禮法華經儀式
一心頂禮十方法界常住三寶(拜起胡跪燒香運想已合掌唱云)愿此香華云。遍滿十方界。供養一切佛。妙法蓮華經。菩薩聲聞眾。受用作佛事(一拜起立嘆云)。
稽首十方佛 圓滿最上乘 本跡開二門 法喻談真秘 普使諸權小 悉證佛菩提 我今誓歸依 愿超生死海
(讚歎已。隨意述誠。雖曰禮經。應須禮佛菩薩。使三寶義足)。
一心頂禮本師釋迦牟尼佛。
一心頂禮過去多寶佛。
一心頂禮十方分身釋迦牟尼佛。
一心頂禮盡法華經中。及十方三世一切諸佛。
一心頂禮妙法蓮華經。妙字法寶(下去每字準此一唱一拜)。
一心頂禮盡法華經中。及十方三世一切菩薩聲聞緣覺得道賢聖僧。
一心頂禮普賢菩薩摩訶薩(拜已胡跪運想準常儀)。
志心懺悔。我(某甲)與一切眾生從無始來。迷失真心流轉生死。六根罪障無量無邊。圓妙佛乘無以開解。一切所愿不得現前我今禮敬妙法華經。以此善根發露黑惡。過現未來三業所造。無邊重罪皆得消滅。身心清凈惑障蠲

一心頂禮十方分身釋迦牟尼佛(Sakyamuni Buddha)。
一心頂禮盡《法華經》中,及十方三世一切諸佛。

【English Translation】 English version Ritual for Paying Homage to the Lotus Sutra
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to the eternally abiding Three Jewels (Triratna) of the ten directions and realms of reality (bowing, kneeling on one knee, burning incense, visualizing, then joining palms and chanting): May this cloud of incense and flowers pervade the ten directions and realms of reality. Offering to all Buddhas, the 'Wonderful Dharma Lotus Flower Sutra' (Saddharma Puṇḍarīka Sūtra), Bodhisattvas and Śrāvakas (voice-hearers), may they receive and use this offering to accomplish the work of the Buddhas (bow once, rise and praise):
I bow my head to the Buddhas of the ten directions, the perfect and supreme vehicle (Buddhayana). Opening the two gates of the fundamental and the manifested, using parables to discuss the true secrets. Universally enabling all expedient and lesser teachings to realize the Bodhi of the Buddhas. Today, I vow to take refuge, wishing to transcend the sea of birth and death.
(After praising, freely express sincerity. Although it is said to be paying homage to the Sutra, one should also pay homage to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, so that the meaning of the Three Jewels is complete).
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to the original teacher, Śākyamuni Buddha (Sakyamuni Buddha).
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to the past Prabhutaratna Buddha (Prabhutaratna Buddha).
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to the Śākyamuni Buddhas (Sakyamuni Buddha) who are the emanations in the ten directions.
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to all the Buddhas in the 'Lotus Sutra' and in the ten directions and three periods of time.
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to the 'Wonderful Dharma Lotus Flower Sutra' (Saddharma Puṇḍarīka Sūtra). The 'Wonderful' character, Dharma Jewel (from here on, each character is chanted and bowed to in this manner).
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to all the Bodhisattvas, Śrāvakas (voice-hearers), Pratyekabuddhas (Solitary Realizers), enlightened sages, and Sangha (community) in the 'Lotus Sutra' and in the ten directions and three periods of time.
With one-pointed devotion, I bow to Samantabhadra Bodhisattva Mahāsattva (Samantabhadra Bodhisattva) (after bowing, kneel on one knee, visualize according to the usual ritual).
With sincere heart, I repent. I (name) and all sentient beings, from beginningless time, have lost our true minds and transmigrated through birth and death. The karmic obstacles of the six senses are boundless and limitless. The perfect and wonderful Buddha-vehicle cannot be understood. All wishes cannot be realized. Today, I pay homage to the 'Wonderful Dharma Lotus Flower Sutra' (Saddharma Puṇḍarīka Sūtra), using this good root to reveal darkness and evil. May the boundless heavy sins created by the three karmas of the past, present, and future be extinguished, the body and mind purified, and afflictions and obstacles cleared away.
除。福智莊嚴凈因增長。自他行愿速得圓成。愿諸如來常在說法。所有功德起隨喜心。迴向菩提證常樂果。命終之日正念現前。面奉彌陀及諸聖眾。一剎那頃生蓮華中。普愿眾生俱成佛道(懺悔發願已。歸命禮三寶)。

【English Translation】 English version: Eliminating (karmic obstacles). May the adornments of merit and wisdom, and the pure causes and conditions increase. May the practice and vows of oneself and others be quickly and perfectly accomplished. May all Tathagatas always be present to expound the Dharma. May I generate a heart of rejoicing for all merits. May I dedicate (these merits) towards Bodhi, attaining the fruit of permanence and bliss. On the day of my life's end, may right mindfulness appear before me. May I personally behold Amitabha Buddha and all the holy assembly. In an instant, may I be born within a lotus flower. May all sentient beings universally attain Buddhahood. (Repentance and vows completed, taking refuge in the Triple Gem).
