸知見,弟子悉隨喜。慧心朗然明,愚癡暗障滅,一念發隨喜,功德滿十方,智慧如諸佛。」隨喜已竟,五體作禮

十方三世一切諸佛,以五眼(肉眼、天眼、慧眼、法眼、佛眼)照耀世間,以佛的三種智慧(一切智、道種智、一切種智)無所不知,明瞭地看見罪與福的真相。弟子某甲等,從無數劫以來,沒有遇到真正的善知識,因此造作了種種罪業。違犯了比丘、比丘尼的四重戒(殺、盜、淫、妄),沙彌、沙彌尼、式叉摩那的六重戒,以及菩薩的八重戒,誹謗佛法,斷絕善根,成爲了斷善根的一闡提(無法成佛之人)。 幸好遇到了諸位如來、佛經以及賢聖僧眾,他們能夠消除眾生的罪業,弟子我以頭面頂禮。愿一切罪惡的烏雲消散,使我生起無上的智慧。』懺悔完畢,行五體投地禮。

十方諸佛最初登上菩提道場,在菩提樹下經行,還沒有開始轉法輪(講經說法)時,看到眾生被無明、衰老和死亡所困擾,長久地處於衰敗之中,實在令人悲憫。我願佛陀施設佛法之藥,救治眾生的種種疾苦,使佛法的甘露法雨流佈,滋潤那些枯槁的眾生。已經得道並且明瞭十方現在佛的諸佛,以及已經度化了有緣眾生的諸佛,因為眾生大多懈怠,所以方便示現涅槃。弟子我以誠摯的心禮拜,祈請佛陀長久住世。一切諸菩薩,已經發起了無上的菩提心,愿他們勤奮精進,在沒有佛的世界裡,示現成等正覺,普遍地度化一切眾生。慈悲憐憫之心沒有超過佛陀的,因此我以至誠之心祈請。』祈請諸佛完畢,行頭面頂禮。

過去生中,我常常懷有嫉妒之心,以及我慢和嗔恚愚癡,看到別人得到利益,就好像箭射入心中一樣痛苦,聽到別人得到快樂,就好像釘子釘入眼中一樣難受。因為這些罪業的障礙,我墮落到三惡道(地獄、餓鬼、畜生道)中,常常不能遇到諸佛。今天我一心覺悟,發起廣大的隨喜之心,對於十方三世一切諸佛,以及他們的弟子眾,其數量無有窮盡。從最初發菩提心的一念,乃至最終在菩提樹下成就佛道,所行的四等大布施(財佈施、法佈施、無畏佈施、平等佈施),清凈地持守禁戒,禪定智慧以及解脫,無量的諸種知見,弟子我全部都隨喜讚歎。愿我的智慧之心朗然明亮,愚癡的黑暗障礙消滅,一念發起隨喜之心,功德就能充滿十方世界,愿我的智慧能夠像諸佛一樣廣大。』隨喜完畢,行五體投地禮。

【English Translation】 English version The Bodhisattva's Five Dharmas of Repentance

The Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, with their five eyes (flesh eye, heavenly eye, wisdom eye, dharma eye, Buddha eye) illuminate the world, and with their three wisdoms (wisdom of all, wisdom of paths, wisdom of all kinds) know everything, clearly seeing the true nature of sin and merit. Disciples, such as so-and-so, from countless kalpas ago, have not encountered true good teachers, and thus have committed all kinds of sins. Breaking the four major precepts of monks and nuns (killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying), the six major precepts of novices, novice nuns, and female trainees, and the eight major precepts of Bodhisattvas, slandering the Dharma, severing roots of goodness, and becoming icchantikas (those who cannot attain Buddhahood) who have severed all roots of goodness. Fortunately, we have encountered the Tathagatas, the Sutras, and the Sangha of virtuous sages, who are able to eliminate the sins of sentient beings. Disciples, with our heads and faces, prostrate in reverence. May all clouds of evil dissipate, and may we generate unsurpassed wisdom.' After repenting, perform the five-point prostration.

When the Buddhas of the ten directions first ascended the Bodhi-mandala, walking under the Bodhi tree, not yet turning the Dharma wheel (preaching the Dharma), seeing sentient beings troubled by ignorance, old age, and death, perpetually in decline, it is truly pitiable. I wish that the Buddha would administer the medicine of the Dharma, to cure the various sufferings of sentient beings, and that the sweet rain of the Dharma would flow, nourishing those withered beings. Those Buddhas who have already attained enlightenment and understood the Buddhas of the ten directions in the present, and those Buddhas who have already liberated those with karmic connections, because sentient beings are mostly lazy, conveniently manifest Nirvana. Disciples, with sincere hearts, prostrate in reverence, requesting the Buddha to abide in the world for a long time. All Bodhisattvas, having already generated the unsurpassed Bodhicitta, may they diligently strive forward, in worlds without Buddhas, manifesting complete and perfect enlightenment, universally liberating all sentient beings. There is no compassion greater than that of the Buddha, therefore, I earnestly request with all my heart.' After requesting the Buddhas, perform the head-to-the-ground prostration.

In past lives, I often harbored jealousy, as well as arrogance and anger and ignorance. Seeing others gain benefits, it was as painful as an arrow piercing my heart. Hearing others find joy, it was as painful as a nail hammered into my eye. Because of these sinful obstacles, I fell into the three evil realms (hell, hungry ghosts, animal realm), and often could not encounter the Buddhas. Today, I awaken with a single mind, generating a great heart of rejoicing, for all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, and their disciples, whose numbers are immeasurable. From the initial thought of generating Bodhicitta, until finally attaining Buddhahood under the Bodhi tree, the four great acts of giving (giving of wealth, giving of Dharma, giving of fearlessness, giving of equality), the pure upholding of precepts, meditation, wisdom, and liberation, and the immeasurable kinds of knowledge and insight, disciples, I all rejoice and praise. May my heart of wisdom be bright and clear, may the darkness of ignorance be extinguished, and with a single thought of rejoicing, may merit fill the ten directions, and may my wisdom be as vast as that of the Buddhas.' After rejoicing, perform the five-point prostration.


「往返生死中,從生故至死,從貴故還賤,惟未得泥洹。法身常清凈,波若妙解脫,今當求此利。所可有福業,一切皆和合,回以施眾生,共成無上道。廣大如虛空,無相如真智,究竟盡法界,金剛空慧常現在前,無行神通有感必應。」迴向已竟,頭面作禮。

「誠心發大愿,行道如誓願,慧心如猛風,定力如金剛。於此迴向后,唸唸轉慈悲,舍離愛著想,歡喜度一切。捨去身命時,佛放光明滅除一切難障,化生兜率天面睹慈氏尊。修相盡具足,六根普聰徹,聞佛說妙法,即悟無生忍,皆住不退地。乘大神通力,周遊十方國,供養一切佛,無量妙音聲,讚歎佛功德。二十五有中,無時不現身,如日照世界,光明朗十方,一切幽闇處,皆為作燈明。雖得佛道轉法輪現泥洹,眾生不盡成佛,不捨普賢文殊愿。」發願已竟,洗心作禮。

【English Translation】 English version 『Revolving in the cycle of birth and death, from birth to death, from nobility to lowliness, one has yet to attain Nirvana (Nirvana, liberation). The Dharmakaya (Dharmakaya, the body of the Dharma) is eternally pure, Prajna (Prajna, wisdom) brings wonderful liberation, now we should seek this benefit. All meritorious deeds that can be possessed, may all be harmonious and complete, dedicated to all sentient beings, to jointly achieve Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi (Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi, unsurpassed perfect enlightenment). Vast as the empty space, formless as true wisdom, ultimately pervading the Dharmadhatu (Dharmadhatu, the universe and all phenomena), diamond-like emptiness and wisdom are always present, the unconditioned spiritual power will surely respond to any inspiration.』 Having completed the dedication, prostrate with head to the ground. 『Sincerely make great vows, practice the path as vowed, the mind of wisdom like a fierce wind, the power of Samadhi (Samadhi, concentration) like a diamond. After this dedication, may compassion increase in every thought, abandon thoughts of love and attachment, joyfully liberate all beings. When abandoning the body and life, may the Buddha (Buddha) emit light, eliminate all calamities and obstacles, be reborn in Tusita Heaven (Tusita Heaven), and personally behold Maitreya (Maitreya, the future Buddha). May all the physical characteristics cultivated be fully complete, the six sense organs (Six Sense Organs) universally intelligent and penetrating, hearing the Buddha preach the wonderful Dharma, immediately realize Anutpattika-dharma-kshanti (Anutpattika-dharma-kshanti, the realization of the non-arising and non-ceasing of all dharmas), and all abide in the state of non-retrogression (Avaivartika, the state of non-regression). Relying on the power of great spiritual abilities, travel throughout the ten directions, make offerings to all Buddhas, with immeasurable wonderful sounds, praise the merits of the Buddhas. In the twenty-five realms of existence (Twenty-five realms of existence), appear at all times, like the sun shining on the world, the light illuminating the ten directions, in all dark places, act as a lamp.』 Even if attaining Buddhahood, turning the Dharmacakra (Dharmacakra, the wheel of Dharma), manifesting Nirvana, if sentient beings have not all become Buddhas, one will not abandon the vows of Samantabhadra (Samantabhadra) and Manjusri (Manjusri).』 Having completed the vows, purify the mind and prostrate.
